don't know if those who are watchingright now or who will watch obviously,
who will watch this episode, theywill see in the comments or in the
title in the heading that you area confidence coach and a marketing strategist.
Alow McCanns. I want to becauseyour name, I'm gonna start here.

(05:23):
Your name is Adrian. Yeah, you know your name is Adrian. Hello,
that's your name, and now it'sMcCants. Now it's McCants because you're
married to mister Matt McCants. Willget to him later. So I want
to know what what made you decideto go with Alo? How did that

(05:44):
come about? Yeah, that's somethingdifferent, that's different. It's nice.
Yes. So I'm so back whenI was about what age was I I
started working at a radio station.I think I was around like eighteen years
old, was yes, So thatwas with DJ Strick. So that's how
we met each other was through straightSo Strict took me under his wing when

(06:08):
I was a teenager, and umhe was on radio at the time and
we were doing ninety five seven gospeljams and um, so I needed a
radio personality name and Adrian. Thatain't Cole, that ain't cut. So
my name was Adrian. And that'sexactly that's exactly why I do not love

(06:33):
that name. But it is thename that my parents gave me. So
um but Alo was my radio personalityname and it just stuck. And so
um, I'm actually about to legallychange my name to Alo mccamps. So
yeah, so Alo is where itcame from, and it just it's stick.
So now I know people when theycall me Adrian or if they call

(06:54):
me Angel, which is another nickname of mine. Um. So all
throughout college, my nick name wasAngel, which that's another crazy story within
itself, but the A stayed thesame. So no matter what you call
me, either Adrian or Angel,I'm still a loomankent. So that's whether
Alow comes from how your mamma feelabout that. My mamma didn't name me

(07:16):
anyways, So this is the crazystory. So I came pretty quickly.
My mama said she was in laborwith me for forty five minutes because I'm
always trying to get somewhere, okay, baby, I got things to do.
I'm always trying to get out, okay. So my dad came into
the room and the nurses were holdingme and it was like, well,
what are you gonna call her?My mom and them thought I was gonna

(07:39):
be a boy. My name wassupposed to be Leroy James. Okay,
right, glory and bless it beto God. But race. So he
was like, well, we can'tname her Leroy, and so he said
that there was someone he had justheard the name Adrian, and so he
just started calling me Adrian. Somy mom was sleep and the nurses was

(08:00):
like, here's Adrian. She waslike, who what my baby? It
was like, well, your husbandnamed the Adrian and it just sucked.
So she't on mine. You couldhave been l Well, my oldest daughter's
name is Adrian's a beautiful name. And she was going to be Adrian,
or he was going to be Adrian, whether it's a boy or girl.

(08:22):
Didn't know whether it was going tobe a boy girl, but Adrian was
going to be the name, regardlesswhether it was male or female, just
because you know what. One day, I was sitting watching this college basketball
game and we have been trying tofigure out, you know what we want
to what name we want to givethe third child that we had, and
this cat was just killing everybody andhis name was Adrian. I'm like,

(08:46):
that's the name. That's the name, because it can be a boy or
girl didn't matter. We didn't haveto pick a girl's name or pick a
boy's name. We just whether itwas a boy, male female was going
to be Adrian. You are ayou and I connected because I saw you
on a podcast with DJ Strick andfor some reason, our spirits just,
you know, intertwined, and we'vebeen in contact since and you've been in

(09:09):
the process of helping me, andprayerfully I'll be able to reciprocate and help
you in our quest to get towhere God wants us to be, in
our quest to accomplish everything that isin us to accomplish before we go on
to glory. But right now you'reyour main focus. I mean, you
do have a podcast that you doMonday through Friday on Instagram, it's on

(09:33):
Facebook, and it's on YouTube. You're an inspiration, you give affirmations.
We'll get to that in a minute, but right now your focus is being
a confidence coach and a marketing stratestrategist. So can you can you break
that down for everybody who's listening orwho will listen. I see you,
Vinny Caaprioty, God, bless you, Rether, thanks for being on today.

(09:54):
Can you break that down exactly? What a confidence coach is and what
I mean. I think people kindof know what a marketing strategist is,
but they really don't know unless they'rein something that needs to be or dealing
with something that needs to have marketingtake place for them to go to the
next No, so break that downfor us. Yes, So basically what

(10:15):
I do is I help entrepreneurs, coaches, and experts gain the confidence that
they need to show up online andget these digital coins. Okay, Like
since COVID, a lot has changedwith how we use the internet. We're
even learning more on the internet now, and so entrepreneurs, you two can
be making like you know, thebrick and mortar thing that used to be

(10:37):
the thing back in the day,but now we're moving business online to social
media, and so they're not anybillboards on social media. So how do
you stand out when it's all thesedifferent posts on your page and if you
look at your Facebook page, ithas all these things on the side and

(10:58):
all these different words on the side. How do you stick out in a
social media world and get people tonotice your product or your services. So
that's where I come into play.I will help you, number one,
gain the confidence that you need toshow up online because so many people are
afraid to do what we're doing rightnow. They're afraid to go live,

(11:20):
they're afraid to post their video, they're afraid to show their face. Well,
no face, no case. Wedon't know who to give our money
to. If we don't ever seeyou. You could have the best business
in the world. You can havethe best coaching service in the world,
the best coaching business in the world. But if you don't know how to
market yourself, will never know thatyou exist. And so I help number

(11:43):
one, you gain the confidence thatyou need to show up on life,
to show up on these social mediastreets, and then I will help you
to come up and create a marketingstrategy that works best for you and your
company and whatever it is that youhave to offer, so that we're speaking
to the right people, talking tothe right way, because you know,
the way you talk to your wifeis not gonna be the same way you
talk to your mama. So whatwe do is we figured out well,

(12:09):
I hope well, I am fromAlabama, I have her strange story.
But I help you to figure outwho your audience is, help you to
niche down, and then help youspeak directly to them so that they can
find your product in your service online. So I mixed the two together because

(12:31):
I was officially I was originally justa confidence coach, just helping people just
show up more in their families, helping them show up in life. But
then I realized that was not enough. So then I started taking more classes.
I learned from people like Myron Golden. I was able to work with
ash Cash exientists, I was ableto work with Julian Gordon, all these

(12:52):
different influential entrepreneurs, and I learnedmarketing, and so now I tie the
two together so I can help youhave the confidence that you need and the
marketing strategies that you need to goout here and dominate these digital streets.
And it's almost as if you know, if you're going to do any kind

(13:13):
of business, if you're going toprovide any kind of service, you know,
even like for church, you knowyou're going to have to have some
kind of online presence, and thatonline presence when you establish it or when
you post it, so to speak, it's it's you're competing with everybody else

(13:33):
that's doing what they're doing online. So there has to be you know,
not just something attractive that people see, because I learned that people listen to
what they see online. So aspeople are scrolling through their phone, yep,
that's I just drop I just droppedthe nugget in. It didn't as

(13:54):
people are scrolling on the phone,at least me. I'm scrolling through the
phone and that little horn icon hasthe has to line through it. It's
off, my volume is off.But then I see something that attracts my
eye and I click on the hornand I listened to it. So it
starts with what people see, allright, and what they see has to
be uh quality, it has tobe presentable. And then what they hear

(14:16):
once they click on that little hornhas to be great content. It has
to be you know, uh influentialor persuasive content. So I mean that's
that's in and of itself a greatplace to be yourself, because that's where
everything is. Brianna, I seeyou, God bless you. Thanks for
she said, Gems. Yes,JEMs, that's one of your people.

