MSNBC has canceled Joy Reid’s "The Reid Out." This is symptomatic of larger issues that are facing the left-wing media.
The left wants us to feel sympathy for IRS workers that are losing their jobs, but many of us remember the lack of sympathy for all the energy workers that lost their jobs under Biden.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
All right, we've all seen the ongoing stories about the drones,
and there was you know, they were flying all over
New York and New Jersey. There were several months of
everybody being like, Okay, what the heck are these what
are they doing here?

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Are these are drones? Or these American drones?

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Is this some foreign nation that's flying their experimental aircraft
over our airspace?

Speaker 2 (00:42):
What's going on here? And we didn't really hear a whole.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Lot about that, and then Trump came out and said, essentially,
these are just you know, authorized jones that were just
flying around all right, well whatever, a whole lot over nothing.
It looks like that was but a bunch of people
were sort of you know, learned about this because you know,
these were flying over people's houses.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Right.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
I don't know if this actually happened here in Texas
at all. I don't know if there were any reports
of that of it looks like something that was mostly
happening on the East Coach, which is great because that
way we don't have to worry about it. But there
is a bill here in the Texas House that would
actually fix this problem if it actually becomes a problem.
So right now, shooting down drones, as I understand it

(01:27):
is actually not allowed. That's federally banned. So what do
you do if some creep or freakazoid is flying a drone,
you know, around your house, around your property and you know,
trying to spy on you or look at you or whatever.
There's a solid case to be made there that Okay, well,

(01:47):
you're basically trespassing on my property with a drone. I
get to shoot that drone down now, I think that's fair.
If you disagree, let me know. I'd love to hear
your feedback on this. I understand that there's safety concerns
with just you know, firing off bullets in different directions.
Obviously that's dangerous and we need to be careful about that.
But at the same time, if somebody is intruding on

(02:08):
your property, on your home, doing god only knows what
with a drone, you should be able to, you know,
defend the sanctity of your property and shoot it down.
I think that's fair. So this is from the Texan News.
A bill has been filed in the House that would
allow property owners to disable, destroy, or damage unmanned aircraft
flying over their property. So I assume that means you'd

(02:30):
be allowed to shoot it down. You know, somebody's flying
a drone over your backyard trying to peek into your windows,
Get out there with the old nine millimeter and you know,
tell them all four. I have no problem with that,
as long as you're careful, you know, don't empty a
mag into oblivion and just wait to see what happens.
You know, pop one or two at the drone and
if you hate it, you hit it.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
Why not?

Speaker 1 (02:48):
So both a pressing concern for any Texans who have
experienced an unidentified object flying over their home and a
bilateral potential threat to public safety. So what this bill
would essentially do is it amends the Texas Penal Code
so that it the Texas Penal Code. Let's get specific
here section twenty eight point three and twenty eight point

(03:09):
oh four, which according to the Texan I would know
because I haven't read it.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
I'm not a lawyer.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
This outlines what constitutes an illegal action when destroying other
individuals property. So this would essentially edit into that section
of the Penal Code that says, if a drone is
you know, flying over your property, if it crosses into
your property line, destroying it is an affirmative defensive action.
So as long as you meet these three specific criteria

(03:35):
shooting down somebody's drone that you know is infiltrating your property,
that becomes allowed.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Now.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
So those three criteria are that flying object must have
been on property owned or legally occupied by the person
who shot it down. The person who shoots it down
has to be using a firearm legally possessed, and you
can't have been previously barred from discharging the firearm under
the penal code. So basically, if a drone flies onto

(04:00):
your property and you have a gun that you are
legally in possession of and allowed to use, you can
shoot down that drone. This to me is a no brainer.
We live in the state of Texas, right, I mean
I do. You might be listening this from somewhere else,
but as far as I'm concerned, you have a not
only moral right, but I think moral duty to defend

(04:23):
your property from incursion. Right, if somebody breaks into your house,
you have a right to shoot that person. It's reasonable
to assume that they are going to be a threat
to you and your safety, and so you have a
right to take steps, even preemptive steps, to defend yourself.
I think that's good and moral, and I think the
same thing should apply to somebody flying a drone into

