it sort of demonstrates what our wellness consultants do in

Place dot com. That's Tim tim at find your Healthy
(02:38):
Place dot com. Got a couple of great emails. We'll
get to uh this morning before we get rolling on that.
I do want to ask you about blueberry cush. I
know you've been a BlackBerry sue, won't I I agree,
I'm losing my mind. Tim.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
Us are good, so there can't go wrong.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
Handful of blueberries, a BlackBerry cush and you're on You're
on your way.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
What a great day.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Let's talk about the newest product you have at the
Healthy Place, tim.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Yeah, I'm pretty excited about these strain driven gummies. And
so folks that have been following us for a little
while know that we have, you know, got into the
CBD game back in twenty seventeen helping the community with pain, stress, anxiety,
you know, all the benefits of sort of like medicinal
marijuana without the high was the approach and the idea
at the time. And then we discovered, my goodness, THHC
(03:31):
is a plain pain blocker and quite helpful to people
in varying levels from very small micro THHD dosing to
a little bit higher for more chronic serious conditions from
a medicinal approach. And then we discovered what are called
strained specific approaches to the conversation. So out in Colorado
(03:52):
out west, whole crops are grown with specific cannabinoid and
turpene ratios that target specific conditions. You know, Apple Express,
we came out with a few months back targeting stress
and ACDC. We came out with a couple months back
for chronic pain, and just this last week we introduced
(04:14):
BlackBerry cush which is for sleep health. And what you
need to know I guess about these strains is that
they're very specific terpenes. So terpenes are the essential oils
from the hemp or from the marijuana, and these terpens
in some studies some clinical data outperform the actual cannabinoids
CBDTCHC itself as far as the medicinal benefits that they bring.
(04:38):
So terpenes play a huge role and at specific ratios
target specific conditions. So that's the terpene conversation and then
the cannabinoid conversation. Folks know about CBD, and they know
about THHC, but there's eighty plus cannabinoids. You know. CBN
is heavily studied for sleep, for example, So you're getting
a nice kick of that in the BlackBerry cush strain
(04:59):
for sleep. If you battle sleep health struggles, insomnia falling asleep,
maybe it's more around staying asleep or maybe it's around
deeper sleep. I would encourage taking a peek at BlackBerry
Cush and these gummies. They taste incredible, very tasty, low sugar,
(05:20):
and you can get two point five milligram or ten
milligram THHC with the BlackBerry Cush. So it's been helping people.
We only launched it four days ago, but already have
a testimony back. And I'm really impressed with all of
these strained specific gummies. So if stress is kind of
your thing, kind of your battle, try that Pineapple Express.
It really is different than what you may have tried before.
(05:43):
If you're battling chronic pain, you know, try that ac DC.
It's been helping people relieve that chronic pain. Again, all
of these strained specific gummies have very low THHC option
two point five that won't get you high, and then
the higher ten milligram THHC which does have that psychoactive
opponent sow is. You know, be aware of that, use
that responsibly, and it's been helping people. So there you go,
(06:04):
mister Sean.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
I love hearing it.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
And and one of the things too that I think
it's highlighted and I don't know if folks pick up
on this is having the right tool for the job.
I don't even know if that's the best way to
say it, but making sure that that and with through
science and understanding of of of how different things have
different effects on people is really finding that and fine tuning,
(06:28):
whether it's whether it's with the with the with the
THHC products or everything throughout the Healthy Place, it's it's
really finding that perfect that right fit for the right person,
isn't it.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
You know everybody, That's what I like to say. Everybody
has a different CBD THHC suite spot. So depending what
your struggle and health challenges are, it's a bit of
a journey sometimes to figure out. You know, you try this,
you try that, you sort of figure out what's most
successful for you. So at the Healthy Place, you know,
we have a pretty cool return polye for the exact
(07:01):
reason that people are different. And you might buy a
product for eighty bucks. You know, this stuff adds up.