(14:39):
Is that, Brianna, one ofyour followers? I don't know. I'm
looking at the people in the comments. I'm just hearing you talk to people
and don't wave and I like, okay, I thought her name was familiar
to you, Brianna, thank youfor being with us today. She's new.
I don't think i've ever she's overcoming. Yep. I'm sure she's
following because you're on today. Soso talk to us about I'm a pastor,

(15:00):
okay, and I understand what itmeans to try to be a confidence
coach. I don't. I don'tnecessary. I try to deal obviously with
the spiritual side and biblical principles andapplication of those you know, in people's
lives on a daily basis, andtrying to persevere and endure and hanging there
for a long time and do itover time, all that kind of stuff
and faith. But confidence coach has, you know, I think that's just

(15:26):
a little bit different. It doesn'tstep out of the realm of the spirit
spiritual because you need the spiritual inorder to be whole. But talk to
me, or talk to the peopleabout because I think this is really an
area where you'll be able to drawsome people in who are watching now or
who will be watching later on.As a confidence coach, the things that

(15:48):
you deal with and what you're findingthat you're having to help people with because
from what I understand of you,you love to help people. You have
this affect entity for people, andthat's rare today. Most people are cynical.
We live in a cynical, selfish, gilt throwing, accusational world today,

(16:12):
and most people aren't willing to giveof themselves to help someone else.
But put to me, you know, I haven't known you that long,
but to me, you're genuinely oneof those people who really have a gift
a passion for helping other people. So what kinds of things have you had

(16:32):
to deal with? And how doyou attack it? How do you go
about it? Yes? Well, first of all, the why it's simple.
I am the trillion dollar Lady forthe glory of God like I am
her, and in order for meto get to my trillions, someone told
me that if you want more money, help more people get what they want.
And if you want to help morepeople get what they want. But

(16:53):
I've learned that the biggest hurdle whenit comes to people is not the talent.
It's not the gift things that Godgave them. It's not it's not
what they're able to do. It'stheir mindset. It's that stinking thinking and
those limiting beliefs. And so thebasis of my coaching program is the word
of God. It's the word ofGod. Like that's where my confidence comes

(17:15):
from. I call it goffidence, and I encourage goffidence in my clients.
It's in that's faith in God.Knowing who you are and whose you are.
It's item because this world wants totry to tell you, oh,
you're just a man, you're justa woman, You're just a black woman,

(17:36):
a black man, a Caucasian woman, a Caucasian man. No,
you are more than that. Youare a child of the Most High God.
And he says that there is nothingimpossible to those that believe. So
what I've seen, it's just stinkingthinking, limiting beliefs, a lack of
belief, and a lack of knowledge, which the Bible says that my people
are destroyed for a lack of knowledge, to destroy ourselves because we do not

(18:00):
know what we've been equipped with andwhat we have been equipped for. And
one and I help my clients.I work with them to figure out who
they are, who God has createdthem to be, and how to perfect
that so that they can continue toshow up in the marketplace. Because I
believe that everybody has a solution. There is a solution that is on the

(18:22):
inside of you, and it ismy job to help you to figure out
what that solution is and to presentit to the world. But God did
not just send us down here random. We are not accidents. But we
have been deployed here on a mission, on an assignment by God, and
it is up to us to completeit. Why because we're all longing to

(18:44):
hear those words, well done,my good and faithful servant. This is
how I know that God is notdone with you, because if God was
done with you, you would belooking at him and he would be saying
those words to you, well doneby good in faith full serving. But
He's not through with us yet.We still have more work to do and
it starts with your belief system.I have this saying like, you need

(19:08):
to change your BS. I knowwe're on a good show. Here go
ahead, you go right ahead, sister, go right ahead, because I
tell my clients I need you tochange your b s. Your BS is
getting in the way. And whatis your B as your BS is your
belief system. We gotta get ourbelief system together, so we we tackle

(19:32):
the mindset. We tackle the mindset. We make sure you know who you
are and why you're showing up andwhy it's vital for you to show up,
because it's not about us that's doingthis show right now, It's not
about us. God did not sendus down here for us. He set
us down here for his people whoneed us. It says that we are
the light of the world. Weare the light of the world. And
why are we the light so thatothers can see our good deeds and follow

(19:55):
us to our savior. So Iencourage our people to just number one.
And it's that stinking thinking believing toomuch of what mama said? And you
know, can we can we justforgive our parents for not knowing all the
things? Can we learn how tolet that go? Can we learn how
to forgive mama for not having allthe know How can we forgive Daddy for

(20:18):
being busy and trying to provide foryour family? Can we learn how to
forgive our parents for not understanding itall? Because now as I am a
mama, I love my mama somuch more than them, and that were
things I didn't understand before I hadmy son, but now I get it
so but you asked me, whatdo I see A lot that stinking thinking,
and I don't hear what a rootcomes from. Maybe Mama did say

(20:41):
something, But give Mama some grace, girl, you saying, look,
I gotta I was gonna write itdown, but I think I remember you
said, we've been deployed to yYeah, God deployed us to be here.
That means when I think here theword deployed that I'm thinking of soldiers,
I'm thinking of war. We're ina We're in a battle here,

(21:03):
y'all, whether we realize it ornot. But understand this like you,
Like you're saying, the battle isnot with one another, the battles in
the realm that we can't see.And we're so because of our mindset,
are stinking thinking, confused, thinkingthe lives that Satan has been telling us,
the same old lives that he toldthe garden. We're just confused,
and we're targeting the wrong places andthe wrong people and the wrong things.

(21:29):
And and it's our faith, likeyou said, that limits God. Now,
when I say that, I meanwe can't. We don't limit God
because God has all power. Thatmeans we have no power, and the
enemy has no power, because Godhas all power. But it's our faith
that determines how much God can doin our lives and what God can do
in our lives. If we believeit so, it will be so.

(21:52):
But if we don't, if ourmind is not right in our faith is
not right, our belief is notof that our theology in terms of what
God can do. Because God cando everything and anything but fail, then
we limit what God can do inour lives. I believe when I needed
check in the mail, I canask God and God will send it.
I mean, I'm that I'm thatcrazy about my faith. I believe when

(22:17):
funds are low, like they areright now, then I can pray and
God will send me money. Ibelieve that, And can nobody change my
mind about that? Shouldn't be ableto because we've seen it. I'm sure
you've seen God do it before,he says. Say God, and he
says that He's able to provide forus according to his riches that never run
out, glory that never runs out. He is the wail that never runs

(22:41):
dry. So if you need it, just sit down, baby, God,
it's don't see it, he says. Be still and know that I
am God. Sometimes you just gottasit down and remind yourself. God got
this. I might sit down andsit outside and and watch the creepy crawley
things. God said in the bookof Genesis. He told those things to
and they're still crawling and swim, and they're still swimming. He told the

(23:04):
sun to rise and said, andit's still doing it. It's still doing
his thing. So if they're stillbeing obedient to God, what's wrong with
you. That's the same thing thathappened at the beginning. God said,
fish, swim. God said, and they swam. They've been swimming ever
since God said, wind blow. The wind's been blown up. Since God

(23:25):
said birds fly, birds fly, beach, run through the field, they've
been running through the field. Godtold everything to do what he wanted it
to do, what's supposed to do, what he designed it to do,
and he did it. Then Godtold man, don't eat of the tree,
and we did it. Anyway. We're the only we're the only part
of creation that's disobedient. That's whythis this is just my theology. That's

(23:45):
why God had to give us hiswords the Bible, because we have to
constantly be reminded what God said,God told him once, God told everything
else once and it's been doing it, like you said, ever since.
But he has to continue need totell us in his word what he desires.
Though you mentioned something about and Idon't. I didn't wasn't intending on

(24:07):
even bringing this up during the show, but you mentioned it so and I
love it that that we can,you know, shift, if we need
to. You said something about kidsforgive your parents. Oh my God,
where maybe you can help me withthis? When young people, I've seen
it on television shows before, I'veseen it in person. I've seen it
in real life where young people andyou're young enough to be my daughter,

(24:32):
so don't get out of hand,um, But young people will call their
parents by their first name? Whatthe heck is that? And where and
why do young people when they forwhatever reason they get mad at their parents,
decide to call their mother or theirfather by their first name. Why

(24:55):
do you know why young people dothat? Why where that comes from?
Are they are they heard in?Are they trying to hurt their parents?
Are they purposefully trying to be disrespectful? You know what? I honest to
God, I think it is andit's okay if people disagree with me,
but I can tell if some ofthese kids didn't get backhanded in the mouth
any shows Like I was raised inthe early eighties and in the late nineties,

(25:19):
and that was back when the beltwas the discipline. Okay, we
used to have this thing called apaddle, and I'm scared to even tell
y'all about it because I don't wanty'all call in dhr all my parents now.
But I thank God for that disciplinebecause that discipline taught me respect in
how to honor not just my parents, but the elders, and also to

