Speaker 1 (00:01):
Thanks for that wonderful kind introduction.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
That's always always good to talk with you, my friend.
How is how's how's life doing these days? Everything going well?

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Yeah, pretty good. I mean it's so hard, right, I mean,
you got kids, you got business, you got life, you
got things to be coming and going and errands, and
it's so hard. And I think that, you know, it's
it feels like concussionary sometimes or you're just like what
you get to the end of the day and what
was that? You know? I forget if it as Tommy

(00:31):
Boy or Black Sheep with Chris Farley where he like
falls down that huge side of the hill and he's
just like rolling, smashing and he gets to the bottom
of the hill and he's like drabs his hair like
Chris Farley, what was that? So that's all I'm doing.
But I am doing well. I feel balanced and energized

(00:53):
and and rested. Actually, so that's good.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
That is fantastic. I think it's I think that was
Black Sheep where he doesn't. But anyway, it's very relatable
too as far as the way the way our lives are.
We're going to talk about some of the ways that
can help folks, you know, we're all very busy. Our
bodies take take a toll ways to get better, rest

(01:17):
ways to feel refreshed as well. We get some details
from Tim on that in just a moment to meantime.
If you haven't had a chance to check out the website,
I hope you have on over to the Healthy Place website,
which is find your Healthy Place dot com. That's find
your healthy Place dot com. Great place to learn more
about Tim and the team at the Healthy Place. Also,
you can start a conversation with a wellness consultant right

(01:38):
online and find your Healthy Place dot com. Even better,
What a great day to get on into the location.
Any location convenient location to you. Yes, Oh, that means Fitchburg.
Tim will be hanging out in Fitchburg from ten until five.
West side of Madison and Sun Prairie also have wellness
consultants standing by. And speaking of stopping in to hang out,

(01:58):
A couple of friends at stopped in and visited you
the past week and they absolutely love what you're doing.
What I find find amazing is one of them I
know has been listening to the program for a number
of years and it finally kind of clicked like, hey,
I should probably stop on in and you've got a
great chance to meet with you, and just said what
a great experience it was. But you get a lot

(02:19):
of folks like that, it was like, well, I've known
about you for years. I hear you on the radio,
or I see your commercials or yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
That's like like, so I used to be at the
Fitchburg store for from twenty ten to twenty twenty. I
was there six days a week. We're posed on Sundays,
you know, pretty much opened to close. I mean a
little bit here and there not, but very much so
the one there. So knowing my community, that was like,
you know, seeing them on a very regular basis, So
stepping out and coming back in it was like, okay, this,

(02:46):
let's I missed the community. So yeah. So one of
the reasons that I came into the Fitchburgh Store is
for all the people that have sort of heard about
the Healthy Place. All the people that have sort of
maybe me on the radio or TV or around town
doing health talks, lunch and learns, et cetera, that know

(03:07):
they should take action maybe on their health or or
are just curious, you know, on new nutrients coming out
like methylene blue is kind of a hot topic right now,
like what is sort of holding people back from getting
into the stores. And I think one of them is
it's a little intimidating. You know, we're used to like
a commission culture, so at the Healthy Place, we don't

(03:27):
do commission. So people are like, oh, that's kind of nice.
They go through that experience, but there's still like opening
the front door, like what's in there? Like is somebody
going to try to sell me supplements? Like we don't
do that, So like inviting people in so the Fitchburg store,
like if it makes it a little easier for some
people to come in, Like that's been happening every week,
it's been really cool and which I encourage you if

(03:48):
you're listening right now, you haven't stopped in one of
the stores. Like the goal is to get you a
resource of some knowledge around the supplement space. Because we're
not doctors or pharmacists. We know supplements, we know forms
of gradients that are good, better, best absorption wise. So
if you know you have a deficiency and say in
BE twelve, you know filling that deficiency isn't as easy

(04:09):
as taking a synthetic science comploment form of BE twelve
like we educate people take the method development form for
you'll gain better absorption and treat that deficiency. So for
people that have sort of like they've been, they've been
thinking about it for a while. I just stopped by
the Fitchburg store today. I'll be there ten to five.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
It's such a cool thing too, is you mentioned you know,
people getting in and meeting with you of course is
mentioned ten to five Wednesday. SE's today at the Fitchburg location,
but meeting with wellness consultants as well, and just what
an impact that has on folks lives. And it's a
great day to get on in whether it's the West
Side sun Prairie or Fitchburg location of the Healthy Place
they'd love to see. You can learn more online the

