Speaker 3 (01:03):
What was it Central Park Mall.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Yeah, that's my first makeout session in high school. Hello, yep,
that's where I did drivers ed school too. That was
like the mall that stared at north Star. That was
like we're going to be big one day too.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
Yeah not yeah, that was the Staddust mall.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
It was.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
And I tell you I met more women there, more
young girls in high school.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:26):
So yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:35):
I met him once maybe one time. Yeah, and his
son Ryan Herrera. So it's gonna be a fun These
guys are hilarious. They're very funny. I want to invite
everybody to come on out. It's be a lot of fun.
Speaker 4 (01:46):
It's my first time backing over about ten years to
the LOL Comedy Club.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
I started it out there and then you know, got
my own venue and then all of a sudden, uh,
you know, we decided. I had my daughter went back
to the comedy club and said, Dad, I ain't see
your picture on here.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
You know. It's like, oh, you know, well, I need
to go back and go do that.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
So you know, we're going to go and do it
one night or tonight, and I'm very excited.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
You know, I'm glad to be back.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
Any any surprises along the way for people if they.
Speaker 4 (02:14):
Yeah, you know, we're gonna have a few snorters in
the front row probably, you know, we're gonna kind of
it's gonna be you know, I got some a lot
of new material. It's all about all about me. My
next special I'm working on right now. Hopefully gonna be
taping that here in town next year beginning of January,
probably mid mid January, early February, and then it's gonna
(02:36):
be called It's My Turn. Because I keep making fun
of everybody in my family and they're like, why don't
you talk about yourself? I said, well, there's nothing wrong
with me, And then my wife said, tried thinking hard,
and I started writing, and all of a sudden, I'm like, yeah,
I'm pretty jacked up. So I have a whole little
stuff that I'm gonna be talking about today.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
I think you should tape that. I got a great
location for you, Linear High School.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Linear High School. Thank you.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
I think that you would owe them that I love that.
Speaker 4 (03:02):
Yeah, so what's next? Clothing optional? I got you, I
got you.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
No, let's keep people there?
Speaker 3 (03:08):
Yeah right?
Speaker 1 (03:08):
Yeah, So and then how much does it cost to
get into the door?
Speaker 4 (03:11):
You know, I don't know. You probably know more than
I do. I need just twenty dollars, twenty bucks, twenty bucks. There,
you come on out. I'll be there tonight. I'll be
there with my fiance Vanessa as well. You know Vanessa
is uh you know, she's a co host of one
of the hottest programs on social media platform No No Show. Yeah,
(03:34):
that was a good one, right, and just kicked me
right in the NAT That's good slap. Yeah, that was great.
I forget she's on that show. Yeah, forgetting? How can
I forget?
Speaker 3 (03:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (03:44):
So you also do you obviously do a podcast? Where's cleto?
Speaker 1 (03:47):
You're you're on? Like, I don't know where you are.
I know you just had a good news.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
I appreciate the way.
Speaker 2 (03:54):
I appreciate the support I do. Watch you do, watch
watch it. Yeah I have to I get paid. No,
I don't get paid. But no, it's funny. You know
one thing about your podcast, you're.
Speaker 5 (04:06):
Always eating brove it and when.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
You two are on together, you guys are like two
squirrels fighting in a tree.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
But as soon as you put food down in front
of y'all, it is straight silence, shame. All you do
is you hear them eat. You know, so again you
can catch him. But your girl over here, let me
tell you something. She knocks it down. Like I'll be
there like, hey, guys, come try this food.
Speaker 3 (04:33):
Look at this food, and I'll say I'm like, good
night girl.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Breathe, breath and again for it's a little bit more
of that tonight. Again.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
It's always good to end the week on to good left.
Go to LOL Comedy Club.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Check it out. I'll be there when you come there.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
You can you can actually hear how Vanessa eats. It'll
be great. So again we'll put up the link here
as well where you can get those tickets.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
But come on out.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
But Cletcher's going to remain with us here little NFL
talk and I kind of want to transition a little bit.
