(01:32):
Speaking of Tim, Tim, how you doing this morning, my friend?

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Good morning, Captain Sean. I'm doing pretty well, dude. What
about you?

Speaker 1 (01:38):
I'm doing absolutely fantastic, and we've got you. You sent
me over and shared with me some emails. We've got
some fantastic emails and I'm hoping it will get some
great calls. It just feels like a day it's going
to be good for calls. And when folks call in Tim,
not only they get great information and great conversation, you
give them a little thank you, don't you?

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Oh sure do? Yep? Twenty five dollars gift card as
a thank you for calling in. I love questions because
it helps and to guide people in the right direction
and also demonstrates what we do in our stores every
day with our wellness consultants. And do you have any
sort of question curious on natural alternatives from a supplement
point of view to treat specific challenges, health challenges, small, medium, large.

(02:15):
Now is a good time to call and you can
get that twenty five dollars gift card.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Prime opportunity right now six oh eight three two one
thirteen ten. That's six oh eight three two one thirteen ten.
Another way to reach Tim is via email. Timat finds
your Healthy Place dot com. That's Tim tim At finds
your Healthy Place dot com. Got a bunch of emails.
We'll get to those in just a moment. But first
Tim looking at the calendar. Today is Wednesday to day.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
It's wet. It is Wednesday, end of five, ten to five.
Every Wednesday, I'm over at the Fitchburg store. It's my
favorite day of the week to get to work with
my community. And if I have not seen you for
a little while, pop by give me a high five. Likewise,
if you've been challenged with a health struggle and you've
heard of the Healthy Place, but sometimes it's a hurdle

(02:58):
to get in. You don't know who you're going to
and you don't know what it's going to look like.
And sometimes it makes it a little easier to work
with somebody you've heard on the radio a little bit.
So that's another reason I'm in on Wednesdays at the
Fitchburg store, so stop by. I know folks, complication, yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
And I know Tim. A lot of folks have have
told me they, Oh, I got a chance to finally
meet Tim. Give them the high five. What's that been
like for you to get back into the stores. What's
that experience been like for you?

Speaker 2 (03:21):
I mean, you know, I people that hang around me
a little bit, they're like, hey, Tim gets excited about people.
He likes people people. You know, I'm an extrovert. I
just gain energy from people, like even if everyone else
doesn't like you, I will probably like you because I
just think humans are cool. And so for me, I
was in an office for the last five years, and

(03:42):
it's just a few months ago that I got back
into the stores at least on Wednesdays. So we're starting
small and maybe even growing that. But it's been a
joy Sean, because you know, again, I like people, and
this is my community that specifically supports our company, Becky
andized company. Like, it is no small thing when a
customer can get supplements from anywhere in the world and
they decide to buy it from our company. So that's meaningful.

(04:05):
So to actually get to think people face to face,
look in their eyes, like, thank you for your business
these last years. You know, is there any way we
can serve you better? It's been an educational thing because
the world has changed over the last five years, navigating
through quite a lot. So as sort of the captain
of the ship, so to speak, it is very helpful

(04:25):
and educational and joyful. I'd even use that word because again,
I just like my community and it's been fun to
get to help people in that way again versus on
a computer where you're sort of working, you know, looking
at numbers and looking at text is just different than
giving somebody a hug.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
So and yeah, as you mentioned, you are not only
are you a people person, but I know you love
love sharing what you have to offer at the healthy place,
and I know it's a big priority for you. Yeah,
well you.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Say yeah people saw I mean on the level of
suffering is pretty intense and Dane County like. The more
you learn learn about how much suffering is going on,
whether it's sleep problems or stress or pain, medication, surgeries, depression,
the list goes on and on, and so getting to
actually be the one to bring health to somebody is
pretty meaningful. And that's what our team at the Healthy

(05:16):
Place loves as well our wellness consultants like we hire
for those reasons. It's like passion integrity. We train and
teach the educational side of it in the supplement space,
and it's just fun to bring health to people that
are sort of stuck. You know, a lot of people
are stuck. They're heavily medicated, they have side effects from
the medication. They might have a great medical doctor, great pharmacists,

