Listen to The Next-Gen Report live! Sundays at 7:00 p.m. on AM950, KPRC.

The Trump Administration continues immigration enforcement action across major cities like Portland and Chicago. The left says this is unnecessary, but it could help young people afford homes.
After nearly 3 years of open war, President Trump may have finally managed to broker peace between Israel and Hamas. It's just up to Hamas to accept his terms.

Speaker 1 (00:02):
From the heart of the Space City to the heart
of gen Z. Welcome to Next Gen Conversation, not Dad's
Talk Radio. Ethan talks to you about the issues and
events that man are to our generation.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
This is at the Next Gen Report with you can't
in that. Hey, everybody, good evening. Oh what do we
got going on? So much huge, big news, great news
for everybody for the world. We have got at least
the very beginnings of a peace deal or something along

(00:40):
the lines of a peace deal in Israel. I believe
Hamas has Hamas, whatever they're called, they have agreed to
release whatever hostages or remains of hostages they have left.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
That's because President.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Trump said, Hey, if you don't, I'm gonna turn your
entire country in a parking lot today. So we have,
I guess, the beginnings of a peace deal there. I
think there's still some portions of the proposal that they
haven't quite yet agreed to, but they've agreed to in
concept the idea of the plan, and they're going to

(01:17):
release the hostages. So praise God for that. That's great.
I want to start off by just having a little
bit of fun here. I noticed this over the last
couple of days. Really the DHS, the Department of Homeland
Security propaganda. I don't know who's doing their propaganda, but
they're nailing it.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
They're nailing it.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
This is some of the best political propaganda I have
ever seen in my entire life. And make no mistake,
that's what it is. It is political propaganda, but it's
political propaganda for our side, and it's really good. So
we're gonna be talking about it. The left is, of course,
very pissed off about how good the propaganda is, but
that's their issue. I'm not concerned about that. Take a

(01:58):
look at this from DHS. Victory is within reach. Recapture
our national identity. That looks cool, man, Get the helicopter
over the NASCAR. Recapture our national identity, because hell yeah,
that is what America is. Badass military helicopters and NASCAR,
just like the founding fathers intended.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
That's American right there.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
And then this is all in service of their recruitment efforts.
They're trying to recruit. I believe essentially immigration judges become
a homeland defender, you may be entitled to these benefits,
remote work, no degree, fifty thousand dollars signing bonus. Hell,
I love what I do right now, but that's a

(02:42):
good incentive. I mean, Golee defend the culture. And this
is a key aspect of this. So part of what
this is, it's trying to make sure that you know,
the people that are coming in as even legal immigrants
into the country, are the type of people we want.
There are people that are going to assimilate and become Americans.

(03:04):
We've talked about this on the show quite a bit.
To be honest, this is what I want people coming
into the country to be. I want them to be
all about badass military helicopters in Nascar. I want them
to understand America has a national identity. If I want
to become an American, I have to assimilate to that.
So that has been kind of their line with this

(03:28):
recruiting drive for these homeland defenders, which is as I
understand it, and I could be wrong here. I haven't
done a big deep dive into this. It's essentially they're
trying to recruit immigration judges or something along the lines.
I really do need to dig into this a little
bit more, but we're going to focus on the propaganda here.

(03:51):
This is really great propaganda and of course, because it's
really great propaganda. The left is mad about it. Where'd
the original tweet?

Speaker 4 (03:58):
Go?

Speaker 2 (04:01):
I gosh, I lost it? Where is it here?

Speaker 1 (04:03):
It is.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
Okay, all of your problems.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
A leftist replied to that awesome piece of propaganda and said,
all of your problems will still exist the day after
the last immigrant is deported. And he's just wrong. He's
just not correct. Now, obviously, deporting all of the illegal
aliens is not going to solve all of our problems.
That's that's obviously true. Obviously we live in a fallen world.

