Speaker 1 (00:00):
At your early morning praise party. I am Sherry Mackie.
In It's time, right now four. Today's word guard the
seeds you sow, Guard the seeds you sow. Hoseah ten
and twelve says sol righteousness for yourself, reap the fruit
(00:20):
of unfailing love. You know every relationship in life is
a seed bed. What you plan into it, your time,
your trust, your energy, your attention will eventually produce a harvest.
Scripture reminds us that sowing is never neutral, whether we
realize it or not. We're always planning something, and in
(00:43):
time we will reap what has been sown. If you
consistently sow into worry connections, relationships marked by fear, constant anxiety,
and negativity, you'll likely find that worry begins to dominate
your own thoughts. If you sow into compromise connections, people
who pressure you into lowering your standards or drift away
(01:06):
from God's best compromise will quietly grow in your life.
And if you sow into critical connections, we're complaining and
fault finding are the norm. Discouragement and limitations can take
root in your spirit, but God gives us a better option.
When you sow into righteous connections. People who are full
(01:28):
of faith, people who are full of gratitude and joy
and wisdom. You're gonna reap unfailing love, strength, and growth.
Favor connections don't just make you feel good. They stretch you.
They challenge you to rise higher. They challenge you to
think bigger and believe God for more than you ever imagined.
(01:49):
It's important to remember that not every connection serves the
same purpose. We all have people we encourage and we mentor,
and that's a beautiful calling. But we also need a
few people in our lives who are ahead of us spiritually, emotionally,
and even professionally. These are the people who sharpen us.
(02:11):
These are the people who inspire us. These are the
people that show us what's possible when you intentionally so honor, humility,
and teachability into those relationships. God uses them as instrument
to open doors you can open on your own. The
right connections can unlack new talent, introduce divine opportunities, and
(02:34):
even usher you into new seasons. God often answers prayers
through his people. Be intentional guard what you sew into,
because your future harvest depends on it. Oh Father, God,
Thank you for the relationships You've ordained for our lives.
Give us desernment to recognize the connections that help us
(02:57):
to grow in the wisdom to sow into those relationships
with integrity and honor. Help us to plant seas of
righteousness so that we can reap unfailing love, favor, and
purpose in Jesus's name. Oh that's your word for today.
I want you to take that apply it to your
everyday life and you continue to be encouraged and inspired.