(25:41):
God. That same discipline is necessaryfor me honoring God and having respect for
God. There are certain words tothis day. I don't care. I'm
thirty six years old. I'm notgonna talk a certain type of way in
front of my mama. I'm justnot gonna do it. And and it's
just because I was raised differently.I was raised like if I got caught

(26:03):
up doing something, the belt wasmy portion. Okay. Now this new
generation, and that's the thing too, Like we've got to learn because the
Bible talks about disciplining our children.Spare the ride, spoil the child,
whatever your ride needs to be parents, like, don't try to be your
child's friend, be your child's parent, be your child, find ways to

(26:29):
discipline your children. It's just alack of discipline. That's all I can
see. Thats the parents don't knowhow to discipline the kids. The schools
don't know how to discipline the kidsbecause they're scared of the parents. And
then the parents are scared of thegovernment because now these kids know how to
pick up cell phones and day I'mnine one one, this woman is attacking
me. So it's just like, honestly, it just makes me think of

(26:51):
and I feel like I'm finding soundlike one of them old people. But
it's like we're living in the lastdays where God's way is becoming lesser and
lesser of a priority, or we'rewe're more afraid of the government than what
we are of God's word. It'slike we're more afraid of what people's opinions
of us is than what we arewhat God said, we have got to

(27:15):
come back down to the foundation rootedin the word of God. But it
also stopped because the parents don't allowthe kids to go to church no more.
They allow them to decide if theywant to go you want to go
to church or that Jimmie, Ididn't get that choice. No, there
was never there was never a questionwhat was going to happen on Sunday morning
in my house when I was goingup and there was there was never even

(27:36):
a thought of even trying to notgo to church. And we and not
only did we go to church inthe morning at eleven o'clock, but there
was always an afternoon service, whetherit was at our home church or whether
we were gotten the bus or carsand went to somebody else's church. So
we were in church all day onSundays, on most Sundays, and there
was never any ill feelings. Therewere never any way of trying to get

(28:00):
out of it. That was ourway of life. That was the way
we lived. Yeah, and uh, And like you said, now,
the parents will get up in themorning and ask the kids, well,
what do you want to do today? Jimmy, you want to go to
church? No, I want togo to church. Well, we're not
going to butter milk. Why won'tyou all the church last week? Well,
because Jimmy didn't want to come tochurch? What right? Right?

(28:23):
What do you teach him? Areyou in charge or is he in charge.
Right, they fear their kids morethan they fear our God. And
that's what Gods honestly said. Whathappened in the last days and the last
days, people will turn away fromthe faith. The church used to be
the staple of the community. LikeI'm from Birmingham, Alabama. There are
churches on every corner, on everycorner of Alabama. Like, so I'm

(28:47):
still in a community where church isstill the foundation. But it's not like
that in a lot of different places. And so we're just getting further and
further away from God's original design fromman. Right, that's where the disrespect
comes from. They're disrespectful to God, so of course they're going to be
disrespectful to their parents. I wastalking to my bishop yesterday and he was

(29:10):
saying, they have a bus andthey have like three or four vans in
their parking lot, and someone stolepieces from the van. I forget which
pieces they did. Yeah, theygot up underneath the van and took like
half the motor out of the vansright in the church parking lot. Bcially
if they did what And I usedto work there with him, so I
know they did what they did itin the church parking lot. I mean

(29:33):
the church the church van wasn't somewhereelse, but no, they came in
the church parking lot. I meanin his community, I mean his church
in that community they've done. Imean tremendous work. I mean senior housing
facilities and affordable housing, you know, two three, four hundred affordable houses.
It's crazy, the work that he'sdone for the community. And people

(29:56):
have the nerve to disrespect God andthe church like that. Yes, like
you said, we're in the endtimes were in the latter days, because
it's just ridiculous how people disregard Godand his word. And his word used
to be the staple of the community, the church. He's too staple.

(30:17):
And can I say this too,I blame people like us for not doing
more for the ministers, for thepeople who were raised in the church,
like for those who have the knowledge, for those who have the wisdom of
who God is. But they justoh, I got it, I'm good.
Okay, Well I'm glad, you'regood. Meanwhile, look around your
community. Look at these children.Where who can you help by you speaking

(30:40):
up, by you showing up likeyou ain't got to go around but going
live posting content, scriptures, prayingwith people, just being a blessing wherever
you can. Like, I feellike this space that we're in, and
I mean I'm a minister, Ifeel like I didn't have to say that,
because you know, it's not inmy mind. They know they know
already just by listening to you. We're gonna get to that later on.

(31:00):
But they already know I told youwhen you when sometimes when I'm listening to
you in the mornings and you're doingyour affirmations, you start hooping. You
got a little hoop. You don'teven know you're doing it. You just
you gotta you hold a couple ofwords a little bit longer than you know,
you get into that mold. Somy father is a pastor and he's
been preaching for forty years. I'mthirty six, so he's you know,

(31:22):
I've I've grown up in the church. Like they say, when I was
a baby, I would crawl upthere in the pulpit and grab onto his
leg and he would pick me upand just keep preaching anyways, And I
think that's what messed me up,was that I used to sit in his
labor while he was preaching, andso I was the first line of the
like I could hear it, itwent straight into my head and so he

(31:42):
messed me up as a baby. Can I mess you up? No,
he didn't mess you up. You'restraight. No. You gotta listen to
everybody who's listening right now and whowill listen. You can see go to
Instagram, or you can go toFacebook, or you can be on YouTube.
It's at Alo, right is that? We got to go to at
Alo and you can hear this younglady every Monday through Friday. Where do

(32:07):
you come on? Eastern Standard time? Eight o'clock Eastern time, I come
on and six fifteen Central Standard time, so that's seven fifteen Yeah, seven
fifteen hour time here on the Eastcoast and six fifteen Central and if you
go West coast earlier than that. But she's on and right now. I

(32:29):
don't know if you do it allthe time, because I just started watching
you, like just a few weeksago. Um, but you do like
ten affirmations, Uh, every morningyou always do ten? Um. Talk
about that. Talk about that.I know the Lord has led you to
do that, but talk about theaffirmations and the need to do that and
the need for people to hear themand say them and write them and receive

(32:52):
them and then live them. Yes, so definitely. Um So, like
when we talked about earlier, isat mine sat huge mindset is the key
to everything. And I realized,Um, I would get so frustrated and
irritated when I hear people talking andI'm very cautious with my words, so
Heavenly Father, No, I'm onthis is only an example. I'm not

(33:13):
meaning this, but when I wouldhear people say, oh, I'm broke,
or my knees jack that are ohI always get sick around this time,
or and it's just like people don'trealize the Bible says that you are
snared by the words of your mouth, Like we are damning ourselves by just
the things that we say casually. And I realized when I was on my

(33:35):
so I went through I went throughhorrible depression, and I talk about that.
I wrote a book. I knowwe're gonna get into that, but
I went through horrible depression. Myhusband played in the NFL for seven years.
He was a professional football player. And I'm just no, you're just
telling all my stuff before we getto it. Man, just stick well,
this guy goes together Okay, I'msorry, No, you're fine.

(34:01):
But but after my husband ended up. After my husband ended up losing his
last job, and we went througha miscarriage, and it was my second,
it was my third miscarriage. Atthe time, we went through so
much, I was just saying allthe wrong things, like my mindset was

(34:22):
jacked up. And that's how Icould hear it to other people because I
would be saying the same thing.Oh, I'm so depressed, I'm so
sad. I don't know what todo now. I'm so discouraged. I
can't believe this is over. LikeI'm saying all the negative things. And
then I started getting into the Wordof God, and I can't remember scripture
the way I wanted to. SoI would take the scripture and turn them

(34:44):
into affirmation because I was like,I gotta change my verbage because my verbage
is control in my life. I'mgonna stay depressed as long as I'm saying
I'm so depressed, I'm so sad, I'm so damned. So I started
taking scripture and turning scripture into affirmation. I am the head and not the
tail, I am above and notbeneath. I am the city on the

(35:07):
hill that cannot be hidden. Iam the light of the world. I
am more than a conqueror. LikeI can do all things through Christ.
I am doing all things through Christ, and He is my strength. I
learned how to take these scriptures andtourn them into affirmations. One day,
I was walking and I was praying. I would get up in the morning.
Oh my God, I need toget back to that. I would

(35:28):
get up in the morning and Iwould go walking because I was trying to
get my health together, because Irealized that my weight has something to do
with like how I felt about myself. And so I was just saying these
affirmations as I'm walking and I'm prayingand I'm saying these affirmations, and I
heard Holy Spirit say, go live. Who are you talking to. I
ain't gonna go live, Alabama.I ain't finning to go live, Alabama.

