Speaker 2 (00:02):
The beef is powered by Valvelene instant oil.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
All right, here we go.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
It is that time on iHeartRadio where we do have
to chase down f lorda man and or Florida woman
and follow all their exploits. We do that every day
in this it's called WTF and that stands.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
For what the floor?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
And we go first to a driver who left a
trailer on some train tracks and then confronted the conductor
of the train. It's a beautiful what Yeah, just part
the trailer on some train tracks and then it's like,
you know is right there, I'm gonna confront the conductor

(00:50):
right now?

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Florida driver now facing felony charges after leaving a trailer
blocking the path of an oncoming train and then he
tried to climb aboard to confront the conductor. According to investigators,
ten thirty at night has happened thirty eight year old
Joss Way Castaneda Castro. He was driving with a revoke
license because of course he was, and upon arrival, deputies

(01:14):
learned that the train conductor was operating the train and
that's when a black Chevy pickup truck pulling a homemade
trailer pulled.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Up parallel to the tracks.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
The suspect then crossed the front of the train and
that left the trailer stuck on the tracks, which was
obstructing the train's movement. The conductor had no choice but
to stop, and that is when this guy here, Hossuay,
got onto the train and engaged in a verbal altercation
with the conductor.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Sir, you're the problem here. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
You. He then disconnected the trailer and then drove away,
which leaving the trailer on the tracks blocking the train.
Deputies had to get that thing off of there and
you let that you know, train conduct its business. But yeah,
deputies ordered the man. They caught up to him, They
ordered him to exit the vehicle. Initially he complied with that,

(02:06):
but then he refused to answer any kind of questions.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Uh, he tried to get back into his truck.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
At this point he smelled like booze a yeah. Yeah,
he ran off on foot into a wooded area. But Brittany,
they let the dog off the chain and that stopped
Hurstsuay is running really quick.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
That'll do it. That will get or done. Yeah, that's
for sure.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
So Josuey had that to contend with, as well as
the charges that he's facing, which is now at this
point multiple felonies.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
I just he left the trailer behind. I'm like, did
that mean nothing to you? Trailers? You just leave it
on hitching it?

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Well, it did say it was a homemade trailer, Brittany,
So that leads me to believe that.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Josua He's like, I'll make another one. Yeah, it did
matter in the back of someone else's home.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yeah, He'll steal some wood from somewhere and make another one,
So it really doesn't matter. Oh my god, Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
I gotta see it. I gotta see it.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
We go next to a Florida man he attacked a
couple with bug spray outside of a publix.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
What do you mean a couple? He shook a couple
of two.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
People he sprayed up with bug spray outside of a publix.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
This happened in Port Charlotte, making this a what a
local logo? That's right.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
A Port Charlotte man was arrested after he attacked a
couple outside of a publix with bug spray, and he
that's when they wouldn't let him skip in line. In
front of them at the checkout. So this guy comes,
he's like, hey, can I get.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
In front of you? And they're like no, And then
so they go outside.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
He goes outside, he's like hey and spray's I'm down
with bug spray. His name is Daniel Kennell. He's sixty
five years old. He got upset at the couple while
in the checkout line. An investigation revealed that the woman
was waiting for her husband in line when mister Kennel
approached and tried.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
To get in front of her.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
The woman said, sorry, buddy, I'm in line, and that
upset him.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
She started placing the.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Items on the checkout belt and Kennel started doing the same,
which furthered the argument. Now, according to this the husband
step between the wife and mister Kennel.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Told him to back off.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Kennel left his cart, left his items, ran out of
the store, and that's when this couple went outside after
paying for their stuff, and he's all, hey, ray, and
he started spraying with a bug spreay in the face, bugspray,
and then he ran away. But he's sixty five, so
he's not running fast. You know, I'm saying, that's what
I was thinking, like bugs break going in my mouth?

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Right?

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Oh no, oh yeah, I'm catching a battery on a
sixty five.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
You're hundred percent.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Yeah No, that dude's breaking a hip today, one hundred percent.
And by he's breaking a hip, I mean I'm breaking
his hit shop from the back, lunch shop from the
backs forward, and his hips. Oh god, a hip gong
mean he's sixty five, He's gonna bruise instantly, you know
what I mean? You just brush that guy the wrong

(04:59):
way and he's all bruised up. They say this is
a disgusting and cowardly act. And over what who checks
out first at a grocery store? Come on, Danie'll get
it together. You're sixty five years old. Stop being a pile.
We go lastly to a Florida divorce lawyer. Oh yeah, Now,
he was supposed to be in court. However, he was

(05:21):
not in court on time. And the reason that he
was not in court on time is because he was
sitting in jail for not making his alimony payments. That
right there is the ultimate irony. He's a divorce lawyer.
He is first in people having to pay alimony. And
what happens when you don't. He was sitting in jail

(05:43):
for not paying his alimony any misty hearing. No, So
now he's got a client that is like, hey, where's
my lawyer? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (05:51):
Any idiots that guy?

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Right, Yeah, they're actually thinking about disbarring this lawyer.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
But a divorce lawyer. There was a client's hearing.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
He missed it because he was sitting in the Hernando
County jail on a contempt of court charge. That contempt
being for not paying his court ordered alimony to his
former wife. Now, according to this there are five, I
guess bar cases.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
He's not the only one.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
There's other lawyers that are in trouble for various criminal
matters and other whatnots, But this one seems to be
the most interesting. Where you have a man who's a
divorce lawyer who's sitting in jail for not paying his alimony.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Hey, that woman her alimony? Did that woman her monies?
For having to deal with you all that time, all
those years.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
I had a friend of mine, though, I will tell
you this, a buddy of mine got married, got divorced,
and the judge she was in college at the time,
like taking college courses, you know. Yeah, so the judge
said this was the order. The order was that as
long as she was in school, he would pay alimony. Yes,
when she graduated, then, you know, stop furthering her education then.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
And alimony got cut off. Right.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
She took advantage of a loophole. She just kept on
enrolling in classes. She never stopped being a student. She
just kept on getting master's degree after master's degree, after associates,
after bachelor's after She just kept on going for all
these degrees and kept him on the hook for alimony
for years.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
Finally a judge saw his.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
Side and was like, this woman just keeps enrolling in
classes so she can live off the teet.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
That a girl, you know, Yeah, she.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
Was getting super educated paid right. Meanwhile, she already did
the smartest thing she's ever done in her life by
soaking this guy for years.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
She's gonna get any smarter than that. I'm sure she
earned it.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
Yeah, in one way or another. Well, that was a
lot of fun, Yeah, he was. Yeah, for everybody except
for this lawyer's client. He's standing there in court with
his thumb up.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
As you know what.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Anyway, we'll do it again every morning at seven thirty
and nine thirty, right about the time this lawyer should
be stroking an alimony check to his ex wife.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
Yeah, listen to the podcast. It's free.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
It's on iHeartRadio. Look for the Freak Show WTF the podcast,
and I'll say this, Brittany, I hope this guy finds
a good lawyer.
