you pay attention to or not so much?

but they don't necessarily have anything tied up in it.
Somebody said, I lost ten thousand dollars. That's what it

else said, I took a ten thousand dollars hit in
two days.

in relationships when people fight.

the things that you definitely shouldn't say in an.

breath and just take that second, because because when you
really get into a nasty argument.

I've been But when you have a disagreement, you can
tend to just reflex. Yeah, you know what I mean,
just like, yeah, regard you.

You don't want to do that. Think before you speak.

Yeah, right, So it's take that deep breath and just
hold on for a second.

However, do not tell your partner to calm down.

No, that's not a great idea, No, but it's good
if we each can calm tell yourself to tell yourself
to come down. And also, don't say things like you
always or extremes. Yeah, the extremes are you never? Yeah,
those are two things you never want to say. I
don't like dismissive that. That really gets my goat. Like

have to hear each other. And this comes back to
