Today's Word 10-16-25: Stand Still and Watch God Work

early body praise partie. I am Sherry Maggie, and it's
time right now for today's word. Stand Still and watch
God work. Stand still and watch God work. Deuteronomy one
point thirty says the Lord your God, who is going
before you, will fight for you, as he did for

(00:25):
you in Egypt, before your very eyes. You know, there
are moments in life when it feels as though the
odds are stacked against you. The obstacles are too big,
the report is too discouraging, the opposition too strong. You've prayed,
you've believed and done all you know to do, but
nothing seems to be changing. Well, that's when you need

(00:47):
to remember this powerful truth. God goes before you to
fight your battles. The same God who split the Red
Sea for Israel is the same God who is working
behind the scenes in your situation, whatever your situation is.
When the Israelite stood trapped between Pharaoh's army and that

Red Sea, they had no weapons, no escape root, no plan.
But God had one. What seemed impossible became their deliference.
He didn't just fight for them, he proved himself mightily
in their sight. Maybe you're standing at your own red
Sea moment. You've done all you know to do, You've

(01:32):
done all you can, but the problem still looms large.
Beingcouraged today, Your battle is not yours to win anyway.
God has already gone before you. He's softening hearts, he's
lining up divine connections. He's preparing breakthroughs you don't even

(01:54):
see yet. When it looks like it's over, that's when
he steps in with power and he reminds you that
he is still the Lord who fights for his people.
You don't have to live anxious. You don't have to
live worried and stressed out and afraid. You just need
to stay in faith. You need to trust in God's timing.

(02:15):
You need to trust that God is not only bringing
you out, but he's also taking you higher. Suddenly doors
will open in your life. Suddenly the tides are gonna
turn for you. Suddenly what once held you back will
be broken. Oh, he's done it before, and he'll do
it again, and he'll do it right before your very eyes.

(02:36):
Come on, Jesus Father, thank you that you are the
almighty God who goes before us and you fight for us.
Thank you that we don't have to fight our battles
alone because you've already secured the victory. God. We believe
this is a new season of your favor and breakthrough
in Jesus' name. Now that's your word for today. I

want you to take that, apply that to your everyday life,