(04:30):
Nothing will ever be perfect. The United States will not
ever be perfect. But the idea that deporting all of
the illegal aliens in this country won't solve any problems,
that's the claim here. Look, all of your problems will
still exist the day the last immigrant is deported. That's
the claim. Every single problem will still exist after all

(04:52):
of the illegal aliens are gone. It's just verifiably false,
and I'll prove it to you. One of my my
top concerns as a younger person, as a younger voter,
I'm in my early twenties, I'm twenty two, I'm married,
I have a career, I'm looking towards the future, and
I'm thinking, Okay, what if I want to buy a

(05:13):
house one day, and I, like so many other people
my age, and even people older than me and younger
than me, I'm looking at the housing market and I'm thinking,
there's just no way housing is too expensive. The demand
is so much higher than the supply. The price is outrageous. Right,

(05:35):
I'm not the only one who has this concern. Housing
prices are causing some people to have smaller families than planned.
People are cutting back on just having kids because they
don't have anywhere to put those kids because buying a
bigger house is just too expensive. Of course, this is
from just a couple of weeks ago. Is when this

(05:55):
was posted. And this is NPR. By the way, this
is not a right wing outlet.

Speaker 3 (05:59):
This is NPR. What's the item housing?

Speaker 2 (06:02):
How the price has changed since before the pandemic, up
fifty six percent since February twenty twenty, according to the
National Association of Realtors. Now, I wonder what has changed
significantly since February of twenty twenty. Could it maybe be
the population of the United States? So let's see after
twenty twenty. I mean that had. January twenty twenty one,

(06:25):
Joe Biden came into office, the population of the United
States skyrocketed because of illegal immigration. The demand for housing
shot way up, and the supply didn't because, guess what,
the demand can skyrocket way faster than the supply can,
and as we know, prices where supplied meets demand. So

(06:47):
we are currently and this is a Google AI estimate,
three point seven million to four point seven million units
of housing below what we need. Right, that's the deficit
we need about We'll say, we'll call it an even
five million more units of housing, right, Okay, So we
could build five more million units of housing, or we

(07:09):
could just deport the estimated fourteen million illegal aliens that
are in this country. Imagine how much that's going to
free up the housing market. We will go from having
a massive deficit of housing to having a massive oversupply
of housing, which means the price is going to fall,
which means young people like myself who are thinking I'll

(07:31):
never be able to buy a home will be able
to buy a home, and probably for pretty cheap. You
can say, oh, illegal immigration, stopping that isn't going to
solve all the problems. No, it definitely won't, but it'll
for sure solve that one. All right, We've got a
great show coming up. A lot going on, Stay tuned.
We'll be right back after a quick ad break. All righty,

(08:20):
welcome back. This is the Next Gen Report. I am
Ethan Buchanan. Give me a quick follow on X at
Underscore Underscore Ethan Buchanan. We have a good time over
there on X. All right, what do we want to
talk about. Let's talk about this shutdown. It's ongoing, the
ongoing government shutdown. Thank you Democrats for that. And I've

(08:42):
been open about this. I think the less the federal
government is doing, the better. But hey, we talked about
this in detail, a lot of detail on the Wednesday show.
The podcast, go check that out, The Next Gen Report.
Wherever you get podcasts. We're on Spotify YouTube, you know
wherever we're on X. I put the podcast on the X.
Thank you elon must for that. Apple Podcasts of course,

(09:02):
the free iHeartRadio app wherever, go check it out. We
have a lot more details in there. But so assuming
you know where we're at right now, we've got the
shut down, it's very clearly the Democrat's fault, and we'll
explain that a little bit too. And they're on the
defensive and they're not doing a very good job. And
this is the key in politics. You never want to

(09:23):
be on the defensive. If you're on the defensive, you're losing.
And the Democrats are on the defensive and they're losing badly.
I think everybody pretty plainly knows that this is their fault.
Nobody who is at least serious is trying to sit
here and pretend, oh, we don't know how this shutdown happened.
The Republicans passed a clean CR. The Democrats didn't like

(09:45):
it because they want more spending, and they wanted to
try to get a political win out of this by
claiming Trump shut down the government.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
So they killed the CR.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
All right, now, Jasmine Crockett is trying to flip the
Democrat representative from Dallas. She's trying to change pace and
go on the offensive. Right, it's not working. She's trying
to make the claim that, oh, the Republicans are so
evil because these federal workers they can't they can't collect

(10:14):
a paycheck because of this government shut down. But they're
still collecting their paycheck, these evil Republicans. And she'll get
shot down in a minute. But first let's let her
make her ridiculous claim.

