(05:21):
We can't wait until next weekend whenwe're gonna be down there at Homestead
Miami Speedway, our hometown track.I'm sure you guys are a loted going
on before the week even starts, right al Oh yeah, no absolutely,
we're everybody all hands on deck andwe're trying to put all the finishing touches
on the property. It looks fantastic. We're really excited. I mean,

(05:42):
Steve, you know how intensa competitionis on track. We want to make
sure we put our best foot forwardand are able to care for and provide
an excellent experience to all the folksthat join us from all over the state
and all over the country. Yeah, you still have tickets for the beach
party, right, Yeah, wecertainly do. And did we reserve a
paddleboard for you, Steve? Yeah, think I did. Might need one.

(06:03):
Uh, maybe two of them wouldbe good for me and Lisa because
if we both get on the samepaddleboard it might be a problem. So
yeah, two would be great.Yes, absolutely, they're water tricks kayaks.
We're ready for you man. Andguess what they're okay because I testro
one and it supported me. Though. You're you're you're good to go.
Hello, you guys, just don'tgive Steven Lisa the one that says Titanic.

(06:28):
Listen. I'm probably one of theonly guys that's been down to Lake
Lloyd and fish that thing over there. So Homestead, you're in the next
tund to fish that bad boy too. A lot going on before we get
to Homestead Miami Speedway next weekend,But tickets are still available, am I
right? Al? Oh, yes, absolutely, we uh you know they're
going fast, but yes, there'sgood seats available, and you know,
Homestead Mimmy Speedway dot Com. Thereyou go, or you could call eight

(06:50):
six six four oh nine race Andthanks to Allan his generosity, we asked
some tickets to give away today ontoday's show to both the double head of
the Trucks Series race and the ExpanitySeries race and the Cup Series races.
We'll put them together as a packageso you can head down to Miami with
the racing nuts and hang out withus, and we'll be there all weekend
long down a Homestead Miami Speedway.Do you guys still have the special box

(07:13):
seats and all that available or theysold out already. They'll get it close,
but no, we do have someseats available. The champions Club is
available. The Speedway Terrace, whichis our club levels also available. And
you know what, Steve, wetry to be very very inclusive, so
we have family four packs and getthis for a Cup race, we have
tickets starting at forty dollars, sovery affordable, very inclusive, and you

(07:36):
know the brand is Lush Miami.Think about being in the Keys or you
know, out in Captiva Island oron a cruise. You know, Palm
Tree swaying, very very easy. The competition on track is as intense as
it gets, because most people, including most of the drivers, identify this
as the most competitive mile and ahalf oval. So on track, super

(07:57):
intense on track, super relaxed, and a welcoming, wonderful, laid back
atmosphere. Now you know we've beengoing there. It's opened up and way
back in the nineties and we've beendoing live shows there every year since the
first race. Yeah, and youknow the place has changed. They've done
so many upgrades and it's just awonderful place to go see a race and

(08:18):
go. It's not just a race, it's the total experience with the midway
and all the stuff you got goingon there. What's the big big deal
this year at the Midway? Well, you know, we we try to
build on it, Steve, Sothe vision is to really celebrate the diversity
of South Florida, right right,So we have a tent set up.
It's, for example, it's likea slice of Key Largo, so a

(08:41):
lot of confiters and peel Andy trimpand rum runners. You know. Down
the road there's another one that's likea slice of Little Havana, so Cuban
sandwiches and a lot of Mohito's andrum and cokes, people playing dominoes and
cigars. So for some of thefolks the visit from out of state,
they don't have time to get downto the Little Havana or down to Key
Largo. They can experience that righthere at the track as a micro version

(09:03):
of what we have to offer inSouth Florida. And we're going to build
from there, you know. Soyeah, we're excited. We can't wait
to get there. And you know, I think it's really cool that the
Truck Series is gonna is gonna havetheir final four right there at Homestead.
So they'll go in there and Ithink only three guys are eligible, but
four guys are going to walk outof there, and one of those four
will be the champion at the lastrace of the season, and Homestead's going

