Listen to The Next-Gen Report live! Sundays at 7:00 p.m. on AM950, KPRC.

We've got good news and bad news on the education front. In Texas, one of our major public universities is cleaning out woke gender ideology, but in Chicago, their teachers’ union is praising a convicted cop killer as a "civil rights leader."
The minority Senate Democrats have officially voted to shut down the federal government. They're demanding around $1.5 trillion in healthcare for illegal aliens to open it back up.

Speaker 1 (00:02):
From the heart of the Space City to the heart
of gen Z. Welcome to Next Gen Conversation, not Dad's
Talk Radio. Ethan talks to you about the issues and
events that men.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Are to our generation. This is the Next Gen Report.
Put Ethan Buchan in that.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Hey, everybody, Oh man, what a busy couple of days,
what a busy weekend. Welcome back to the Next Gen Report.
I am Ethan Buchan, and give me a follow on
X at Underscore Ethan Buchan and a lot of stuff
going on there. Some of the stuff that we are
going to be talking about today actually occurred on X.
We're gonna dig through some discussions that we had on X.

(00:46):
So again I've said this before and I'll say it again,
that is a good place to kind of get ahead
of me almost if you enjoy the show you want
to kind of get an idea of what some of
the conversations we're going to be having on the show are,
that's a good place to do it. All right, just
go follow me on X. It's a great time. Let's start.

(01:07):
We've got some good news and we've got some bad
news in the education world. Good news here in Texas
and bad news shock of shocks in Chicago. So let's
dig into that first of all, as always, we're gonna
start with the good news. We're gonna get you going
on a good note, get your spirits high, make you think,
oh my gosh, America is back, civility is back. And

(01:27):
then I'm gonna take that hope that you've acquired and
I'm gonna smash it. I'm gonna ball it up, I'm
gonna tie it up in and maybe a rag, and
I'm just gonna smash it on the ground right after
I give it to you by telling you about what's
going on in Chicago. But first, let's start with the
good stuff happening here in Texas. Texas Tech University to
recognize only two human sexes, male and female. This should

(01:48):
go without saying, but now we have to do a
big headline and give Texas Tech University a pat on
the back for doing this again. What do you mean
only two sexes? There were more? No, there never were more,
only two sexes. There are only two genders. We know this,
We've always known this, despite what the Left is trying
to tell you and what they've been trying to push
on you for years. But anyway, let's dig into this.

(02:10):
Texas Tech University System on Friday announced a thorough review
of all educational materials and practices to ensure full compliance
with President Donald Trump's executive order recognizing only male and
female sexes. The compliance came in the form of a
letter circulated Friday from its chancellor that directed faculty and
staff to adhere to quote state and federal law on

(02:33):
the recognition of only two human sexes. This is great,
this is great. It's a shame that we ever got
to this point as a society as Americans, but it's
a positive indicator that, hey, maybe there's some hope, maybe
there's a way back. Maybe just because for a good
long while, for good ten, maybe fifteen years, it really

(02:56):
felt like the left was winning the culture war on
this issue, it seems like maybe that's not the case anymore,
Maybe because conservatives actually woke up and realized, hey, we
can't just sit around and wait for college students to
magically become conservatives when they reach adulthood. That was the
line for a long time. Just let the college kids
be liberal, and then when they get into real life,

(03:19):
when they start working at jobs, start paying taxes, they'll
gradually become more conservative as they get older and wiser,
or hear me out, we could just stop allowing these
crazy leftists to take over our colleges and other educational
institutions and actually preach conservative messages on college campuses. That's
actually allowed, and when you do that, turns out people

(03:42):
are actually pretty receptive of it. That's a big reason
we've come so far from like twenty twelve, when Barack
Obama won reelection and we thought it's all over, to
now where the Democrats are sitting there going Donald Trump
one reelection and it's all over. It's because we actually
took the fight to college campuses and we started winning there.
So that's good news. Now, that's the good news out

(04:04):
of the way. Let's jump to the bad news. Chicago's
Teachers' Union posted this Rest in power, Rest in peace,
Asada Shakur. Today we honor the life and legacy of
a revolutionary fighter, a fierce writer and revered elder of
black liberation, and a leader of freedom whose spirit continues
to live in our struggle. Asada refused to be silence.