(04:44):
your house, even more so because with a drone there
isn't an argument to be made, well, like, oh, you're
taking a person's life and maybe it was just a
one time mistake. That person doesn't deserve to pay with
their life for one little mistake. First of all, I
think that's a stupid argument. If you are breaking into
somebody's property, if you're threatening their life or property, then

(05:05):
you have essentially lost your right to life. You forfeited
that and you get the consequences. But if it's a drone,
that argument doesn't even apply. There's no permanent damage. All
you do is cost someone between you know, two hundred
and one thousand dollars for their fancy drone. This is
a good bill as far as I'm concerned. It comes
from Jeff Leech, who is somebody that I tend to

(05:26):
disagree with on a lot of policy issues, or not
necessarily policy, but his just behavior as a member of
the House of Representatives. He's somebody that has irked me
on more than one occasion. But credit where it's due,
I don't care for Jeff Leech as a representative. But
I like this bill. This bill makes sense to me.
I don't see any problem here. Now, there is the
concern about recklessly discharging a firearm, as the Texan article

(05:49):
points out Texas Pinal Code Section forty two twelve, which
this bill does not address. Recklessly discharging a firearm in
a town with a population of over one hundred thousand
residents is a So that would basically mean that this
bill does not apply to forty three different cities here
in Texas, including Houston, which is where I am, and
of course Austin Amrello College Station, Dallas. Basically, any decent

(06:13):
sized city would be exempted from this. So basically what
this means is if this bill gets passed, which I'm
sure it probably won't, this will be a good bill
that just kind of sits on somebody's desk and nobody
really pays attention to. But it looks like what will
happen here is basically, if you're in the country and
somebody's flying a drone over your property, you can go
shoot it down. There's also the question of how this

(06:34):
will end up interacting with federal law, because the FAA
actually bans people shooting at an aircraft, any aircraft. By
the way, it is illegal under federal law to shoot
at any aircraft, and that does include unmanned aircraft. But
what this bill actually does is it raises an important question,
which is what does and does not constitute a threat

(06:58):
to you and your property? And once a threat to
you and your property is posed, what level of response
is or is not justified. That's really a moral question
more than a legal one, right, because at the end
of the day, any issue like this is going to
be resolved by a jury. Chances are if you start
shooting at a drone or a person for that matter,

(07:21):
that breaks into your home, you're still gonna end up
going to court, even if it was a completely justified
self defense case. Now, the moral standards and the legal
standards don't always line up, but I am inclined to
lean towards at any point, if my life, or my
family's life, or my property is at all under threat,
I am justified in lethal use of force. And I'll

(07:41):
settle that with the course or with God. We'll see
what happens. But anyway, I like this, but we'll see
where it goes. All Right, We've got a great show
coming up for you. Stay tuned through one break and
we will be right back.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
All right.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
You may remember a few episodes back we talked about taxes,
paying taxes.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
We talked about who did and degni it like paying taxes.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Now, I didn't have anybody reach out to me and
tell me they particularly enjoy paying taxes. I imagine the population
of people who enjoy paying taxes is very small. I
imagine the population of people who you know, think the
IRS is just a great entity is pretty small too.
It's just not a great group of people, right, these
are I mean, throughout all of human history, tax collectors

(08:47):
people who make you pay taxes, and paying taxes has
not ever been popular. You can go back and read
about this in the Bible. Jesus was shamed for just
having conversations with tax collectors, So this is nothing new.
People have not liked tax collectors aka the IRS and
their ancient equivalents for all of time, up until I

(09:12):
guess just now, when all of a sudden, being an
IRS agent became like the most popular job a person
could have. Again, I cannot stress enough how little sense
this makes to me, who likes paying taxes? Nobody does,
but all of a sudden, the people who make you
do it are saints who must be protected and defended

(09:35):
at all costs. So, and this applies to basically all
federal workers, all of the sudden, defense have become just
the saviors of the people, and we have to protect
them because they protect us.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
To a certain extent.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
That may be true, certain federal law enforcement officials maybe
actually protect us, but the vast majority of federal employees
are at best in inconvenience, especially the IRS, but not anymore.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
So.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
Here's a piece that KHOU eleven, a local TV station
here in Houston, did about this federal employee who got fired.
He is an IRS agent, a probationary IRS agent who
just got hired, and then Trump came into office and
fired him. Good less IRS agents is a good thing.
And they sat down with him and had him do

(10:22):
this little crying session. Here's what that sounded like.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
I can't believe this is happening, and it happened so fast.
Like I said, I was just in training. I was
just in training. I waited four months to go to
training just to be fired.

