Today's Word 09-09-25: Speak Life, See Promise

Nobody, and I do mean nobody, does it like your

early morny praise party. I am Sherry Mackie and it's
time right now for today's word speak life see promise
Luke one nineteen and twenty says the Angel said to him,
I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God,
and I have been sent to speak to you and

(00:23):
tell you this good news. And now you will be
silent and not able to speak until the day this
happens because you did not believe my words. When the
Angel Gabriel appeared to Zechariah, he brought incredible news. Despite
years of disappointment and unanswered prayers, Zachariah and Elizabeth were

(00:46):
going to have a son. But instead of rejoicing at
this great news, Zechariah responded with doubt. He focused on
the impossibility, Elizabeth's age and barrenness rather than the power
of God God's word, and because of that, the Angel
silenced him for nine months. Why because negative words could

(01:08):
have sabotaged the promise. This is a powerful reminder for
you and me. Our words carry weight. They can either
build our faith or it could tear it down. How
often do we cancel out what God is trying to
do by speaking doubt, by speaking fear, by speaking defeat.

(01:28):
We pray for breakthrough, but then we turn around and
say I'll never get well. We believe for provision, but
then we declare I'll always struggle. Like Zachariah, we talk
ourselves out of the blessing that God has already lined
up for our future. God silenced Zachariah not to punish him,
but to protect the promise. See, sometimes the most spiritual

thing you can do is to shut your mouth, zip
up negativity, and guard your tongue. If you can't say
what God says about your situation, is better to stay
quiet and not say anything until your faith rises up again.
Here's the good news. Just like God's word came to
pass in Zachariah's life, it will come to pass in

(02:13):
your life. So don't settle for less than what he
promised you. Don't let doubt have the final word. Speak life,
speak faith, and declare His goodness even when you don't
see it. Because when you stay in agreement with God,
no burier, no delay, and no force of darkness can
stop His plan from your life. Father God, thank you

(02:35):
for the promises that you've spoken into our hearts. Help
us to guard our words and not give voice to fear,
to doubt or negativity. God, we choose to stay in
agreement with your word, to speak a life, and to
believe that what you've promised it will come to pass
in Jesus' name. Now that's your word for today. I
want you to take that apply it to your everyday