(04:27):
She taught us that it is our duty to fight
for our freedom. It is our duty to win. We
must love each other and support each other. We have
nothing to lose but our chains. Okay, great, whatever. So
you might think, okay, well, who is this woman? I
don't know who she is. I didn't know who she
is or who she was when I first saw this post.
She seems like somebody who's just you know, one of

(04:49):
those millions of civil rights leaders. You know, there's a
whole lot, too many to count, too many to remember,
but you know, she was alive from nineteen forty seven
to twenty twenty five. And this glowing endorsement of her
that the Chicago Teachers Union just posted it, it gives the
illusion that she's some respectable figure of the civil rights movement.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Right.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Well, turns out that's actually not the case, as this
community note points out, and of course Coriangelists or Dangelis
the Goat points out. In nineteen seventy three, Asada Shakur
murdered a New Jersey state trooper and was convicted of
first degree murder and armed robbery and aggravated assault. In
nineteen seventy nine, armed allies stormed the prison, freed her,

(05:35):
and smuggled her to Cuba, and she was then added
to the FBI's most Wanted terrorist list. You gotta be
kidding me. This is who the Chicago's Teachers Union is honoring,
a legitimate, honest to god terrorist who murdered a law
enforcement officer. You can't make this stuff up. In case

(05:59):
you had any doubt about how unhinged the left broad
writ was, this is who they're honoring, these crazy people
who murder police officers. And look, I actually went and
did the digging. Here's from FBI dot gov. Here's her
pays on the most wanted list, wanted for escaping prison
in Clinton, New Jersey while serving a sentence for murder.

(06:23):
You gotta be kidding me. This is who they're choosing
to honor as a hero. Here's her Wikipedia page. I
don't care what they say, it's a reliable source. She
was charged with several crimes, leading to a multi state manhunt.
Nineteen seventy three, Shakuur, along with BLA member Zaid Malik
Shakur and Sendita Akoli, were stopped on the New Jersey Turnpike.

(06:44):
The incident escalated into a shootout with state trooper Werner
Forrester and James Harper. Forster was killed and Harper was wounded,
and this is who the Chicago's Teachers Union is honoring
as a hero of black liberation, people that just openly
kill cops during stops on the New Jersey Turnpike. I mean,

(07:08):
you can't make this stuff up. I remember, these people
are teaching children in Chicago. You can't help. But wonder
if maybe maybe the violent crime problem in the city
of Chicago is connected to the fact that women who
murder police officers are honored as civil rights heroes in Chicago.

(07:29):
That might just be me being a radical conspiracy theorist,
but I feel like that makes sense. All Right, stay tuned.
We got a great show coming up for you, a
lot to talk about. It's been busy. It's been busy.
There's no rest for the weary, so stay tuned. We'll
be right back with more than next Gen report in
just a couple of minutes after these ads. All Right,

(08:21):
this is gonna be a weird segment. I'm warning you now,
and I apologize in advance, but this is something we
have got to talk about, and I honestly wish we
didn't have to, because frankly, they are better things to talk. Well,
I shouldn't say that, I don't know. It's just weird.
It's just a weird segment, all right. I want to

(08:43):
preface all of this by saying, the tragedy in Michigan
on Sunday should be, and I think is as of
right now, front and center in all of this. We
need to be praying for the families who have lost
someone in that Michigan shooting. We need to be, you know,

(09:04):
with those people and encouraging those people, regardless of anything else.
That is first and foremost. So, in case you missed it,
there was a shooting in Michigan where this guy drove
his truck into a Mormon congregation, shot up the Mormon congregation,
and then set the building on fire, and he killed