(09:26):
to determine all that. That's awesome. Oh, it's fantastic. And you
know, you know the story NickSanchez, homegrown kid, young man,
grew up here at our goat karttrack, which we'll serve as preferred parking
for the NASCAR weekend. But Nickand his family, Nick enrolled in the
NASCAR Drive to Diversity program and turnthat into an ARCA Championship and now he's

(09:48):
one of the right. Now he'sabove the cut line as one of the
final four. But as you sawin Talladega, he dusted up with Matt
crafton so that's a really interesting storyline. But we claim him. He's one
of ours, and we're really reallyproud of America and what he's doing.
So I like Al said that weclaim them. Yeah, we claim them,
Hell, yes we do. Yeah, he claims us south South Florida

(10:09):
racing spirit, just like wil Chefsays, that's absolutely correct, sir,
and Al claims us from High Lispwayfrom way back in the day, and
we still keep coming around. Soit's great. You feel like you're at
home, even if you're not athome in Miami, but they make you
feel like that you're at home. It's a great place to watch a race,
and I love the variable banking. It's some good racing going on.

(10:31):
And I think with all the changesin doing the race at night for the
Cup Series race in the evening andwhere everything starts to cool down makes a
big difference. You know, thecar is set up one way, but
then the track's going to change, and these crew chiefs and teams are gonna
have to keep changing that car tomake the adjustment to be able to get
the victory. Land a Homestead. It's always a great racing out there at
Homestead. Might us Beway, Yeah, absolutely, Steve. You know,

(10:52):
for the gear has, the folksthat are really you know, there's a
lot of event covers and people arejust here partying and oh the blue car
went by or whatever. But forthe people that are really interested in their
gearheads, you know, what aunique challenge because there is no track like
this on the circuit. You know, there's many mile and a half trioval
that you know, are similar. This is so different than anything they race

(11:13):
on all year. It is quitequite an engineer, you know, it's
quite a challenge for the engineers andthe drivers. Typically what I hear is
they can either get the car workingwell in turns one and two, or
they can get the car working wellin turns three and four, But to
get a balance where it works wellon both sides is very, very very
difficult, you know. So I'mreally looking forward to seeing Kevin Harvick here
for the last time. He's alwaysrun very well here, won his championship

(11:37):
here, and you know, justso many great storylines. We're going to
be more excited. It's such atreat to be able to offer this up
to the community here in South Florida. The variable banking is one of the
things that makes it so tricky there, and it does see and like hal
said, they try to set theircar up or the truck up one corner
or the other. Let's the drivershave there is they have the variable degree

(12:01):
of banking where if the cars offjust a little bit, they'll move around
and you'll seem the whole race movearound, move around, move around till
they find a sweet spot, andthen they start to get getting it,
you know, passing a lot ofcars. And on top of that is
being able to enjoy the atmosphere ofmy speedway. It's an amazing thing.

(12:22):
Yes, it's a big fista. You know how we drag our wives and
our ladies over there to the trackend and the kids like I get Like
al Garcia was saying, you know, some people just watch the blue car
go buying, but man, there'sso much to do there. You will
not be bored. You will havea great time. It's the it's the
best track on the circuit if youask us and I believe it deserves to
have the championship back over there.I'm making called the NASCAR during the weekend.

