Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's your early morny praise party. I am Sherry macke.
It's time for today's word. From roots to victory, From
roots to victory, the Word of the Lord says in
Colossians two seven. Let your roots grow down into him,
and let your lives be built on him. Then your
(00:21):
faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught,
and you will overflow with thankfulness. When we look at
Joseph's life, it's clear that his journey wasn't easy. Think
about it. Sold into slavery by his own brothers, falsely
accused by his master's wife, left in prison for thirteen
(00:42):
long years, Joseph had every reason to grow bitter and
give up. Yet instead of letting the pain define him,
he let his roots grow deeper in God. With every setback,
his faith went down further into the soil of God's promises.
What look like wasted years were actually years of preparation.
(01:02):
God was building in him the strength, the wisdom, and
the character for the incredible destiny ahead. Joseph's story reminds
us that the pit is not permanent and the present
is not your final stop. God destined Joseph for the Palace,
and the same is true for you. Maybe you face disappointment,
(01:25):
you face betrayal, or a season that feels unfair. Perhaps
you're waiting for healing, for restoration, or for a dream
to be revived. Right now, it may feel like you're buried,
but in reality, you're being planted. And when your roots
are deep in Christ, no storm can uproot you, no
delay can cancel your purpose, and no enemy can keep
(01:47):
you from what God has ordained. Staying rooted means choosing
faith when it would be easier to give up. It
means trust in God's timing when the waiting feels endless,
and it means believing that what He promise will come
to pass. Joseph. Joseph went from the pit to the
prison and eventually to the palace. You too will see
(02:08):
God's hand lift you, promote you, and establish you. The
palace may look far away right now, but your roots
are growing, your faith is being strengthened, and your destiny
is unfolding. God has the final say, and nothing and
no one can stop His plan for your life. Father God,
(02:32):
thank you that our roots grow deeper in you through
every season. Thank You that no pit, no prison, no disappointment,
and no enemy can cancel the destiny that you have
prepared for us. God, we choose to trust you. We
choose to stay planet in faith and to believe that
you are leading us toward our palace, our place of
(02:54):
victory in Jesus' name. Hey, now that's your word for today.
It applied to your everyday life and you continue to
be encouraged and inspired. It's your Early Boddy Praise Party.