(09:25):
a number of people. This doesn't really seem to be
a political attack. Maybe it was, we still don't really know.
It seems like maybe this guy was an ex marine
who just snapped. He had multiple combat deployments to Iraq,
so that that's a real possibility. This also could have
been a certain level of religious bigotry here. We don't

(09:48):
really know exactly what had happened, So the details as
we understand them right now, authorities identified ex marine Thomas
Jacob Sanford, forty, as the susp who allegedly smashed the
pickup truck into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
day Saints in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Open fires set the
building a blaze during a crowded Sunday service. Police killed

(10:11):
Sandford after he allegedly killed at least four people in
wounded eight. Authorities say he was from the neighboring small
town of Burton. This is now being investigated as a
act of targeted violence, so good investigate this as a
targeted act of violence. Thank God that this person, who
had clearly lost his mind and was willing to take
life is he has been dealt with by the authorities,

(10:34):
and I think the the just manner. That could have
been the end of it. We could have just said,
thank God, this evil person was removed from the earth.
Tragically it happened after he had taken life, but he
is no longer a threat. Justice was done. Praise God. Instead,
what this has turned into is a massive argument about

(10:55):
Mormonism because after this occurred, Mormons immediately started insisting that
they are just as Christian as everybody else, and that
became the debate. And I said this on Sunday at
the time. I'm really told about whether or not there
should be the discussion right now, because obviously there is
a time to have that discussion. It's a very important discussion,

(11:17):
as discussing any false religion is, and calling people who
have given into a false religion, it's important to call
them to repentance, to call them out. I believe that
is right after that instance of targeted violence the best
time to do that. Maybe I don't know. I don't know.
It's a delicate situation. It needs to be danced around.

(11:38):
They probably aren't ready to hear that message, so it's
going to fall on deaf ears. I just don't know.
But that's what happened. So I guess we have to
dig into this discussion now. So I want to start
by just like I said, the Mormons immediately started making
the claim that they are just as Christian as everybody else,
and listen, I have nothing against your av everyday practitioner

(12:01):
of the Mormon faith, just like I have nothing against
any average everyday practitioner of any other religion. I think
you're wrong. I think you need to take a serious
look at where your faith lies. And I think you
need to repent and seek Christ, the real Christ, the legitimate,
actual Christ of the Bible, not the Mormon Christ that
they made up. And I will say that to the

(12:22):
Jews and to the Muslims and anyone else. I hold
a completely equal standard there. And this is by no
means a license to say, oh, well, you're a bad
person because you practice a different religion. No, you're a
person who's living in sin, just like anybody living in
any other sin, and you need to be called the
repentance and you need to repent. But we also can't

(12:43):
sit here and pretend that Mormons are Christians when they're
clearly not. Travis Rusko, I'm not overly familiar with who
this guy is, but I think he has a good
explanation of why they aren't Christians. They believe Jesus and
Satan are brothers. That's true. That's Mormon doctrine. All of
these things are verifiable. You can learn all of these
things without doing too much digging. All of this is true.

(13:06):
They deny the trinity, that's true. And believe that we
will be gods one day. That is also true. They
believe there was a long procession of gods and fathers
leading to our heavenly Father. They got the Book of
Mormon from an angel, which stands in defiance to Paul's
warnings about accepting another gospel in Galatians one through eight

(13:28):
or one verse eight. Their views on Christ's salvation are
totally foreign to biblical Christianity. All of that is true.
And then when you look at the actual origins of
the Mormon religion, you realize not only is this a
blatantly separate and false religion from Christianity, it is kind
of cultish it is. And again, this is not anything

(13:50):
against individual practitioners of Mormonism. I know several of them.
I have nothing against them. They're all very nice people.
But their following a very false and weird religion. You
want me to believe you when you look at me
dead in the eye and say yeah. In the in
the eighteen twenties and early eighteen thirties, this guy, Joseph Smith,
who was a well known con man, happened upon a

(14:13):
vision from an angel where he then happened upon these
golden places that only he could translate, with these golden
rocks or whatever that only he could see and read.
And that's where we get the Book of Mormon, and
he's the only guy that's it. That's all it came from.
And it was a vision from an angel and Nadi
Da di Da and God just told him he had
to marry all these all these different women, and he