(35:57):
I'm not finna go live. It'speople out there. God, they
gonna see me. My ill looka mess. I'm sweating. I got
sweat coming there like I ain't gotno let Like. I was like,
God, I'm not going live.I'm not gonna do that on the internet.
No, I'm gonna go live,Did you mean go live somewhe go,
But but I kept hearing it soeventually and it's like he would not

(36:20):
leave me alone about it. Itwas like I'm telling you to go live.
It's like, God, I ain'tdoing it. I'm not doing it.
And I fought him on it,but I still was not settled in
my spirit. So one day Iwent live. My first live was six
minutes long. I just got onthere and I prayed. I did like
two affirmations. I think three peopleshowed up, and I instantly deleted it.
But but I felt good because Iwent live and the day's day I

(36:43):
went walking and he said go live. I said, God, I went
live yesterday. He said, butyou deleted it. That's not what I
told you to do. And atthis point, because I had been reading
my word so much, because Iwas seeking my way out of depression,
I could hear his voice so clearlyand so sharply. It was irra haating.
So I was like, let mejust go live for this man,
let me alone. So I wentlive and I posted it and then I

(37:07):
had so many people like commenting likeoh my God, like I really needed
that. Thank you for showing up. I needed it, and so he
was like, do it again, and I was like, God, I'm
gonna give you a week and I'mdone that. I'm done with you.
Don't come back around here asking meto do this because I'm being obedient.
Now give me the blessings. ButI kept hearing it, and the more
I kept showing up, the morepeople kept coming, the more encouragement I

(37:30):
kept getting. D NS, Girl, you said something that only God knew.
You said something and I know youwere talking directly to me. And
so then the people kept me goinglive because they kept looking for me.
If I tried to skip a day, somebody would be like, girl,
I needed you this morning. Wakeup. People would be texting me at
five fifteen you're going live today,Like you're going live today? And I

(37:50):
said, okay, God, I'llgive you a year. I've been going
to live for two years straight andand it's been opening up the door to
so many connections, so many peoplethat I've been connected to. And honestly,
the best thing that you could everdo is to give God your yes
and to be obedient to what Godhas in store for you, even though
it may scare you in the beginning. Just keep going. Like when I

(38:13):
first started coaching, I started coachingpeople on how to go live. My
very first master class was a goLive and Thrive masterclass where I taught people
how to make money by going live, and it ended up being not just
a blessing for me, but formy clients, and it also became a
skill set that now I use inmy coaching program. So that thing that

(38:35):
God is trying to get you todo, you have no idea how He's
going to use that thing to blessnot only you, your household and your
community if you just let him doit. So that's how I started going
live. I go live now Mondaythrough Friday at six fifteen Central Standard time.
My show is called Water and Wisdom. We sit down, we get
some wisdom from the Holy sphere, and we drink a cup of water.

(38:57):
That is something else that God toldme that he would. It's very clear
about is that we need to bedrinking more water. We need to be
drinking more water and making sure thatwe don't just take care of our spiritual
health, which is vital, butwe need to make sure we're taking care
of our temples so that we canlive as long as we possibly can,
so that we can continue to doGuy's work as long as we possibly can.

(39:19):
So. Yeah, and I starteddrinking more water because I never used
to drink water when I was younger. Probably about six or seven months ago,
I started consciously drinking more water, just trying, because I'm getting old
now, and the order we get, the more we like. Ooh that's
a wrinkle. There's another wrinkle.Oh I don't like that. I mean,

(39:39):
there's no way, there's no wayto fight it. It is what
it is. You know, weget older, they say black don't crack.
Black does crack. Because I hada crack on my heel this winter
that that hurt me all the wayto my head. So I fixed it.
I got some vasoline. Yeah, put it on that and uh put

(40:00):
the sock on the nighttime. Yeah. It only lasted a few days.
But black does crack, y'all. They make vassoline, yep, vassoline intensive
care. I see you, CherylWilliams. Yes, just tuned in,
why is she all in my business? Sheryl said, I just tuned in,
why is she all my business?Affirmations? Are key needed that because

(40:22):
that's what a low does. Iactually tune in in the morning sometimes as
well, and receive my affirmations aswell, because you need to speak well,
you need to speak positive. Understandthis too. This is one of
the things that I learned, orI told my congregation, I see you
kamani, Um, I see you? Who else is on here? My

(40:44):
cursor? Go? Or I lostmy cursor? Okay, no, there
it is, Come on, it'snot working. Um. I learned that,
Um not learned. But I toldmy people this, Florence, I
see you that God knows our thoughtsfrom afar all. So God knows what
we're thinking without us having to sayit. He knows what we're thinking before

(41:07):
we even say it, before weeven think it. But Satan doesn't know
what we're thinking. He doesn't knowwhat we're thinking. Like like the Bible
says, the power of life anddeath, making it and not making it,
getting it or not getting it isin our tongues. So when we
speak, like you said, whenwe speak negative things, even when we're

(41:30):
doing it casually, we're putting itinto the environment. We're also allowing Satan
to hear what we're thinking, andand he can use that against us.
Satan can only Satan lies to usyou know, through circumstances, through situations.
However, we tries what he does, and every time he speaks,
he lies. Anytimes he's recorded inthe Bible speaking, it's a lie um.

(41:54):
So he lies to us. That'show he tricks us, that's how
he manipulates us. That's how hegets us off our faith, you know,
turns our faith from God to situationsand other people. But he can
only use against us how we respondto situations. He sees, he observes,
he watches and sees how we respondto what he places in front of

(42:17):
us, and then he'll try touse that against us. But he also
can use what we say against us. But if we're speaking like you say,
affirmations, and we're speaking the wordof God, if we're speaking what's
in the Bible, like you said, no weapon formed against me shall ever
be able to prosper. Those arethe words God ordained for man to write.

(42:38):
Those are God's words. So whenwe say them, it's like God
saying them because it's it's spiritual words. It's a battle in the spirit realm.
So yeah, we have to havethose positive, positive affirmations that are
scriptural, scriptural based to fight againstthe enemy, and we need to speak
them because that's the battle that we'rein. Right, So you got to

(43:00):
be careful what you say people, because yeah, the enemy can take it
and use it. And you maythink that I'm crazy. He may think
that what I'm saying doesn't make sense. But what I'm saying is true.
What I'm saying it is true.Satan doesn't know what you think. But
if you say it and it's somethingnegative, he can use it against you,
use it against right. And Ilove that you said making sure that

(43:22):
it's biblical, because like people tojust be like, I'm happy, I'm
happy. I'm happy. I'm happy, but you still feel depressed. You're
not speaking the words that actually effectchange, right, and happy has to
do with what's happening. It's happy. Being happy and having joys two different
things. Yeah, having joy iswhen all hill is breaking loose, I

(43:43):
still got peace inside of me.Yeah, all that's the true picture of
joy. When all everything around meis falling apart, I've got peace on
the inside. I'm that bird whistlingin the tree while there's a big storm
around me. That's what true pieceis. But happiness has to deal with
what's happening. If what's happening inmy life is not favorable, then I'm
not happy. If what's happening inmy life is favorable, then I'm happy.