Speaker 5 (10:25):
So, as I've been telling people, your payment is only away, Yeah,
that's basically what that is. Now, that is for those
people that are deemed essential. You have a number of
people in the federal governments that are not deemed essential.
So if someone's not being essential, then they're sitting at
home waiting to get callbacks to work. And even if
they're sitting at home, they are not allowed to go

(10:48):
out and get another job.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:50):
They make you be broken til they get their stuff together.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
They make you be broken till they get speak English.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
God dang.

Speaker 5 (10:57):
And to be clear, members of Congress, we still get paid.
I just want to put that out there because I
like to be fully transparent.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
So all right, so she's basically making the case that, oh,
you pull our federal workers, you ain't you ain't get
your paycheck. That's how she said it. I'm not being racist,
that's how she talks. But the Congress people who shut.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
Down the government, Democrats, they're still getting paid.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Well.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Ted Cruz actually called her out on this. He said, hey,
actually you can just choose not to get paid, which
is what he did. Actually, at Jasmine for us. Just
because you're in Congress, you don't have to get paid
during a shutdown. That is a choice. I'm not taking
a paycheck see below. As long as your party keeps
the government closed, you could do the same. And then

(11:47):
here's his letter. Dear mister Rucktner, for the duration of
the current lapse in appropriations, please hold my salary check
for pickup in the dispersing office. It's not right for
members of Congress to be paid during a shutdown if
our service members aren't. Thank you for your attention to
this request. Sincerely, Ted Cruise, United State Center.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
So.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
Checking maate. Basically, the Democrats shut down the government, They're
all I guarantee you still choosing to pick up a paycheck,
and then they're going to go try and campaign on that.
And you really expect that to work out for you?
You really expect the voters to fall for that. I
know you, O Democrats think this is the case, but

(12:27):
the average American voter is not as retarded as you
clearly think they are. Anyway, this isn't the only time
Ted Cruz got himself into the news this week. Here
is Representative Greg Kassar. He's I believe out of the
Austin area. He tried to go and take a stand

(12:48):
against Ted Cruz by reading a constituent letter to Ted
Cruz's doorbell at one of his district offices. I'm not kidding.
That's what happened. Take a listen, I'll record it here.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Good.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
I thought they were worse. It was supposed to be worse.

Speaker 4 (13:03):
They were here until I think they ran off until
and that's probably less.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Greg Cassar showed up to Ted Cruz's office in Texas
and read a constituent's letter straight into his ring camera.
Of course, kan kran Cruise wasn't there for them and
more there. So that's what they're complaining about here. What
you're hearing is Greg cass are complaining about Ted CRU's
not being here us.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
So instead of delivering this message from Eric here in Texas,
dear Senator Cruz, I'm asking you to reverse course and
stop demanding huge cuts to healthcare that put me and
millions of other.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
Texans at risk.

Speaker 4 (13:34):
Eric is my constituent as congressman for the area. Also
yours de stituent, Senator Cruz. Eric writes that he has
muscular distropet and Medicaid makes his life possible, allows him
to live at home with his wife and his dogs,
to pursue his career and be a volunteer if he
didn't have Medicaid.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Okay, Ladie, Dottie Diet, You get the point this, This
poor guy, he relies on Medicare and evil Ted Cruz
is trying to recut it. And he didn't even bother
showing up to work. He's not at his office, all right.
This is Ted Cruz's district office, all right. He has
a number of offices dotted about the state of Texas.
Where is Ted Cruse right now? He's at his Washington

(14:13):
office in Washington because the Senate is still trying to
pass the continuing resolution. That's why Ted Cruz isn't at
his district office. And Greg Cassar knows this, but he
assumes once again that you're too stupid to know that.