(14:34):
just he had to do it. Guys, really look into
the origins of the Mormon faith and tell me that
makes even a little bit of sense, even a little bit,
because he answers, no, it doesn't. And yeah, it differs
from Christianity on a lot of different lines. Senator Mike Lee,
who I like politically. I love Michae Lee. I think
he's a great senator, but he's a practitioner of the

(14:56):
Mormon faith and it is a false religion. He has
been kind of on the front lines of this on
the Mormon side. He responded to this, defining Christianity is
apparently far more apparent than being Christian. Well, okay, we
have to define Christianity because if you don't define Christianity,
you have the folks running around saying, oh, yes, this

(15:17):
is my gay pride church, here's my lesbian pastor, and
we have drag shows in our church. If you don't
define Christianity, then that is allowed and that is not Christianity.
Defining terms is important even for religion. He posted this
long video that's basically just going into how there's all

(15:37):
these different versions of Protestantism and so how dare we
say that Mormonism is any different? Glenn Beck? Who Again,
I like Glenn Beck. I love his radio program. He's
on this station. I have nothing against Glenn Beck, my
fellow AM nine to fifty co host or host, not
co host. However, he's very wrong on this and he

(15:58):
needs to repent of that. The sort of minor hair
splitting differences between closely related Christian denominations is nothing like
the vast chasm that exists between Biblical Christianity and Mormonism,
which is another religion entirely. Technically speaking, Mormonism is a
theological cult of historic Christianity that cannot even adhere to

(16:19):
the most basic ecumenical creeds that all Reform Christian, Protestant
and Orthodox Christians confess. This is true. There are a
lot of very very big theological differences between any number
of Christian denominations. There are also a whole lot more
kind of hair splitting minor differences between Christian denominations, but

(16:42):
pretty much anyone who calls themselves Christian can adhere to
certain things like the Trinity, which Mormonism can. This is
really the only point I tried to make in this argument.
Heidi Duckworth says, I'm an active believing member of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints is Christ
restored Church on Earth. Jesus Christ stands at its head.

(17:04):
He leads it. Christ is the savior of the world.
He's my redeemer, my advocate, and my God. Okay, that's
something that I think most Christians would agree with. So
now we have to define terms. We believe in God,
the Eternal Father, his son, Jesus Christ, and in the
Holy Ghost. Together they created the Godhead. They are three
separate beings, but united in purpose. Each is divine. That's

(17:25):
the heresy of partialism. That is a heresy that's been
refuted for hundreds of years, and they openly profess it.
Council of Constantinople three eighty one AD. If you can't
look at even that and say, okay, no, that's a heresy,
that's not right, you cannot call yourself a Christian. You

(17:45):
just can't. All right, we gotta take a quick break,
and then I'm gonna hit this note just a little
bit more. We'll be right back. Stay tuned. Okay, I

(18:19):
want to add something on to that last segment just
right here. I should have done this at the beginning,
because it's kind of a disclaimer, but I didn't. Whatever,
I am not a theologian. I am not an expert
in theology, theology, philology, theology. What I can say is
I've taken the time to at least a little bit

(18:39):
actually study church history, where my faith comes from, and
why I believe what I believe, and I think I
can defend my beliefs reasonably. But I am not an expert.
So I would encourage you to do this if you
have further questions about the topic of Mormonism, whether or
not it actually is Christianity, whether it's a cult, whether

(19:04):
these people are Satanic demons, or what have you, rather
than just taking my word for it, because again I'm
not a theologian, I'm not a pastor by any means.
And obviously, rather than violently attacking somebody that you may
or may not disagree with, why don't you go find

(19:24):
a local pastor find somebody who can answer these questions
and actually have these discussions with them. All right, That's
what I encourage everyone to do. I'm giving you my thoughts,
my take in this show. But all of that, including
and especially matters of theology, is with the caveat that
I am, like you, just a simple man working through