Dallas Cowboys took some tough news this week in regards
to Marshawn Nielan, who unfortunately took his own life this week,
and it kind of devastating for the Dallas Cowboys because
I believe Shane, correct me if I'm wrong, he was
(05:24):
only twenty four years old.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
Correct, yep, just twenty four, twenty four years old.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
I don't really want to go into the details of
what happened, how it happened, but it did.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
Hit the league pretty hard.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
And I do know that we have some sound from
Dak who spoke about this the other day.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
It's been a.
Speaker 6 (05:41):
Very tough day, as you said, it started earlier this
morning finding out the news tragic loss.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
I heard heavy, heavy heart today.
Speaker 6 (05:49):
I heard from Marshawan, I heard for his family, heard
for his girlfriend, her, for every single one of my teammates.
This is a pain that you don't wish upon anybody.
You wish none of us had to go through this,
You wish Marshan didn't have to go through what he
had he went through, And just thankful for each moment
we have in this life and don't take it for granted,
(06:12):
and hug and love on.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
Those that you do.
Speaker 6 (06:14):
It's okay to feel however you're feeling. And I'll tell
you first and foremost, I don't always have the answers,
and the day is not a day that I felt
like I had answers. Triggering day for for many reasons,
on top of just knowing that this was this was
ahead to day and hard to balance my emotions today and.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
Not a day that I have words.
Speaker 6 (06:35):
Other than I love you for for friends and families
and people who may be struggling, yeah.
Speaker 7 (06:39):
That I love them.
Speaker 6 (06:40):
Obviously, we had a zoom call and a few people
that spoke did an amazing job. But as I said,
it's tell that person how I feel about them when
I see him. Tough moment for this team. As I said,
I filled and heard for everybody that's involved in this,
and Marshawn's.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
Family is in love with you know.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
It is sad, you know, and it's it's tough, especially
knowing that you know in November it's Men's Mental Health
Awareness Month. I know a lot of us men we
don't talk. We don't talk about what's going on on
the inside of us. To each and every one of
you that listens to this show, you can always reach
(07:18):
out to me. You can always DM me if you're
going through stuff, man, and you don't know where to
go and you don't want to go out to other
outlets out there, My lines are always going to be
open for you guys. And again, Our thoughts and prayers
are with Marshall Neelan and his family. You know, his
life cuts short at the age of twenty four. Soy,
and one of the things that I'll tell you guys
(07:39):
is that there is you know, a suicide and crisis lifeline.
It's nine eight eight, it's three different, it's three numbers,
it's nine A eight.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
If you're having issues, please reach out. Trust me.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
As a single dad myself, I can tell you you know,
you do need that extra lifeline sometimes and we are
there for you again, you know, we just want to
acknowledge what had happened this past week because it's a
tough blow, you know, and you don't know what to do.
Because he scored a touchdown Monday night, Shane, he did,
you know, you would think he had it all.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
He was drafted eighteen months ago to that day.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
Yeah, and just to score that touchdown on Monday. Tough loss,
you know.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
And I know that the sport goes on, but it
is very tough.
Speaker 8 (08:26):
You know.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
The Cowboys do have a bye week, you know.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
So again, our thoughts and prayers are with him as
they you know, cope with this loss.
Speaker 1 (08:35):
And it's very tragic.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
So but you know we do move on, I guess,
and I know that we have the NFL and I know, Shane,
is it time?
Speaker 1 (08:43):
Is it time to do it? Shane?
Speaker 7 (08:53):
He is, sir, It is that time. Week ten of
the National Football come in. It's going on in Berlin
right now.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
And let me tell you something.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
Your Indianapolis Coltskalento, have taken the lead over the Atlanta
Falcons twenty two to seventeen five minutes in the fourth quarter.
