Speaker 1 (00:01):
What is going on? And good morning to you too,
mister Sean Previll. How are you good, sir, coolest guy.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
I know, I'm doing great, Tim, It's always great to
talk with you. My friend Katie and I were just
talking before we came on the air and Katie said,
Tim is always very happy, and I said, yeah, Tim,
I've never known you to be And obviously everybody has
has downs, but I've always.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
Known you and the kids.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Yeah, get the full story there. But I do think
and it's it's interesting and we've got a really really
uh cool conversation ahead as always, but I do think
one of the things, and I was I was talking
earlier with Andrew as well, about this is what the
type of work that you do and and and it
is obviously it's it's your career, it's your it's what
(00:47):
you do for a living, but it is so very
rewarding that I've got to guess it's got to be
a hard not to be positive and happy when you
see what you're able to do for folks at the
Healthy Pace.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Yeah. Yeah, well it's kind of a part of our
hiring process too, Like in general, you kind of got
to be excited about people and you kind of got
to care about their health and your health, and you
kind of got to have a smile on your face,
you know, ready to have an honest conversation about about
someone's health and to caringly and you know, empathetically come
(01:19):
across with education and literature and a plan. You know,
we talked to hundreds of people in the community per day,
and there's there's dozens and dozens of very common conditions
and challenges and struggles like chronic pain and anxiety and
sleep issues, depression that we sort of get hit the
(01:39):
most with from the community, and you know, we got
to we have a plan for those, and we need
to be able to come back with a plan and
some education and some literature educating that customer. So yeah,
you kind of do have to be and we have
had even part ways with people like, hey, I don't
know if this is the right fit for you. You know,
you're you're sort of grumpy when you're in here, and
we're called the Healthy Place. You know, we kind of
need to be a little bit helpful and helping people
(02:01):
get healthier. And part of that's passion, I think. You know,
when you're educating somebody on chronic pain. You know, you
have to have a little oomph there. I mean inflammation
is the root of all your pain. I mean that
to me sort of blows my mind. And when you
learn that fact, it's like, well, how do you in
a healthy way lower the inflammation? And while BCM ninety
five Kirk Human does that really well and forty five
minutes you see some reduction of pain inflammation and that's
(02:25):
an Aha moment. That's exciting for the person dealing with
chronic pain. And this we get to do hundreds of
times per week just on the pain conversation and in
that correspondence, like if the community just has to sense
like some education, some integrity, some passion behind like if
this is working for hundreds of people that came in
(02:46):
like me with chronic pain, like there's got to be
a little zing there. So thanks for pointing that out
in me. I don't control my cellular structure in the
sense of like getting excited, but there has nothing that's
ever been in my work space as exciting as like
literally guiding somebody towards a healthier or better quality of life.
Or they look back and they say, you know what,
Tim really helped me, or one of the wellness consultants
(03:08):
at the Healthy Place really helped me take this edge off,
help my quality of life, or reduced my suffering. I
mean those things. Somebody telling you that is definitely a
good day.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
And I love that you point out as well as
you know, it's obviously everybody who this this program regularly
knows you very well and has got to know you
over the years. But also for folks that haven't had
a chance, whether it's of course today's a Wednesday, stop
on in at the Fitchburg location, say hi to Tim.
He's there from ten to till five. But all the locations,
and I think it's important to point out that same passion,
that same drive with your wellness consultants available at all
(03:39):
three locations, whether it's Westside Fitchburg or sun Prairie or
even online and find your Healthy Place dot com. It's
really a priority for them, and that's one of the
great things about getting into the Healthy Place and starting
that journey on your health and of course starting that conversation.
What a great day to get on in of course
mentioned earlier as well. The website finds your Healthy Place
dot com, Facebook and social media, you'll find the Healthy
Place there. They've also got a great ut tube channel.
(04:00):
Speaking of opportunities to start a conversation, today is the day.
If you've got a question, we'd love to get you
on the air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place.
So I got to speak a phone, gives call right
here at station six oh eight three two one thirteen ten.