(05:39):
and they just don't know about natural alternatives that under
their medical professionals care, they could get off these drugs
a lot of the time and less side effects and
find relief.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
It's a great day to start that conversation and start
that journey. Get on in. They'd love to see you,
whether it's West side of Madison, Fitchburger, some prairie location.
At the Healthy Place. Don't forget it's a Wednesday. That
means Tim's hanging out at the Fitchburg location from ten
until five. Stop on in, give him a high five,
say hello. He'd love to see you. And again well
and thisess consultants are standing by at all three locations
of The Healthy Place. I also got an opportunity for
you right now if you've got a question, love to

(06:11):
have you join us on airtelfhe number six oh eight
three two one thirteen ten. That's six oh eight three
two one thirteen ten and Mark call then, Mark, thank
you for taking the time. How you doing this morning?
And you're on the air with Tim O'Brien from The
Healthy Place.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
Hey Mark, good morning, Yeah, good morning. Hey. I have
a question about uh.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
I heard about a something we call ra was on the.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Teeth on one of these radio shows earlier in the week.
Do you think about it? Tell me more Ara.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
That's what they've referred to it as it was a
Michael for like send your skin and your body to
help joints and things like that.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
Interesting, I am trying to Yeah, I do not know
what that is. So do you know what what nutrient
it is? I haven't heard of ari as a supplement before. Oh,
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (06:59):
What was on the I was on the station on
one of the shows that they had on Jilmost talked
all about it as.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
A interesting I wonder, do you think it was vitamin A?

Speaker 1 (07:12):
I think, Mark, I actually I think there's a weekend
program and I think it was. They were talking and Mark,
thank you for the call. And Tim, I think they
were talking about rheumathriid rheumatoid arthritis. I think, uh, And
I think that that whatever that product is the term
something RA yes, which Mark, great question, and I know
the healthy place you guys have a lot of great

(07:32):
solutions for folks dealing with with.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
Pain is d arthritis is a battle for a lot
of folks. I mean, fatigue, pain, uh, issues with sleeping
very common and a large battle. So inflammation is a
larger part of that. And so I would assume that
that radio program speaking to RA would be discussing anti
inflammatories for folks battling ra A and BCM ninety five

(08:01):
kirkcumen is my very favorite anti inflammatory. We have a
product called Kira Health that has that bcm ninety five
kurcumen which absorbs dozens and dozens of times better than
a standardized kercuminoid. So if you're not stopping at the
healthy place and looking somewhere else, just look for a
more absorbable form of Kirkcuman BCM is my favorite. Number

(08:22):
two though, is since pain and fatigue are so intimately
connected with RA, strengthening the adrenal glands goes a long
way for both the pain and the energy and the
sleep and the stress that's all connected to RA. So
adaptogenic herbs. There's a product I recommend pretty often called
Adrenal Boost. That's adrenal Boost by Lively vitamin CO and

(08:43):
that has your rodeola, your ashwagonda, maka chazandra jinsying, all
your top adaptogens which help your body adapt to stress,
nourishing and strengthening the adrenal glands, which again contributes to
treating the RA and the pain and the fatigue there.
So those are two really big ones. CBD is another

(09:04):
another nutrient that has quite a bit of science behind it.
We have a newer gummy called ac DC. It's a
specific marijuana strain recreated in hemp content, and the ac
DC strain targets pain. And so between those three we've
been pretty successful in bringing relief to folks. So if

(09:26):
that's kind of what you're you're battling, my friend, maybe
shoot me an email or stop in the Fitchburg store.
I'm there ten to five today and my email again
is timat find your Healthy Place dot com. I can
also send some links to you, but would want to
get to the bottom of what you were seeking relief
for you.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
Know, really good question there. You two could be like Mark,
if you've got a question for Tim Love, do you
have you join us on the show this morning six
eight three two thirteen ten at six eight three two
one thirteen ten. Real quick too, before we get to
the emails and other calls, Tim, I know last week
the big the big launch and the announcement of BlackBerry cush,