I think Gdy's gonna get this one, Shane, What do
you think?
Speaker 3 (09:17):
I mean?
Speaker 1 (09:17):
I picked Indy to win.
Speaker 8 (09:19):
And the thing is is that the problem with the
Falcons is one week they're getting blown out by the Panthers,
the next week they're beating the Bills. They're the most confusing,
inconsistent team in the NFL. But I think, if nothing else,
the Colts have the defense to compete with anybody, and
I think that more than enough to take care of it.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
Palento, I totally disagree. Yeah, I don't care. I guess
you're not full time.
Speaker 4 (09:43):
You're in my division, and I hope Atlanta comes back
in wins.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
They won't.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
It's Atlanta.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
So again, a couple of noon games kick it off.
You've got the New Orleans Aints and the Carolina Panthers. Shane,
this one should be a pretty quick one to pick.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (09:58):
Yeah, Rico Daudell, I think is gonna have another one
this bad boy that the Saints. No offense to you
as a former Saints team. I'm glad you went through
a detox, But I think right now the Panthers should
be considered a surprise team.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
At least for the while. Exactly.
Speaker 8 (10:12):
I think I think it's still the division. I think
the division is still Tampa's to lose. But Carolina and
Dave Canalis have turned that things around there in Charlotte.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Yeah, they have. So Shane's going with the Panthers.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
Coletto, I'm taking the Panthers as well. They're looking to
look good.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Yeah, they're looking to be number two in that NFC South.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
Hey, no problem against the Saints. The Saints are just.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Looking for that number one pick, you know, because you
can just put their season into the trash can. After that,
you've got the New York Giants and the Chicago Dres
Shane Hudief.
Speaker 8 (10:48):
Once again, in a similar way we talked about Dave Canalis.
Ben Johnson has done a great has done a great
service to Kayleb Williams, essentially turned him into an effective quarterback.
It's similar to how we saw Jared Goff go from
go from Fisher to McVeigh. That he works in that system.
He's an accurate passer in the system. You saw some
of those issues when he feels under pressure. But against
the Giants team that right now is that its best
(11:09):
weapons on offense and I will I will admit a
really good front seven. I see the Bears winning this game,
although I think you'll only be decided by.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
A field goal today. Yeah, I think it's gonna be
relatively close.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
That cold front that is now affecting us here in
San Antonio was affecting everywhere in the nation last night,
as you saw the Irish beat the crap out an
Avy last night.
Speaker 1 (11:28):
But it started snowing in that game.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
Giants Bears, I know you've got an emotional pick behind
this one, so cleto who do you have?
Speaker 3 (11:36):
What I mean? First of all, it's funny how you
go from Shane, who's.
Speaker 4 (11:39):
Got all these stats, and you come to me and like,
I like the Bears uniforms.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
You know, it's like the guys that always right.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
I mean, it's like, they look like they're gonna be healthy. Yeah,
they look good.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
It's okay, you're a funny guy. You a person got
all these stats.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
And I'm like, uh, yeah, okay, this figure works out.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Yeah. I don't have to.
Speaker 8 (11:56):
I don't have the benefit. I don't have the benefit
of being as handsome as you are. I can't just
say stuff out of my you know what. I have
to have numbers to back myself up.
Speaker 1 (12:04):
Yeah, so who do you who do you have?
Speaker 4 (12:06):
I'm gonna I think I'm gonna go with the Bears
as well. Yeah, Kayla's playing pretty good. Wow, he little
give him a little protection. He could do some stuff.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
Yeah, he can paint his fingernails, he can do whatever
he wants to. I think Chicago does win this game.
But I think you're right, Shane. I think it's one
of those November games and it looks easy on paper.
But I think the Bears will get a last second
field goal to win this one.