Speaker 5 (10:36):
He's one of six thousand plus federal employees who work
for the Internal Revenue Service fire this week as part
of mass layoffs happening under the Trump administration. The majority
of those workers, like Charles, were probationary workers. Employee for
less than a year. Charles told us more than two
dozen employees were laid off from his office here off Guessner.
He says it took over a year to get his

(10:56):
dream job as a tax exempt officer dealing with nonprofit
organizations and compliance.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
I want to deserve the people, and.

Speaker 5 (11:03):
Despite recent news, he'd held out hope his job would
be spared.

Speaker 6 (11:07):
How are you feeling.

Speaker 4 (11:09):
And confused, sad, angry? Lost?

Speaker 5 (11:19):
When did you get the official notice or was there
an official notice?

Speaker 4 (11:23):
We never got an official notice. I got word from
managers that had to be in office yesterday and we
waited there all day until maybe twelve one o'clock. Then
it was kind of like a firing range. They lined
us up, took our equipment, and sent us home.

Speaker 6 (11:43):
His pride and passion taken away.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
Excited.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
I was so excited to learn the job. I was
telling my management was going to be the best. They
can count on me. And it's not like I have
I have no say so, Like they just tossed you

(12:08):
a way, not that corporate America was like this, Not
the government. I thought the government takes care of their people.

Speaker 6 (12:16):
When asked why he would speak out, now.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
This is the only way I had a voice. I
can't go to Washington and go into office. I can't
contact my congressman. He's too busy. You just want to
hear me. I try to reach out. This is the
only way I can get people to hear what happened.

Speaker 5 (12:36):
According to a statement s into khow you eleven, the
National Treasury Employees Union president representing the Houston area believes
more than two hundred people working for the IRS offices
and Houston happened fired just this week. These layoffs, of course,
happening in the heart of tax season.

Speaker 4 (12:51):
Every department has a probationary employee. Every department will be
impacted know how severely, but people will start seeing the
impact soon.

Speaker 6 (13:05):
Charles believes there will be a ripple effect. Can you
want your job backer?

Speaker 2 (13:08):
I would love my job back.

Speaker 4 (13:10):
I would love it back to serve their bigger people
and talk to people that I've talked to. I would
love my job back.

Speaker 6 (13:18):
And has this message for the president.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
Let us work, Let us do what they implored us
to do, what we took our oath to do.

Speaker 6 (13:26):
In Houston, Michelle CHOI, Kjo you eleven News.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Honestly, I gotta be honest here.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
I'm sure this is difficult for him, right, because everybody
needs some employment. Sure, you have to bring in a paycheck.
Find another way to do it, right, find another I'm
sure there are other jobs out there, right, I'm sure
there are other jobs that you're qualified for. If you're

(13:52):
qualified to be a federal IRS agent, I'm sure you
can pick up another job somewhere else. You will be fine.
I Mean, there's so much about this that's just so ridiculous.
What kind of person their dream job is IRS agent?
Do you have any idea how obnoxious of a person

(14:12):
you have to be to say my dream job is
IRS agent? You're basically your whole job is to tattle
on people. That's your whole job, and not just tattle
on people, tattle on people on behalf of the freaking IRS.
I frankly, I have no sympathy. I can't have sympathy
for this. Your dream job is to be an IRS agent.