It's not cheap always. You know, you might spend eighty
bucks on a product and find that it's it's working
great for you. Hey, awesome. You know that's what we
go for. And then there's other times that something doesn't
work the way you want it to be, and we
want our community to be able to try natural alternatives
(07:24):
that are working right, So our wellness consultants will bring
these recommendations towards you that what will bring up kind
of what's working best in the community most testimonies, et cetera.
And if that doesn't work well for you, bring it back,
like a Sean. It's so funny because I'm like been
trying to convince our community to bring products back since
twenty ten because they kind of feel bad. A lot
(07:46):
of folks will feel bad small business, et cetera. But
really it doesn't hurt our business to bring products back
because if we can find a product that works for you,
then it's going to be good for business long term.
So that's the relationship. So I'd encourage you guys to
take advantage of that. And yeah, yeah, the CBD THHD conversation,
(08:07):
it's a big one and it's helping a lot of people.
And I always like to mention too, if you kind
of don't like the CBD THHC products. You know, we've
been having successful formulas medicinals for you know, ten years
before we got into that game. So you know, back
to the sleep, health Conversation, Snoozefest, best Dress, stress conversation,
(08:27):
products like chill pill and adrenal Boost. So it's something
for everybody. But the point is find natural alternatives in general.
That's the challenge to the community is like, if you
have health battles and challenges, you are suffering in a
small way, medium way, large way for you or loved one.
What is the question is what is the natural alternative
(08:48):
that could help you? And that's what we want the
role we want to play in the community's life.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
And that's such and it's so true, and it runs
throughout the entire organization at the Healthy Place is really
helping it and Tim, it's it's great. I you know,
I get to talk with you on air every single week,
and of course you and I text from time to time.
Here there I stop on it and visit with you. But
it's it's you guys, are true to what you what
you talk about. And for folks that have experienced it,
(09:15):
you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you haven't
taken the opportunity to get into the Healthy Place today
is a great opportunity to do just that. Whether it's
westside or some prairie location of the Healthy Place, or
even better if you're in the area Fitchburg gets Wednesday
ten until five, stop on in, give Tim a high five,
say hello. I know he'd love to see you. But again,
the Wells Consultants, they are amazing people. Whether it's west side,
(09:36):
Fitchburg location or some prairie location to the Healthy Place
available online as well, and start a chat there at
finds your Healthy Place dot com. That's find your Healthy
Place dot com. Speaking of starting a chat, starting a conversation,
prime opportunity for you right now. If you've got a
question for Tim, love to get you on the on
the show six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's
six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. We'll get
you right on the air with Tim O'Brien from the
(09:56):
Healthy Place. Another way to reach Tim is via email
at finds your Healthy Place dot com. That's Tim Tim
at finds your Healthy Place dot Com and Mark writes in,
Mark says which vitamins or herbs can I can help
with joint pain and inflammation? In that email from Mark.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
Yeah, Mark, really good question. That is one of the
most common questions we get in our stores every day
is I have some sort of joint pain, muscle pain,
chronic pain, and we like to bring up a couple things.
So I'll kind of I'll bring three products up for you,
and folks will try each of these either individually or
if someone is suffering enough, they'll actually take all three
(10:36):
together depending on their level of pain. So the first
one I like to bring up always is Kira Relief
that's by lively vitamin co Kira Relief that c r
A relief and it has your BCM ninety five kurkcuman,
which is your most bioavailable absorbable form of kurkcuman or
one of the top in the industry anyway. Inflammations the
(10:58):
root of pain, and BCM ninety five kurcumin reduces cleans out,
cleans the body out of inflammation, so that reduces pain.