(14:33):
How dumb do they really think? The American people are
pretty dumb? They think you're completely disabled, they really do.
He's obviously not going to be at his district office
when the Senate is working because he's a senator. He
has to be in Washington, d C. And yet Greg
Cassar still does all this performative nonsense, reading a constituent

(14:54):
letter into the doorbell. But what's really important there is
the argument that, oh, the Republicans are trying to cut
health care with this, they're trying to get rid of
all the health care. No, that's not the case. We're
trying to make sure illegal aliens stay off of health care,
which by the way, is already the law. We're just
rejecting a proposed Democrat bill that repeals it. So Democrats

(15:17):
want to do two things. They want to repeal a
provision of the Big Beautiful Bill that prevents illegal aliens
from getting huge amounts of taxpayer funded health care. And
they also want to increase the amount of money that
they can hand out to illegal aliens for health care.
So they want to essentially bump it up by one
point five trillion dollars in new spending that will primarily

(15:39):
go to illegal alien healthcare, and at the same time
repeal a provision in the Big Beautiful Bill that would
prevent that. Here is Caroline Levitt explaining all this very
very eloquently. I mean, they're making the argument that the
Republicans are trying to cut healthcare which is blatantly false.
We're just trying to keep illegal aliens off the taxpayer dime,
and they're the opposite.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
Take away, Carolyn Levitt, are.

Speaker 6 (16:02):
You denying that Medicaid money has never gone to illegal
aliens in the United States of America?

Speaker 7 (16:08):
Anything?

Speaker 2 (16:08):
I'm asking you if you can explain the disconnecting.

Speaker 6 (16:11):
The message, I most certainly can the Democrats proposal their
Continuing Resolution. Let me just reiterate, the Republican's Continuing Resolution
was a clean continuing resolution. There was no partisan politics
injected into it. There were no conservative wish lists injected
to it. What the Republicans want and still want to
this very second, is a clean continuing resolution to fund

(16:32):
the United States government. What did the Democrats want in
their Continuing Resolution? They inserted a provision to undo a
provision in the Working Families Tax Cut, the one big,
beautiful bill that ended taxpayer funded healthcare illegal benefits for
legal aliens. Democrats proposal would require Medicaid to pay more

(16:52):
for emergency care provided to illegal aliens than Medicaid does
for American patients who are disabled, elderly, or children. And
this bill would have also allowed California to continue a
gimmick that funds it's Medicaid for I Llegals program.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
All right, very good explanation from Caroline Levitt there. This
essentially boils down to the fact that that money is fungible. Right,
we can shell out a bunch of cash for you know,
basically anything. If you give a Blue state an extra
trillion and a half dollars for any reason, chances are

(17:28):
they're going to turn around and they're going to spend
that money on handouts for illegal aliens. We saw that
for four years under the Biden administration. The Republicans are
simply saying, no, we're going to keep spending at the
level we have, and we're not going to repeal provisions
of our recently passed bill that would allow you to
take our money and give it to people that shouldn't
be in this country. And the Democrats are losing their
mind over this. It's not a popular position. It's not

(17:50):
going to work out for them. All right, We've got
quite a bit more coming back up. A peace deal
in Israel State and will bear a back. Well, we've

(18:17):
got a piece deal. It looks like in Israel, Israel, Gaza,
what have you. That war. It looks like could finally
after what three four years now, No, I'm kidding, it
was just two or three two going on three, we
could finally have an end to this war. So, just
to give you the quick history, lesson October seventh of

(18:41):
twenty twenty three, we had Gaza launched this big attack
out into Israel. You know all of the videos that
we've all seen online of the horrible murders and rapes
and worse that occurred, the taking of hostages that were
then brought from Israel into Gaza into the tunnels, and
they've been basically held hostage for two years or longer

(19:03):
while this war goes on. And of course Israel has
responded with extreme force, as I think is you know
they were attacked, say what you will, they can do
what they want. They've essentially leveled Gaza because they have
way more firepower. So we've basically had just two years
of them trading rockets back and forth with each other.