Speaker 1 (12:29):
We'll skip the Jags in Texans.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Right now because obviously we have our celebrity pick coming up. Uh,
You've got the Bills and the Dolphins from Miami.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
Welcome to Miami, Shane, who do you have? Who do
you think I have go to clettot.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
Bill on this one because it's an easy one. Miamy
hasn't beat anybody since the near I mean I think
they haven't, you know.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
I haven't can't even beat the allegations.
Speaker 4 (12:57):
Wow, they're just they're like they I don't know what's
going on. I don't know if it's the coach high I.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
Mean he's got capri pants on.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
Well.
Speaker 4 (13:05):
I mean it's like if you have you know, you
got your game plan and it's like, okay, well we'll
get do what's his name?
Speaker 3 (13:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (13:14):
So hey, you mean McDaniel.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Yeah, yeah, with Mike McDaniel.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
Who do you have?
Speaker 1 (13:24):
Buffalo over Okay, Okay, he's.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Got Buffalo Bill's mafia in Bades Miami today and they
get the wind over them Bills.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
Sorry, it's like keeping a school.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
After that, you've got the Battle of Purple. You've got
the Baltimore Ravens and the Minnesota Vikings from Minnesota, who
do you have, Shane?
Speaker 1 (13:47):
I like Minnesota in this one.
Speaker 8 (13:48):
I understand that people are rallying behind the Ravens, and
then they're the rallying behind the fact of Lamar Jackson
is back, but I cannot trust that defense, and the
Vikings offense looks miles better with McCarthy on there.
Speaker 1 (13:59):
He's been effected with the ball, he's been mobile, and if.
Speaker 8 (14:01):
We saw what happened last week against the against Detroit,
he had nothing else in the smart decision maker with
the passes.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
So I like Minnesota and an upset. I like that one.
Speaker 3 (14:09):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Baltimore is back. Who do you got? You got Minnesota
for the.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
Same reason as Shane said, I did everything he just said.
Speaker 1 (14:18):
Yeah, because he's got.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
The stats to back it up. I'm gonna go a
little crazy here. Give me Baltimore in the upset over Minnesota.
Where it's playing in Minnesota.
Speaker 1 (14:26):
Baltimore is a four and a half point favorite. So
when Baltimore be the favorite? Yeah, so I'm picking the favorite.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
You guys are the underdogs, so you can upset. I
don't know, but you guys can take it to the toilet.
Along with this next game, as you have the Cleveland
Browns heading to New York to face.
Speaker 1 (14:40):
The jay Tee Jets.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
Jets Jets, who do you have and why are we
even talking about this game?
Speaker 1 (14:46):
Shane? Who are the Jets playing again? Browns. Who are
the Browns playing again?
Speaker 8 (14:51):
Jets? Okay, I'm gonna tie a favorite. I'll pick the
Browns just as a default. This is the This is
the equivalent of of two JB teams for last place.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
This is Lanear versus Memorial.
Speaker 8 (15:03):
Sure, I don't know about linear, really really trash talking
like that, I can't. But if nothing else, if nothing else,
the Jets are beat up, the Jests put away, get
all their best players, and the Browns if nothing, if
at least can at least run the ball, I'll give
them that.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
People are actually paying to go to this game to
because it takes seven.
Speaker 4 (15:22):
I'm gonna take the Browns. I mean, do they have
floo at quarterbacks?
Speaker 5 (15:26):
No?
Speaker 1 (15:26):
He moved to Cincinnati? What yea? They moved them to the.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
It's Dylan Gabriel for a more University of Oklahoma for
the Jets.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Just fields, justin fields.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
Cheese.
Speaker 1 (15:41):
You know what? Even worse?
Speaker 2 (15:45):
Can we pick a tie?
Speaker 8 (15:47):
No?
Speaker 3 (15:47):
No, give me Browns.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Give me the Browns in this one. In the game
that should probably.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
Be an evening game. You've got the New England.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Shane, break this one down. This is gonna be a
good one today.