(04:47):
website find your Healthy Place dot com. Also on Facebook,
social media including Instagram and YouTube as well. If you're
on Instagram, just find your at find your underscore Healthy Place.
Great great way to make a connection there. Another great
way to reach out is via email Tim at find
your Healthy Place dot com. That's Tim tim at find
your Healthy Place dot com. And the phone lines I

(05:09):
haven't mentioned this part yet. There's a big phone lines
are open right now I'd love to hear from you.
Six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six
oh eight three two one thirteen ten. We'll get you
right on the air with Tim O'Brien from The Healthy
Place and Tim, not only will folks get a great conversation,
also good a little thank you for taking the time
well yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Yeah, twenty five dollars gift card as a thank you
that can be used in stores or on the website.
And the goal is get get questions that maybe can
help guide you or a loved one. Also those listening
Like the main the most amazing service I think we
provide is knowledge and care for the community. So if
you have a question, small, medium or large, now's a

(05:44):
good time to call in.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's three
two one thirteen ten. Gets you on there at Tim
O'Brien from the Healthy Place as metch. Another way to
reach the show emails timat finds your Healthy Place dot com.
That's Tim tim at find your Healthy Place dot com.
And we'll Lissa Roade and she says, I've been feeling
super low energy lately, like that afternoon crash hits me

(06:05):
hard every single day, I'm trying to avoid reaching for
more coffee or andage energy drinks. Do you have any
natural supplements that could help boost my energy and focus
in a healthier way. And that email comes to us
from Melissa.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
Yeah, thanks so much for the question, Melissa, and energy
happens to be one of the top topics that come
up in our stores. Our community seems to be experiencing
adrenal fatigue or a chronic adrenal fatigue. You know, since
COVID like we all, you know, have been through a lot,
and you know that fatigues the body. Like your your

(06:40):
adrenal glens control your energy, so in your adrenals are
fatigued from say stress or difficult experiences, challenges. You know,
all of a sudden you can get a quote unquote
good night's sleep, but still wake up feeling completely exhausted.
And that's often adrenal fatigue. Mitochondria and ATP production play

(07:03):
a role. ATP you know, tends to go down with age,
and mitochondria is kind of the furnace or the powerhouse
of your cell that sort of is responsible for every
action and energy that it takes to detox cells. For example,
your body's creb cycle is your body's ability to take
food and translate that into energy. So this is a

(07:24):
topic that we talk about a lot. There's two products
that I have started bringing up every time this topic
comes up just about and it's different than what I've
brought up in the past. So first product is Lively
Greens Lively Vitamin CO. It's a fruit greens powder. It
actually tastes very good. We sample it out at the
store all the time because people don't believe us till

(07:44):
they taste it. And you can sample it out at
the store. But that has seven servings of greens per serving,
kind of like if you were to juice those seven
greens and then freeze, dry it into a powder. And
then it has four servings of fruits from the reds family.
And then where it gets exciting for energy and for
Melissa if you're listening, is the adaptagen blend so maka

(08:09):
Ashu Ganda, cordyceps chataki. Like these adaptagens help your body
adapt to stress, nursing, strengthening your adreno blends you get
a bolt of energy, you feel it. There's no stimulants
in here. It also has a focus memory blend, which
brain energy goes a long way too, so brain foods
like lions maine, phosphutol, cyine, rodeola. So that's product number one.

(08:30):
Lively Greens powder tastes really good. I like it just
with water. I give it to my kids. My three
older kids drink it, and two like it. One puts
up with it. But even just with the cold water,
it tastes very good. You can also mix it in
with a shake. But product number two that I bring
up because it's just been working, it's called Energy Revitalization
Fatigue fatigue to fantastic by Terry Lamarand who's one of

(08:52):
my heroes, lives in the Green Bay area. I've brought
him up a lot on this show. BCM ninety five,
Curk Cumen, I've brought up a lot. He's the guy
that brought that to America over from India some decades ago.
So love this guy. But anyway, his product, Energy Revitalization
is also a powder, and yes it has vitamins and
minerals in there, but the main heavy lifters are the

(09:14):
amino acids taurine, glycine, tyrazine, ncetol, assisteine searing. Now these
in higher levels like this powder would take you know,
twelve capsules of amino acid powder, so a powder is
just better. But you mix these two together, it actually
tastes good and you'll feel a very nice sustained energy

(09:35):
boost for four to six hours. I drink this every day.
I started drinking it a few months ago. We started
sampling it out to the community because nearly everyone has
energy struggles or problems, and we don't need more caffeine.
Caffeine actually, or too much caffeine can fatigue the adrenals further.
So you don't want to be in that perpetual loop
of caffeine and fatigue and more caffeine and more fatigue.

