Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yo, yo, happy day, Happy day.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
I'm doing good. It is a happy day.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
Yes. I always dragged that response back because I know
you need to catch your breath.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
It's a.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Yeah, you actually asked me to a couple of years ago. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (00:21):
We for folks that don't know, we had a little
dead Yes, we've got you mentioned. It's a happy day.
And Wednesdays are particularly happy. Couple of reasons. One, we
get to hang out Wednesdays at eight thirty talk about
all the great stuff going out at the Healthy Place.
Of course, Wednesdays are happy days as well because it's
a fantastic day to get on in, whether it's West
(00:42):
Side Fitchburg Sun Prairie Location, the Healthy Place, or online
finds your Healthy Place dot com. But extra special on
Wednesdays Fitchburg Location. Tim, you are hanging out in the
store each and every Wednesday, aren't you?
Speaker 3 (00:54):
Five Every Wednesday? I really look forward to this. I
am in there for a couple of reasons, Sean. One,
I love doing consultations with supplements and the community because
when you live in this world long enough, you just
see what's working what doesn't work, and we've been able
to help a lot of people. So if you have
any kind of struggles. I love to get to be
the one to have a consultation with you. That's super
(01:16):
fun for me on Wednesdays. And then the second reason
Sean is I have I have built a little bit
of a community, and being back in the stores now,
there's so many people I want to say hi to.
It's been really fun. So if I haven't seen you
for a while, it's like a touch point for the community.
I have business services in the community that they're like, hey,
can you advertise through us or can you do this?
I have people that are like, hey, can you give
(01:37):
to this non for profit because this is really cool?
And you know, we have lots of folks that you know,
when you network together with other businesses, you can help
build other businesses in the area and they can help
build our business. So there's all these reasons to be
present in the community where people can like, come give
me a high five and we can talk for a
little bit. So Wednesdays are like perfect for that. Love
(01:57):
inviting the community.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
Out for that.
Speaker 3 (01:59):
And then you know, the third point is just straight
up greedy Sean. I love getting to work with people.
I didn't ask for this. I like people and you know, say,
when I'm cranky and I'm by people, it's like hard
for me not to get like a little bit excited
that there's somebody over there and.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
I kind of like them.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
And it's just like in my cell So Wednesdays are
sort of like they help pump my tires. You know,
I got five kids in a business to run and
it gets a little crazy, a little stressful.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
And something about Wednesdays.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
You go in and you just, like I said, the
high fives and the smiles and getting to help people,
and you get to see the people coming back in
that they're like, yeah, this supplement helped took my pain away,
or helped me sleep better, help bring my stress down,
or my immune systems a little better than last year.
And I think it's from Elderberry and just all these
life giving conversations.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
So yes, long winded answer, come into the Fitchburg store today.
Speaker 4 (02:47):
For me, it's for that high five, for that consultation
and what it's a great day. And I love the
environment too for folks that it yeah, who haven't had
a chance to get into one of the location of
the healthy place, whether it's Fitchburgh West Side or sun
Prairie Meat with a Wells consultants. What I wwered you
when you do stop and kind of take a look
(03:07):
around and kind of always say being nosy, but just
kind of observe what others experienced are Like it's it's
a very friendly place, very welcoming place. And I always
love when I come in and I just kind of
look around and watch the interactions and people are very happy.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
Last week, I was working with Brandon, I think, and
I was telling them because I came in I was
super cranky. I didn't I didn't really sleep the night before,
you know, babies were.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Up or so you know, I don't remember actually, and
I was feeling cranky.
Speaker 3 (03:34):
And then you know, about three hours into the day,
I said to Brandon, you know, it's hard to stay
cranky when you have this type of life giving conversations
going on. Like it sounds you know, dramatic or exaggerated
maybe unless like Sean said, you come in and you
actually like look around and you see these different customers,
like you know, one last week was like hugging Ryan
(03:54):
another Wellness because like she had been in this ten
year sort of corner oftruggling with pain and digestive issues,
and Ryan, you know, he made a couple recommendations, very simple,
very consistently helping our community.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
Nothing sort of shocking.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
And a couple of weeks later she comes in, she's like,
it's significantly better, and no one's been able to help
me in this area for these years. I didn't really
want to go to the drug route. And thank you
Ryan so much. And you just like observe that, right,
And you know, I've been doing this a long time.
It never gets old sewn ever, and so it just
encourages me.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
It's a great day.
Speaker 4 (04:27):
You mentioned too about folks and their experiences. We'd love
to have you if you've had an experience with a
healthy place, love to hear from you what it was like,
what what you've been able to do. We'd love to
hear from this morning. All I do is give a
call six o eight three two one thirteen ten. That's
six o' eight three two one thirteen ten. Whether you
want to share a story or of course you've got
questions for Tim. He's here to help you out again.
