lowers the risk of developing type two diabetes. A European
trial finds those at risk for developing symptoms who follow
the diet, which is filled with fruits, veggies, and low
processed foods, and who also exercise regularly, are one third
more likely to avoid the onset of adult diabetes after
six years. That's compared to those who just follow the diet.

The study is in this week's Animals of Internal Meta
and says the trial in Spain mimics the results of
a large body of study showing links between diet, physical
activity and weight loss. Summer's last gasp doesn't mean travelers
are done traveling this year.

Some airlines are sounding a bit more optimistic about travel
trends for the end of the year.

Now, Frontier Airlines CEO Barry Biffle telling CNBC they're rolling
out twenty new routes as their low cost rival Spirit
struggles financially. Most holiday travel is booked in August and

them need is more publicity exact.

If you look to the eastern horizon, you see a
little bit of a bank of clouds which are moving
away from us. This morning. We're in pretty good shape
once again as we get started. We're on a weather
roll too here in Greater Boston, not only recent days,
for the next several days as well. It is a
comfortable sixty two degrees and kids are going back to

the bus stop. They might have a light jacket this morning,
but won't need it later today as temperatures jump into
the mid seventies later on mix of sun and clouds.
We are anticipating the possibility of a stray shower popping
up from time to time later this afternoon, but no
big deal there, Mainly clear lows in the fifties, low
sixties overnight Tonight. Tomorrow's another decent day, mix of sun

and clouds, highs in the mid seventies. Pretty much same
story and maybe slightly cooler on Friday, and again the
arrival of the chance of showers and maybe a pop
up thunderstorm and Friday afternoon, but that looks to be
the only blip in the radars. We head towards the
holiday weekend, which looks pretty good every day, including the
Monday holiday, with temperatures every day pretty much in the seventies.

Right now, it's sixty two, mainly clear skies at six
oh six on this Wednesday morning. Hang on a second
cracker barrel backs up the bus over its controversial and
streamlined new logo and returns to its roots. The restaurant
and country store restores its old logo after critics and
many conservatives jump all over the redesign, which removed the

the left of the logo. Many say the change drove
a dagger through America's culture and cost the company one
hundred million dollars on Wall Street with the change shares
a cracker barrel or back up. The first black woman
appointed to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors says she's
not going away soon or going away quietly. President Trump,

of course, wants to fire Lisa Cook over unfounded allegations
of mortgage fraud. Attorneys for Cook say they will sue
the President in a case that is likely headed to
the US Supreme Court. They say the president's move lacks
factual or legal standings. Resident meantime, throws a curveball at
his MAGA base and says he's ready to let as
many as six hundred thousand Chinese students into this country

to study. This comes following orders to review and revoke
every student visa from China, America's second largest cohort of
foreign students. The announcement comes during a televised marathon cabinet
session at the White House and leaves the make America
Great Again in America first movements scratching their heads. Seals
are hitting the sidewalks like every corner you're turning. Now

Tourists by the Plymouth Waterfront have been marveling at the
brand new Plymouth Harbor Seals, small statues with different decorative designs,
a collaboration with local businesses and artists, highlighting America's hometown.

a part of the community.