(10:03):
and I know folks are loving the BlackBerry cush. And
also that's one of the things too, with the Healthy
Place is more than one option for folks, and that
is such a really important thing. And I know that's
something that's important for you as well, to make sure
you get everything right for folks.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
Absolutely, the more I move forward in this industry and
keeping my ear to the ground as far as what's
working for our community, what's not working for our community
drives me every day. And when folks, like I said earlier,
are still suffering in one way or another. You know,
my mission and vision and recognized mission vision isn't done
yet and so we have work to do. So part
of what we've created over the last four or five

(10:43):
months is these new gummies that are strained specific. So
you mentioned BlackBerry cush. I'm very excited for this gummy.
It's by Wild Theory and it has your specific strains
and cannabinoids that target deeper, better sleep health. So if
you battle sleep problems, it might or it might be

(11:04):
staying asleep, or it might be deeper sleep, you know,
or if you're really lucky, you have all three of
those struggles and BlackBerry cush has been working. It has
a higher mercine content, which is one of the terpenes
that have strong sedative effects, helping the body wind down
and fall asleep stay asleep. You also do not wake

(11:25):
up feeling groggy THHC levels. You can get in a
lower two point five THCHC and not have any sort
of high or a ten milligram, which is appropriate for
folks battling with say insomnia or some sort of deeper
sleep problems. So you get a couple options there, and
BlackBerry Cush has been working, and you know, since we're
bringing that strain up, I want to give a shout

(11:47):
out to Pineapple Express for the stress focus reducing stress
focus and the ACDC I mentioned with Marx call in
treating kind of pain and chronic pain. Taking a second
on each one of those. The Pineapple Express Gummy stress
relief is the goal. This is a sativa dominant hybrid

(12:09):
known for its uplifting kind of energizing citrusy as a
citrus flavor and from a terpene standpoint, which is the
essential oils from the hemp or essential oils from the marijuana,
depending which plant you're talking about. In this case hemp
it has a high limanine content and this urpene is
linked to mood elevation and reduced anxiety. Also, the balance

(12:33):
in the Pineapple Express of the THHC CBD ratio offers
that mental clarity and kind of calming down without the
heavy sedation effects. So like I talked about with BlackBerry cush,
and then lastly giving a shout out to our newer
gummy ACDC for pain relief. This is a higher CBD

(12:55):
lower THHC strain that is known to reduce the inflammation
and neuropathic pain with and again you can get two
point five milligrams if you're kind of not wanting to
get that high, and ten milligrams for say folks that
are in heavier levels of pain or trying to get
off some of the heavy duty drugs. We've been seeing

(13:15):
success with that as well. So if you have not
checked out these three gummies, pine Up Express for stress,
ACDC for pain, and BlackBerry Push for sleep. This has
been a very cool advancement that Becky and I have
made in the last you know what has it been
since CBD has introduced twenty seventeen. We're talking eight years.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
This is one of my most exciting accomplishments is these
three gummies because it's gotten very specific to what the
community is struggling with.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Get you dialed in exactly for what you need. And
that's a great thing about getting into the healthy place.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
And I know you you love.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
You love You'll love hanging out with people and helping them.
And one of the other ways folks can make contact
is via email Tim at finds your Healthy Place dot com.
That's Tim t I m at find your Healthy Place
dot com. Karen writes, since she says, Hi there, I've
been dealing with occasional bloating and sluggish digestion after meals.
Are there any natural supplements you recommend to help with

(15:53):
digestion and gut health? And that email comes to us
from Karen.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Yeah, I love, love, I love the question because so
many sort of get stuck on medications for treating or
over the counter drugs that help maybe with bloating or
reflux or digestion. So I in general like it when
the community brings up these types of questions. So few
things to bring up, and I would have more questions

(16:20):
for you if I were working with you in the
store to make sure I'm going in the right direction.
But there's a few things that come to mind right
away that are quite helpful. Digestive enzymes Specifically, I like
enzymetic therapy or enzometica rather for digestive enzymes because of
how their digestive enzymes break down in different pH levels.