(19:46):
my own thought process here.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
All right.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
So there's that. Now, let's move on. Let's talk about
something that I am more familiar with, which is politics.
We are officially in a government shut down. Hallelujah, let's go.
I love government shutdowns. Here's why I don't like the
federal government. I don't think they're productive. I think they
are a waste of money. And I think every day
that the government is shut down and we're not spending

(20:10):
money we don't have is a good one, all right.
That being said, I recognize that we can't have the
government shut down forever, and this has got to come
to a resolution. I also recognize that the blame for
this government shutdown has got to go somewhere, and I
truly believe, in my heart of hearts that the blame
for this government shut down belongs squarely to the Democrats.

(20:32):
And again, I could explain to you why I think that,
or I can let foon the Republican Senate majority leader
John Thune explain it to you himself, and I think
he'll do a better job of it. So take it away,
John Thun.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
The Democrat caucus here in town.

Speaker 5 (20:50):
In the Senate has chosen to shut down the government
over a clean, non partisan funding bill.

Speaker 4 (20:56):
That's right, a clean non partisan funding bill.

Speaker 5 (21:00):
We didn't ask Democrats to swallow any new Republican policies.

Speaker 4 (21:04):
We didn't add partisan writers.

Speaker 5 (21:07):
We simply asked Democrats to extend existing funding levels to
allow the Senate to continue the bipartisan appropriations work that
we started. And Senate Democrats said no. Why because far
left interest groups and far left Democrat members wanted to
show down with the president, and so Senate Democrats have

(21:31):
sacrificed the American people to Democrats partisan interests. I hope
it will be some comfort for Americans dealing with shuttered
government services to know that move on, dot org and
other far left organizations are happy with this vote. Democrats
may have chosen to shut down the government tonight, but

(21:51):
we can reopen it tomorrow. All it takes is a
handful of Democrats to join Republicans to pass the clean
non partisan fund bill.

Speaker 4 (22:01):
It's in front of us.

Speaker 3 (22:04):
Okay, so heat very good explanation. We're coming up on
a funding deadline. We're negotiating the budget for that, and
so the Republicans just said, Okay, while the negotiations continue,
let's do this. Will pass this bill that says everything
we were spending before and not anything less, not anything more.
We will continue spending for the next six weeks while

(22:27):
we continue the negotiations to pass something that works long term.
The Democrats said, no, we don't want that. We want
more funding for illegal alien health care. That's not just
me saying that. They openly admit this. They've gone on
and on and on about how they want more spending
for illegal alien health care. They want another trillion and

(22:48):
a half dollars. The line they will say is we
just want health care for everybody. I don't want health
care for everybody. I don't want illegal aliens who have
no business in this country getting help healthcare with my
tax dollars. Get out, go to your country, use tax
dollars there to get your health care. But here's Maxine
Water saying no, we want health care for everybody.

Speaker 6 (23:09):
And are Democrats demanding health care for illegal aliens.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
That's right, Democrats are demanding health care for everybody.

Speaker 3 (23:17):
Okay, no, the answer is no. If you couldn't get
health care for everybody with the first super big spending
bill that we passed last year, that you are now
too good for. Remember they voted for this a year ago.
They're not voting for it now. This is a CR
Continuing resolution clean CR. There's nothing new in this. It's
just saying, keep going with what we already agreed on

(23:39):
all of a sudden, now we can't do that. That's
not enough. Why Why? Because you want health care for everybody,
including illegal aliens. No, get out, We're not doing that.
The American people agree. This is a New York Times
Siena poll. The New York Times, not a right wing outlet,

(24:00):
views on whether the Democrats should or should not shut
down the government if their demands are not met. Sixty
five percent of Americans say no, they should not shut
down the government they have. How is that going to
play out for you? Probably not very well. Good job, idiots,
You screwed yourself out of a midterm. Assuming this goes

(24:22):
on for a while, which it seems like it might.
I don't see why they would give in. Now now
that they've staked their case that they have, they've dug
in here, they're already trying to kind of play the
narrative game. They're doing this in a couple of ways.
One Chuck Schumer got on the Senate floor and he

(24:45):
claims that this poll, this poll right here, this New
York Times again not a right wing outlet. He's claiming
this is a biased poll. Take a listen, now, want.

