Here's what's happening. The man accused of shooting and killing
a Shrewsbury man is ordered held without bail. Prosecutors say
Nahal Shriva Stava shot and killed Kevin Doherty. Doherty had

just dropped his child off at a school when authority
say he caught Shriva Stava spray painting graffiti on a
path over Jordan Pond. He was shot as he called police.

Prosecutor say officers recognized the defendant because he had an
extensive history dating back to twenty fifteen. On Friday, police
return to the scene of the deadly shooting search in
the area as the investigation continued. I meanwhile, neighbor's completely
shaken up more in the loss of Doherty.

it's truly heartbreaking for this neighborhood or my family.

DA says the charges will most likely be upgraded after
the autopsy.

to run down a man with a car and then
cut him with a machete. Prosecutor say that case was
dismissed just last month. At least six people remain hospitalized
following this week's deadly shooting at a Minneapolis Catholic school.

CBS News has learned authorities have interviewed the shooter's mother

to hurt children, not a specific grievance against the school.
Four search warrants have been executed, including at a private
home where the shooter had been staying. It was previously
believed that that belonged to a friend, but a neighbor

There's been an uptick of late night cell phone thefts
across the city. Boston Police say thieves are targeting people
leaving nightclubs and bars around the city. Between eleven thirty
at night and two o'clock in the morning. It's happening
around downtown, Back Bay, Fenway and Seaport. In some cases,
phones were stolen after or during a ride share, or
by somebody offering a ride please say another tactic as
a person will ask you to borrow their phone to

make a call, or to exchange contact info, or even
offer to take a photograph. Police are also warning that
in some cases the thieves have resorted to violence or
verbal threats. Officials say once they have your phone, they
can access sensitive information and can make payments through apps
like Apple, Venmo, cash App, PayPal, and sometimes sports betting
apps like DraftKings.

Researchers at the University of Southampton found people with emotional
insecurities reported more depression, lower self esteem, and greater resentment