And Bosuelia is in Kira relief as well, which comes
from frankincense, another anti inflammatory, but targets a different inflammation
called five locks, and so that's very strategic. Curcumin bosuelia
(11:22):
work well together. And the third ingredient in cure relief
I like to call out is DLPA, which is dl phenylalanin,
and it's an amino acid, and it strengthens your body's
natural ability to treat pain. So a lot of folks
don't know that the over the counter pain medications and
pharmaceutical medications will decrease your body's natural inflammation response. So
(11:47):
your pain gets worse over time, and one of the
reasons is because your body is getting weaker in its
ability to manage that pain, manage that inflammation response, reduce inflammation,
et cetera. So it's nice when you can have a
natural alternative that's not hard on the kidneys, that's not
hard on the stomach or the liver, that actually nourishes
and strengthens those systems while simultaneously targeting the pain with
(12:10):
about forty five minute relief. So I love Cure Relief,
top selling product for fifteen years now. Number two I
love to bring up is Joint Jive Joint Give by
Lively Vitamin code. It's a lubricator. It brings cushioning to
the system, to the body, so you got those painful
cracking knees for example, that'll bring some lubrication through nutrients
like hyaluronic acid, Devil's clug glucosamine and brings inflammation down
(12:35):
from other directions with quercitin as an antioxidant, bromoline from
the pineapple, so joint give another top selling product. We
have a lot of folks that will take those two together.
And then at the beginning of the call or the
radio time here I brought up the gummies ACDC wild theories.
ACDC gummy it's that specific strain specific pain cannabinoid blend
(13:02):
that targets pain specifically. So that's called ac DC. So
between those three mark highly successful. You can try one
or all three. And what I love about this conversation, Sean,
is is pain in general is such a part of
our lives. You know, in general, I mean everyone experiences
pain at some point. And if we can find natural ways,
(13:24):
natural alternative ways to manage that pain, that's one of
the largest categories and largest areas that we tend to
poison our body for lack of better word, you know,
whether it's too much ibuprofen, taile and all pharmaceutical drugs.
This is you know, opioid epidemic. This is one of
the largest current problems that we have in our sort
(13:45):
of medical system today, and that whole conversation around how
do we guide the community and how do we guide
the population to find natural alternatives that work, And so
we're working hard to educate around these And if you're
dealing with pain, you know, again, I'll bring back up
that a return policy and our way of working with
the community is try one of these. If you have pain,
(14:06):
try one of these, give it a whirl. If it
doesn't work as well as you hope, bring it back.
This is the way to try things where we can
minimize your risk, because hey, we all don't like to
waste money. And in the same breath, these products are
working for the community for years and years, I realize
that some of it's anecdotal evidence. We get to hear
these testimonies every single day, five star reviews on our Google,
(14:30):
Facebook emails, I receive phone calls sometimes. You know. The
community loves these products because they work for them. So
it encourage you. If you're dealing with pain, small, medium, large,
or a loved one, you know, give one of these
products a whirl and I'll throw back out my email again,
tim at find your Healthy Place dot com. Tim at
find Yourhealthy Place dot com. You can email me. I'll
(14:50):
send you some links the ideas to empower you to
kind of educate you to be the CEO of your
own health.
Speaker 3 (14:56):

course great answer from Tim as well. Thank you so
much Mark taking the time to message the program. Of course,

Speaker 2 (16:22):
A favorite thing. I like people.
Speaker 3 (16:24):
You are definitely a people person, and I know for
folks that have had a chance to stop on end,
they really love seeing you as well and visiting with
you as well.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
And of course you can.
Speaker 3 (16:34):
Always if you're thinking I need a Tim fix their
YouTube channel. I know you've got a couple of videos
up there, so folks can get their Tim fixed that way.
But it's such a great day to get on in
before we wrap this morning, though, I do want to
talk about the healthy Place. You've mentioned, you know, some
of your top sellers for fifteen years, and you've talked
about about obviously the growth and of course some of
the values of the Healthy Place, and it's really at
(16:56):
its core is is like a genuine love of people,
love of helping and really helping people learn about some
natural ways to improve their overall health and quality of life.
That's a very important thing for everybody. But it's really
a passion at the healthy Place, isn't it.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
You know, there's so much suffering. It is remarkable. My
mom went through a health crisis growing up, which helped
me see that Becky's mom went through health crisis growing up.