Speaker 7 (24:56):
To know the leader is going to show a poll
that says that Democrats will be blamed for the shutdown.
There are many more polls that show Republicans are blamed.
The question in that poll is biased.

Speaker 3 (25:08):
Yes, this question in the New York Times poll is
biased against the Democrats. The New York Times bull crap.
Nobody believes you, that's stupid. Everybody knows The New York
Times is a left wing outlet. There's no doubt in
anybody's mind about that. It always has been a left
wing outlet, it will be for the foreseeable future. We

(25:30):
all know this. And yet the Democrats are trying to
convince you that no, actually, New York Times is a
right wing propaganda piece and they're trying to convince you
that people don't want the government shut down when they do.
I guarantee you if you ask most Americans, hey, do
you want to spend a trillion dollars that we don't
have on healthcare for people who shouldn't be in this country?

(25:52):
Almost every single person you ask is gonna say no. Probably,
I don't know. We may get those those what forty
five thirty five percent who say no, we should be
funding illegal alien health care to the tune of a
trillion dollars. I don't buy it, but the propaganda continues.

(26:14):
New photos show House Democrats in full attendance to stop
the government shut down while the Republican side of the
chamber is empty. You want to know why the Republican
side of the House Chamber was empty yesterday, It's because
the Republicans in the House already passed the cr. This
government shutdown comes from the fact that Democrats in the

(26:37):
Senate did not vote for that CR that the House
Republicans already passed. The House Republicans can pass a bill
with a simple majority. The Senate has different rules. In
the Senate, anything that needs to pass has to have
sixty votes. All right. It's called the filibuster rule. You

(26:58):
have to have sixty those in order to pass a
bill or pass spending or things like that. I think
for certain things there's instances where that rule can be
suspended or doesn't apply. But for things like the budget,
you have to have sixty votes. There's only about fifty
three Republicans in the Senate, which means the Senate minority,

(27:21):
the Democrats can completely block this, and that's what they did.
The Republicans passed this, the Senate Democrats refused to vote
for it. They shut down the government because they wanted
a trillion dollars in health care for illegal aliens. Don't
take my word for it, Maxine Waters said it. I
played you the video and here's the Democrats. Where are
the House Republicans. I don't know who cares. They don't

(27:44):
have to be there to keep the government open. They
expect that you're too stupid to understand this. They're crossing
their fingers and praying to God that you don't listen
to shows like this one, that you don't watch shows
like this one, and that you don't have any understanding
of how civics works, so that they can blame this
on the Republicans. It's not the Republican's fault. They passed

(28:06):
a bill to fund the government. It was a clean
cr that wasn't enough for the Democrats. They wanted a
trillion dollars that we don't have, because I remind you
we're something along the lines of thirty eight to thirty
nine trillion dollars in debt. We do not have the
money to spare, and the Democrats are demanding no, we

(28:27):
want an extra extra trillion and a half for health
care for illegal aliens. I don't want these people in
my country, and I definitely don't want my hard earned
tax dollars going to their healthcare. Go back to your
own country, gets your health care there. You don't belong here,
and I'm not paying for your health care. I'm not
doing it. All right, we got a lot more to

(28:47):
talk about. Stay tuned. We got one more segment on
a Squeeze as much in as I can those last bits,
So stay tuned. Okay, So on the subject of this

(29:18):
government shut down, this is really going to come down
to who can win the battle in the court of
public opinion. That's really going to be the end of this,
because that's really the only thing that's going to force
either side to cave, all right, So who wins in

(29:38):
the court of the public opinion is going to be
how this contest is decided, and the sooner the public
vocally speaks out and says, hey, we want the government
to not be shut down, and either forces the Democrats
to cave or forces the Republicans to cave, the sooner
we have our government back. Right now, I think it's
going to be the Republicans that win in the court

(29:59):
of public opinion. Here's why the Democrats have to very
actively defend this position. And I'll give credit to Donald
Trump on this so far, that's not what they're doing.
It's just not so far. What the Democrats are doing
are complaining about the AI video that Donald Trump shared.
It's just a meme. It's nothing nefarious. It's obviously fake.