(19:23):
And the desire for this to come to an end
has been relatively nonpartisan. I think I think everybody wants
this to end. There's been debates about how we end
it because obviously there's competing interests a lot of folks
on the left are viewing Israel as the bad guy.
A lot of folks on the right are viewing Gaza
as the bad guy, so it's kind of become a

(19:44):
partisan issue. I don't really care. I just want the
killing to stop. That's my view. I mean, these are
two countries or a country and a half or whatever
that are in the Middle East. This has nothing to
do with me as an American. I don't care. Israel
could Gaza or vice versa, and it wouldn't change my
day at all, and it wouldn't change yours either. But

(20:06):
that's all besides the point. What we want, no matter what,
is an end to this war. And it looks like
that's what we have. So on Tuesday. We didn't talk
about this on the Wednesday show just because I didn't
have time. But we have what looks like a pretty
reasonable twenty point piece deal that was announced on Tuesday
with Trump and net and Yahoo. So Number one, Gaza

(20:27):
will be a deradicalized terror frey zone that does not
pose a threat to its neighbors. That's what Israel wants, right,
that's their big goal. Gaza will be redeveloped for the
benefit of the people of Gaza, who have suffered more
than enough. That's what the people of Gaza want, right So,
right now it looks like they're both kind of getting
what they want. If both sides agreed to this proposal
of the war will immediately end Israeli forces. We'll withdraw

(20:50):
to the agreed upon line to prepare for a hostage release.
During this time, all military operations, including aerial and artillery bombardment,
will be suspended. Lines will remain frozen until conditions are
met for the complete stage withdrawal. So that appears to
be what everybody wants. The bombings will stop, the shooting
will stop, the fighting will stop, the hostages will be released.

(21:13):
All hostages of live in decease will be returned. Once
all hostage is released, Israel will release two hundred and
fifty life sentenced prisoners plus seventeen hundred Gozzens who were
detained after October seventh, twenty twenty three, including all women
and children detained in that context. For every Israeli hostage
whose remains are released, Israel will release the remains of

(21:34):
fifteen deceased gosin. So basically, everybody gets their hostages back.
The bombing stops, the shooting stops, and then this is
basically a bunch of details about how the withdrawal will work,
and how the redevelopment of Gaza will work, and who
will be in charge. It will basically be a coalition
of Middle Eastern governments that are all working together to

(21:58):
rebuild the government of Gaza, in coordination with the United States,
in coordination with Israel et cetera, et cetera, and in
coalition with Hamas. An interfaith dialogue process will be established
based on the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence to
try and change the mindsets and narratives of Palestinians and

(22:18):
Israelis by emphasizing the benefits that can be derived from peace.
So basically, we're going to convince both sides to stop
killing each other. While Gaza redevelopment advances, and when the
Palestinian Authority reform program is faithfully carried out, the conditions
may finally be in place for a credible pathway to
Palestinian self determination and statehood which re recognizes the aspiration

(22:42):
of the Paladinian people. So this is basically opening the
door to the Palestinians to say, hey, we may even
recognize your statehood, which is what they want. The United
States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians
to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous coexistence.

Speaker 3 (22:57):
So that's basically saying, hey.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
The United States is going to be to go between
between the Israelis and the Palestinians.

Speaker 3 (23:03):
We both really want to kill each other.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
This is great. I like this. Now, this is the carrot, right,
this is the big twenty point piece plan. It comes
with the stick, and the stick is hey, Hamas, if
you don't agree to this, we are going to bomb
the hell out of you. Here's Donald Trump saying this
at this press conference with Bibe nittin Yahoo when they're
announcing the peace deal. They're saying, hey, this is the carrot.

(23:28):
There is also a stick.

Speaker 8 (23:29):
They wouldn't have gone as far as they've gone. If
they were unable to do so, then Israel would have
the absolute right and actually our full back in the US,
full banking back in Marco's here, and a lot of
our leaders are here, are great Vice President Susie Wiles,
Steve Whitkoff, Jared Kushner. They've been so involved in this,

(23:52):
in this process, I don't think anybody else could have
done it or even even come close. But it's uh,
we're right there. We're right there first time and thousands
of years, and I think you can probably say, if
you really look into it, if you study back, if
you're a scholar, you would say thousands of years, Israel

