Today's Word 10-09-25: No More Excuses

am Sherry mackew. It's time right now for today's word.
No more excuses, No more excuses. Exodus four fourteen says,
then the Lord.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Became angry with Moses.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
When God called Moses to lead the Israelites out of
slavery in Egypt. Moses hesitated, He stuttered, He doubted his ability.
He kept saying, God, I can't do this. Send someone else.
Over and over he offered excuse it, excuses. Finally, God's
anger is mentioned not because Moses had flaws of limitations,

but because he refused to use the gifts God had
already given him. He refused to go ahead and obey God.
He kept coming up with excuses. I want you to
think about that God. In God, he is not frustrated.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
With our weaknesses.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
He's frustrated when we let fear, doubt and excuses hold
us back from fulfilling our purposes.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Ouch Moses had everything.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
He needed inside of him, he just hadn't tapped into
it yet. Too often we discount ourselves, thinking we're not enough,
that our voice isn't strong enough, that our skills aren't sufficient.
But God equips every one he calls.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
The question is will we step out even when we
feel afraid.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Every time we play it safe, we limit our potential.
Every time we shrink back because of fear or doubt,
we deny ourselves a chance to.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
See what God can do through us.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
God is calling you to step up, use what He's
already placed in your hands, and trust.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Him to take care of the rest.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
It's time to stop making excuses, stop underestimating yours, and
start walking in the courage that God has already given you.
Your breakthrough, your purpose, your destiny. It's waiting on the
other side of faith. So stop making excuses. Mmm. Father,

(02:16):
thank you for the gifts, for the talents, for the
abilities that you've placed in us. Thank you that you
equip us for every task You called us to help
us to stop making excuses, step out of.

Our comfort zones and boldly use what you've given us.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Well, God, we trust you to go before us.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Give us success as we.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Follow your calling, and we're obedient to your calling.

In Jesus' name.

Ay Man, Now that's your word for today. I want
you to take that word apply it to your every day.