(30:21):
We all know. It's just a joke. You know, it's
the type of thing that you would have scrolled past
on x or TikTok or Instagram reels or any other
social media. It's clearly fake. It's clearly just a meme.
But the Democrats have gone bananas about this, right, and
that's where their focus is. And again. On the one hand,
I think Trump probably just saw this and thought it
was funny. And on the other hand, he might actually

(30:44):
be a genius playing for dy Tress because he knows
if the Democrats are spending all of their time railing
against this meme, they're not gonna spend it defending the shutdown. Anyway.
I've done enough talking about it. Let me actually play
you the meme that have I gotten. Democrats show up
in arms. Take a listen to this.

Speaker 6 (31:04):
Look, guys, there's no way to sugarcoat it.

Speaker 2 (31:07):
Nobody likes Democrats anymore.

Speaker 6 (31:09):
We have no voters left because of all of our
woke trans boat Not even black people want to vote
for us anymore. Even Latinos hate us. So we need
new voters. And if we give all these illegal aliens
free healthcare, we might be able to get them on
our side so they can vote for us. They can't
even speak English, so they won't realize we're just a

(31:30):
bunch of woke pieces of you know, at least for
a while, until they learn English and they realize they
hate us too.

Speaker 3 (31:39):
Okay, come on, that's funny. It's funny partially because it's true,
all right. It just is. There's nothing in that video
that's openly false. They put Hakeem Jeffries in a sombrero
and a mustache, and he's obviously not Mexican. But it's funny.
It kind of speaks to the fact that I go,

(31:59):
they're doing all this to give more healthcare to illegal aliens.
It's funny.

Speaker 2 (32:03):
It is.

Speaker 3 (32:05):
The Democrats are furious about this. It's the only thing
they've talked about. They've put up some posts here and
there about, oh, it's the Republican's fault, the Republicans shut
down the government. But this is what they've been talking
about in their press conferences. This is the sound bites
that are coming out of this, and that's not going
to do them any favors. It just isn't. So again,

(32:27):
all of their press conferences have been this. Here's how
Keem Jefferies himself complaining about this video and going on
and on and on about how racist and fake it is. Yeah,
we know it's fake, and no, it's not racist. Putting
a fake sombrero and a mustache on you is not racist.
All right, you will get over it. But here he
is complaining. Take a listen.

Speaker 8 (32:49):
Donald Trump posted this AI video featuring myself and Chuck Schumer.
It was a fake video.

Speaker 3 (33:04):
Yeah, we know.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
It was a disgusting video.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
I disagree it was fun.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
It was a racist video.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
Everything's racist to you.

Speaker 8 (33:11):
People with unbecoming of anyone purporting to be the president
of the United States of.

Speaker 3 (33:16):
America cry about it.

Speaker 2 (33:19):
But y'all, I ain't scared.

Speaker 3 (33:21):
I ain't scared. Yeah, it's not meant to scare you.
It's a joke, idiot. This is how worked up they
get over what is clearly just a joke. It's no
different than any other political cartoon or meme. And yet
this is the hill they're going to die on. What's

(33:42):
his face? Isn't the only one. Here's Representative Teresa Fernndez
melting down over the same meme again at a press conference.
This is all their press conferences, by the way, talking
about this meme. Not explaining to the American people, here's
why you should support our government. Shut down out what
they're doing. They're taking their time to say, oh, here's

(34:03):
how terrible this meme is. Really, that's your pitch to
the American people whose government you just closed. Good luck
here she is, take it away?

