for her extroverted son because it was an easy way
to set up playdates after feeling kind of awkward initiating
conversations with other parents. So the cards feature her contact details,

For so, I think it's situational. I mean you said
it as I was thinking it. If there is danger
that you perceive, you owe it to intervene and say something.
But I think in the other situations, you know, if
it's just your opinion, you need to keep that opinion
to yourself. But in this case, she brought her a
husband up and she initiated, So in that case she's

asking for your opinions, then absolutely, I think you should
give your opinion on what you think about it.

My thing is like give your opinion, but with some
like grace, because that girl was like, your husband's disgusting,
and I was like, wow, that's a lot.

So the question we're asking you is it okay to
tell a friend when their spouse is being cruddy or
not being great to you and just let him know, like, hey,
you deserve to be treated better.

If you notice that your guy friend had like a
creuddy wife and she's just not awesome and you know
that he deserves better, would you talk to him about it.

Yeah, honestly, I'd invite him over. We'd hang out, probably
have a beer and and and I'd just be like, hey, look,
you know, how are you doing? And then seg wazy,
how are you doing? Into this is what I think
be based off of everything, you know, because it's more
important about my guy friends than it is about their spouses.

And you know, you just have the kid glove it.
Sometimes I mean, tell them, but don't don't be a
wrecking ball in their marriage.

That's a great perspective because sometimes we think like, oh,
we got to stay out of people's marriages, but then
you have friends that end up in like not awesome
situations and they deserve better, and it's like maybe sometimes
they do need a little bit of an outside perspective
to break through because maybe they're feeling it, but they're
like am I crazy?

I don't know. Maybe it's everything's fine and I'm expecting
too much. So when a friend, yeah, when a friend
steps in and is like, you know what, like I've
been noticing this, and of course, like I get it,

you know, like you are a good person, and you
deserve a little bit better than that.

I think the important thing though with this, if you
do intervene, is don't make it about the spouse. Make
it about your friend. When you're describing the problems you
see in their relationship. Make it about, Hey, you're my friend,
You're not okay. This is why I think you're not okay.