Speaker 8 (16:01):
We have to give credit to Drake may who I
think leads the NFL in total QBR.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
His passer rating and.
Speaker 8 (16:05):
Complete represents are both above seventy percent. He does not
throw a lot of naked dunk passes like last year.
He has taken shots down the field, he has taken
shots midway.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
And what they have done for him is they have
given him an open offense.
Speaker 8 (16:16):
But Tampa Bay at home is a much more effective
offensive team they've been on the road this year. I
think Baker Mayfield, if nothing else, I believe this quarterback
differentia differentiation is twenty points higher at home than on
the road.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
I think this Bucks defense is at least underrated. I
like the Bucks at an upset today. I like that one.
Speaker 4 (16:38):
You take the Bucks, Baker, this kid has it's year.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
If you were to tell me that, yeah, if you
were to tell me the Bucks didn't have the bye
week that they did before this game, I think we'd
be looking at a different game now. The Patriots comes
steam rolling into Tampa on a six game winning stream.
Uh it stops today, or as they would say, the
Buck stops here. Absolutely, Tampa Bay wins this one. In
a close one, but I like Tampa to win this one.
(17:05):
Some three o'clock games for you. You've got the Cardinals
and the Seahawks, the Battle of the Birds, Kletto.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
Why you think about that? Shane? Who do you have?
Speaker 8 (17:16):
I'm thinking about this one. Ah This one's tough actually,
because I think that you know, actually delling you go first.
I just think I'm Seahawks because I'm struggling with this because,
like I believe, I believe that the Seahawks are the
better team. But what I've seen from the Cardinals, and
this is just last week, is that they keep games close.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
They haven't lost a single game this year by more
than I've been more than eight points. And let me
tell you something.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
When Shane's breaking stuff down, when you're looking at him
on this big screen TV. If you've never seen the
movie The Hangover and all the numbers that are going on,
that is Shane right there. Shane knows his numbers, guys,
and he's really thinking about this game. Because Vegas wouldn't
want you to think about this game because it's the
Seahawks who are six and two and it's the Cardinals.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Who were three and five. Don't get full by records,
the great Shane Carter, don't get filed by records. Don't
get football records. Look at match and with this one,
what you like is a Sam deginal game.
Speaker 8 (18:08):
Sam Donald is able to have effect the passes the
guys like Jackson Smith and Jig But but Arizona has one
of the more complete defenses in the NFL.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
No one's talking about because Arizona. And that's three and five.
I still like Seattle at home though I do.
Speaker 8 (18:21):
It's it's close. I know the line of this game
is eight points. By the way, it's like seven and
a half. I think it's a one point win.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
And that's it. There you go. Shawks Cardinals make you
think about Birds because fish right, Yeah, yeah, that's right.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
Will knock it out.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
As after that, you've got a three to twenty five
kickoff in San Francisco. You've got the Rams and the Niners.
Speaker 1 (18:47):
Shane, this is gonna be a good one. It's return
to Mac. By the way, Mac Jones' is gonna start
once again. Turn up the oh sorry.
Speaker 8 (18:57):
The Rams are actually five and a half point favorite
on the road. The problem is San Francisco has been
hurt all year. Whether it's Brandon Ayuk, whether it's Ricky Pursol,
whether it's Nick Bosa, it hasn't really mattered because no
one has been more resilient in playing off injury than
San Francisco Hal Shanahan once again shows he can coach
pretty much anybody.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
I like the Niners in an upset.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
Give me San Francisco, Okay, Coletto, who do you.
Speaker 1 (19:18):
Have in this one? Rams? Niners?
Speaker 2 (19:20):
Rams Rams Okay? I like the forty nine Ers in
this one, bang Bang Niner gang. Let's go with that one.
I like that one. And in the three twenty five
kickoff in Washington, DC, you've got that Commanders against the
Detroit Lions. Shane, Who do you have in this One's next?
There you go, Cleto?