That's six soh eight three two one thirteen ten. We'll
get you right on the air with Tim O'Brien from
the Healthy Place. And Tim, not only will we get
some great conversation, you give folks a little thank you
(04:22):
for taking the time to call in, don't you.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
Oh yeah, twenty five dollars gift card as a thank
you for calling in that can be used on our
website or in our stores. Really do appreciate questions, both
for the person asking the question because maybe I can
help guide them in the right direction. Also for all
those listening kind of get a demonstration of what happens
in our stores every day.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
Great time right now to get on the air six
soh eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six oh
eight three two one thirteen ten.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
Tim.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
The past couple of weeks, I know we've talked a
little bit here and there, kind of skirt of the
edges about methylene blue and what it is and what
you're seeing with it. I'm now hearing commercials on air
about methylene. Let's talk a little bit about about what
it is and why it's such a such a groundbreaker
for folks with when it comes to Yeah, it comes
(05:08):
to their.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
Health, Thank you so much. Yeah. So when I first
heard about methylene blue, there's some immediate questions. I mean,
it's a die. It's been used as a dye, a
synthetic dye for hundreds of years industrial die for dyeing
blue jeens, for example, which is okay. I don't ingest
dies typically, you know, I'm not like a big fan
(05:30):
of like the blue forty is it? And they're just
all all the colors and numbers. You know, they're chemicals.
So those have kind of stayed away from personally and
sort of educated around that a little bit. So, okay,
a die methylene blue. Second, it's synthetic. It's produced in
a lab. So I was like, uh, you know, be
twelve shots are synthetic Methodboloman B B twelve is the
(05:52):
natural form. Signing is the synthetic form. I talk about
that a lot in general. I'm just not like going
to ingust like synthetics a bunch more than I need to.
So I start looking into this, you know, I start
to have some question marks, like I don't know, we'll see.
I start reading all the benefits of methylene blue, and
I start to look towards some of the superpowers you
know around that might have podcasts or YouTube, you know,
(06:15):
record and Mercola and Uberman. I mean, there's there's a
bunch of them. I listened to just go in a circle.
You just kind of get all their perspectives on it.
And I didn't have anything negative from them. So I
was like, Okay, that's interesting. They didn't say anything negative.
And so doing more research into the serotonin increase the
fueling atp cellular energy the antioxidant benefits. It actually brings
(06:39):
oxygen into the cell and removes the trash, so to speak.
So oxidative stress like internally we're all browning, which is
like you take a bite out of an apple, it's browning.
It's like, oh, I didn't want to hear that today.
And so oxidative stress is real, and you can increase
the browning oxidative stress through like sugar spikes for example,
and higher glue levels. And we live in this world
(07:02):
of a lot of toxins, and so the more toxins
and chemicals you ingest, the more you increase this more
rapid browning process. So methylene blue helps protect you from
the browning process. Energy is where I've noticed a big
difference personally. So I've been taking it for about three weeks.
I do highly recommend it now, I've I've kind of
gone through that over the last couple of months, did
(07:23):
the research. It's not to be compared to the harmful
artificial dies it is. It is indeed synthetically produced and
also that keeps it quite safe from heavy metals, arsenic
poor sourcing plate, so very clean, very specific in the
human body. I mean, you'll notice a mood uplift, You'll
(07:44):
notice an energy increase, and you'll it's the best thing
I've found in the supplement space for add which is
kind of a big and personal battle for me, add ADHD.
You know, if I were to be labeled, you know
I would I would probably be labeled with that and
focus has been a challenge, you know, in the sepplement industry,
(08:05):
new tropics are great and I take them all. You know,
mushrooms and adaptogens. I talk about them all the time.
As far as matching something like Riddlin or some of
these pharmaceutical drugs for add or ADHD, like, I just
haven't found it yet, And methylene blue is the closest
thing I've found to where it's like zing. You are
focused now and you notice it in about five minutes.
(08:29):
I like the liquid because you notice it in about
five minutes. There's also tablets that might take twenty to
thirty minutes. They dissolve pretty quick. But I'd highly recommend
if if you are low on energy you need a
little bit more focus. You want some health benefits of
a therapeutic antaccident, perhaps in the top most therapeutic antoxidants.
(08:51):
Take a peek at Methleen blew our whole sales team.
We went through a training last week. We worked with
three sixty five Labs, which they've done some good work
because sourcing and clean and how it's produced and all
those are important questions. So yeah, I wanted to throw
it out to the community and encourage you to try it.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
That is exciting stuff. As we talk with Tim O'Brien
from the Healthy Place, and I know one of the
things that's important at the Healthy Place is having options
for folks and of course always making sure the research
is there and working very very hard on bringing the
best stuff to folks. That's a great thing about working
with the wells insultant at the Healthy Place. And we
hear from time and time and time again from folks
(09:26):
that call them a program. And it's funny, Tim, the
relationship that develops between the wellness consultants and folks that
stop in. It's really really a close relationship and folks
will call in and just rave about who they've worked with.
And that's why it's a great day to get on in.
Whether it's West side of Madison, Sun Prairie or Fitchburg
location the Healthy Place. Don't forget today is a Wednesday.