(14:35):
Your dream job is to prive people's hard earned money
away from them and give it to the government. That's
your dream job. I mean, the fact that we're supposed
to feel sympathetic for IRS agents is unbelievable to me.
But we're supposed to feel sympathy for these people. Now, remember,
there are people who under the Biden administration lost jobs
that actually contributed to the economy. There was no sympathy

(14:58):
for them. Here is a old clip that I dug
up on X was actually reposted by Wesley Hunt, who's
a great representative out of Houston. But basically it's Peter
Doocy calling out Jensaki, who was at that point the
White House Press Secretary, saying like, hey, you guys are
about to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline, and a bunch
of hard working people who are actually contributing to the economy, right,

(15:21):
not just taking from the economy like IRIS do. They're
actually putting money into the economy. They're gonna lose their jobs,
and the message from Jensaki at the time was just well,
they should get a different job, they should get a
better job.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Take a listen.

Speaker 7 (15:35):
Why is it that the Biden administration is gonna let
the thousands of fossil fuel industry workers whether it's pipeline
workers or construction workers who are either out of work
or will soon be out of work because of them.
Buy the EO when it is and where it is
that they can go for their green job, and that
is something the administration has promised. There is now a gap.

(16:00):
So I'm just curious when that happens, when those people
can count on that.

Speaker 8 (16:04):
Well, it certainly welcome you to present your data of
all the thousands and thousands of people who won't be
getting a green job. Maybe next time you're here you
can present that.

Speaker 7 (16:13):
But you said that they would be getting green jobs.
So I'm just asking when that happens. Richard Trumpka, who
is a longtime friend of Joe Biden, says about that
day one Keystone GEO, he says, I wish he the
President hashaired that more carefully with the thing that he
did second by saying, here's where we are creating the jobs.
So there's partial evidence from Richard Trumpka.

Speaker 8 (16:36):
Well you didn't include all of his interview. Would you
like to include the rest?

Speaker 9 (16:40):
So how about this?

Speaker 7 (16:41):
The Laborer's International Union of North America said the Keystone
decision will cost one thousand existing union jobs and ten
thousand projected construction jobs.

Speaker 8 (16:50):
Well, what mister Chunkugat also indicated in the same interview
was that President Biden has proposed a climate plan with
transformative investments and infrastructure and laid out a plan that
will not only create millions of good union jobs, but
also help tackle the climate crisis. And as the President
has indicated when he gave his prime time address to
talk about the American Rescue Plan, he talked about his

(17:12):
plans to also put forward a job's plan in the
weeks or months following, and he has every plan to
do exactly that.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
So, needless to say, those green jobs never materialized, didn't happen.
So Joe Biden put hard working Americans who are actually
contributing to the economy doing something that benefits everybody. He
put them out of a job, and they were expected
to just go figure it out, and there.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
Was no sympathy.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Well, guess what, I have no sympathy for the irs
agents that are losing their jobs, all these federal workers
that have just been leeching off taxpayers for years. I
have no sympathy. Go get a real job, you have skills,
employ them. Stop crying about it. Nobody cares all right,
stay tuned, We're going to be right back.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
All right.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Left wing mainstream media is dying a slow and very
painful death.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
I think this is pretty clear.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
Anyone who pays attention to the media world, as I
unfortunately have to for my job, it can be clearly
seen that the mainstream media is just it's losing its steam.
People aren't interested in what they have to say anymore.
If you want some proof of this, look no further
than the Yugov poll that shows more Americans actually trust
Trump to give them honest, straightforward facts than they do.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
The mainstream media.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
So twenty nine percent of people think the mainstream media
is you know, giving them straight one, honest facts, and
forty four percent think Trump is doing that. This is
something I reported on earlier in the week. I believe
this article actually came out today.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
This morning.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
I talked to Curtis how with the Media Research Center
about this. I asked him, straight up, Okay, well, why
is this what exactly is happening? Because we all know, yeah, sure,
conservatives want conservative news and leftists want leftist news, and
so it just divides like that, and you know, maybe
the conservatives have the majority right now, so their news
networks do the best. But I didn't think that that

(19:30):
was it, and Curtis how agreed with me. He says, basically,
what this is is the leftist mainstream media is very elitists, right.
I think we can all agree that you watch the
news and they're all like, we have these PhDs where
the scientists trust the science. This is what we have
to say about this, and if you question us and
our position on any given issue, you're a science denier.

