Today's Word 09-08-25: Pure Heart, Clear Vision

I am Sherry Mackie in his time right now for
today's word peer heart, clear vision. Matthew five eight says,
blessed other, pure and hard, for they will see God.
You know, life has a way of placing impurities in
our heart, things we were never meant to carry. You know,

(00:24):
a disappointment that shook your confidence, a betrayal that left
you wounded, a door that closed when you were counting
on it to open without realizing. Bitterness, worry, and anger
can start to settle in. These are impurities of the heart,
and if they're not released, they will infect your outlook.

(00:45):
They'll steal your joy, and they'll cloud your ability to
see God's hand at work in your life. Jesus said,
blessed other, period hard, for they will see God. That
means when you keep your heart clean, when you release
the anger, when you forgive the person who hurts you,
when you let go of the worry and stop holding
on to what didn't work out, you position.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Yourself to see God clearly.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
You'll recognize his favor, You'll recognize his God is, you'll
recognize his blessings, and even in the small details of your.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Day, you'll see God. Think about it.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
When your heart is weighed down with jealousy, with discouragement
or regret, there's no room for peace. There's no room
for joy, or creativity or confidence.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
But when you empty out the impurities.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
You make space for God to fill you with his goodness.
Every time you choose to forgive, every time you decide
not to worry, every time you release bitterness, you're.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Keeping your heart peered.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
And with that purity comes a greater sensitivity to God's voice,
a renewed strength, and an excited anticipation for your future.
The good news is you don't have to live with
those impurities. You don't have to carry yesterday's hurting too today.
If you'll get good at releasing, at flushing out the

negative every single day, you'll stay vibrant.

You'll stay strong, you'll stay full of faith.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
A pure heart sees God in every season, even in
the valleys, even in the waiting, and when you see
him you can walk with peace and confidence, knowing He's
guiding your every step. Father, God, thank you for your
promise that the peer and heart will see you. We

don't want to live weighed down with bitterness, with regret
and worry. Today, God, we release every disappointment, forgive those
who hurt us, and we let go of what we
can't change. Fill our hearts with your peace. Fill our
hearts with your joy and your confidence, so that we
can see you clearly in every part of our lives.