What does that means? Tim O'Brien at the Pittsburgh location.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
I have not seen you for a little bit. Pop
in for a high five or you have questions on
Notthleene Blue or anything in the supplement space. Consultations are
my favorite things. So stop by ten to five Fitchburgh

(10:22):

was a prime time to get on there. If you've
got a question. Six oh eight three two one thirteen ten.
That's six oh eight three two one thirteen ten. Can
do a conversation with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place.
We'll do that next as Ask the Experts continues right

(10:42):

Sun Prairie. So online and find your Healthy Place dot com.
Let's find your Healthy Place dot com. Also, if you
have a question for Tim, another way to reach him
is via email Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com.
That's Tim ti Am at find your Healthy Place dot com.
And Steve took the time to write in and he says, Tim,
(11:26):
I've been dealing, I mean having trouble falling asleep and
staying asleep. Do you have anything natural that could help?
And that email comes to us from Steve.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
Yeah, Steve, great question. Sleep is so important. You know
I read a book called Why We Sleep? I forget
the doctor's name author. All of a sudden, and you know,
not getting six to seven hours a night, you know, Okay,
all my life I had heard you know, get sleep.
It is healthy for you, and for some reason, Sean,
I thought I could escape the consequences of not taking
(11:58):
care of myself in the area of se you know,
four to six hours for years and babies is the
primary reason, but work has been a secondary reason and
where I could have gotten more sleep and you literally double.
This was mind blowing. You double your risk of straight
up developing and dying of cancer if you don't get
get I mean I read that, I'm like, oh, okay,
(12:20):
so there's things going on in the body and I
won't be able to regurgitate the book as well as
the doctor did. Boy, what happens when you sleep is
quite important and protects your body in quite a bit
more therapeutic ways than I had understood before reading that book. So, Steve,
great question. Getting deep sleep's really important. I mean, obviously,
doing things in your day like not consuming caffeine too late.
(12:43):
Blue screens right before bed, you know, stimulates your brain
in a way you want to watch out for screens.
But from a supplement standpoint, which is probably why you're
emailing in. Snooze Fest has been our top seller. We've
been out of stock for like four months. We had
a lot of angry people sleep and they're curranky, but
(13:04):
we have that back in stock. It's it's actually better
than it was, So snooze Fest. We increase the the
standardization process on the Valerian Route, the California Poppy, the
Lemon balm, and the Cala Mile, so it hits falling asleep,
staying asleep, and deeper sleep. So the Gabba gam amino
buttric acid's amino acid that gets you in that deeper
(13:24):
rem sleep. You're a trip to fan in there. Your
turkey amino helps you stay asleep and then the rest
help you get into that deeper stay asleep. So fall asleep,
stay asleep, deeper sleep. Snooze Fest Steve would be big magnesium.
Number two. If you're really suffering, been struggling with sleep,
take four hundred milligrams of bisclystinate. Don't do the oxide.
(13:45):
Take the bisclystinate form. So that's number two. And then
number three is CBD and or CBD THC. So folks
in general are our whole endocannabinoid system is responsible for
bringing balance homeostasis to the body. CBD will help that
quite a bit. I give CBD to my kiddos to
help them fall asleep, stay asleep. So those three are
(14:08):
the big ones. Snoozefest, magnesium get a keylated glastinate form
and then number three is CBD Steve Sweet dreams.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
Great. That's also great to hear about Snoozefest as well.
Great news from Tim O'Brien in The Healthy Plays. Great
email as well, Steve, don't forge. You can always email
Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com. Even better,
a great day to get on and you can see
Tim in person. Fitchburg location today is Wednesday from ten
until five. We'd love to see you, of course, Wells
Consultants standing by Fitchburgs on prairie west side of Madison.
(14:38):
Of course online as well, it finds your Healthy Place
dot com. That's fined your Healthy Place dot com. Talking
this morning with Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place and
had some great emails of course Steve. Steve had mentioned
there about about sleep and a very common one. I
also know that what Curtis is talking about, which is interesting.
(14:58):
Curtis wrote and he says, I've been feeling hired all
the time, even after a full night's sleep. What can
you recommend? And that's interesting with both Steve and Curtis
similar similar things. But as we talk about that, everybody's
everybody's situation is unique, isn't it.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
It really is, And the angle on their question is
usually revealing. So so sort of Curtis is like, Hey,
my energy throughout the day is what I'm noticing, and
Steve's like, sleep at night, you know, is what I'm noticing.
And everybody has these different peaks and areas or challenges
of their health that sort of bug the most, so
those will kind of zero in on those symptoms. And
then of course we want to go to the root
(15:33):
of the problem too. So in the stores, you know,
a little bit different than the radio, I'm trying to
get some quick information out to give some examples and
maybe help some people. In the stores, we'll ask more
questions like to Steve, you know, how's your energy throughout
the day, And to Curtis, how's your sleep at night?