Telph'mber to get down the air. Six oh eight three
(04:48):
two one thirteen ten. That's six oh eight three two
one thirteen ten and Tim, when folks call in, not
only is it going to be a great conversation, you
give everybody a little bit of thank you for taking
the time.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Twenty five dollars gift card as a thank you, and
that can be used online or in our store.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
So now's a good time to call.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
Six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six oh
eight three two one thirteen ten. Gets you right on
their with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Don't forget.
Speaker 4 (05:10):
Great day to get on in, whether it's westside Fitchburger
Sun Prairie location of the Healthy Place. Tim, of course
on Wednesdays thatsday hangs out at the Fitchburg location. You'd
love to see you there. You can also learn more
online Find your Healthy Place dot com, Facebook and social
media at find your Underscore Healthy Place. You can find
him there on Instagram've got a great YouTube channel as well.
Another way another way to reach out is via emails
(05:32):
Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com. That's Tim
Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com and James
roade In. James says, h Tim, I've been struggling with
low energy for months, even though I sleep well and
eat fairly clean, could it be a deficiency? And what
supplements should I consider starting out with? And that email
comes to us from James.
Speaker 3 (05:52):
Yeah, James, super, super good question. I like that he
added at the end, am I deficient?
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Done something?
Speaker 3 (05:58):
Because a lot of times folks will come in like, oh,
what can I take for energy? You know, and that's
a really good place to start, because our wellness consultants
are trained to ask some more questions like, well, have
you had a full men's panel anytime, you know, James,
in the last couple of years, And if not, that's
a really good idea.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
You know.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
One of the reasons that Becky and I are opening
a foundational care clinic in January called the Healthy Play
Solistic Clinic.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Is because of this very issue.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
You know, you want to get a blood test annually
to know if you're deficient anything, because if you're deficient
in B twelve and James can simply take some B
twelve and his energy is going to go through the
roof because that's literally what he's deficient in, well, then
that's that's that's very different than saying James has a
mitochondrial problem, which is the fire furnace or the powerhouse
(06:51):
of the cells or a crab cycle problem, which is
taking food and translating that into energy. So James, if
you're listening, you know that that I always like to
bring up that full Men's panel will be able to
provide those in a few months, which I'm really looking
forward to. But the second thing I say is get
lively greens. Go in, ask for a sample. It tastes,
(07:12):
I'm drinking it right now.
Speaker 1 (07:13):
Mix it with water.
Speaker 3 (07:14):
The energy from this is substantial, and there's no stimulants,
there's no caffeine. It's just superfoods. Like seven servings of greens,
four servings of fruits. It has like a fruity flavor,
not that like grass kind of taste, and it has
an adaptogen blend, it has a focus blend, a digestive blend,
and all this stuff is connected so customers feel great
(07:35):
on it. That's become our top selling product in our stores.
So that was kind of cool. And then the second
thing that I always recommend to mix actually with it
is a product by Terry Naturally called Fatigued or Fatigue
to Fantastic, and it's an energy revitalizing powder. So you
take your mixed cup to put the water in scoop
(07:56):
of the greens skip of the energy revitalization, and the
energy vitolation has like vitamins minerals, which is good, but
then it has amino acid therapy, which is the heavy
lifters for energy.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
It's a totally.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
Different direction, kind of in that crib cycle, kind of
in that mitochondrial conversation. And those two powders together have
been so we only started sampling that Sean at the
beginning of this year, like the two of them together,
and I will say with deep conviction that there has
(08:28):
not been supplements we've sold that have worked as well
as these two together. So that's becoming we're kind of
bringing that up to everyone now that has an energy problem,
and when they try it, they're just in the because
the first time you drink it, you feel a difference.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
So, James, if you're.
Speaker 3 (08:43):
Listening by those two products and you know you'll feel
the difference.
Speaker 4 (08:47):
And you've mentioned the greens powder, and I know folks
have been sampling it as well and absolutely love what
they're saying. But they also love the taste, which is
a big thing with greens powders. Finding one that tastes
good and of course checks all the box. That's a
great thing about getting into the healthy place.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Speaking of getting into the.
Speaker 4 (09:03):
Healthy place and questions and answers and all that great stuff.
We've got a phone line open for you right now
at six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six
so eight three two one thirteen ten. Head down to
the beautiful village of Belleville and Steve joins us. Steve,
welcome to the program. You're on there with Tim O'Brien
from the Healthy Place.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
Steve, good morning, Yeah, good.
Speaker 5 (09:22):
Morning, Tim. I'm I frequent your store in Fitchburg, and
I've actually have talked to you. You may have remembered,
medi you may not. I have tonight, and I've been
struggling with it, of course sometime, and uh, your team
recommended that I start taking snooze fest. It took a
(09:44):
while to kick in, but I tell you what, it
is a godsend it. I mean, I take it like
thirty six minutes forty five minutes before I go to bed,
I'm out for the night. It really helps.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Yeah, so all that is great news. How long did
it take?