(12:46):
We'll see what we can do aboutthat. All. Let me know,
Steve, I'm with you, youknow, but but but we are
grateful to host this race. Youknow that we have eight drivers digging for
four spots, or depending on whathappens in Vegas tomorrow, it could be
seven drivers if somebody clinches a berthin Las Vegas with a win. But
either way, we're gonna have atleast seven drivers big and hard for one

(13:09):
of the last three or four spots. So it's gonna be really exciting.
And and you know what what Ikind of equated to is the analogy was
sticking ball sports is kind of theAFC NFC championship weekend. Oftentimes it's more
exciting than the super Bowl itself,So that's what I'm going with. Those
college games are more exciting than thepro ones too. That's why I like

(13:30):
seeing the Truck Series, Nextenity Seriesworking their way up there and that nice
way. I love it. Ilove it. That's perfect, Yes,
sir. Nice win for AJ Almendingerlast week. Pretty emotional to see him
back in Victory Lane. Uh,Lisa and I were we were like excited
to see him back in victory Thenhe was crying, he was so happy
this weekend had. What was awesomeis he went into the state. Yeah,

(13:50):
he just went up in there withthe fans and stuff. We've seen
that before. And I know NickSanchez has actually found victory then the Homestead
in the past, hasn't he?Yes, And and you know, you
know how to get to Victory Lane. You know how to get back to
Victory Lane. It's one of thosethings. And so Homestead Miami Speedway.
I know we're going to bypass Vegas. We'll talk about Vegas in a few
minutes. But Lisa, who doyou think is going to take care of

(14:11):
business at Homestead? Yeah, comeon, you ain't got a pick yet.
No, not yet. I'll tellyou. I think it's gonna be
Denie Handlin. Again. He's gotmore boats than anybody out there, so
I think he needs another vote asArsenal. What do you think, big
Al? No, I'm not goingto go that route with him right now.

(14:33):
The four that got voted out orgot out of the playoff, and
we knew they were gonna miss thiswhole deal. They just dismal the race
before that. I'm looking at Kawlowski'sstill in this hunt here. No he's
not championship. Oh he's out too. Huh So okay, so I don't
know. I'm I'm gonna go RyanBlaney. That's a really good pick after

(14:56):
his Brian Blaney. I'm gonna picka Ford because Ford's always one good there.
Yes, they do Homestead Miami Speedway. Lisa the last chance to pick
somebody. I'm not sure yet.I need you know. Al Garcia is
the president week of Homestead Miami Speedway. And I gotta tell you how Lisa
cheats all year long. She'll sayI'll take a hander's car, or it's

(15:18):
the whole team. Yeah, shetakes the whole team. Ali, just
I put my money on one guy. I can take the whole time.
Well, look look at look atlook look at all the good decisions Lisa's
made her life, right. Seethat is one smart cookie. You got
there next to you, my man, you got you went out on a
limb on that one. But yeah, okay, so I know behind al

(15:46):
Garcia. Hey, if you guyswant to go to Homestead Miami Speedway call
eight six six four oh nine raceor go to Homestead Miami Speedway dot com

(16:30):

a little interview with us in personover there like you always do every year
with us on the racing Nutshot. How we really do appreciate everything the Homestead
Miami Speedway does for the show, and we appreciate your partnership with the show.
But who is gonna be your pickto win Homestead? Now a big

(16:53):
thunder? You know, success yereKyle Laws is also really good here,
but you know true X and Hamlinboth have had success. So the Gibbs
and Hendrick teams haven't figured out,you know. But my dark horse or
the fires is with Blaney and Ford. You know at your time, Legano

(17:15):
has run very well here, butit's part for Ryan to step up,
and I think this may be hisyear. There you go, and it
could happen, and it could changethe whole dimension of the whole thing right
there at Homestead Miami Speedway. Bethere in person, enjoy the race next

most importantly, the media, thefolks like yourself that put a spotlight on

No, that's what they're in lA, and we give it. We
give away. Not in LA.They're not going to use a pod.
I'm probably gonna call it the pitbuilding. I don't know, I don't

(28:03):
know. Just you know what,I think, that's just the most ridiculous
thing I ever heard. I gota question already. You can't say it
like that because you'll offend Jersey people. Okay, I thought, well,
anyway, how high is the bankingat Homestead Miami Speedway For a weekend pass
for two people to go to theExpinity Series race, Truck Series race and