(19:53):
That's very elitist, that's very arrogant. It's essentially talking down
to the viewers, and people just don't like that. Nobody
likes to be talked down to at all. That's a
universal truth. And so when you have an entire network
of news that's based around this, obviously that's not gonna
do very well. And that's pretty much every leftist news
network is based around. Look, here's what the elites and

(20:15):
the experts say, and you just have to listen to them.
Some people are into that. That's those twenty nine percent
who are content to be told what to do and
do it fair enough for everybody else who likes to
kind of think for themselves and come to their own conclusions.
That doesn't play out well, and as it turns out,
that's most Americans. So obviously the practical result of all
of this is left wing media outlets are taking a

(20:37):
huge rating hit, and of course that comes with consequences.
So MSNBC is kind of at the forefront. They're the
most left wing of left wing networks. Frankly, MSNBC makes
CNN look like Fox News, to be quite honest with you,
they make Fox News look like Newsmax. I mean, they're
the definition of elitist left wing news networks. And so
obviously they're taking a huge hit. So in sort of

(21:01):
an effort to kind of backtrack and bail themselves out
to a certain extent, they brought in a new president
who went in and started making cuts. And among those
cuts that was made was Joy Reid's show, The Readout,
that aired in their seven pm Eastern time slot, and
it was basically a leftist crap fest. So at this juncture,

(21:23):
I can do two things. I can tell you Joy
Read's show was a leftist crap fest, or I can
actually demonstrate to you how So. I have a compilation here,
a couple of you know, highlights that I want to
play of Joy Reid at her Joy Readist. What I
want you to do is listen to these clips and
tell me if you think that this is worthwhile television.
Let's start with Joy Reid talking about how she's leaving

(21:46):
Twitter because Elon Musk bought it. This is you know,
oh this from twenty twenty three. Elon Musk buys Twitter.
And so she's going to leave Twitter and it's going
to die without her because oh here comes Zuckerberg's threads.
So Twitter's just for Nazi now and it's gonna just
be destroyed because I'm not there and I'm so important.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
Take a listen, Okay, I'm just gonna give you myself
as an example. I'm somebody who I stopped.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
Using Twitter quite a long time ago. I don't tweet.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
I don't want to give Elon any content, but ever
so often I would check it just as an aggregator,
just to see if there's any news in there in
between the Nazi tweets. After Why I stopped doing that
because it's like, I don't want to have to read
through Nazi crap just to see what's in the news threads.
Since that has launched, there's to me, there's no reason
to check Twitter anymore.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
All of the major.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
You know, nattle blogs on there, The Washington Post is
on there. All of the stuff I would normally read,
I get aggregate it on threads. Twitter now is useless
to me if people like me are leaving, I don't
know how Twitter survives.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
Okay, think back and remember that elitism that we talked
about there it is on full display. Look at how
important I am. I'm leaving Twitter, how how is it
gonna survive?

Speaker 2 (22:49):
Update?

Speaker 1 (22:49):
It survived. Threads is basically dead now. There you go, Joy,
That's how I survived without you. And of course, as
you can imagine, the mainstream media, the left wing media,
it's hold job over the last four years has just
been to run cover for the Democrats, and Joy Reid
has been no exception to that either. Here she is
at the DNC going nuts over how great the Democrats

(23:11):
and Kamala Harris is.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
Take a listen to this.

Speaker 3 (23:14):
I'll tell you everything. I'm gonna sum up what I
have felt since we landed Nicole in this wonderful, beautiful city.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Exuberance.

Speaker 3 (23:23):
Joy, I have not. We were just talking about this
a little while ago. I've not seen so many Democrats laugh, smile, sing.
I mean there is a song in the air. I
don't know if you can hear me behind me, but
there's like a little bit of music playing. People are
literally dancing to the tunes in their own head. I
think Democrats today they feel a kind of joy and

(23:47):
a kind of relief that I personally have not seen
in what like eight years. You know, it's been a
constant slog and as much as people I think adore
Joe Biden, they love him. He is beloved in this
party and people were prepared to fight like junkyard dogs
to get him over the finish line. There's a sense

(24:08):
that it's it'll be a fight, but it'll be a
joyous fight. Now it won't be a flog and I
think people are just relieved and happy.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
Okay, here's your little update on that one. It was
a joyous fight for the Republicans and they won by
a lot. But then, of course, no leftist montage is
complete without somebody getting called a religious extremists, and that
burden falls upon us, the pro lifers. So here she
is in another clip where she basically is just saying,

(24:39):
if your pro life, you're you know, a religious extremist
akin to the Taliban. Look at this, all the pro
life states were slave states. Lottie Dotty do, basically, if
your pro life you're every type of terrible person possible,
Joy Reid go.