(44:07):
So happy and joy and the twodifferent things, and we get those,
we got those mixed up. AndI believe some of that has to
do with some of the teachings thatwe're listening to. Is well, I'm
not going to get into that.Your you talk about prosperity a lot,
and you know, a lot ofpeople will misinterpret that, Okay, a

(44:29):
lot of people because a lot ofpeople think when people are when those of
us who in ministry, those ofus who are presenting a message of supposedly
truth and inspiration, when we starttalking about prosperity, we're talking about money
or we're trying to get something fromthem. Although prosperity does have something to
do with money, but prosperous ismore than just money. Talk about that

(44:53):
so people can tune in to hearyou as you're talking, uh, every
every day during the week week withyour affirmations, but then you're incorporating prosperity
with that. Yes, definitely.Well, like I said earlier, I
am the trillion dollar lady for theglory of God. And I know a
lot of people when I first starteddeclaring that it speaking out of my mouth,

(45:13):
it was like, first of all, a trillion dollars is God in
that God, isn't it all?But the Bible says that a wise man
leaves an inheritance for his children's children. I think I'm pretty wise. And
it also says the story for yourself. Treasures in heaven will moths and thieves
do not destroy it. And onceyou read the book, and really read
the book, you will see thatprosperity, success and wealth is a God

(45:37):
thing. It is a God thing. Let's think about it. First of
all, let's go back to thebeginning. God created us and put us
where in abundance. He put usin the garden. A lot of people
misread the text and they think itwas only two trees in the garden.
But if you go back, theBible says that you can eat from any
of these trees that you want, but just don't touch these. It was

(45:59):
all hopes of trees around there. There was even gold in the land.
Success and prosperity is what God rewardshis people for being about their assignment.
You will see that obedience is tiedto success if you study the book what
is Joshua one eight says? Itsays that if you keep the book of
this Law and meditate on it dayand night, so that you are careful

(46:22):
to do everything written in it,then you will be prosperous and successful.
What did God say in Jeremiah? We all love this scripture so much,
for I know the plans I havefor you, declares the Lord, plans
to do what prosper you, notto harm you. Come on, now,

(46:43):
God's plans for us are for usto be prospering. And the truth
of the matter is is that Godcan do a lot more with us when
we're richer, okay than what weare being broke. But he's not.
The Bible also says that if youare faithful over a few things, then
I will make you ruler over muchsome of us doing well with the hundreds
that God has given us, andwe'll be looking at God, and God

(47:05):
is looking at you. He says, baby, I'll give you more if
you would do great with what yougot right now. But the reality is
that we've got to learn how toutilize the funds that God has given us
utilize the success that God has givenus. And as long as we chase
God and not chase the bag,the bag will always be your portion.
As long as you chase God,God will always take care of everything that

(47:27):
you need. What does it sayin Matthew six thirty three, seek ye
first the Kingdom of God, andeverything else that you need will be given
unto you. He knows that youneed shelter, He knows that you need
food, He knows that you needfinances, he knows that you need health,
whatever it is that you need.As long as you continue to chase
God first, he will give youthe desires of your heart. He will

(47:50):
bless you with whatever it is thatyou need to be about your God given
assignment. So I think prosperity,it's just been taught wrong. But prosperity
is a God concept, It's aGod idea. It's a reward for his
children who serve him. Obedience isdirectly connected to success. Your obedience to

(48:12):
God, you ain't gonna have noother choice but to be successful. Period.
So yeah, I go live. And so we were doing this series.
I'm on like I think we're onlike the seventh the seventh one now
we are. I've been going throughthe Bible and I'm finding all these scriptures.
It's over like a hundred and somethingscriptures where I've taken these scriptures and

(48:34):
I've turned them into affirmation. Sowe are speaking prosperity and success into our
life directly from the word of God. And you have to use the word
of God as well, because it'sthe word of God that invokes faith in
you, all right, Because whatdoes the Bible say? Faith comes by
hearing and hearing by the word ofGod. And see, faith beats up

(48:54):
doubt. Faith in doubt don't gotogether. Okay. See, if you're
doubting that God has blessed me,that God will bless the work of my
hands, you need to get intothe book and you'll see that God,
we praise you for it is youthat gives us the ability to create wealth.
That's Deuteronomy eight and eighteen. Sonow that you keep hearing the word
of God, the word of Godis going to help build the faith in

(49:16):
your life. And now that you'vegotten rid of doubt, and now faith
is now in the place where doubtused to be, you can go out
here and make things happen for yourselfthat you weren't gonna make happin before because
you was dealing too much without thatdoubting. Now that I got faith in
my life, I can go outhere and I can be and I am
the trillion dollar lady for the gloryof God. So yeah, somebody just

(49:39):
said, do you have your speakeron? Because I keep hearing I'm getting
feedback somewhere. I'm not shit.Is it mean? I don't know if
it's you or not. I keephearing myself. Sometimes I hear it,
sometimes I don't. I don't knowanyway. Hope she come on, preacher,
Hope it is my sister. She'swatching, she's listening. But yes,

(49:59):
she she is. Yes she's layingit down right now, and yes,
you're right, God does. That'shis plan for us, he said,
being good health and to prosper. That's what he wants to be,
in good health and to prosper. So guess what our obedience to him is

(50:20):
laid lay right on that. Healso says, if my people will call
by my name, this is thehealing of the land. We complain about
what's going on around us and what'shappening in the land. All these murders
and all this junk going on,hate and political corruption. If my people
will call them my name, seekmy face, humble themselves, pray,
turn from the weaker ways. Iguess what I'll the lamb then. But

(50:44):
to see, God is a transactionalguy, right, and he started the
transaction. See, we need togive something. He's already gave us something
when he gave us Jesus right,he started it out. He gave everything,
He gave his best, getting nobetter than Jesus dying, raised from
the dead, perfect, sinless. He became sin for us. He died

(51:07):
for us now that we don't have. Now we don't have to die for
ourselves. Now it's our turn. You reap what you saw, you gotta
do, and then you return. Then there's a return. But if you
don't give, you ain't getting nothingback. And what I noticed about a
lot of and I'm gonna say it, I don't care because it's true.

(51:28):
What I've noticed about a lot offolks who come to church, or who
were in church, or you cancall them church folk. They want something
for nothing, They run something fornothing. They don't want to give anything,
they don't want to do anything. They don't want to none of that,
but they want something the hands whenyou put anything in. Yeah,

(51:50):
yeah, you don't put anything in. You can't. You can't have any
expectations. You give nothing, youget nothing. Faith without works is dead.
I say that this morning that faithis the key. Faith is a
key. You can put the keyin the door, and you can turn
the key one way or the other. If you open up the door,
the door's open. Faithfull, openup the door. But you gotta actually
take that door knob and either pullit's horse you I push it away from

(52:12):
you. It's still contingent on youraction. Yeah, faith without works is
dead. That door is unlocked foryou. But until you actually open up
the door, you can't walk init. We gotta make sure we're doing
our part. He has given usthe key to unlock the doors. But
only you can take your two footstepsand put them in front of each other
and walk on through that thing.I'm gonna I'm gonna go secular on you.

(52:36):
Billy Preston said, nothing from nothingleaves nothing. YEA, let me
get this book. Girl. Shegot Hey, Loo's got a book out
y'all, And I got the book. It's it's it's yes, look at
that. That's that's nice, that'shot. I love that the Triumph Playbook

(52:58):
Seven Strategies for over Coming Challenges inthe Dark and the Confidence to Live in
the Light. Good God, Ilove that. I love that. Seven
Strategies for Overcoming Challenges in the darkand we're all gonna have some dark days
and the confidence, the confidence tolive in the light. And nobody writes

(53:19):
something like this without having gone throughsome stuff, without it being personal.
I know you've got some personal uh, some personal challenges, some personal experience,
something that you're going through. Brittany, I see you. That's the
that's the best tie, Brittany,Lady lady bew Okay, all right,

(53:39):
she said, that's my bestie.Yeah, okay, and listen. If
any of you have any questions.I know this has been a great time
together with Alo. If you haveany questions, please put a que in
the comments with a semicolon and thenwrite your question. I'll throw it up
so she can answer it here alittle bit. This is this is therapeutic
for me. Um. But we'regonna talk about First of all, I

(54:01):
want to what inspired you, whatkinds of things that you went through that
that challenged you to write this book. And then I've got three strategies I
want you to talk about because Iwrote three of them down. The one
number one strategy, get over beinghurt, the number three strategy, get
up, and the number seven strategy, get to work. Yeah, a