(28:26):
a Cup Series race at Homestead MiamiSpeedway. The number is eight hundred and
seven two nine eight two five five. It was the highest part of the
banking at Homestead Miami Speedway. Yeah, we found we found this little skit.
Yeah, justig. This guy's nameis Louis Remi and he was on
ex with his skit do Lewis Reimi, and he was talking about car NASCAR

(28:49):
in America, So, uh,are you ready to run that for us
over there in mister Fabium maybe anythere? I want to hear this.
I got it just for you ifwe can get fab so much. I
told Steve we got to play it. If Fabian's on the phone that you
may miss things up, so listenman. Uh and doing so. When
Max verstapp And won that race athis championship, he broke Sebastian Medals record

(29:12):
of most laps most laps led ina single season. And he's still got
five races to go. And nowhe leads his teammate Sergio Perez by two
hundred points in Formula One, anduh, you know what, I don't
understand what he has is leaving hisoptions open whether to stay with Red Bull.
Look at Hamilton and bow Toss. They left, Yeah, they went

(29:33):
downhill. So why if you're beingyou know, you're you're so good and
you're yelling and you're winning, whychange? Well, I don't know,
and maybe something Well the start ofthat race was crazy with them them to
crashing like that too, definitely, and Fabian you there, car, I
guess he's off to the bathroom orsomething. He did. Formula one is

(29:56):
off this weekend. As they traveledto Oh there you go. Okay,
So I got this little comic redieclip here in me and Babyan's been working
on in the background. It's LouisRemi and we want to put this on
for big Al. You ready. The United States of America most powerful country
on this planet. And it's notbecause we have more money, we're better
looking. No, it's because wehave something in this country they don't have

(30:18):
in other countries. That's right.I'm talking about rednecks, good old boys
with an arsenal in their basement thathave been waiting for just such an occasion
since seventeen seventy five. Don't believeme. Foreign troops land in the South.
There'll be a line of pickup trucksand nascars heading down nine ninety five.

(30:44):
Marines will show up three hours later, nothing but beer cans and shotgun
shells. What the hell happened here? War's over? Baby, There you
go. A little comic relief forbig gas like that, that's what we
got. Rednecks, cousin nedwreck likethat. Cousin ned Recks is one who

(31:07):
showed it, tore the comic reliefin the middle of everything. IndyCar guy.
I guess these guys don't know theanswer to this, or maybe the
phone's not working again. Eight hundreduh seven nine eight two five five.

okay. And Tony Kanan is describedas the rookie orientation guy for guess who.
Kyle Larson was there too, andKyle Larson completed seventy two laps in
the rookie phases. Is he gonnado the doubleheader? Yes, he's gonna
do the double header. And he'sactually very efficient. Okay, he went,

(32:43):
he went. Actually he's only supposedto do like two hundred and ten.
He did two hundred and seventeen milesan hour and he achieved a top
speed of two seventeen. Like Isaid, he did a really great job.
He said that being fast was notthe hard part. Slowing down through
the curves was the hard part. And Cannon told him just relax a little
bit. You know, there's twentyfive things on the steering wheel that you

(33:05):
could push, buttons and everything.Just don't don't even worry about all that
and just go out there and driveand have a good time. There's too
many things, too many buttons, too many of this and that. And
he said, we'll worry about thatback in April the next year. When
we get back behind the car.You got to think about a big out.
There's twenty five buttons. Then youhave to wait jack or the front
bar, the rear bar. It'sa tremendous amount of stuff for one driver
to analyze it at the same time. Right, Oh, sure it is.

