Day three of Inkarceration Festival was a storm of chaos for A Killer’s Confession frontman, Waylon Reavis. Rain delays, last-minute stage changes, and a mile-long move didn’t stop the show from happening.

Day three Incarceration, and I have a familiar face. Well,
you might not recognize him just yet.

You recognized them. We had them in the studio not
too long ago. But hey, they played Incarceration. I got
some videos, I got some pictures. How did feel to
be on stage? It felt great, man, it was. It
was a little bit of a confusion this bird. Like
I understand last night during Slipknot, the.
Speaker 4 (00:41):
Gods lit all rained all onto this beautiful area and
they had to fix all of it because it was
just a messed up mess.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
So we got here, they pushed the doors back.
Speaker 4 (00:54):
We were on the main stage, okay, and so we
had to get moved to the third stage so we
could play.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
Was all your stuff back there already? Yeah, we were
already back. We were already set up. I was already
ready to lay back down. And I remember I drove
in from upeople last night.
Speaker 4 (01:09):
Yeah, and uh, I'm not the one to talk to
when I wake up, Like I like, especially that I'm
the driver.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
So like I was like, oh my god. So we
got over there, got on stage.
Speaker 4 (01:21):
You know, they had to put the opening bank it
went on and then we had to go on so
we had to get squeezed in. So that stage was
a nightmare. But but everybody was so professional. Everything worked out.
All the fans turned out. It was a massive crowd.
It was I was like, I didn't expect that, like,

because you know how it is you change venues.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
I think I say last minute changes too, So I mean, yes,
you have the AB and it can tell you, but
not everyone has it.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
Not everybody.
Speaker 4 (01:49):
They were they were all the way back to food.
I was like, that's cool. And a tilla went off
cool during the middle of our sets. So like it
was it was a win, you win. Do you get
to check out any of the bands?
Speaker 2 (02:02):
No, I've been there. I saw you know. I was
gonna say, I've seen you back here. It's been interviewing
I off stage.
Speaker 4 (02:08):
I have not left this area. I have not Okay,
I just now took off the coat. Yes, and this
is what I wear underneath it, y'all, Like I see
the ties tucked down there?
Speaker 1 (02:19):
You go, well, all right, so you can tell people
how busy is it back here? It's you don't believe me.
They're like, what do you mean?

I was like, do you understand how pop been? Like

I barely got to eat my lunch like I've I've
done like thirteen interviews. You're about fourteen, and which is
a good thing. I'm not bitching. But it has been
a nightmare. And here comes the rain.

I mean right now it feels okay, it starts pissing
on us. It's time.

I'm gonna getting mad. I'm gonna like shrew going on.
But like remember I said, this is a festival you
don't want to miss. No, you were to have the
famous shawshak like this is the Ohio Reformatory behind us,
and it's a beautiful, beautiful place to have a show
like this, and this is our third time playing it.

yet again. A little bit of a nightmare this morning.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
But when is it not? You know, you're living the way,
but nobody. It's just a nightmare. That's how it goes.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
But I would never have guessed that you had all
that chaos back there, because by the time I walked
back there, everything was pretty good.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
Yeah it was. I mean, it's just it's just the
initial you know. It's like I'm a creature of habit.
So like I'm giving a schedule, I stick to the schedule.
I don't hear from it.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
I'm one of those guys like you give me what
to do, I'm going to do it. Ab CD, I
stick to by the by the numbers. So I'm one
that gets really upset. No CD, I don't know I
could maybe I don't like things to change, and but
it did. We ran with it and just took the aggression.
You know. It's because like it's not like we just
had to walk to another stage. We had to move

a mine. It wasn't next door. I had to like
move the bus and like it was like that, like
I had to move parking. I had to like I've
not even been in my green room because I'm all
the way across campus and that's okay, but it had
to be done because these grounds had to get fixed.
And I mean, we got five finger death thuschnight, we're
gonna have an amazing Shusso did.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
You see all the workers out there making sure things
around and with everybody. Everybody kicked into overtime. And I've
got to say, I'm so proud that I'm a part
of this.
Speaker 4 (04:35):
But to just know how much people care about this
festival to make it hit off like you did that absolutely,
you know. He's like, you can't ask for it. He's
just don't tell me until I have coffee. That's all
I got to say that you have the coffee here
yet one cup?
Speaker 2 (04:49):
I need another one? Get all right? Good, it's pretty good.
There's a line now? Oh yeah, well I'll get it
for you if I get a line. Now, that's all.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Back to the bus.

I'm gonna have some cabs. Tank Tank is waiting for dad.
He hasn't even got seen. That was like, where's the dog?
Where's the dog? Tank is on the bus and I
haven't got seen since the show talk. I gotta get
back here.
Speaker 4 (05:12):

I miss my cats a r at home, Wait on me.
I'm gonna go go.

I'm gonna actually go and kick everybody out of the
bus and I'm gonna take to take a nap, that's
the way, and I'm gonna get it back up for

what's next. I've got to call my agents this week

You want to do a tour? I've been touring. I
know chance I want to do.
Speaker 4 (05:47):
I want to tour from all in those states till
December and we'll call it and then I won't do
anything next year.

for Victim too? Now I'm gonna that's that tour. Like
you said, I want to do it. I just take
the rest of the year off. See you're both tired.