She got to see that we all know people that
are suffering and it might be because they can't sleep,
or it might be because of chronic pain or something
(17:37):
like cancer, and it is upsetting. There is the volume
of people that are suffering is insane. And then you
look at the volume of people that are not living
quality of life and they've sort of sat down and
accepted that life looks this way. You know, fatigued stress,
(17:58):
digestive issues, headache, you know, minimal sleep, you know, low
rem sleep, et cetera, and or pharmaceutical medications to treat
these issues, which you know often can be toxic or
poisonous to your body. In addition, can offer side effects
that are no fun to live with. And so you look,
(18:19):
you look at all of what I just said. There
that paragraph, a couple of paragraphs inside of a bubble,
and you're looking at that bubble going, I gotta do
something about that. So that's where the Healthy Place started,
and the passion around impacting Dane County has gone up
significantly in the last few years because I knew we
(18:40):
were approaching our fifteen year anniversary which is in June.
Very exciting and we've helped a lot of people. Very grateful,
a lot of gratitude, and I'm also like quite frustrated
in the sense of how many people are still suffering,
how many people are not and don't have the education
to find natural alternatives that work. There's still so much
(19:01):
work to be done. So this last year getting in
front of the whiteboard with my team and strategizing an
approach that's consistent, strategic way to educate the community. Like
the community, each individual is the CEO of their own
health and people don't remember that, or they don't know that,
(19:21):
or they don't feel equipped to do that, they don't
have the team around them that they need to guide
them through the darkness, so to speak. And so one
of our missions is to impact, empower and educate as
many customers as we possibly can in our vision statements
to end human suffering and increase quality of life for all.
(19:42):
So there's a lot of work to be done. Very
excited about this year. We are working on some things
that we will be announcing in the months to come
that we think are going to help be more of
a guiding light, more of an impact, more empowerment, more education.
That I'm quite excited about. And at our core you said,
we have these three physical stores we have in Madison,
(20:04):
we have find your Healthy Place dot com. Like I
challenge you if you're listening, like, take a step, like
whatever it looks like life, you can change. You can change.
You know there's some that say, hey, people can't change.
I changed. I hated who I was in my late
teen years and didn't care about my health and was
rageful towards near everyone, including myself, did not care if
(20:27):
I died. And there was a change that took place
in my life that I went and I chose the
path of you know, there's hey, I can go in
this path or I can go in that path, and
you can change. So I want to introduce that hope
to you. I also want to say that if you're
suffering in some sort of way and you've been in
the you know, stuck in a corner, whether heavily medicated,
(20:48):
you've been around the ringer in the medical system, and
you don't feel know that there's any answers for you there,
don't give up. There are more answers, and keep seeking.
You'll keep finding and that's that's what the healthy Place.
One of our roles is is to be that education.
It doesn't mean where doctors are pharmaceutical you know pharmacists,
We don't have that training. We know supplements really, really well,
(21:11):
and there's terrible supplements, there's good ones and there's great ones.
In every conversation of your health, and we know what's
been working in the community the last fifteen years. So
I would like to believe that when folks come in,
we offer hope more than anything else. We also offer
solutions that are working constantly. So don't give up on
(21:31):
your health. As Sean Priebo always said, says, today's the day.
Speaker 3 (21:35):
Day is the day you don't want to wait any longer.
Whether it's a baby step or a big step as
you mentioned, Tim, Folks, you can make those changes, but
you've got to take that first step. You've got to
make that small effort to get on into the healthy place.
Whether it's the West side of Madison, Sun Prayer, Fitchburg location.
Don't forget Fitchburg ten until five. Today it's Wednesday. Tim
O'Brien is haying out. Love to see you there again.
(21:56):
Today is the day to get on in. You can
learn more online find your Healthy Place dot com. That's
fined your healthy Place dot com.
Speaker 1 (22:02):

fantastic day.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
Thanks so much, brother, you two.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
Vicky mckennae, she comes your way next right here at
thirteen ten wiby I