Speaker 5 (10:04):
Probably a couple of weeks because I was so kind
of stressed with the tonights, you know, wound up a
little bit and it does settle me down, and uh,
I tell you what, it's fabulous, dude. Yeah, your your
team at Fitchburg has been just wonderful, you know. You know,
(10:25):
they always have my back and that's it.
Speaker 3 (10:31):
Yeah, I mean, thank you for shouting out for my
team too, because and just to touch on why I
think it took a couple of weeks, because uh, there's
three different areas of sleep too, you know, you fall asleep,
stay asleep, and deeper sleep and and they're called like
sleep systems you might call them. And and so then
for you being a little wound up like you said
with with the tonight.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
As uh huh.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
Call that just calm And that took a little bit,
you know. So I'm I'm so it's so interesting because
everything in our store has like three potential impacts, like
it's immediate, or it takes a little bit, or it's
like for whatever reason, didn't work for this that person,
you know, So that's why we do the return policy
and stuff.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
But anyway, I'm so glad that that's working for you.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
And Snoozefest is our top selling sleep product, so it
is helping a lot of people, and thanks again for
shouting out for the team, because we work really hard
to help the community.
Speaker 5 (11:22):
You're you're so welcome. I just wanted to pass that
along to you.
Speaker 2 (11:25):
Steve. Thank you for your call and I'd love to
hear that stuff.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
If you've got a if you've got an experience you'd
love to share, maybe you've got a question, we'd love
to have you join us this morning and get on
the air, just like Steve. Phone lines are open at
six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six
oh eight three two one thirteen ten. Another way to
reach Tim is via email Tim at find your Healthy
Place dot com. That's Tim ti Am at find your
Healthy Place dot com. We'll take more of your questions.
(11:50):
We'll get to some emails. Talk a little bit more
with Tim about some of the great stuff going on
at the Healthy Place. In the meantime, I haven't been
to the website. Head on over there now find your
Healthy Place dot com. Great day to get on in.
Whether it's Westside, Fitchburg or sun Prayer. Location of the
Healthy Place and more of ask the experts with Tim
O'Brien in the Healthy Place comes your way next right
here thirteen ten wu ib a eight fifty thirteen ten
(12:10):

Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place online find your Healthy
Place dot com. That's fined your Healthy Place dot com.
I can order online. You can learn more about the
Healthy Place online. You can also chat with the wellness
consultant online. But it's always fun. It's always great day
to get on in, whether it's the Fitchburg Sun Prayer
West Side location the Healthy Place. Of course wellness consultants
(12:32):
are standing by. Today being a Wednesday, Tim is hanging
out at the Fitchburg location of the Healthy Place from
ten until five. He'd love to see I'd love to
give you that high five, love to love to start
that conversation.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
To say hi, yes for a consultation for you or
somebody you love, or just stop by and say hi again.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
You know. And yeah, there's been a bunch of them sews. Yeah, hello,
if you've come out in the last ye for me.
Speaker 2 (12:58):
I love I love hearing what folks will.
Speaker 4 (13:00):
I finally got a chance to actually sit down and
talk with Tim, and how excited everybody is to do that.
And and I would say, also, I would add to
folks that stop in, don't be a stranger. That's the
other thing too, is uh, there is nothing wrong with
regularly visiting the healthy Place, stopping in and seeing Tim.
And that was something I kind of started this conversation
off this week asking you and kind of talking about
(13:21):
is one of my observations of when I when I'm
in the healthy place, whether it's meeting with you or
meeting with another wellness consultant, that is always great to
see that environment, create that that atmosphere that you've created
at the healthy Place. And I know it's very intentional.
It's it's supposed to be very warm, welcoming.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
In environment, right, you know.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
And there's these like there's these things that we don't
really understand, like when we encourage each other, like there's
something that happens, you know, like I don't know if
the words a metaphysically or intrinsically, Like when we actually
smile at somebody or you give them or high five,
or you you ask them some questions that show that
you care about their history and their story and where
(14:00):
they're trying to go. And all of that information gives
the wellness consultant a better sense of direction on thousands
of products right, and and thousands of testimonies of customers
that individual wellness consultant has helped, right, And so then
there's something cool that happens in that collaboration where the
(14:24):
higher probability of the right recommended. And I think that's
why we have become a little bit known in the
area for helping people with their health is because like,
we keep trying and we don't give up, and if
something doesn't work, we say, people bring it back, don't
waste your money on that, Let's get a credit and
try a second idea. Most of the time the second
idea works and stuff like that. So it keeps getting
better because we're talking about you know, this whole clinic
(14:47):
idea that we're opening in January came out of strategic
sitdowns of like, Okay, we're grateful for what we've done
for the community, but let's talk about where they're suffering.
