Mall at Italy. She was at Italy at Aventura Mall
facing now two charges, including a felony, after police say
she slapped a senior and a spat over a chair.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
No, all, give her the chair. What do you mean
she's a seat? Wait a minute, it was a guy.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
It was a senior man. Yeah, but she slapped this
old man. Well, he didn't want to move out the
way for her seat, knocked out his dentis. Well, I mean,
you know, yeah, but he's still old. Her name is
Lelia Tinchero. She's forty four years old, and according to this,
she was sitting at a table to eat food and
wait for her husband and son. And she said, that's
when a woman approached her and said that her family

(01:14):
was sitting at that table that set off a dispute, right,
and according to this this old man was involved, and well,
she decided that of all the people, she was gonna
slap seventy two year old man. He intervened tried to
break up the fight, and she's like, oh, yeah, you're
trying to break this up.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
I'm trying to escalate it. And she slapped him.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Caused the man to have quote pain and dizziness and
needed a trip to the hospital. Man, that's bold. She
got charged with battery on a person sixty five and over. Wow,
over some seats, over some seats. I don't know, Okay
if she thought that was her table, yeah, nobody else
was sitting there at the time, right, No, that's not
your table.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
I guess gonna have to slap your grandpa.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Yeah, I'm gonna have to slap your grandpa. Sorry, gramps,
you're getting slapped today.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
It's your Brandow want to act up over here? Brace
yourself because you don't want to fall. You're gonna break
a hip and no, unpraised yourself. Raise yourself.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Ah.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
We go next to a Florida man.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
His face proves why you should try, not try assaulting
a deputy during a Cantina Louis disturbance.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Yeah, taken into custody.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
He assaulted a deputy during a disturbance at a place
called Cantina Louis. His name is Michael Mahon. He's fifty
eight years old.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Fifty eight.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
He was involved in a fight at the restaurant first,
and then he was asked to leave. So they already
gave you a chance, Michael.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
They asked him to leave after he got into a fight.
He did not Jeopanies located him on an electric bicycle. Oh,
come on, you're fifty eight years old, you ride an
electric bike?

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Man. Well, this is the behavior of that type of person,
it sure is. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Well he took a mind incident and then he turned
it into a felony because that is when the obviously
when the deputy had some questions for Michael, he started
resisting and he tried to escape. Then he assaulted the
deputy at one point and that was it. So they say,
you do that and you're going to be staying at
the Gray Bar motel.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
You know what I'm saying. Oh, I know it is shamed. Yeah,
we call it the Marcino Martel around here. But yeah,
well we go lastly to a Florida man.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
He is a Florida wedding DJ and well, let's just
say that he was arrested for a very unusual crime.
He was caught in a park, right, a public park,
by the way. He's thirty two years old. His name
is Anthony Smith. Anthony was found walking around a Florida
park wearing women's lingerie, the bottoms of which were quote

(03:54):
the thong variety.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Oh. He also had his genitals fully exposed. Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
He was also wearing fake breasts, a wig of long
black hair. He had a black mask around his face.
He had one of those rings you know for arousal purposes,
you know.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Oh yep.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
And he also had a black foxtail that was coming
out of his rear end.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
So there you go. And it just keeps getting worse.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
When I say that the tail was coming out of
his rear end, Brittany, I literally mean it wasn't like,
you know, you know, pinned on to the back of
the thong underwear that he was wearing. And it wasn't
you know, strapped around his waist. In any kind of way.
When I say that that foxtail was in his behind,
it was in his behind.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Unfortunately, I know what you mean. It was attached to
another anyway. Well, anyway, there it is.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
But obviously people were calling nine to one one about Anthony.
He is a party slash wedding DJ, and he tried
to evade police. Kind of hard to run, you know,
in the black wig with a fake bobs and the
thong and the foxtail up your butt.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
I don't think you get booked after this. I don't.
I don't think you get booked after this.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
No.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
I think that they they pretend you don't exist, and
then they make you not exist, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
We just we just got to throw the whole guy away.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
At this point. You know, there's no resurrecting this. There's
no there's no bringing, there's no coming back from that. Yeah,
you know, I don't care how good your DJ price is, right.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
I wonder what his YELP previews are, like, you know
what I mean, He was a great DJ, but that
foxtail was really off putting, like.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
He wears it to gigs. Oh no, none of that,
thank you, sir, Having none of that right.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
He says that he suffers from some sort of a
uh you know, arousal addiction of sorts. So he's been
booked on exposure charges before. This is in Anthony's first
trip to the to the jail because of this.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Well that's a lot of fun. Yeah, except I don't
want to ever meet or write well Anthony ever again.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
No, absolutely not. I will not be attending any of
the parties that he's DJing. Thank you, thank you very much.
But we'll do this again every morning at seven thirty