(16:42):
So an enzyme will break down your foods, unlocking more
nutrition out of it and minimizing the difficulty and energy
it takes for your body to break down that meal,
and then that energy is allowed to go elsewhere throughout
the body and the detox process or to your brain,
et cetera. So you know, when you eat food and

(17:04):
you're sort of like sedated feeling because it may be
eaten a lot, digestive enzymes small medium, large meal will
help break that meal down much more effectively. You gain
more nutrition from It makes it easier on your body.
It lessens sensitivities and allergies as well, say gluten, you
might be sensitive too. That might be while you're experiencing

(17:25):
some of that bloat or indigestion, a struggle in overall
digestion could be a sensitivity to dairy. There's a variety
of things there, but a digestive enzyme helps people like period,
Like even the healthiest individual would massively benefit from taking
an enzyme with each meal. It's inexpensive. Number two, probiotics
really big pro means for biotic means life. The more

(17:48):
life you get into you, the better, And it launches
your body as natural enzyme production. So everything I just
said about the enzymes, a probiotic will help strengthen your
body's natural enzyme production and overall handle gut health like
whatever's going on there. And then the third thing. If

(18:09):
someone's kind of on a regular basis noticing stomach you know, pain,
stomach bloating, stomach issues, inflammation is a part of that,
and so supplementing with Kurkuman. This is why I bring
Kirkuman up for almost every every issue because inflammation is
a part of almost every form of pain. Inflammation is

(18:33):
a part of all diseases. You know, you think of cancer,
heart disease, alzheimer few, inflammation is a big part of those.
So to daily supplement with Kurkcuman. Again, my favorites BCM
ninety five Kirkcuman. I love that form. They're using that
at a Baylor University and all sorts of testing for
cancer and depression. And it's quite absorbable, So I love

(18:56):
the BCM ninety five Kurkcuman. We sell several products that
have that form. Kure A Health is one of them. See,
you are a health So this would help not only
the digestive struggles that somebody's experiencing with stomach pain, bloating.
It helps overall the big digestive picture, but claims your
body daily sort of combs through and cleans your body

(19:19):
daily of inflammation. That's at the root of again all pain,
all disease, almost all forms of digestive struggle, and is
one of the most important supplements you can take. So
that's the curcum and I think between those three you'd
see quite a bit of relief. And I'll just say
this to anyone else listening that battles with digestive struggles
or anything else. In this specific example, in dealing with

(19:40):
the bloating digestion with this customer, if this blend of
few supplements I just recommended didn't work for her, which
I think it would actually help her. But if it didn't,
you know, I'd want her to bring back these supplements
to the store get a full in store credit towards
another idea, because people are suffering and supplements aren't always cheap.

(20:02):
So I want the community to know that you can
buy things from the healthy place and bring them back
if it doesn't work. That's actually a good thing for
our company and a good thing for you and the pocketbook,
so that we can try again with another successful idea
versus giving up going back to the drug surgery, et cetera.
So that's something I joke about it, Sean, but I've

(20:22):
been trying to convince our community to bring products back
since twenty ten.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
It's you mentioned it's it's good for what you do,
and we think about folks that maybe decided, you know,
it started the journey to more healthy lifestyle and maybe
picked up something that didn't work for them and then
they kind of get turned off by the idea of
it and not realizing that there is that it can
be done right. You just got to make sure you

(20:47):
find the right thing. Everybody's unique, everybody special. They have
different needs, different their bodies accept certain things better than others.
And that's one of the great things about working with
the wellness consultant, as well as starting that journey, starting
that conversation. Great to get on in, whether it's West
Side of Madison, Fitchburger's, Sun Prairie, and of course online
Facebook you'll find them as well as Instagram at find
your Underscore Healthy Place. YouTube channels always popular. Emails are great,

(21:11):
but even better Tim getting into the Fitchburg store today
between ten and five. It's Wednesday, stop under five.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Start the journey. As Sean O who says, the idea
is like, take some action, even if it's a tiny action,
get some information. Your health matters, life matters. They're both
the gift, both worth fighting for. Amen.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
Amen. Great day to get on in Fittsburgh, west Side,
Sun Prairie locations of the Healthy Place. Tim, It's always
great chatting with you, my friend. You enjoy this most
fantastic of days.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
You too, man, Thanks for having me.