Speaker 1 (19:39):
Who do you have? Lions? Commanders?
Speaker 3 (19:41):
Lions?
Speaker 1 (19:42):
Give me the Lions. In this one Sunday Night football.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
You've got the Pittsburgh Steelers currently at five and three
against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Speaker 1 (19:50):
Shane.
Speaker 8 (19:51):
The Steelers are one of the more hot and cold
teams in the NFL. One week they beat the Colts.
Next week they struggle against teams like the Bengals. I
don't know what to make in them, but I do
know this. Aaron rod has been better at home than
he has been on the road. And the Chargers, for
whether we realize it or not, are actually one of
the more complete teams. They have a top ten defense
in a top ten offense. I like the Chargers honestly
by double digits.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
All right, Kletto, who do you have?
Speaker 3 (20:13):
Chargers?
Speaker 1 (20:13):
And who Steelers?
Speaker 3 (20:15):
Ooh, I'm gonna go Chargers.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
I'm gonna go with Steelers today. And the reason why
is because Aaron Rodgers looks like me, and so I
fiss that one for you. Update on the Berlin game,
Atlanta just scoring over the.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
Colts, says sir.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
Twenty five or twenty six to twenty two now with
a minute forty four to play in the fourth quarter.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
And in your Monday night football game, you gotta love it.
Speaker 7 (20:41):
It's packed with green You've got the Philadelphia Eagles against
the cheese heads of Green Bay in the Packers, Shane, who.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
Do you am?
Speaker 8 (20:51):
Matt Lafleur, in his career with the Packers, whenever he
loses the game has only lost I believe it's four times.
Following the loss earlier this year the Browns. They followed
up obviously with the with the Cowboys tie. Then they
won the rest of their games until last week and
they lost to the Panthers. Both games you could argue
they should have won. I not only love the Packers
at home, I love them following a loss. I love
(21:11):
Matt Leaford's system against a beat up Eagles team because remember,
they're gonna be starting new guys on that defense. I
don't really care about Jalen Phillips yet, at least not
with with what the Packers up on the offensive line.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Give me Green Bay at home, I like it. I
like it, Palto who do you have?
Speaker 4 (21:26):
I think I'm gonna take the Eagles with the upset,
you know, coming up a bye week, and I think they're.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
Gonna be I think they're gonna do just They're gonna
they're gonna take it.
Speaker 4 (21:34):
They're getting to that point of the season where they're
ready to hit the playoff.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
Yeah, and the Colts just ran it back for a touchdown.
They got to the fifty though. No, what I like
about this is this game.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
For me, Shane, it's.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
Hard to trust the Packers this season with a couple
of their losses. Let's take Cleveland for one and Carolina
for two, and then a tie with the Dallas Cowboy
I don't know what the Packers are are are made of.
I like the Packers in this game, though, because you know,
a part of the day he's coming along, and I
don't like the Eagles because I'm a Cowboys fan and
(22:11):
we still have hope, right.
Speaker 1 (22:13):
And in the game of the week that you'll hear
at the.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
Bottom of the hour right here, the Texans Jags, Shane, who.
Speaker 3 (22:20):
Do you have?
Speaker 8 (22:22):
I hate that Davis Mills is starting for this team.
The offense looked and neft with at him. I'm sorry, Coletto.
I think the Jags went this one today. And even
though I would love the Texans to full off an upset.
Speaker 3 (22:32):
What men you hear?
Speaker 1 (22:36):
Sorry, buddy.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
When Shane says that, I kind of think twice, you know,
and uh.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
But at the same time, I think, I think Dave's
gonna bounce bounce back, and he's gonna go ahead and
lead this one and we're gonna win it by three points.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
Now, I like that pickkleto but in the words of
lead course, so not so fast, my friend, because the
Texans don't have their leader back there. He doesn't know
it's Sunday yet the Texans are strug.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
They're three and five here.