(09:58):
So move over or to nutrient dense powders. Obviously, diet
I always got to see this because it's true diet
exercise supplements in that order is the most important in
the supplement category. Try these powders out if you are
in need for some energy, so Lively vitamin Greens and
Energy Revitalization stop by one of the stores for a

(10:19):
free sample or check those out online.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
And one of the things I love tim as we
talk about Lively Greens sampling it in stores because people
are like I've tried something like this before and I
didn't like the way it tastes, and you're like, try it.
It's a really good job of not only getting the
great stuff in there, but making it because you know,
all the goodness is one thing, but having it's something

(10:44):
that's enjoyable to consume is a challenge that you guys
definitely triumphed over.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Yeah, and when you get you know, some people get
plenty of vegetables and fruits and they wouldn't need this product.
Most of us do need more vegetables and antioxidants. And
say we have energy problem like Melissa, where our energy
is this low, or our stress is high, our digestive
system is sort of out of whack. Lively Greens helps
all of those things. So that's our top selling product

(11:13):
now in our stores as of last month, which is
just interesting to see it move into that first place category.
And it's because people are liking the taste of it,
but more than that, the results they're feeling from it
has been what I knew it'd be good for all
these systems, but I didn't know it'd be tangible enough
for people to be like, yes, my digestive system is
better and I'm connecting that to the Lively greens, like
I've heard that enough dozens of times for digestion, for stress,

(11:35):
for brain focus, for energy, and for that general health
kind of pocket of yes, I need more fruits and
vegetables and parents too for kids. I've been I mean,
part of the reason that I formulated this product was
first for my own kids, because greens are tough to
always consistently be getting what we want to get in them.
So the powder just makes it easier. And so creating

(11:57):
it for kids funny enough, uh, but making it for
adults and then you can just do half a scoop
for kids that taste good. It's been. It's been very interesting.
It's almost like the strategy is if you can get
kids to like it, then you can get.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
There a little more. The other thing too. I just
what one final observation on the Lively greens is to
is the texture, which is which or the lack thereof
which is another area. I know with a lot of
folks when they're when they think about some of these
uh yes, different type potters going oh yeah, it may
taste great, but it's gritty or it's.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Yes, well, the most popular ones out there that are
advertised everywhere, you know, kind of taste like your front lawn.
I always think that part of the lawn more that
falls off. I'm just taking a bite out of that.
Like you said, texture, grainy, sandy, clumpy. Lively greens will
not do that or that energy revitalizer that I brought up.
Those powders mix very well with a spoon, so the texture,

(12:53):
as you mentioned, it does go a long way, you know,
so you should. It's something people should try. And if not,
this something yeah, because it's the goal is really getting
what your body needs and feeling good, like thriving, Like
what does it take to get that? So that's why
I like these powders because they're so nutritionally dense, and
to me it's always been amazing what happens if you
give the body the right nutrients.

Speaker 2 (13:15):
Great day to get on into the healthy place. Try
a sample of those lively greens. Say hello, I know
they'd love to see you if you haven't been in before,
haven't been in for a while, whether it's the west
side of Madison, Sun Prairie or Fitchburg location of the
healthy place, they'd love to see you. Don't forget today
is Wednesday. That means Tim is hanging out at the
Fitchburg location from ten until five. Not only can you
sample some of the lively greens, get to take a

(13:35):
little swag and say, oh, this stuff tastes delicious. You
can also say hi to Tim and he'd love to
see you. Don't forget also Whelm's consultants at all three
locations as well as online and finds your Healthy Place
dot com. That's fine Your Healthy Place dot com. We'll
continue our conversation with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place.
We will do that next as ask the experts with
the Healthy Place continues right here on thirteen ten WIBA

(13:57):
eight fifty three thirteen ten WIB and ask the experts
hanging out with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place online
Fine your Healthy Place dot com. That's fined Your Healthy
Place dot com a great website. Of course, you can
start a conversation with a wellness consultant online. Even better, though,
say hello, they'd love to see in person. Whether it's
West side of Madison, Fitchburg or sun Prairie location of

(14:18):
the Healthy Place. Don't forget today being Wednesday, that means
Tim is going to be at the Fitchburg location from
ten until five. Stop on out, say hello, give them
a high five, try those lively greens, and start that journey,
start that conversation. Today's day to do just that. Get
on in whether it's again the West Side location Fitchburg
or sun Prairie location of the Healthy Place. And Tim

(14:38):
as we as we talk this morning, and I know
part of why you're back in stores is you absolutely
love spending time with people and answering questions, and that
is something that you've also for the folks that are
at the Healthy Place. Anyone that's worked with the Welles
consultant knows a relationship develops. You'll see I'll see on
social media and hear from people I worked with so