(54:22):
lot of folks don't want to work. I mean, it's a four letter
word, but it's not a badword. And the biggest book in the
biggest book in the Bible is theBook of Joe. That's the longest book.
And so God must want us towork. He must want us to
get a job because the biggest bookin the Bible is spelled jailb. I

(54:45):
know it's pronounced Joe, but itspelled jailb. So talk talk about your
experiences and how you were led towrite this book life, and I don't
life be lifing. And the thingis is that the Bible straight up tells
us in John sixteen thirty three, which is a scripture that I reference often,

(55:08):
is that in this world you willhave trouble, but take heart,
I have overcome the world. LikeI love our God because there's no secrets
in him. And if they areasking, and he'll tell you. But
he straights up tells us that you'regonna go through trials in life, all
of us. It rains on thejust and it rains on the unjust.
It doesn't matter who you are, baby, keep on living. Life gonna

(55:30):
be life. And so that's whereI came up with this playbook because one
of the things that my friends wouldsay about me is like I can take
a licking and keep on ticking, like you know, I just keep going.
And I started asking myself, likewhere does this mindset come from?
And then I started writing down.I'm a huge journalier, I have journals.
I've been writing all my life, and so honestly, this book,

(55:53):
I say it took me five yearsto create, But honestly, I've been
writing this book since I was twelve. So when I was a teen,
Asia unfortunately I suffered. I wentthrough a rape. I went through a
rape. I don't even know howto say it. Um. I was
a victim of a rape. Iwent through the station um for as long
as I can remember. They saythat long term memory stars at the age

(56:13):
of three or something like that, and it was always random situations that what
happened, um, But that rapeactually did something to me. I was
in the eighth grade, and Ialmost did not pass the eighth grade because
I just mentally was not um thereand I didn't even realize it. I
had gotten so good at signing mymama's name on those you know, they

(56:36):
were saying those progress reports home, say I write my mama name. Good,
don't play with me now. Idon't know what I needed for,
but so I had gotten so goodat writing her name on those progress reports.
Like my parents had no idea thatmy grades were as far off as
what they were, and I didn'tknow how to tell them what had happened

(56:58):
to me. Um. But myteacher eventually she got in touch. But
she called her, She called mymom, and the next thing I know,
we're having this meeting and I'm sittingthere and I'll never forget this.
The teacher was like, she's soflipp it. She doesn't even care that
she's felling. And I was like, what's the flippant? What? She
called me? Like I'm about thefire because I'm like she called me what
she called me a little what flippe? And I thought she said a little

(57:22):
bit, a little bit like alittle And so I was upset, But
I remember that word because that's whenit hit me that I didn't even care.
I had zoned out, like Iwasn't even there. So from that,
my parents, of course, werenaturally upset. So here comes to
punishment. I didn't have a TV, I didn't have a phone, I
didn't have a radio. They tookeverything out of my room and the only

(57:43):
things I was left with was aBible like a dictionary and some notebooks.
But it was through one of thehardest challenges of my life, through one
of the hardest seasons of my life, that I fell in love with writing.
I fell in love with books.I fell in love with the Word
of God. I would randomly flipthrough it and just be like, what's
this thing ain't all about? Likeyou know what I'm saying. I didn't

(58:04):
have anything else but the books. So I started writing poetry, and I
started writing suicide letters, and Istarted writing anything that you could write.
Baby, I was writing it becauseI was just going through that phase or
that that that trial that time. But it was through that that I fell
in love with writing. I fellin love with writing. So now we're
going through another hard season. I'mmarried. Now I met the love of

(58:27):
my life in college when we wentto school together at u AB shouts out
to the Blazers UAB Blazers. Wemet in the theater department. That in
itself is a long story, butwe met each other there and he was
fortunate enough to get drafted in twentytwelve to the New York Giants. So
this was actually so when he gotdrafted. That was actually the name play

(58:52):
that was over his locker that hewas handed a year later because he got
cut from there. We got pickedup by the Oakland Raiders. We were
with the Oakland Raiders for three years, got cut from there. Then we
got picked up by Chicago Bears,Cleveland around Chicago Bears, XFL, Birmingham
BattleHawks, al Birmingham Iron. Sowe went all over the place. But

(59:15):
I put so much into my husbandbeing a football player that I was the
football wife. Like I thought Iwas a football wife. Oh, I'm
a football wife. I'm a footballwife. Like what do you do?
I want a football wife? LikeMy life became caught up in his career.
So when it was over and afterwe had dealt with miscarriages and after
we had dealt with all the trialsand tribulations that we had just gone into

(59:38):
in the NFL. Once it wasover, life hit me. That's when
the rape caught up to me.That's when the miscarriage just caught up to
me. That's when everything hit meat one time, and I realized I
was not okay. I started journalingagain and I ended up finding myself in
depression again and I didn't know howto get out of it. And that's

(01:00:00):
it started for me, which iscrazy enough. I would started writing suicide
letters that would turn into like praisesto God that would turn into like worship
and they would turn into these wonderfulpoems because I'm like, if I'm fisting
the goal, this is what I'mleaving, I'm gonna leave these words behind.
But those words ended up turning intothis playbook. I had to get

(01:00:20):
myself out of that place. Ihad to pick myself up, and before
I know it, I went backone day and I reread all my journals
and I was like, wait,I'm actually saying something here because I would
be talking to myself like, girl, when are you gonna get over this?
This happened twelve years ago, girl, when are you gonna? And
now this is just how I talkto myself. I keep it real.
I'm very blunt, I'm very direct. I know the word of God.

(01:00:44):
But it was through the journaling thatI realized that God had given me a
book, and I realized that thetrials and the tribulations that I had gone
through had nothing to do with me. They were They were so that I
could write down these words and soI can give them to somebody else.
But I held onto this book becauseI was scared about telling people about what

(01:01:05):
had happened to me. I wasalways the happy, go lucky girl,
the poster child for you know, don't worry, be happy. I'm always
the joyful one, the energetic one. I didn't want to tell people that
I'm struggling. I didn't want totell people that I'm depressed. I didn't
want to tell people that I'm sadand I'm broken and I'm hurt. But
I can tell my notebook, andfrom that notebook turn into the playbook.

(01:01:27):
Because I would go back and reread, Well, how did I get out
of the last situation? I toldmyself to get up. Well, how
did I do with this? Itold myself, Now it's time to go
working on this and I said,Okay, God, if this could bless
me and help me, then Iknow it could bless and encourage other people.
So long story, all the wayaround the world, but back to
it, and more of the storyis in the book. So definitely get

(01:01:51):
the book if you haven't already, the Triumphlate book. Yeah, he version
a low merch, Yes, alow merch that's a l owe merch.
And you know with merch merchandise dotcom, yeah, dot com. So
talk about strategy number one when yousaw my get over it, get over

(01:02:13):
get over being hurt? Yeah, yeah, talk about that that first strategy,
that's the first strategy you come toin the book, get over being
Does it? Does it start?I mean does it start? There?
Is that where people need to start, is that where people usually are are
paralyzed and are unable to move forwardbecause there's some kind of hurt or some
kind of drama or trauma that hastaken place in the past and because they've

(01:02:37):
yet to get over it or letit go or move beyond it. It's
it's it's hindering them from moving forward. Yes, yes, yes, Well
there's this saying that that says,um, you can't heal whatever you're not
willing to reveal, you can't healwhatever you're not willing to reveal, Like
um. One of the first thingsyou have to do is number one,
embrace it accepted, face it on, like face it head on, Like

(01:03:01):
this happened to me. I hadto. It took me a long time
to even say I've been raped. It took me so long to put myself
in that situation because it's like, right after it happened to me, I
was like, that didn't happen tome. It did, but like I
said, it was pouring out ofme in other areas, like I was
feeling the eighth grade, and Ididn't even understand why I was because I

(01:03:22):
just contributed to my teacher suck. No, I was dealing with something internally
within me because I'm trying to actlike what happened to me didn't happen to
me. But I needed to embraceand acknowledge that this happened. This is
life now. So the very firstthing that you have to do is say,
God, I don't know why youallow this, but you are sovereign

(01:03:44):
and I trust you. You areGod, So I'm going to cast it
at your feet and I'm going toleave it there. I don't know why
you allow what happened to happen, but I have to choose. I have
to choose to decide that your wayis the best way, and if you
allow this, then this too mustbe my good. So the very first
thing you gotta do, if you'removing towards healing and you want to continue
to triumph in life, it isto number one, embrace and allow this

(01:04:09):
new normal that God has allowed foryou because he knows better than you.
Oh no, No, that's thedevil. That ain't nothing but the devil.
That's the enemy trying to trying toshut you up. But it ain't
gonna happen. Guess who's watching rightnow? DJ Stric is on What's Up?
DJ? We just talk about you, sister Wendy. What's going on?