Speaker 2 (23:01):
They are going into the season saying, hey, we're divisional champions.
You've got the Colts who are leading the division at
seven and two, might go to seven and three here,
but you.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
Got the Jags, dude.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
City coming in to Houston and a and will absolutely
destroy your Texans thirty five to three.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
You need to shut your dirty rough.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
That's week tens picks of the NFL.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
You know, I just I feel bad for the Texans,
to be quite honest with you, to lose a quarterback
like that and to.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
See him struggling yet again.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
I know Ricky Bobby's on Facebook he was winning that
Commander's pick.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
And Lions Dude's the Lions all day long.
Speaker 8 (23:45):
Well, what I said about the Niners how to be
in brasilient after injury, is the exact opposite of what's
happening with Washington.
Speaker 2 (23:50):
Thank you, Thank you for that, because I think Washington
is done and that's because of how they you know,
what has happened to them. You know, the Cowboys still legitimately,
you know, have a shot here in that in the division.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
I mean, not really.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
Drinking. What is he talking about? Shane, you still have
a shot.
Speaker 8 (24:15):
Here's the reality is that I do not take the
Eagles seriously as their record. I think that what the
way they have been winning is not is not something
that sustainable. The way they've held on the leads, the
way they've essentially just played four down football, where they
they have two short plays first and second down, third downs,
depending on what they're going to go for it or not,
and then they go forth with with their tush push,
which the NFL refuses to actually officiate properly.
Speaker 1 (24:37):
But teams have starting to figure out that out a
little bit.
Speaker 8 (24:39):
We seen them struggle recently, and I think that they
will struggle against Green Bay because what they have that
a lot of teams they haven't played yet is it
is really good pass rush. Denver put the pass rush
on them and almost beat them with that. Now, regardless
of how we feel about AJ Brown and what's going
on with with that, he will play today, Saquon Barkley
will play today. I don't think it will matter just
because what what I was one of the things, as
(25:00):
I respect most of them Matt Lafleur, is the way
he is able to scheme up offenses regardless of who
the defense is, and I think that is gonna be
a big difference in this game.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
No, Hey, it's gonna be a fun interesting week ten
of You know.
Speaker 8 (25:12):
I realize I didn't aswer your question about why I
think the Cowboys are not going to be in the vision.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
I don't trust the secondary.
Speaker 8 (25:21):
I think that what they did getting Logan Wilson and
Quinn Williams is going to be effected for their front seven.
But their cornerbacks are beat up, their safeties are beat up.
Matt Matt Eberflus continues to run zone and puts guys
out of position despite where they should actually be playing.
And then I don't really care when Trump Niggas gets
Trayvon Diggs gets back, he is he is actually hurting
the team.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
Lea's on the field right now, there is no The only.
Speaker 8 (25:43):
Player in that second year I consistently trust is and
I caet what I'm saying this is Reddy Stewart, a
second year nickel cornerback. He's been their best player in
the secondary. They've been torched.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
All game long.
Speaker 8 (25:53):
We heard guys from Arizona saying it's too easy. Uh,
it's it's not been that's what's gonna hurt them this year.
I think offense they'll be better. I think at the
front seventh they'll be better. I could see them honestly
finishing at the year nine to seven and one. I
don't think it'll matter. And I think the Eagles will
win the East. I mean, I think they could buy
five for a wild card spot.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
I just have to find hope into why I'm watching
the Dallas Cowboys.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
Because theorectly they could still fire for.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
This, you know, thank God for NBA basketball, you know,
I mean, so a couple of minutes left in the show,
and again, cletcha Rodriguez just put out the link on
my Facebook Live of where you can get these tickets.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Come out and join the fun.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
Laugh a little, cry a little because I know he's
crying inside right now as the Colts just.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
Caught a pass man.
Speaker 3 (26:39):
Cry again.
Speaker 2 (26:39):
I'm probably gonna go score a touchdown because it is