Speaker 3 (24:54):
And that scene of women weeping and chanting shame while
a man bangs gavel and basically tells them, if you
can't be quiet and let us strip you of your rights,
you can get out.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
It felt very.

Speaker 3 (25:05):
Taliban to me, and I know I a lot with
my poorty leaguer team. But the thing about Republicans now
is that they are acting a very Taliban esque way.
They are a religious group of extremists who they definitely
don't care about children. They want to control women. They
want total control over women, and they are exercising that control.
Let's put up the map all across the former slave

(25:26):
states and in states in the West that they control
while women have no power to stop them or a
few lec Trisha Cotham join them, and then these women
wake up in a state where they have no rights.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
I mean, this is so ridiculous, the idea that anywhere
women in the United States have less rights than anyone.
It's ridiculous. Guess what men can't get abortions either. All right,
it's completely fair. There are no rights being lost here.
You never had a right to kill your child. It
was made up, it didn't exist, and Joy read just
pushed that along with the idea that somehow Republicans opposing

(26:02):
the murder of children. That's equivalent to I guess the
Taliban or slavery or what have you. So all that
to say, she's finally gone, and anyone with two brain
cells to rub together who can think critically understands why
she was gone. Nobody's interested in that garbage. It's not
worth the time that you were devoting to it.

Speaker 2 (26:21):
It just isn't.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
Joy Reid doesn't understand this. She's still convinced that what
she's doing had value. She's convinced she was creating something
positive for society, and now she's in tears because that's
been canceled.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
You saw the clips. Did you think that had value?
Would you turn in to watch that?

Speaker 4 (26:40):
No?

Speaker 1 (26:40):
And nobody else was either, which is why it got canceled.
Joy Reid is in denial about that. Here, she is
legitimately in tears about her show, which is pretty clearly
hot garbage as far as television goes being canceled. She
doesn't understand why this happened. Take a listen, my show.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
Had value and that I'm sorry that that what I
was doing had value value.

Speaker 10 (27:09):
And in the end, I'm sorry, I'm not I try
not to cry on TV, and I take this kind
of like me on TV. So I apologize and that
and then it kind of and then it mattered. I
see Karen is there and she's been texting me as well,
and so what I will just say is that in
the end, thank you. Where I land is that the

(27:30):
moment that I've of guilt, that I felt that I
went hard on so many issues, whether it was the
Black Lives Matter issues of a young baby or a
mom or dad that was killed, or when we opened
up people's eyes to the fact that Asian Americans were
being targeted and not just black folks that or went

(27:51):
hard for immigrants who've done nothing but come to this
country like my parents did and try to make a
life and defended them, or whether we've talked about what
the president is doing that is subversive to the Constitution.

Speaker 1 (28:06):
All right, I'm gonna go ahead and cut her off
right there, because she rambles on like this for another
minute and a half. Basically, let me clarify things for you,
Joy Read, your show had as much value as a
three dollar bill featuring Abraham Lincoln in a turtleneck. That's
how much value your show had. The issues you went
hard on were made up issues that you came up

(28:27):
with so that you could villainize people on the other
side of the aisle. That's what you did. You talk
down to people, and the people that didn't listen to you,
you villainized. Americans just aren't interested in that. Americans that
are interested in the news are interested in real news,
not your garbage. We want to hear what's actually happening,
not made up garbage from left wing outlets like Joy Reid.

(28:50):
If they don't learn from this, it's gonna keep happening.
More left wing shows are gonna get canceled, and honestly,
I hope it happens, I really do. All Right, stay tuned,
we'll be right back after another break, all right. The

(29:25):
TikTok ban that was proposed, that's somewhat of a mixed
bag for me, because on the one hand, I think
TikTok is a cess pit. It's a disgusting place it's
just god awful. That's a place where the most horrible
ideas and horrible people gather to just sort of I

(29:45):
don't even know what they do on their they just fester.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
It's gross. I hate it.

