It's time right now for today's word, Necessary Endings, Necessary Endings.
Revelation twenty two thirteen says I am the Alpha and
the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and

the end. We all have times when things come to
an end and we weren't expecting it. Our relationship that
you thought was for life takes a shift and someone
moves on. The company downsizes and you lose your job.
A business venture or partnership comes to an end. The

(00:47):
door suddenly closes on a dream.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
It's so easy to get discouraged.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
But God is called the beginning and the end. This
thing didn't catch him by surprise. He has designed certain
things to come to an end in order to move
us into a new.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Level of our destiny.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
We may not understand it, but it's a necessary ending.
Without that door closing, you wouldn't see the greater things
God has in store for your life.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
The same God.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Who opens doors will also close doors. Where you saw
abundance in one season, that same abundance may seem like famine.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
In another season.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
God has a better position with better pay and benefits.
But you would be satisfied to stay right there and
loyal to that company that God has just moved you from.
You may be dreaming, but the dream may be too small,
so God has to shift and change some things, and

the dream seemingly dies.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
If you don't.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Understand that God has necessary endings, you'll fight every closed door,
and you'll try try to hold on to things and
people that God has brought to an end in your life.
He's the author and the finisher. When a door closes,
take your fingers and your feelings off the door, let

it go. God never brings things to an end without
having something better coming up, something more rewarding, something more fulfilling.
If there's a necessary ending, oh there's a greater beginning. Father,
Thank you that you are Alpha at Omega. You are

(02:46):
the beginning and the end.

Thank you that you bring necessary endings because.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
You always have something greater, something new in store. God,
we believe that even now you're working in ways and
we we don't understand and we don't see. Yet we
declare that you are the author and finisher of our faith.

And we look forward to the great.

Things that you have in store for our lives. In
Jesus' name. That's your word for today. I want you
to take that apply to your everyday life and you