Let's talk about where they're not living quality of life.
Let's talk about where we can partner with The great
medical system that we have in madisone some of the
best doctors and pharmacists and surgeons in the world. You know,
(15:10):
nurses and appointment takers. I mean our our medical arts system.
Our people are amazing, right and and and and there
needs to be what there needs to be more education
and a partnership from companies like mine to bring that
education to the community, not to convince this way or
that way, more to give the information for the human
(15:33):
to be the CEO of their own health and them
to take up their sword of their own health, and
and and valley forth or whatever.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
Wow, that's all excited.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
And it's exciting.
Speaker 4 (15:47):
And one of the things too, I love about what
you've been doing at the Healthy Place, Tim, is.
Speaker 2 (15:50):
You never just say good enough.
Speaker 4 (15:52):
You know, it's always there's always something one more step
to make things even better. And whether it's whether it's
you know, your quest for the perfect supplements or whether
it's your quest to offer more services and more things
that you're seeing of great value to folks here in
the Dane County in southern Wisconsin, AIA.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
We can't stop. We're not stopping. We're not going to stop.
We just were not. You know, there's it's we're not stopping.
Speaker 4 (16:15):
Yeah, That's why it's so important too. Is everything I
talk about is.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
Gaz the beginning, I mean, the next fifteen years is
going to be fun to watch because we learned so
much the last fifteen years about our community and what
their their needs are, and where their pain points are
and where they've been suffering and where you know, you
see the different people in my mind right now that
have been battling cancer. We're battling different degenerate disease or
(16:40):
just chronic a dreamal fatigue, which is like half of us,
you know, like in the amount of stress that we
face and no sleep and we're not hydrated, and we
don't our sugar is all over the place, right.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
It's like we have all.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
These these these dreams, but they don't really feel like
goals because we don't know how to like get some
darn traction right. So we need some people in our
life that are going to be constantly encouraging us, constantly educating,
constantly guiding. So I intend to do that through every
media and I can. I mean, in person's my favorite.
That's why I'm in a store on Wednesdays. But that's
(17:11):
what I plan on doing in greater ways these coming years,
through the radio, through the television, you know, working with
our local marketing advertising agencies to come around Dane County
like a blanket of education and light and like like
sort of like like shine the light on these major
major major like for example, nineteen percent of people are
(17:33):
walking around with a terminal illness right now and they
don't even know it. So how you have to get
that information out? Like if your glucose levels are all
over the place, Yeah, you increase your chances of dying
of one of the four horsemen at the age of
seventy seven by like four hundred and eighty seven percent.
Speaker 1 (17:50):
It's like that percentage.
Speaker 3 (17:52):
And if you get that balanced sooneror better, then all
of a sudden, your chances of living till the age
of ninety seven go up by again a similar percentage.
And it's like like that that's a basic piece of
org Or if you don't get more than six hours
of sleep a night, you're gonna double your risk of
dying of cancer. I mean these are some very true,
(18:12):
like demonstrated and proven factual sort.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
Of pieces of information.
Speaker 3 (18:18):
Like if you're not hydrated, like just hydrated, your body
doesn't work well, you don't feel well, So how do
we get people to just stay hydrated?
Speaker 5 (18:28):
Right?
Speaker 3 (18:28):
Like like get so I mean I'm I'm starting to stutter.
And usually when I start to stutter, Shawn, that means
I'm getting over excited. But you can see, you can
see how it's like, Well, maybe maybe with enough partnership
in Dane County, we can move the darn needle on
on quality of life in Dane County. We can move
the darn needle needle on those who are overly medicated
(18:50):
but they don't know where to go or what to do,
you know, those who are not living quality life. Maybe
we can move the needle if we work together right.
And and that's where I'm really having my mind blown
because there's so many in Dane County working towards that goal.
So we got to come together, and I think that's
one of my jobs is to help bring them together.
Speaker 4 (19:08):
And you have and for folks that don't know, obviously
there's there's some great stuff we've touched on coming soon
to the healthy Place. It's a great day to get
on as well. And I know you've got great, great
expectations and missions and great goals for the community.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
Make somebody, if you're listening, make some tiny changes today,
like just stay hydrated, drink.
Speaker 4 (19:25):
Some water and get on into the Healthy Place. If
you're in the Fittsburgh location especially, get on in. Tim's
at the Fitzsburg location the Healthy Place from ten until
five today. Don't forget wellness consultants. They are all fantastically
smart and great people. Whether you get to the West Side,
Fitchburg or Sun Prairie location of the Healthy Place as well. Tim,
it's always informative, it's always entertaizing.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
You deserve than enjoy today.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
You do the same.
Speaker 4 (19:47):
Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place again the website find