Speaker 9 (34:12):
And then what does that shameful man do after a
meeting where you're supposed to be working out details, where
you're supposed to be negotiating a deal, you post something
that draws a sombrero and a mustache. I'm the leader
with whom you're supposed.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
To be I'm the leader with who you're supposed to
be negotiating. You draw a sombrero on you? How dare you?
How dare you? She's like Greta Thunberg. How dare you
draw a sombrero with a mustache on Hakeem Jeffries? You vile,
an evil man who should be negotiating is spending bill?
How dare you? That's what she sounds like. And so,

(34:53):
of course, the Trump War Room, which was one of
Trump's campaign accounts during the election, last did it again.
That's that same lady. The ai had a sombrero and
a mustache under her. Now he didn't post this one
from anything official, This is just a campaign account. But

(35:15):
still it's funny. I mean, these people can't be taken seriously.
I mean just the amount of time that they're dedicating
to this meme.

Speaker 4 (35:27):
It's just a meme.

Speaker 3 (35:29):
How about instead of complaining about a meme, you say, oh, yeah,
it's a meme. I don't care. Instead of talking about
a meme, let me explain to you why what the
Republicans are doing is bad. They're not doing that because
they can't because what the Republicans did is actually try
to keep the government open. The Republicans said, hey, we're
still negotiating this spending bill. We can't come to terms

(35:50):
on what shorter shouldn't be in it. So let's just
say this spending bill from a year ago that we
already agreed on a year ago, will just keep doing
that while we work on these negotiations, and that way,
the government stays open and we don't all have to
get what we want right now. Right, that's fair. But no,
that's not what the Democrats wanted. They wanted an extra

(36:11):
trillion dollars right now, and if they don't get it,
they're gonna shut down the government. They can't explain why
that makes sense to you, because it doesn't. So they
just complain about a meme. Again. This could be genius
political maneuvering from the President. I don't know. I hope
it is. I would love to see Donald Trump sitting

(36:33):
there going, ah, yes, they fill over my trap. It's
stupid Democrats. They're complaining about a meme. It's a beautiful meme.
Everybody says it's a beautiful meme, but they want to
complain about it instead of campaigning to the American people.
They can't explain why they shut down the government. It
was very stupid. They can't explain why they shut it down,
so they're complaining about my meme. A lot of people say,

(36:55):
it's a great meme. That's what I envision of Donald
Trump right now. I'm sure that's not what actually is happening,
but it would be nice if it was. It would
be nice if that's what was going on. Anyway, let's
close out with something else. I want to talk about
Joey Read for a second, just because why not. She's
saying more stupid things, so let's give her the time
of day. Sure, here she is talking about the fascist agenda.

(37:19):
That's how end Wokeness described this video. Here's all the
things that she's actually right in this video when she
says we want all these things. But here she is
trying to pitch why the Republicans, the conservative right, why
we're so evil because we want the following.

Speaker 10 (37:36):
Take a listen is that if you go back before
the twentieth century, there were no income taxes, there were
no regulations on business. You could earn as much money
as you want, leave one hundred percent of it to
your children with no taxes. That's the world they want back,
and to get it back, they need society to change.
They need people to be less modern, they need people
to want fewer things.

Speaker 3 (37:56):
Okay, she's actually right here. We do want most of
those things. I wouldn't say no regulation on business, but
I would say a lot less regulation on business. Other
than that, she's dead on the money. Where she makes
her critical mistake is saying people have to want less
in order to achieve those things. No, you don't. You
can want anything you want. I encourage people to want
more because that's a good motivator. There's a lot of

(38:18):
things I want that I don't have right now, and
that's why I'm working hard at my job. I want
my wife to have a very nice, comfortable life, and
I want to be able to provide that for her.
That's why I do the work I do. That doesn't
require you to want less. What that requires is for
you to want less of me. You are more than
welcome to want anything in this world you want to want,

(38:40):
But don't sit here and ask me to sacrifice my rights,
my paycheck, my hard work so that the government will
give you everything you want. That's the difference between I
think the right and the left. Right now, that's a key,
critical difference. It has to be nounched, right. That's all
I got. Thank you very much for listening to The