And all of a sudden you dig a little deeper
and you get to some more information. So I am
happy that Curtis asked this question around energy, though, because
(15:56):
the methylene blue conversation is one I'll be bringing up
a lot more often. I haven't seen anything that recharges
the mitochondria and strengthens ATP cellular production in a way
that's as consistent and therapeutic as methylene blue. You do
notice it the first time you take it, and somewhere
between ten and thirty milligrams per day is a great amount.
(16:19):
You notice the mental alertness, you see and feel the energy.
And this is if I were to directly contrast it,
compare it to other products that i'd bring up, for
say adrenal glands because the adrenals are responsible for a
lot of fatigue, or asked it to see a little
quarantine for like the creb cycle, which is your body's
ability to take food and translate that energy. If I
(16:40):
were to compare that to the methylene blue conversation, it
is night and day. You do feel methylene blue similar
to her if you were to take in a little
bit of caffeine, Like if you take in caffeine, you
feel that like people know it when they take in caffeine.
And I'm not saying methylene blue is like the jitters
or like drinking a coffee, more comparing it in the
(17:00):
sense of how immediate you feel, and it strengthens that
ATP production. So I'm very happy to have it in
the tool belt, and I think you could help.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
Mister Curtis out great email, great response as well, and again,
exciting stuff going on every day at the Healthy Place.
What a great day to get on in. They'd love
to see you. Whether it's the West Side, Fitchburg or
Sun Prairie location. Don't forget it's Wednesday. Oh yeah, exciting
stuff the Fitchburg location. Tim O'Brien there ten until five,
stop on out. I'm gonna be out there later this
morning as well, hanging out with Tim. And I know Tim,
(17:27):
you'd love to see folks get that high five. But
of course start that conversation and start that journey real
quick too. Before we wrap up this morning. We were
talking kind of started this conversation this week out about
talking about kind of the attitude and the feeling towards
helping people out and being positive, and you know, you're
oftentimes seeing folks come in with very serious struggles and
(17:48):
helping them find those those solutions and find those remedies.
And Tim, as you were talking about that kind of
dawned on me. Your story and Becky's story and familial story.
Both of your mom's had battles and kind of going
through that and seeing the results has got to help
with the positivity, got to really help motivate you in
(18:09):
what you guys do at the healthy place.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
Yeah, truly. You know, for me, if if you're a
picture of a rocket that has two rocket blasters, you know,
two of those circles that blasted into outer space there
it is so one for me is my mom's story
with cancer, and then the other is my personal story
with not really caring about life and then you know,
caring about life being called into something special that is
(18:32):
for me. And so those two things are my two rockets.
Like I think of my mom's story like finding natural
alternatives and what that did for her life, and then
I think about my life as a teenager going like
like not liking who I was and heading down a
very dark path. Having that come to Jesus moment for me,
like every day, like I think about those two things,
(18:52):
like my own life where I was headed and now
I'm shooting into outer space towards the stars. It's awesome.
And you know my mom's story like with cant Her,
like if she, in her words, if she had not
found that natural approach to things, like she thinks that
her life would not be here. And then so that's
my two sort of engines. And then for Becky, it's
her mom's story and it's her health story. And so
(19:14):
we both have these different yet unified reasons to continue
the rockets, you know, strengthening or what have you for
the community. So coming from that place, you know, people
need to remember that their health is a gift, like
they need to remember that their their life is a gift.
They need somebody sort of being a cheerleader around them.
And hopefully it's not just the Healthy Place, although we
(19:35):
want to be that. You know, we all need a
team around us. You know, might be your medical doctor,
your pharmacist, your chiropractor, your wellness consultant over at the
Healthy Place, like your knowledgeable friends and family, Like, we
want a team around us. And then you're the CEO
of your own health. You take that data, that information,
and then you make a data driven decision on your health.
And that's what we're wanting to help people think about
(19:57):
more and more. That's what we want to help sort
of inspire them when they come into our stores, and
we want their day to be made better obviously, but
we want to add some value add some education that
they can take and really truly own that CEO of
their own health because their life is amazing and even
if there's challenges, it's worth fighting for and people need
to be reminded of that.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
Today is the day to do just that great day
to get on into the Healthy Place, whether it's West
Side Fitchburg or Sun Prairie location. Don't forget today being
a Wednesday. Tim's hanging out at the Fitchburg location the
Healthy Place from ten until five. Of course, learn more
online find your Healthy Place dot com. That's find your
Healthy Place dot com.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
Tim.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
It's always great, my friend. You enjoyed this beautiful day.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
Always love it. Thanks for the time, brother
Speaker 2 (20:37):
