Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yes, all right, here we go. It is that time
here on iHeartRadio where we do have to chase down
Florida man and or Florida woman, right, follow all their exploits.
So we do that every day in this it's called

(00:21):
WTF and that stands.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
For what the Florid And we go first to a
Florida man.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
He was well, first of all, setting fires in the
street for no reason, right, just.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
You know, no big deal.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
He was also armed at the time that he was
doing this, which, as you can imagine, led to a
very tense standoff with deputies. Yeah, he was armed and
setting fires in the middle of a road in a
residential area.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Now, according to.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
This he was threatening a deputy and he was threatening
to provoke a deputy involved shooting. He's like, you know,
shoot me, shoot me, shoot me. I'm set the fires
and now I got a gun. Anyway, deputy's observed that
the man was carrying a rifle and also he was
wearing an armored vest. The Sheriff's department said, they're in
the conversation. They made several statements, and the man said

(01:18):
he was frustrated and he might provoke.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
A shooting out there. Oh wow, yeah, grand.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Theft auto living right ETA six at. Already, the deputy
took cover behind a cruiser while trying to talk to
the man, who has not been identified. Meanwhile, there was
this fire just burning in the middle of the road.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
He told the man get out of the middle of
the road. And you know, the deputy is, you know,
trying to meet him halfway. But according to this, you know,
the the guys, you know, he wants the guy to
start walking first. And then you can hear the guy go,
why do I gotta walk first? And like, just let's
come on, man, let go. Yes. Finally there was a
helicopter deployed. There was a rome that was deployed. An

(02:01):
additional deputy showed up. After about an hour of negotiating
with the suspect, he appeared ready to surrender. Now, according
to this, he was seen removing his vest and putting
his rifle down. Yeah, he was on a coke exactly,
so you know what, I'm not high enough for this anymore.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
Yeah, I'm sobering up and realizing this is crazy.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
Right. According to this, not only did he have the
armored vest and the rifle, he also had a shotgun
and a taser.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Oh yeah, somebody was well armed.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
Oh yeah, he was on top tract setting fires in
the middle of the road.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
You know, just why not? I mean, did you need
the fire? Did we? Right?

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Did we need all of that? You know, you already
got two guns and a taser, you're wearing an armored
vest and all this other whatnot? Did you need to
start fire in the middle of the road in a
residential neighborhood, by the way. You know, there's people just
trying to put their kids to bed, and here's this
guy setting fires in the middle of the road, ranting
and raving.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
That's a good God, that's dramatic. It was just weird. Man.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
We got weird people, and I had more attention seeking
and more weird people. There is a Florida man and
nobody knows who he is. He's wearing a mask. They
call him the Midnight Stalker. And apparently this guy goes
around late night and he leaves wood and money on
front porches, just randomly leaving. Now, I wouldn't be mad about,

(03:22):
you know, somebody leaving a little bit of wood and
money on my front porch. I mean, you know, we
could make a fire. You know, it's gonna get cold
this weekend. You know that'd be nice. A little bit
of money. Who's going to be mad at that? I
don't even know why anybody's pissed. This is something somebody's
mad about this, right?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Wait? How much money they're.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Calling the midnight stalker. How about the midnight giver? You
know what I mean, the midnight generous person, the.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Midnight wood handler, cash giver.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
I mean something that sounds like it'd be arrestable, you
know what I mean, the midnight wood handler, cash giver.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
Give me the midnight woodler, the cash giver. There you go, Yeah,
midlight woodlaer comes to me, we'll work it. Doesn't why
I now?

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Actually no, Now I see why they call him the
midnight stalker. See because on one of these pieces of wood,
he wrote in green marker, the midnight Stalker is coming
for Palm Coast. So I guess he calls himself the
midnight stalker. But I mean, again, that's not very stalker ish,
is it. You know, you're leaving pieces of wood for
people to enjoy a.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Nice fire, and you're leaving money. I mean I love that.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
Burn the evidence and keep the cash, burn it. You
know what I'm like this This is the type of stalker.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
We need in the world.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
You want the midnight stalker knocking on your door, give it, Well,
not knocking on it. We're giving the piece of wood.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Yeah, that's that's the stalker I want.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
He'll give you some wood and then give you some cash.
I mean, wait a minute again, that sounds arrestable. We
go lastly to a Florida woman. This time, Yeah, she
got into a fight with her boyfriend at Texas roadhouse.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
What did he do to her?

Speaker 3 (04:58):
I don't know, but I know what she did to him.
She sliced him with a machete. Wait, holds up here, Yeah,
how are you.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
Carrying a text int a machete at a.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
Texas At a Texas roadhouse, thank you?

Speaker 3 (05:11):
She attacked her boyfriend with a machete. According to this,
Oh yeah, she had a problem with apparently some photos
that were on his phone that she didn't like to see.

Speaker 4 (05:20):
Right.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Oh yeah, So they got in this argument at a
Texas roadhouse, and that's when Liz Fraischel, forty nine years old,
she got arrested and booked him to the jail, being
held without any kind of bonds, and she and her
boyfriend they're having dinner at a Texas roadhouse, and she
saw photos on the phone of or no, sorry, he
saw photos on her phone of her hugging another man

(05:42):
and holding hands with him.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Oh what the heck.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
He stormed out of the restaurant, left her behind. That's
when he came back to the apartment to give her
back some of her stuff, and that is when she went.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
At him with a machete.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Oh damn.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Yeah, no, he was foolish to go. That was right.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
You had that out.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
You should have stayed out. Yeah, this is what happened. Originally,
he wanted no contact.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Right.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
What he had done is he went to her house
and he put her items on an air conditioning unit
outside of her apartment, and then he was gonna go home. However,
once he realized that when he got back to the car,
he realized he left his car keys, you know, there
on the air conditioner as well. So he went back
to go get his car keys. Now that is when

(06:30):
she was there. She had already picked up the items
and brought them inside, including the car keys, and uh right.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
So he goes inside the apartment, sees the car keys
on her bed, and she locked him inside the bedroom
against his will at this point, and that's when she
came at him with a machete and sliced them.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
Well, you know what, that's you've learned that lesson. Yeah,
you messed up.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
She she sliced them at the elbow while shelby, I'm gonna.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
Kill you, you son a bee. Wow. No, that's that's awful.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
He escaped the apartment and ran back to his car,
drove himself to the hospital. Another one driving themselves in
the hospital, yes after an elbow injury.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Yeah, we had a story just yesterday a Fort Myers woman,
Sandra Nichols. She tried to flee a traffic stop, got
popped in the elbow by a deputy, and then drove.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Herself to the hospital. Same with this guy.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
He took a deep laceration to his elbow and then
he drove himself.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
The elbow the worst bone. Great.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Wow, I can't believe she tried to slice him.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Oh yeah, with a machete.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
There was a resident that heard a woman yelling, items
being thrown and then she heard a man crying before
seeing him run out of the apartment. That was all
a man yelling and screaming and him.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Crying and crying. Oh what a mess, a mess. Oh
love it, Florida.

Speaker 3 (07:57):
Thank you so much, Florida.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
