to go to the beach. The Supreme Court agrees to
hear arguments in a case challenging President Trump's executive order
on birthright citizenship.

To take the case, the High Court signals it's ready
to decide whether the President can, by executive order, determine
that children born to parents here illegally or on temporary
visas aren't citizens. Lower courts have resoundingly rejected the White
House's view, citing the Fourteenth Amendment and prior Supreme Court
rulings on birthright citizenship that date back more than a century. Now,
the justices will hear arguments on both sides of the issue,
