CBS News Boston Meteorologist Lexi O'Connor. We have the full
four day forecast coming up. A man from Maine charged
with murdering his mother, who's wbz's Emma Friedman Mainstay.

Police say local officials responded to reports of shots fired
at a home in Corineth, Maine, around eight thirty Saturday morning.
When police arrived, they discovered forty one year old Abigail
Thomas dead with a gunshot wound. It's still early into
the investigation, but police believe Thomas got into an altercation
with her twenty two year old son, Daniel, who also
lives at the home. On Main Street. He was taken
into custody and charged with murder. Thompson's body has been

taken to the Medical Examiner's office for an autopsy. The

And eighty three year old man crossing Washington Street in
Walpole yesterday afternoon hit by an SUV transported to an
area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A nineteen year
old woman driving the vehicle involved in the crash remained
at the scene. No charges were immediately filed. Ukrainian President
Vladimir Zelenski met yesterday with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Karney

in Canada. That visit followed one of the heaviest Russian
assaults on Kiev in weeks. The assault hit residential buildings
and energy infrastructure in Kiev. President Zelenski is set to
meet with President Trump in Florida later today to discuss

Leading multiple rounds of talks over the past few weeks
with both the Ukrainian and Russian sides as President Trump
tries to find the middle ground that could bring this
nearly four year war to an end. Ukrainian President Zelenski's
coming to urge President Trump to get behind a deal
that would not just give Russia everything at once, but

also would support some of Ukraine's key positions, like keeping
a large military and creating a demilitarized zone between the
two warring side.

President Zolensky said, yesterday's attack by Russia really shows that
Russian President Vlardimir Putin does not want peace. Poland scrambled
fighter jets and closed airports near the border with Ukraine
for several hours during those Russian attacks, but there was
no violation of Polish airspace. Let's check the four day

Games with postseason implications. The Steelers can win the AFC
North with a victory in Cleveland, and the Jags play
the Colts in Indianapolis. And while Jacksonville's already clinched a
playoff spot, the Jags can still earn the top seed
in the AFC, while the Colts still have a slim
chance of locking up the wild card. The Seahawks visit
the Panthers. Seattle controls its own destiny and can clinch
the NFC West title. With a victory and some.
