So when I was in high school, my dad passed away,
and there was my English teacher that was always trying
to get me to go to therapy, and eventually I
ended up going through the school and it literally saved
my life.

And I want to be that person for every other
student in the world. So I'm just super passionate about
my job. Oh my, how long have you been doing it?
This was my fourth year?

And how what was it like coming out that first year?

After school?

Yes, they don't make enough at my at my school.

Oh my gosh, that's horrible.

I mean, that's that's it's it's a sad reality that
like you are, you are the majority. I feel right
as a teacher and an educator.
Speaker 7 (19:20):
I feel like the first ten years of teaching, you
have to have two jobs.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
So tell me, tell me about what made you become
a teacher. Was there a teacher in your life?
Speaker 1 (19:28):
Was it your what was it?
Speaker 7 (19:30):
So when I was in high school, my dad passed away,
and there was my English teacher that was always trying
to get me to go to therapy, and eventually I
ended up going through the school and it literally saved
my life.
Speaker 1 (19:40):
And I want to be that person for every other
student in the world. So I'm just super passionate about
my job. Oh my, how long have you been doing it?
This was my fourth year?
Speaker 2 (19:48):
Oh my god, you're you're a freshie. You're oh my gosh.
And how what was it like coming out that first year?
Speaker 1 (19:54):
After school?
Speaker 2 (19:55):
You've got your your classroom or students or whatever. To
tell me what that first year was like?
Speaker 1 (20:01):
Well, what's the year we came up COVID?
Speaker 2 (20:03):
Oh boy, So it was easy, cake cake walk, so
kind a lot.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
Of behavioral issues there spice every day. Yeah, but those
are the kids that come back to see me every year,
Let's see.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
And that's because you did you made that same impact
that your teacher made on you at one of the
toughest times.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
Of your life.
Speaker 7 (20:20):
Yeah, exactly. Yeah, So I'm happy that I can do
that for kids. I'm really close with them. They always
come to me and I'm always here to listen and
help them.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
So that's amazing. That is So what is this two

doing with it?

I'm thinking I'm going to buy a bunch of supplies
for the kids because they never have enough.

Amana Toledo did that and ended up getting hit. This
happened around ten fifty on Sunday, and of course it's
on camera. Court docs revealed the dad, Oh was intoxicated
at the time of the incident. No what, trying to
teach his kid out to back out of the driveway,
and the kid got the pedals confused. He's nine nine
(24:39):
years old, got the pedals confused, accidentally pressed the gas
instead of the break, causing the car to knock the
dad over and run him over. The dad went to
the hospital where he was treated and charged with wrongful
entrustment of a motor vehicle in trialed endangerment. Wrongful entrustment
of a motor vehicle. That's a crime I've never heard before.