(01:04:30):
Uh? Is that spits? Isthat how you say your last name?
I guess it's Wendy spits? Yeah, Her sister Wendy is on too.
They're catching some more of these nuggets. All right, Get up strategy
number three, Get up, Godto get it. Get up. Get
up. So getting up means stopstaying down. You know when y'all know
when you're going through that face.Okay, we've acknowledged what happened, but

(01:04:53):
I'm just gonna see that right,This is what happened to me. Do
you see what happened to me?That victim? May lady, well you
say in that broken spot, yes, it did happen to me, But
I'm gonna stay seeking sitting in it, like like your new normal is your
new home. No no no nono no no, Like you're just supposed
to take that with you and keepon moving. But it's not meant for
you to stay stuck there. Yougotta keep moving forward. What God has

(01:05:16):
told you to move. You gottadecide to get yourself up. Um,
what did he tell that? Hegave that man one word. He was
laying on his man. He said, get up, get up, take
up your mat, and go whatwas the mad? The mad was the
thing that held me down. Thisis the thing that became my comfort,
This is the thing that became mybed. He says, Take that thing
that once was your portion, thatonce was your home, and go walk

(01:05:39):
with it. Take that thing thathappened to you and move on from it.
Keep moving God, we have adoing God. Okay. Two thirds
of God's name is go. Go, Get up and go. Go.
We have a doing God, agoing God, and he has commanded all
of us, even in your brokenness, even in your hurt, even in

(01:06:01):
your trials, even in your situation, to go into all the world and
to preach the good news to allcreation, even with your mat even with
your hurt, even with your molestation, even with your miscarriages, even with
your rape, keep going. Ineed you to go because the thing that
you are holding is not about you. But others need to see the testimony

(01:06:23):
though. They need to see whatGod has taken you through, what God
has brought you from. So yes, we need you to get up out
of that space, get up outof that negativity, get up out of
that hurt, get up out ofthat shame, and get up and go
after what God has for you.And you know what I'm thinking while you're

(01:06:44):
while you're while you're preaching, Ididn't hear the hoops yet, Wenna,
get there. I'm gonna say somethingthat's gonna poke you, and you're gonna
get the hoop in there in aminute. But I'm thinking while you're saying
that, you know, get upand go. Anatomically We're designed to move
forward. Yeah, when you lookat our bodies and the way God made
us. Our eyes are in thefront, not in the back of our

(01:07:06):
head, the top of our neck, then the front, so we can
see what's in front of us.Our mouth is in front of us,
not in the bottom of our neck. And behind us so we can speak
those things that are not as thoughthey were. Our ears are tilted forward,
not so we can listen to whatpeople are saying behind us. Our

(01:07:27):
arms work better when we move themforward. Our feet are made forward,
so we can walk into what GodThe only look, the only thing my
camera messing up, The only thingthat God put behind us is our behind.
And you know what that's full of, right, shut your mouth,

(01:07:48):
creature, Mama, not out,it's full of Shut your mouth. So
we were made to move forward. So anytime you came behind you or you
or you're being stuck, or you'renot moving or you're not, like Paul
said, out of all that I'vedone now, Paul was one of the

(01:08:08):
greatest of all time. You knowhe's under Jesus, don't get me wrong.
But when you look at the Apostle, Paul, all that he wrote
in the New Testament, all thechurches he started, all the preachers he
developed. I mean, he said, the one thing I do, the
one thing I do inspite of all, after all of that, is I
pressed forward towards the mark of theHigh. Cool forget those things behind me,

(01:08:30):
and I pressed forward towards the markof the High. Calling in Christ,
Jesus, y'all gotta move forward.Y'all, move forward, Move forward.
Don't stay don't stay down. You'regonna get You're gonna fall down.
Somebody gonna push you down. You'regonna go down because Jesus said that you're
gonna have tribulation. But don't staydown. Don't stay down, because that's
your choice. If you stay down, that's your choice. It is always

(01:08:51):
a choice. Yeah, So giveus. Lets the seventh strategy. Get
to work. Get to work becausewe all have an assignment. Like I
talked about earlier, God has deployedus here. We all have a mission.
We all have a purpose. Lookat your thumb print. You are
the only person in the world thathas that thumb print. Why is that

(01:09:14):
because only you can leave the markthat you were created to leave. I
can't leave your mark, you can'tleave my Mark. He also told Esther.
He said, Esther, I raisedyou up for this. Now you
can decide whether or not you wantto do this or not. In fact,
if you decide not to, that'son you. I'm gonna kill you
and your whole family. But Iwill raise up somebody else because my purpose

(01:09:35):
has still got to be fulfilled. Now He's given it for you to do.
And that's why you hear about itall the time. It's like,
you know, if it missed thegrandfather, it'll go into the Dad.
If it missed the Dad, he'llgo into the because God's words still must
be fulfilled. Now He's chosen youto do it, and you have a
choice whether or not you want towork on your God given assignment or not.

(01:09:59):
That's a choice you gotta make. But we all have a purpose.
God has a plan for absolutely everysingle last one of us, and it's
up for us to decide to workon whatever it is that He has giving
us to do. We all havean assignment and faith without works, we
already know we're supposed to be workingon something. God didn't send us down
here so that we can sit aroundand everybody bows down and worships to us.

(01:10:20):
It says that if you don't work, baby, you don't eat.
And if you want to eat thebest of the land, baby, you
need to be working on something.God wants you prospering and God wants you
prosper us. But it's according towhat you're working on. You gotta get
to working on something, baby. That's honestly, I believe, and I

(01:10:41):
have a mentor that says this, disruption follows intention. Disruption follows intention.
As soon as you make it upin your mind, God, I'm gonna
follow you. As soon as youmake it up in your mind, God,
I'm gonna be about my God givenassignment. Here come all the hell.
And if you go back, ifyou go back and look at that
last trial that we're working ourselves outof, where was your mindset? Where

(01:11:03):
were your intentions? You were focusedon God? And here comes the enemy.
Y'all think the enemy gonna let youskip into your purpose? You think
the enemy is gonna let you walkdirectly into your purpose. No, but
it's when you're close enough to it. Here comes all the hell. Here
comes all the trials, Here comesall the situations, Here comes all the
things. We gotta remember that wewere sent down here for a purpose,

(01:11:26):
and it's because we have a joband a mission to accomplish. Yeah,
stay focused. Satan is not gonnalet you. Just a matter of fact,
that's when the fight begins. Whenyou make up your mind that you're
gonna do what God wants you todo and fulfill your purpose, that's when
the fight begins. You think you'refighting and you're in a battle. Now.
No, when you make up yourmind you're gonna do what God said
do and act the way God wantsyou to act, and live the way

(01:11:48):
God wants you to live, that'swhen the battle begins. But like you
said, hello, that's when allhell breaks loose. Why, because you're
getting closer to your goal. Thecloser you get to your goal, the
harder it is to get to yourgoal. For you. Just it's like
in football. You know this thered zone. I preached it before the
red zone. When Jesus went intoJerusalem for the last time, right that

(01:12:13):
Passion week, he was in thered zone, and that's when all hell
broke loose for him. They youknow, they nailed him to the cross,
they tried all that stuff he wentthrough. It got harder for him
to fulfill his purpose. Understand this, y'all. The one reason Jesus came
to earth for one reason. Hedidn't come to heal the sick. He
didn't come to raise the dead.He didn't come to give sight to the
blind. He didn't come to feedfive thousand with four fish and five loads

(01:12:34):
of bread, to fish and fiveloads of bread. No, he came
to die on the cross. Thatwas his purpose. And when he got
close to fulfilling his purpose, allhell broke loose. He was in the
red zone, just like in football, where you go eighty yards, but
when you get to that last twentyyards, they start sending in specialists.
They start to think the field startstightening down. It gets harder to score.

