Yes, I'm here. It's a wonderful day. He's a thankful day.
He's y'all need to know about this yelling you man,
it's I had to hurry up. I lave my mouth
full this talk.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Let me get this down. Well, James, it's time for
the word of the day. And I know you got
a word on this Thanksgiving.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Absolutely, it's Thanksgivings. Matter of fact. For today, I have
my favorite scripture. Everybody asks what's your favorite chritur of
my favorite scripture. It's Philippian Chapter four, and I'm gonna
focus on verses six through seven. Paul says, be anxious
for nothing. You say, don't worry about anything, but in everything,
with prayer, supplication, with thanksgiving, present your request to God.
Paul right here, he gives us a formula for peace.

(00:50):
It's prayer plus thanksgiving. Then you have peace. Gratitude is
the bridge between panic and peace. Instead of being panic,
instead of panicking, instead of being worried, you can have
peace by being grateful. Worry says, what if it doesn't
work out, what if it doesn't happen, what if I
lose this? But gratitude says, even if it doesn't work out,
God is still good and He's still in control. That

(01:11):
shift in your focus changes everything. When your heart is grateful,
your mind becomes guarded. Gratitude isn't denial, it's declaration. It
says I'm aware of what's wrong. I'm realizing, Okay, this
is the situation that I'm facing, But I'm anchered in
what's right and the peace of God, not people, not plans,
not paychecks. That peace will stand guard over your heart. Listen,

(01:31):
Worry rehearses the worst when worship releases the weight. I
always tell people They're like, well, how do you how
do you meditate? Well, meditation is just focusing on the
good instead of the bad. Worry is worshiping the problem.
So instead of worshiping the problem, worship the problem solver,
and the weight will be lifted. It's all about being thankful.
Remember prayer, supplication with thanksgiving brings peace into your life.

(01:55):
And that is the word of the day on this Thanksgiving.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Come on, James, God, I love this man. I got
out appreciate you, Bro Twin. Okay, all the Mota Praise Party.
I am Sherry Mackie.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
And is a boy James Fortune.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Happy Thanksgiving y'all
