Well, all right, here we go. It is that time

go first to a Florida man. Yeah he is. Actually
he tried to drop a cell phone via a drone
to a buddy of his in prison. That's a good friend, man,
that's a good friend. Good buddy, Ride and or die.
Florida man Jose Gonzales Moncada. He's thirty nine years old.

He's been charged with introducing contraband into the jail. You
can't introduce contraband, you can't hello contraband. How are you
shake their hand? According to this criminal complaint, the Pine
County Sheriff's Department deputies responded to the report of a
drone which was flying over a Federal Correction Institute in Sandstone, Florida. Now,
the Federal Correction Institute's sci staff reported that there was

a drone with an object attached underneath. It flew over
the prison. The object, which was a cell phone, was
not dropped. However, a deputy initiated a traffic stop on
the vehicle believed to be involved with the drone, and
through this they found, oh, mister Moncata did in fact
have a black backpack in the trunk which did have

the drone and the cell phone. Oh boy. Yeah. Now,
according to this, he told deputies that he was going
on a road trip for his birthday and that mister
Moncatta was paying for the drive. And the driver was
trying to like be I don't know what's going on here, buddy,
I don't know. I don't know what this guy's doing.
He said he'd pay for the drive. That's all I know. Yeah,

my birthday. Yeah, Moncata was shaking and he was very
apparently very nervous. There was a drone controller, several cell phones,
and large rolls of bubble wrap that were found the
backpack as well as well as long as as well
as his paycheck. Oh, his paycheck was in there. You
couldn't say it wasn't his, No e. Everything else in

that backpack is not mine, except the paycheck. I mean,
that's it, all right, in the backpack itself, because I
kind of like that backpack, all right, The backpack of
the paycheck of mine, but everything else inside is not.
I don't know. I don't know who put that there, right,
no idea how it got there. Right. We go next
to a Florida Actually yeah, Florida man charged in baby

formula heists. Not one plural, multiple many. This guy stole
tens of thousands of dollars worth of baby formula. That
means he got away with three containers. A Palm Beach
County man is facing felony charges from stealing tens of
thousands of dollars worth of baby formula. The Attorney General

for the state of Florida announced yesterday that Kenneth Jones
is going to be charged with two counts of first
degree felony retail theft in connection with mass amounts of
baby formula stolen. They say that mister Jones started his
baby formula felonious activity back in November, and he continued
into May. He carried out over fifty heists of the
baby formula earmarked for infants, and mister Jones has a

history of convictions. They say, stealing formula away from parents
who rely on it to feed their children, it's unconscidable.
They say, those prices are unconscidable. I'll tell you what
I wonder if he was selling them at a lower
price eight thousand percent, that is exactly what he was
doing with them. Yeah, you think that they were taking
out out of the hands of parents. No, you're putting
them into the hands of parents, only at a cheaper price. Exactly,

because exactly, mister Jones, he's like a robin hood, robin
to a hood. Anyway, he would hit public's, target, Walmart's,
you know, all over the bail out. We got to
bail them out. He was doing a community service, protect
this man, exactly, exactly. That's right. Well, tens of thousands
of dollars. He made himself a lot of money. The

baby formula company will be fine, They'll be okay. Yeah,
I'm I'm sure Infamile isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I'm
not gonna put them out. Nah, we go. Last lead
to a Florida man. He survived a shark attack while
spearfishing in the Bahamas. Oh my gosh, he said, all
his limbs still. Let me count. Does he have his nose?

His nose looks like it. Yeah, noses there Fork Pierce, Florida,
Florida Mana's recovery after surviving a shark attack while he
was spearfishing off to the coast of the Bahamas. He
was doing this fishing trip turned nightmare. His name is
Eddie Jarmakwitz. He's from Riviera Beach and Eddie was diving
during this three day trip and this is a grand

k the Bahamas. He was bitten by a shark. According
to this Yeah, left him with serious injuries on his
left hand. Ah, he said. I never even saw the
shark that attacked me, he said, but my wrist was
hanging down. I could see there as you know, the
flesh there all. Yeah. He swam back to the boat.
They had a rescue that started from there. Eddie in

his group at the time, there were four people, two
in the water, two in the boat. The other diver
in the water said that the type of shark looked
like it was a reef shark about six feet. Wait,
aren't those not supposed to by you? Well tell that
to a reef shark. Yeah, hey, you you're not supposed to.
You weren't supposed to do that. As his hand is
hanging off, Hey man, cool, you're supposed to be one

of the good ones. The dude the friendly doll side ones.
We can pet party around, right, yeah, exactly. I thought
we could feed you guys. Great, great, Now I can't feed. Well,
I can still feed, but none as well. I mean
I'm feeding in my hands, but you know, still rowing

the trip. That's what you get for feeding sharks. They
start chomping at your hands thinking you got food in them.
That's it. You got bit by a shark while spear fishing.
Well that was fun for everybody except for Eddie who
almost lost his hand. Only had his spear right, if
only he had something to fend that shark off with,

and sim is right. I mean, come on, man, you're
spear fishing guy. You did it wrong. Well, we'll do
this again every morning at seven thirty and nine thirty.
