Hey what's up?

Speaker 3 (00:11):
Okay, that's coming from the podcast here with Vitrom with him,
we got Mike, we got Tim.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
These guys are.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Playing and you guys know them because they've been on before,
but you also know them because they keep playing these festivals.
They keep getting bigger and bigger because they're awesome. And
they have a new album coming I'll called Taka Is Cheap.
Let's talk about that. What's going on with this?

Speaker 1 (00:27):
All right?

Speaker 3 (00:28):
Man?

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Talk is Cheap?

Speaker 4 (00:29):
October third, we're dropping it and then we're going straight on.

Speaker 5 (00:32):
Tour after that.

Speaker 4 (00:33):
Album release is in Liverpool, New York, October third, the
same day the album came out.

Speaker 5 (00:39):
We've been working on the album for a while now.
We've only dropped singles.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
Ye, we never dropped EPs or anything. And I mean
we just hit It's cool because before we drop our
first album, we just went over sixty thousand monthlies on
on Uh.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Yeah, you're on serious ex yeah, and.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
We're on stereo sex out and like, so we're gonna
drop our first full then it's probably gonna drive us
over that hundred thousand mark, which we never.

Speaker 5 (01:03):
Thought we'd know.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
It's definitely gonna. Yeah, we're doing it, and.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
Then you know, and then we we paired it with
Amy and Toy right from fucking Adam Splitter.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
So it's just.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Gonna We're We're very excited at this. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:17):
For me, it's that's an understatement in my opinion, Like,
I uh, it's like super humbling, you know what I mean,
and just watching numbers and like watching numbers grow. And
in one nine it's all organically done too, which is cool.

Speaker 5 (01:31):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
I'm very proud of it and very proud of us, yep,
and as you should be.

Speaker 6 (01:36):
Yeah, man, I'm excited for the rest of this year
and in what twenty twenty six is good at bring
us We got some pretty kick ass ship lined up
to do and yeah, man, I'm just ready to wrong dude,
let's go.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Now this album.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Did you guys approach this with writing and recording differently
than the singles or was it like a compound interest
kind of do?

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Like how'd you guys go about it?

Speaker 6 (01:54):
So we have been releasing singles off of the album,
and then we also have some songs that we recorded
that were not on the album because we weren't sure
if it was there strong enough for this, So we're
kind of gonna take those, possibly rework those so we
have more content coming out after the album has dropped.
And then we're also currently writing more songs now, so.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
The grind never stops. We're just writing.

Speaker 6 (02:18):
I'm sorry, the grind never stops, right, Oh yeah, we're
just we're constantly got stuff that we're gonna be throwing
out there, and and you know, NonStop grinding, just constantly
dropping some really kick ass music.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
So wow, all day, let's go. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Yeah, So, like we have five songs that are done,
but we just didn't think they were strong enough, so we.

Speaker 5 (02:39):
Need to tweak them.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Then we're writing music, and then right before our album
we dropped a song, and then right before the album,
we dropped a split that's not even on the album.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Two different songs. Yeah, two, that was what I'm talking about,
the collapse splits.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
And then the album drops, and then we're right after
we're gonna drop more music because in this day and age,
you just can't stop. Man, No, it's like you gotta
come out with new product every month.

Speaker 5 (03:03):
People are needing them, honestly.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yeah, yeah, I see you watch any commercials on TV
or anything like that.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
That's that's how good.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
It's all about staying relevant and you gotta do a
smart safe so you can be strategic because this shit
don't sh it ain't.

Speaker 5 (03:14):
Free, you know.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
And if you want to pay for the industry standards
you need, you're gonna pay for it. It's gonna cost
some money, but it's worth it if you take care
of it.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Probably, But yeah, the honest white ween and everything.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
But no, when it comes to this album, like what
we're gonna be releasing is we're very proud of it.
We them are very eager to get out there and
all right, so well what's the sick as we're doing?
On October third is our album release? Plus it started
kicking like kicking off tour, so like to tour off
of the album is gonna be so dope. We're going
out with or we're bringing with us a bunch of

(03:46):
our homie bands.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yeah, and I'm stoked. I'm stoked. Favorite song off this
new album and why both of you.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
Oops, show me your Worst is really good and it's
got like really good lyrics and we got samples in it,
and it's fun. It's got breakdowns. That's probably my favorite.
But my favorite breakdown of the whole thing is the
end of collapse.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
The end of Collapse goes so.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Stupid, dummy, It's so stupid, so stupid.

Speaker 6 (04:18):
For me, if I have to choose one, it's Talk
Is Sheep. It's just stuck very much, you know. How
about like the song title, I feel like fits the
song itself. It's just yeah, it's in your face, it's heavy,
super fun to play, and like I always get excited
to play that song.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
So for me, it's Talk as Sheep. I like watching
you guys on stage.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Like there's so many bands at like these festivals, inc
Sonic and some of the bands I can't name who,
but like you can tell they're tires. I know, there's
just so many at this point, Like I don't know,
you can tell they're tire.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Like they go up and they're like oh yeah, and
then like song three, they're like fuck yeah, dude.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Every time I watch you guys, you guys are stoked
to be like fuck yeah, we're playing the fucking song
and the the next song.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
It's just like the whole time.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
So like that's what you can expect from a fight
from within sight and more. Now, what can fans expect
from you guys in twenty twenty six? More music, more tours,
what else?

Speaker 5 (05:12):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Yes, take over the world.

Speaker 6 (05:14):
So there's some things that we are working on that
I like holitically. Yes, So there's some things that we're
gonna be working on with some pretty prestigious musicians. I
won't say, but we are in cahoots with a couple.
Really we said prestigious people. That's gonna We're gonna do

(05:36):
some ship.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
And it's gonna be sick. I'm promise. I'm super excited
about it.

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Yeah, we're gonna end up on our like we're gonna
have about our like first run as like support for
like you know, the ones we need to be on
now today, you know, support for runs with but like
a bigger band supporter, like we're we're the support on
the tour before locals.

Speaker 5 (05:58):
Yeah, so it's it's going to be sick.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
We got a few different offers, and we've had a
few different offers today yesterday while we're here to do
some stuff and supposedly we're supposed to be meeting some
a c AA guy and a sound talent guy.

Speaker 5 (06:16):
So we'll see what happens.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
You know.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
Yeah, this is the place for it too, for trying
to do Yeah, you gotta keep runing.

Speaker 5 (06:22):
Shout out to Mohawk Mikey too.

Speaker 4 (06:24):
I'm a shout out to everything I'm on because he
yelled at me for not doing it.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
Shout out to Mohawk Mikey.

Speaker 1 (06:30):

Speaker 3 (06:30):