Speaker 1 (29:50):
I hate the app, and it's worth noting that it
is one a CCP asset. It very clearly is this
is not up for debate. It's very obvious that the
Chinese government is using this app to siphon data from Americans.
So if you haven't installed, you should uninstall it because
they are stealing your data. You might not care about that,

(30:11):
but you probably should, right So, I lean towards being
in favor of the TikTok ban. However, there's an very
important however here. I am also a content producer. I'm
a commentator to some extent, so I rely on leftists
saying stupid things that I can then turn around and
go commentate on right So from that perspective, TikTok was

(30:35):
very helpful to me. And as of right now the
ban has been paused, TikTok is available and leftists are
taking full advantage of that. So once again we turn
to libs of TikTok Chaya Raichik, who does a great
job of just shining a flashlight on very stupid people
on the Internet and saying, hey, look at this, y'all.

(30:56):
She posted this video of someone who I'm not gonna
identify them because I don't think that's worthwhile some leftists
who got on TikTok and said, hey, look at me.
I think we should assassinate Elon Musk And I haven't
paid my taxes. What are you gonna do about it?
So lives of TikTok just reposted this and tagged the

(31:20):
FBI in it, like, Hey, heads up, guys, here she is.

Speaker 2 (31:22):
Go get her. Take a listen to this.

Speaker 1 (31:24):
This this woman, you have to assume, is completely crazy
to go out and publicly say, hey, by the way,
here's a open death threat against Elon Musk. And by
the way, I also haven't paid my taxes. Now, I'll
give her credit for not filing her taxes for eight years,
because as previously stated, I don't think that anybody should

(31:45):
be filing taxes because I think the income tax is
illegitimate and immoral. Let the record show that I did
file my own tax return, because as much as I
think the income tax is wrong, I'm not stupid enough
to trifle with the irs. Here's this dumb chick not
only saying I haven't done that which I'm legally required
to do for the last eight years, I also want

(32:07):
to kill this semi public official. Take a listen to this.
I mean, you have to be really stupid to post
this on the internet. But she's on TikTok, So there
you go. Take a listen.

Speaker 11 (32:19):
I promised myself I would avoid the news, but obviously
I haven't. He don't mind what thought I made. I
have many thoughts.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
Elon Musk, like we need to x.

Speaker 11 (32:39):
Him, and by X I mean formally known as assassination,
and that's the one from a fair. It's gonna fucking job.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
I don't arrest me.

Speaker 11 (32:56):
You don't have enough people to even investigate me. Point
I haven't filed my taxes.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
In like.

Speaker 11 (33:06):
Eight years, and yet no, it's good for me, So
I'm gonna say it.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
Let's assassinate some others. Okay.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
I'm not a legal defense attorney, so this does not
constitute legal advice. Take everything I say here with a
grain of salt, because, again, not a legal defense attorney.
If for whatever reason, you're going to do a crime.
Don't do it on camera, don't admit to it on camera.

(33:40):
This should go without saying. This should be common knowledge.
She should have known this. For some reason, she didn't,
and so she not only did the crime, but then
admitted to it on camera, and then did another crime
on camera right after that, wherein she called for the
assassination of Elon Musk. I believe that does technically qualify

(34:00):
as a terroristic.

Speaker 2 (34:02):
Threat or some threat.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Maybe not technically terroristic quote unquote in the legal sense,
but she's pretty clearly threatening someone, which you're not allowed
to do. You're not allowed to get out there and say, hey,
I think we should all go kill this person. That's
a crime.

Speaker 3 (34:18):
Now.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
Will she be investigated for this, let alone charged and convicted.
Probably not. But still it's not the greatest move right.
It's not a great look for leftists to be like, yes, look,
here's one of our own going out and calling for
the assassination of whoever, really anybody, especially someone like Elon Musk,
who is an incredibly important figure in the United States

(34:41):
right now. And I mean remember Donald Trump going out
and saying we need to peacefully protest and make our
voices heard at the Capitol that was considered incitement of violence.
He faced charges for that. What sort of charges is
this check on TikTok gonna see? Probably none, probably none,
But it's worth pointing out that it happened. But that's

(35:03):
just one clip. There's more.