(24:13):
would have my fall back into finish the job of
destroying the threat of Hamas.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
But I hope that we're going to have a deal
for peace. So he's basically saying, this is the peace deal,
this is what we want. But if you Hamas don't
agree to these terms, I'm gonna let Israel go bananas
because I'm tired of this. So there's two ways this
war ends. Either Hamas agrees to these terms or Israel

(24:44):
turns all of Gaza into a glass parking lot. If
you're Hamas, I'd go with option one. I'd go with
the peace deal. He doubled down on this. Trump did
with a tweet. Shortly they're setting the deadline for to
day for Sunday. Hamas has been a ruthless and violent

(25:04):
threat for many years in the Middle East. They have
killed and made lives unbarely miserable, culminating with the October
seventh massacre in Israel. Babies, women, children and old people,
many young men and women, boys and girls getting ready
to celebrate their future lives together as retribution for the
October seventh attack on civilization. More than twenty five thousand
Hamas quote unquote soldiers have already been killed. Most of

(25:29):
the rest are surrounded and militarily trapped, just waiting for
me to give the word go for their lives to
be quickly extinguished. As for the rest, we know where
and who you are, and you will be hunted down
and killed. I'm asking that all innocent Palestinians immediately leave
this area of potentially great future death for safer parts

(25:49):
of Gaza. Everyone will be well cared for by those
that are waiting to help. Fortunately for Hamas, however, they
will be given one last chance. He's basically saying, Look,
here's the deadline. An agreement must be reached by Hamas
by Sunday evening at six Washington DC time every country
has signed on. If this last chance agreement is not reached,

(26:12):
all hell like no other will break out against the
moss I see no problem with this. You've given them
the peace deal. You're saying hey, this is your last
chance behavior. We will bomb the hell out of you,
we will kill all of you, or you can agree
to the peace deal. And Hamas it looks like has

(26:33):
agreed partially at least, but the ball is rolling. They
released this statement. Here's Shade Vance posting it important statement
on Hamas's response to the US President Trump's proposal. Out
of keenness to the end to end the aggression and
genocide being carried out against our steadfast people in the

(26:55):
Gaza strip and stemming from a national responsibility and a
defense of the constants. I can hardly read this because
of the font they've chosen, but whatever writes and higher
interests of our people, The Islamic Resistance Movement HAMAS has
conducted in depth consultations within its leadership institutions, broad consultations

(27:18):
with Palestinian forces and factions, and consultations with brothers, mediators
and friends in order to reach a responsible position in
dealing with US President Donald Trump's plan. After thorough's study,
the movement has made its decision and conveyed the following
response to mediators. Hamash appreciates the Arab, Islamic and international

(27:40):
efforts as well as the efforts of President Donald Trump
calling for an end of the war on the Gaza
Strip in exchange for prisoners, the immediate entry of aid,
the rejection of the occupation of the Strip, and the
rejection of the displacement of our Palestinian people from it.
Within this framework and in a manner that achieves an
aid to the war and a full withdrawal from the Strip,

(28:03):
the movement announces approval of releasing occupation prisoners, both living
and remains. So basically they're saying, yes, we'll release the remains.
We like the framework of this deal. We'll see what
happens moving forward. So essentially this is them saying we
want to save face, but we agree to your terms,

(28:24):
which is good. Which is good. From here, I think
the process is the hostages begin to be released, we
start slowly having a draw down of forces, and then
we have several years of negotiation, which is fine. We
knew this was going to happen. We knew this would
take time to negotiate. But now the ball is actually
rolling on negotiation and the hostages are coming back.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
The bombing will stop.

Speaker 2 (28:49):
That is good. That is what we want. This is
saving lives. Thank you, Donald Trump. All right, let's talk
about immigration and Chicago and whatnot. In just a second,
stay tuned.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
Will be right back. All right, Hey, everybody, welcome back.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
Remember at underscore Ethan Buchanan on X, follow me there.
If you're not on X, if you're not keeping up
with the day to day on X, you're missing out.
You really are. And I truly do believe that a
lot of fun stuff happens on X. I don't usually
recommend social media to people, but I recommend X. So

(29:40):
there's that.