(01:12:55):
Why because the closer you get toyour goal, the closer you get
to that victory, the harder itis to get the victory. But you
gotta just push through. You gottastay at it. You gotta stay on
it, you gotta persevere, yougotta endure. You gotta hold on just
a little while longer because God willshow up. And when God shows up,
God shows out. Good God.I'm like you got I'm sorry,
this is your show. This isnot my show. Latangelan, is that

(01:13:23):
how you say her name at that'syour aunt Latage? Is that broadnecks?
Yes, Pat Lowe's with Pat Lowe'sWillers. Mama, Mama Lowe, what's
going on? Hey, all right, your mama. Your mom is probably

(01:13:43):
close to my age. Yeah, what's up, mama. That's we're baby
boomers. Yeah, we're baby boomers. Lenny, what's up? William?
Lenny Smith sent Kofa. He usedto be a member of my church.
Good to see you, bro BrittanyWilliams. Yes, and mama Mama's waving.
Yeah, sorry, mamma. Sothis is funny story about less Angela
and Brockt Go ahead. She sentme down when I was eighteen years old

(01:14:09):
and she said, there's a ministrycall on you. I told her she
was lying, that's all. Ifind get somebody else to do it.
She said. She said, nowyou guys, I can see it all
over it. I said, mm, I ain't got that, And
now look at us. That's it. That's it, that's all. She
was one of the first people thatwas just like, it's time for you
and I No, you're right,untie, you know, yeah, I

(01:14:29):
can I can relate this. Wegot a lot in comment. That's crazy.
Um. I can relate to thatbecause when I was seventeen, my
grandmother, Lord Rest of Soul. She's on in glory right now, celebrating
and in the presence of Jesus. When I was seventeen, I was.
When I was seventeen years old,I was a mess. I was a
mess for a time. I wasa I was a mess. Um said
that two dow. But she said, you you're gonna preach. God's calling

(01:14:54):
you to preach. I'm like, let me go over here and finish this
what I'm smoking because you ain't.I don't want to hear none of that.
Lord behole, Lord behold. Yeahyeah, yeah, but listen,
I'm not gonna hold you any long. It's been we've had a conversation.

(01:15:15):
Does anybody have any questions for alow I didn't see any questions. Uh
in the comments, everybody's responding, you know, great conversation. This is
good man. I could man,I could not miss this. That's what
Strick said. Can you couldn't missthis? No, strict, strict,
I really don't. I think thisis the first time you've come on and
been on Live with me on myshow man. I really do appreciate it.

(01:15:38):
This is I am honored, thisis this is awesome, bro,
because you're the man. You arethe man. I mean, you're not
dumb man. You know the man, but you're not the man. But
fan talk, I see fan talk. I think that's my cousin too.
Oh yeah, hey, because butyeah, it's been great. I appreciate
you. Although you got the timesmixed up today and you came on late.

(01:16:00):
Sorry. Now it's all good,girl, It's all good. It's
all good. We're we're going todo more together, y'all because I'm connected
with Al and then the marketing sideof things also, obviously iron sharpens iron,
so we'll continue to lift one anotherup with biblical affirmations in life situations.
But we're going to be doing alot. And so when you see

(01:16:21):
the increase and the clarity in mymarketing when it comes to The Friar Place
and other podcasts that I'm creating, and a part of know that, it's
because I'm connected to Al and that'sthe quality work that she provides. We
had a couple of meetings and it'sbeen awesome. So we're going to move
forward with them. But girl,Thank you. I appreciate you for being

(01:16:44):
on today. And I knew Idid my research, you know, I
studied your bio and all, butI knew I wasn't going to need to
because because I watch you in themornings and I could just give you the
screen and you can talk the wholetime and I wouldn't have to see anything,
and I just go back and repurposethis and repurpose it, and it'd
be just as powerful the second timearound. Like you said, faith comes

(01:17:05):
about hearing and hearing by the wordof God. But hello, thank you
so much. You got you gota son, Sam? Right, how's
your son doing? Sam is incredible? He is incredible here. He is
six. Okay, yes he issix. He looks like he's twelve,
but he is sick. Well, his daddy's an offensive alignment. So yeah,

(01:17:25):
he's gonna be a big boy.Yes. Shout out to my wonderful
husband Matt mckins, who is UMthe character development coach at U A B.
Right now, that are the sameschool that we met, fell in
love at, and Um graduated from. Now he is coaching there, so
Gud brings it all full circle. So God, he can probably use some
of your aff character development. Hecan probably use some of those affirmations with

(01:17:49):
those young young players. That's that'sthat's an ounce that's a that's a big
challenge today. Um for me,I have I mean, we we connected
and you're in the same generation thatmy children are in. But man,
I have a hard time connecting withfolk your age because there's just a different
way of thinking, a different wayof doing things that I just I can't.

(01:18:13):
I can't get my mind to shiftto and I can't grab a hole
too, because it's just way offfrom not saying they're wrong or I'm right,
or I'm writing them no I'm wrong, they're right. It's just different,
and I can't it's tough to walkside by side sometimes with them and
have a conversation that is that Ican internalize and get some understanding from.

(01:18:34):
So you keep doing what you're doingbecause you're made. You are made,
You've been created. God purposed youfor not just our generation, the generation
that came before you, but generationsto come. Because you're right there.
You have an ear for them, you have an eye for them, you
have a heart for them, andit's outstanding. I love what you're doing.
And keep up the great work,Keep up the great It's at a

(01:18:55):
low on Instagram, YouTube, andFacebook. Every morning it's seven fifteen Eastern
time, right, seven fifteen EasternStandard time, six fifteen Central time.
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. Get your ten affirmation,
y'all better no better way to startyour day. I'm telling you I've

(01:19:15):
done it. I've been there withher. Come on, let's get it
in all right, Alo God blessyou got something you want to say to
the people before you go? UmNo, I just wanted to say something
to you. Um, sir,you can do all things through Christ.
I heard you say three times justnow, I can't. I can't.
I can't. That's not true.You can say I can't reach them,
I can't talk to the Lord.I can't. Yeah, just because you

(01:19:38):
haven't mastered it yet. You wantme to work on that. You want
to work on that. I dobecause I think me and you connect very
well. And you're saying my age, well, well we do. Yeah,
so there could be others that youcan connect with as well. So
I heard that you see how myears I can here that you do.
That's good. That's why you're coach. That's why you're coach exactly. I

(01:20:00):
was gonna wait till we were behindthe scenes, but I'm gonna get you.
No, you do it right herein front of the people, because
I'm I'm just like everybody else.I got issues too. You don't,
now, you do not You donot have any I have challenges is what
it is. Because somebody said, when you have issues, it's you.
So you look at you and youmake the corrections. M yeah, opportunities

(01:20:25):
to correct yourself. I don't callthem issues. And I see something else
behind you. We got that Knine love going on too. I see
it back there. All the beautifulladies are Sigma. That's why incorporated.
All my beautiful stays out there's ourrise out there. I can't see y'all
as well. All right, that'sthat's why you got the red back there?

(01:20:48):
No, no, no, notred where royal blue? Oh you
should, okay. My branding colorsare red, black and white because the
red represents the blood represents where weused to be without them, and the
white is the purity of Jesus.Nice that. I love you, guys,

(01:21:11):
thank you so much for having mehere. Ya. That's alo mccains.

and she is just absolutely awesome. She's a young lady thirty six years old,
married to a former professional football player, Matt McCants, and she is
doing her thing encouraging people, helpingpeople achieve their goals, making sure that

(01:22:17):
she's hands on in this day andage of social media, where you know,
if you have a business or ifyou're trying to move forward with the
purpose, you're definitely going to needa strategy in the social media arena because
that's that's prominent, that's where mostpeople are right now when they need something,

(01:22:42):
or or searching something. They geton their mobile apparatus or device and
they google it or they search forit on YouTube. And if you're not
don't have a presence there, you'regoing to be overlooked. But I thank
all of you for watching today, for being with us today. We got
a lot of folks on today. My gosh, Brittany, thank you,