(14:59):
and so and just love them and they'll share pictures
with them. But it really is a great relationship that
starts and kind of that journey which is taken together.
Having somebody that's knowledgeable and understanding there for you is
a great benefit for folks that are looking to make
those changes.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
You know. You know, it's sort of like you have
a variety of different kinds of people and they have
different strength sets, and so I might zero in on
the learner or the self educated person that likes to
deep dive and they sort of look into these different
nutraceuticals or how to naturally treat something they're struggling with

(15:35):
health wise, And so that would be kind of one
side that they do heavy research. They're constantly learning, constantly
looking into these things. Heck, they might know way more
than our wellness consultants have. And then on the other side,
you have the person that's sort of like unaware completely
that there's natural supplements, like basically like a bottle of
forty dollars supplements could could help this area of my

(15:56):
life dramatically, like whether fatigue like Melissa was asking about,
or pain which is common, sleep issues, digestive problems like
there might be a very inexpensive supplement that's been helping
like a lot of other people in our community. So
that's like the two sides of the spectrum. And whichever
sort of side or part of that continuum or moving
meter you are, what I would propose is the healthy

(16:18):
place is a team. It's an army of wellness consultants.
Like our job is to no nutrition, to no supplements,
to no forms of ingredients that absorb good, better best.
It's to meet together on a regular basis and discuss
what is working for our community in these areas, what
are we sort of stuck on, and how can we
get more results for the community. So that's who we are.

(16:39):
So whichever side you kind of are on in regards
to your own research or knowledge around natural alternatives, like
use us as a resource, brain storming together, coming in, calling, emailing,
asking a question like Okay, I've looked into this for that,
Like what have you guys seen, Like, oh awesome, Yeah,
that's actually what we recommend is well and if you

(17:00):
add this supplement to that, it enhances the absorption and
you'll see twice the results. Like stuff like that. I
would invite the community into a relationship, and if it's
not with us, that's fine, just find somebody. Like the
idea is to get a team built around you, because
you're the CEO of your own health. We want to
encourage you in that way, fan the flame of your health.

(17:21):
Like life is a gift, health is a gift. These
things are worth fighting for, and it's nice to have
somebody on your team that's sort of reminding you of
the things you can do that would be helping you.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
You know, we talk about that skill set as well, Tim,
and I know you're always looking to find that right person.
Some of that it'd be a good fit for the
Healthy Place. And if there is somebody listening right now
that's passionate about the community, passionate about helping people improve
their lives, you may have a great opportunity for them.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
Yeah, actually, thank you for bringing that up. Yeah, we're
actually looking for and hiring a wellness consultant right now.
So if you or you know anyone that really cares
about people, that has an integrity and you think would
be interested in going down a career path of being
a wellness consultant, you know, working inside of our stores,

(18:09):
asking the community questions, you know, before you make recommendations,
sort of like touching someone's heart before you ask for
their hand. Like, if you know somebody or you yourself
are interested, you can check that out on Indeed are
I think it's in the pending period right now, but
you can also shoot an email to me with resume
cover letter. Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com

(18:29):
looking for that wellness consultant position. And we're also looking
for a natural license, natural path or functional medicine doctors.
So if you or you know anyone that has those
certificates or degrees, also send them our way. We're opening
a clinic, Sean. I think I mentioned it briefly last week,
but Lord Willing, in the fall, we will be opening

(18:50):
a sort of integrative clinic, a naturopathic clinic where we'll
be doing blood draws for lab work and IV infusions
and being in the supplement space. So often you're like, hey,
I think you know this product would be good for that,
but it'd be great if we could get a blood
test to kind of see what you're deficient in, see

(19:10):
what you're low on. Go get a full women's panel
or a full men's panel. Let's get some clarity, you know,
work with one of the doctors on seeing what your
deficiencies are, and then you can purchase supplements that fill
those specific deficiencies, like a data driven approach. And then
other times, you know, folks will have mega immune issues
challenged in immune system, so like something like an IV

(19:32):
immune infusion would go a long way for that individual.
So I'm lit about the fall, and we're looking for
naturopaths and functional medicine doctors. So there we go.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
Really exciting stuff going on at the Healthy Place Sports.
You can learn more online Find your Healthy Place dot com.
That's find your Healthy Place dot com. Even better, Today's
to day, stop on it. They'd love to see a
west side of Madison sun Prayer Fitchburg location. Don't forget
if it's Wednesday, that's today. Tim is at the Fitchburg
location from ten until five every Wednesday. To see you
there as well.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Down for high five.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
It's always great chatting my friend. You enjoy this fantastic day.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Yeah, enjoy the day, Sean, thanks so much.
