Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Jewish. I'm a homegirl that knows a little bit
about everything and everybody. You know, if you don't lie
about that, right, Lauren came in. Hey, y'all, it's Lauren
de Rosa and this is the latest with Lauren de Rosa.
Everything you need entertainment, news, exclusives, and the conversations that
shake the room. Today, I'm bringing you guys an update

(00:23):
live outside of the courthouse court where Seanthony Combs is
a waiting to find out what twelve people will say
happens for the rest of his life. Now when I
say twelve people, I'm talking, of course about the jury. Now,
the jury has been in deliberations now at this point
is after three pm on June thirty of twenty twenty five,
for over and a half hours. So what happened this

(00:46):
morning in court was the judge gave the jury instructions.
One of the issues that came up in court today
was jury number twenty five got to the back where
they're debating all, you know, guilty not guilty and said
I don't need to I don't need to do this.
I don't need to sit and have these conversations. So
it's inferred that that duror already knows how they feel

(01:08):
whether it's guilty or not guilty. So there was a
jury note that came and Diddy's attorneys and the prosecution
with the judge, consider this jury note. Prosecution was saying, look,
this juror is going to be a problem because this
juror is not following your instructions, Judge. This juror does
not want to sit and have the conversations with the
rest of the jury. Diddy's team is saying, look when

(01:31):
we read this note, we don't read this as this
jury cannot follow instructions. The minute I heard that, I said, oh,
this is a dura that the defense feels like it's
going to be a Diddy durer. The judge says, I
don't want to be the judge that tells a jury
member you can't determine how you feel and whatever on
my bed. Okay, So now real quick, Another thing that

(01:53):
happened after we actually filmed this video, so a little
bit at the four o'clock, close to five o'clock, there
was another jury note that was brought out from the
jurors from the chamber they were in as they were deliberating.
Now in The second note it asked about drug distribution.
Question was if an individual asks for a controlled substance
and the person hands it over, is it distribution? As

(02:16):
the prosecution is trying to argue that, it doesn't have
to mean that you have a ton of drugs that
you're moving place to place, state the state between people.
You could have a personal amount of drugs, but if
given to someone, that is considered distribution. Now, if I'm
being completely honest with you, guys, I think that this
question right here might give us a hint to what

(02:39):
JURR twenty five's issue is, right, because it can go
one of two ways. Juror twenty five could be somebody
who is like, I already know how I feel. I
don't need to sit here, go get in these conversations
consider things with you, guys, I already know how I feel,
And that can be messing up the process of how
the jury is deliberating based on how their you know,
like whatever they whatever, that process is going down, that

(03:02):
h that sheet that they were given, or maybe it's
that not even that the juror is actually decided. Maybe
the juror is undecided and everyone else is decided. So
this clarifying question is very telling. It doesn't tell you
exactly who's asking it. It just says that it comes
from the jury. But I think that it's very telling
that these are the first two questions from the jury
that we get literally within hours. That first note came

(03:25):
within not even an hour or so of the deliberations.
I think we're getting costal verdict the judge. The judge
dismissed the jury today and told them, you know, per
your request, because they get to set their own schedule.
Now we're gonna adjoin you. Guys. It's five pm. You
can go home. You'll get that answer to that question tomorrow.
So we'll have to wait tomorrow to see how the

(03:45):
question is answered. Of course, the government is saying, like,
tell them, yes, that's the answer to the question. Uh
Diddy's team is saying, look, we're not for sure how
we want that worded. But naturally a agnifilo agnifil leo says, naturally,
I believe we're going to object to the way that
that question is answered, Like, we don't want to just

(04:06):
go what the government is saying, So they'll figure it out.
The jury will get the answer to that question. First
thing in the morning and then they'll go straight back
to deliberations. They're not even going to come into the
courtroom when they get their nine am tomorrow. They'll just
go right into deliberation. So now we wait. It's a
waiting game. Now. People keep asking me when do I
think it'll come down. I think we will definitely have
it by Wednesday latest Thursday, before the holiday, because I

(04:26):
think these yours want to go home. I don't think
people understand how taxing it is to be here. And
I'm just someone sitting in the overflow room in the
main court on good days and I've been exhausted, I've
been tired. It's a lot of information. I can't imagine
being a jury member. So I know that they want
to get out of here. I know they want to
get home. So I do believe that this will happen

(04:47):
before the holiday. But at this point we just wait.
That's all we can do. I'm lour On La Rosa
bringing you the latest with Laura l Rosa. At the
end of the day, they all there is so much
to talk about in so many places that you guys
could be talking about it and learning and listening to it.
But all of my Lowriders, y'all are always right here
with me. I appreciate you guys for that. I will

(05:07):
see you in my next episode.