Speaker 2 (35:05):
Don't worry.

Speaker 1 (35:06):
Here's a lady that's, first of all, driving in her car,
which you should not be filming a TikTok while you're
actively operating a motor vehicle. That should go without saying.
But here she is driving her car and as she
drives down the road, she's complaining about the fact that
military veterans get at certain businesses. The business owner will

(35:27):
offer veterans a certain discount as basically just their little
way of saying thank you for serving our country and
keeping us safe. Here's this lady complaining about that and
making her case as to why that shouldn't happen.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
Take a listen.

Speaker 12 (35:43):
You know, this might not be a popular topic, but
I have an opinion about the military. I don't like
that we give our military guys ten percent discounts and
different things at different businesses because there are ready living
off of the taxpayer dollar.

Speaker 6 (36:04):
And some of them get benefits.

Speaker 12 (36:08):
You know, on different places throughout their life, even after
they're not serving.

Speaker 9 (36:12):
So even if they wouldn't serve a year, they're like, oh,
I still get a discount for the rest of my
life because I serve for one year.

Speaker 6 (36:19):
Like what about us, who are paying for those taxes.

Speaker 9 (36:22):
For our whole life and we get no break, We
get no benefit for supporting our military and for paying
for them all these years they're.

Speaker 2 (36:34):
It doesn't make any sense. It doesn't make any sense
to me.

Speaker 9 (36:38):
They get benefits for so many different things, and then
they can like still go on base even after they're out,
and they can get tax ReFood and like buy it
on base, and like, I don't know, I don't even
know all this stuff that happens that they get all
these benefits.

Speaker 12 (36:52):
But I don't like it.

Speaker 6 (36:54):
I think we should get benefits, not them.

Speaker 1 (36:57):
All Right, I'll just come right out and say it
because I'm not a big believer and be around the bush.
This one clearly is not very intelligent. Her capacity for
critical thought is clearly suboptimal. All right, I think that's
pretty obvious. We get no benefit for paying for the
American military. Now I'm one hundred percent with her on
we're paying too much taxes, and we're seeing too little
return on investment. The United States military is not one

(37:20):
of the areas where we're seeing too little return on investment.
Do we need to kind of clean up the military
and fine tune it a little bit? Absolutely? Absolutely, But
do you get nothing out of funding the military your
entire life? You're speaking English in the United States of America.
You have not been invaded or conquered by any other country.
You think that's a coincidence.

Speaker 2 (37:40):
You don't have to.

Speaker 1 (37:41):
Worry about the USSR dropping a nuke on your head.
You think that just happened. It's because of our military.
Say thank you and shut the hell up. I mean,
her root point here is we shouldn't be giving them
these extra discounts and benefits. We aren't giving that to them.
That's a choice that's made by private business owners who
are preciate what military service members have done, even if

(38:03):
they didn't do it for very long. And they're just saying, Hey,
I own this business, I own this company. I have
this opportunity to do something for you, so I'm going
to do that out of the goodness of my heart.
It's not universal, it's not legally mandated it's not affecting
you at all, so why are you complaining about it?
She was just looking for something to complain about, and
this is where the dart happened to land. It's so obnoxious.

(38:26):
And that's not even to mention the fact that she
says we get no benefits. I mean, you get all
types of benefits, food stamps, ebt.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
Crap like that.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
The amount of ignorance here is unbelievable, which just goes
to further illustrate my point. TikTok is not a place
where smart people go. I think it's worth pointing out
at this point that I did find those clips on Twitter.
I'm not on TikTok anyway. That's all I've got for
you today. Thank you very much for listening. As always,
my socials are in the bio. We talked a lot
about a lot of different things. Feel free to reach

(38:55):
out to me tell me what you think about the
different topics we've covered. I'd love to hear from you.
Thank you once again very much for listening. We will
see you, I guess on Saturday. We'll see you Saturday