Speaker 3 (29:41):
Go get me a follow there. Let's talk about Chicago.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
Let's talk about what's going on with the ICE enforcements. Again.
I couldn't be happier with this administration's work on illegal immigration.
I am. I'm so happy about it. Frankly, get them out,
like we talked about in the first segment, if for
noa reason, then to make sure more housing is available
for American citizens who need it. Get the illegal aliens out.

(30:06):
But also they're a threat to our national security. And
of course the Left either has no capacity or just
no desire to grasp this. They're still convinced that these
are just our friendly neighbors, and they have just as
much right to be in this country as we do,
which is false. They are illegal aliens. They have no

(30:27):
right to be here and they should all be deported
forthwith get out. Anyway. We've got this immigration cracked down
in Chicago because it's the sanctuary city and the left,
the liberals there, they're not happy about it. Here's this
one resident of Chicago. It sounds like she's threatening Ice
in this video. Maybe she's just talking smack, but this

(30:51):
reads like a direct threat.

Speaker 3 (30:52):
So I don't know. Take a listen to this now, Uncles,
I'm sick of it.

Speaker 2 (30:56):
Hey, Ice comes to the South side of Chicago. Promise
you we're gonna keep our hands off of yet.

Speaker 5 (31:03):
We're gonna let you just throw people to the ground
and tackle them.

Speaker 2 (31:06):
Yeah, we're not gonna jump in and jump on you.
Jump in and jump on an icetation and see what happens.
I dare you, I double dare you. I mean, these
people are crazy, they are. But not to be outdone
by this lady from Chicago. I struck her up on
their offer. They did this massive raid on this South

(31:27):
Side Chicago area apartment. Take a listen to this.

Speaker 9 (31:32):
This is a Fox report, by the way, in the
dark of night Federal agent storm and old apartment building
on Chicago's South Side. They had developed information that criminal
illegal immigrants had taken the place over, so a joint
operation with the FBI atf Border Patrol and ICE brought
in federal manpower to take control of the apartment. It's

(31:56):
hard to see, but there's a helicopter right there on
this building.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
That helicopter has.

Speaker 10 (32:01):
Just inserted snipers for the protection of all these federal
agents you can see entering the building. What they are
after six particular individuals associated with trend A Aragua. They
say these individuals are responsible for dealing it long guns
and handguns as well as drugs.

Speaker 2 (32:21):
How much more room you got? More than a dozen
were detained.

Speaker 9 (32:24):
At least one has a tattoo commonly associated with the
trend A Aragua gang.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
It looks like we've got.

Speaker 10 (32:30):
Several apprehensions and teams are still inside the building clearing rooms.

Speaker 9 (32:34):
Do you know anything about whether you got the guys
you were after?

Speaker 10 (32:38):
Not yet, It's a little too early to tell, but
later investigation is going to let us know that.

Speaker 9 (32:42):
The detainees were taken to the ICE processing facility in Broadview, Illinois,
which has now become a flashpoint for riots and a
talking point for opponents of Operation Midway Blitz.

Speaker 11 (32:52):
This is about fomenting chaos and terrorizing the people of
Chicago and cities across America.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
Lots of rhetoric whoses from the White House about ending
crime in urban areas well from where I said, Ice
has generated criminal activity in our in Brodeuse, All right,
then you need to relocate. If from where you sit
it looks like Ice is the problem here, you need
to get the hell out. Remember, this is an entire
apartment complex that has been taken over by members of

(33:20):
Trende Aragua, and Ice has rated this and the Left
has lost their mind over this, which I don't understand.
How can you possibly oppose this. We've gotten to the
point where, in an effort to just oppose Donald Trump
at all costs, the Left would rather let Trende Arragua
completely overtake an apartment complex full of innocent children who

(33:42):
are now at risk because a Venezuelan gang is running
guns and drugs out of their apartment complex. That's where
we're at, and the Left would rather side with the
Venezuelan gang. And then the moment federal officials step into
do something this, then they have a problem, which is
what we've seen. Immediately, leftist networks like CNN went out

(34:08):
and started complaining about the fact that obviously kids got
caught up in this because it's an apartment complex.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
Thirty seven people arrested and American.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
Kids separated from parents after ice rayed at Chicago apartments.
So this whole article is about how terrible it is
that for a few hours we had to clear the
apartment complex and separate people so that we could pick
out the illegal aliens, the members of Trende Aragua and
get them arrested, which, by the way, is how this works.

