I'm Charlie Burger on Here's what's happening. Jurors at Norfolk
Superior Court at Detham were sent home yesterday with week
one of testimony complete in the Brian Walsh murder trial.

Gers heard about a hacks on other tools. Prosecutors say
we're found in a dumpster, while other testimonies centered on
cell phone data.

We see a thirty six minute phone call between the
phones assigned to Anna Walsh and Brian Walsh.

Correct prosecutor say Anna Walsh's husband killed her and dismembered
her body almost three years ago. Friday was a half
day and at the end of it, the judge said
she expects another two weeks of testimony. Jurors have been
told to stay off social media and not watch the
news in a case that continues to draw national attention.

Supreme Court has agreed to review President Trump's bid to
end birthright citizenship. The Court did not set a date
for oral arguments in the case, but it's likely to
be early next year with a ruling in June. CBS
News legal contributor Jessica Levinson with more context.

With respect to how this would affect other areas of
the law. What would be the ripple effect. I mean,
it really would be that there would be fewer citizens
and I think again, the big short term impact would
be a lot of paperwork, a lot of sorting, a
lot of proof to determine who now falls outside of
the protection of the Fourteenth Amendment.

The Fourteenth Amendment grants citizenship to everyone born on American soil,
with some exceptions. One example would be for the children
of foreign diplomats. A member of Congress found herself in
the middle of an ice raid while driving through her hometown.

Elected Arizona congresswoman at Delita Grihava, claiming she was assaulted
by eyes when she joined protesters who'd plock the street
in Tucson. She released the video of the alleged incident.
This is like the restaurant I come to literally once
a week and was sprayed in the face by a
very aggressive agent. But Homeland Security officials pushing back, saying
Grihava was not targeted but near someone who was pepper

spray as they were obstructing and assaulting law enforcement.

Tucson Mayor Regina Romero called the situation a disproportionate use
of force. Tricia McLaughlin with the US Department of Homeland
Security said two law enforcement officers were seriously injured. Police
in Cambridge say no hazardous materials have been found after
a bomb threat at the Museum of Science. The Globe

reports several law enforcement agencies responded yesterday after getting reports
that there may have been an explosive device in the museum.
The building was evacuated, but after checking, officials did not