(34:37):
This is a standard operation. You know, you've got an
apartment building that's infested with criminals and also has civilians.
You have to get everybody out, you have to separate
everybody so that you can figure out who's who. You
can figure out who's a drug dealer, gun smuggling, foreign
national terrorist, and who's just a random person that's got

(34:59):
caught up in the middle of this because Chicago refuses
to enforce the law, and they go on and on
complaining about how terribly it is that we had to
grab these kids. We had to set them to the side.
Some of the children were zip tied. You can say, oh,
that's terrible and traumatic, and I'm sure it was a
rough situation. I'm sure it was. I'm sure the kids
were very scared. These are the realities of what happens

(35:21):
when you make it difficult to enforce the law. We
could have just done this by Chicago saying no, we're
not a sanctuary city. If we find out you're an
illegal living here, we're gonna arrest you. But because instead
Chicago has said no, we're going to be a sanctuary city.
We're not going to cooperate. We're gonna make it difficult
for law enforcement. Rather than getting the kid gloves law enforcement,

(35:42):
you get the hard nose, because that's where we're at.
Chicago did this. You got to the point where you're
allowing these legal aliens to live amongst your citizens. So
now we have to inconvenience your citizens to enforce the law.
You did this, not us. These are the results of
what you decided to pursue as your policy. You made

(36:04):
this bad leftist Now you're gonna lie in it. They're
trying to trip up even Scott Jennings about this. They're
trying to get him to talk about how horrible and
evil it is that ice, would you know, detain these
children or inconvenience these children to enforce the law. Scott
Jennings correctly points out, no, this is your fault for

(36:25):
actually allowing these children to be in this position in
the first place. Take us and know this.

Speaker 11 (36:33):
That trenda ragua and games and whatever it's to catch
all to treat people, however you want to go in
there and shrek the constitution or whatever else it is that.

Speaker 7 (36:41):
You want to do.

Speaker 11 (36:42):
What I'm asking you is this. Do you think that
children should have been zip tied and pulled out in
an apartment complex and traumatized like that?

Speaker 7 (36:48):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (36:49):
Or no?

Speaker 7 (36:49):
I don't think children should be putting harms way by
transnational games.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
Answered the question yes or no?

Speaker 11 (36:54):
Do you think they're children?

Speaker 7 (36:56):
I don't accept the premise of your quest asking the
government where children are trenda arragua?

Speaker 11 (37:01):
Will calm now, real calm like the other ones put
in gentlemen and gentlemen. We have a responsibility for the
way we treat people with the power that we have
here in America, and we have a standard that we
should treat human life with and I'm asking you very
clearly concisely, should children be treated that way? The Scott

(37:21):
Jennings like that.

Speaker 7 (37:23):
I don't accept the premise of your question. I don't believe.
I don't believe. I don't believe that the premise of
your question is accurate. I would ask you back, should
children be allowed to live in an apartment building with
Trenda Arragua? Should the entire community of Chicago have to
live with trenday Ragua?

Speaker 2 (37:39):
Because they behind And Scott Jennings is exactly right. This
is the result of leftist policy. That's what inconvenienced those children,
That's what scared the crap out of those children. And
I think Scott Jennings is right. Children should not be
allowed to live with Trenday Arragua. And this could have

(37:59):
been a as simple as we arrest Trendy roguell before
they even get the chance to live with these children.
But because the left has refused to acknowledge the realities
of the situation, this is where we're at. It's not
our fault, it's your fault. And this is now the
best of a bunch of bad options. You could have
enforced the law at the beginning you didn't want to,
so this is where we're at. Anyway, that is all

(38:20):
I've got for us on this today. I mean, this
will continue, The raids will continue as they should, and
the left will continue to be mad about it.

Speaker 3 (38:26):
But hey, we have to enforce the law.

Speaker 2 (38:28):
We do. I want to thank you very much for