(33:28):
It's it's really hard. So Larsondid out there. I think he
did pretty good. Two hundred andseventeen miles an hour. That that'll get
him into the race, right.Uh. I thought they were a little
faster left they are, but stillat the first time ever getting in an
Indy car. You know, afterwinning the championship on Wednesday night, I
believe it was, he went outthere and still took care of business.
Uh, that's pretty good. Imean, he went out there and won

(33:51):
what was it at Lincoln Park Raceaway the sprint car championship, and then
he comes there on Thursday and startsa Wednesday and starts racing around in That's
that's pretty intense. Well, youknow, you know two seventeen is a
good start, and it's a benchmarkfor him. You know that he's going
to go faster. Yeah, hesays, when you're running, you're running

(34:13):
more throttle, it's kind of easy. But slowing down through the turns and
knowing when you hit your march andwhen to slow down through those turns,
that was the difficult part, iswhat he was saying. But Kyle Larson
ready to run the Daily Double nextyear, he'll be running the Indy five
hundred. And another thing is Indianapoliswhen the Cup Series goes there, they're
going to run the original track. They're not going to run that stupid road
course again. So get a waitfor Indy next year is going to be

other car's lane and smashed them, and they both smashed on the other side
of the lane over two hundred fiftymiles an hour. It was crazy.

(35:20):
If you get a chance to goto NHIRA dot com and look at that
little crash they had there, hardto you barely ever see big crashes like
that either as just one driver oryou know, you hardly ever see two
of them at the same time getinto each other. At over two hundred

action. Lord all right, who'dyou expect, budds, Buddy, Welcome
back to the Racing Nuts Show.I'm Steve. I got somebody on hold
the windows tickets to Homestead Miami Speedway. Who do I have? Babn uh?

(39:27):
Hello you there, sir, giveus your name. Hello, h
Steve, Hey Steve. This isSteve and the Racing Nuts. A.
It's a simple question. Okay, how high is the banking a Homestead Miami
Speedway? I cool do this ateighteen to twenty degrees? Well, I
think you got it. You didsee the difference between Homestead and every other

(39:51):
track on the circuit. It's it'svariable banking. It goes from eighteen to
nineteen to twenty, so you didanswer the question correct. Hey, congratulations,
you're going to Homestead Miami's way.Who's your favorite pick to win at
Homestead? Oh? I will belike Lisa, say, all, what'd
you say? Martin Martin Truex, the guy that that's in the points?

(40:17):
And really I don't understand how he'sin the points when it is his best
finished in the last five races isfifteenth. So you got a big stretch
right there with Martin Truex. Okay, the last five races, he hasn't
finished higher than fifteenth place. Steve, hold on a second, we'll get
your information. We got some moretickets to give away. We've got to
clear the phone lines. The phonelines have been getting crammed. Sorry,
all you guys haven't been able toget through, But thanks for listening to

(40:38):
the racing that Steve will see youat Homestead Miami's Steve, where are you
from? What city are you from? Pembroke Pie Homestead? Real easy?
Hey, big, I got anotherquestion here now for the newt caller.
And if you guys don't get through, and the only reason you're not getting

(40:59):
through is because the lines are gettingcrammed. Okay, I'm gonna give you
two different numbers. One doesn't seemto be working by so I'll just give
you the eight inter number, eighthundred seven two nine eight two five five
seven. I did call the fouroh seven. That didn't seem to work
out very well. So we're gonnasee if we can't make sure that we'll
get both of about okay, fouroh seven nine one six eight two five
five. We're getting crammed with phonecalls for the Homestead tickets. I understand

(41:21):
four oh seven nine one six eighttwo five five or eight hundred seven two
nine eight two five five went HomesteadMiami Speedway was originally modeled. What track
was it modeled after? When HomesteadMiami Speedway was originally modeled, What track
was it modeled after? Four pairof tickets to the Xtinity and Truck Series
double header on Saturday and the CupSeries races on Sunday down the step Miami

(41:44):
Speedway next week, and if youdon't make it to the race on Saturday
the double header, come out outto David Busters in Hollywood where the racing
nuts will be and doing a liveshow from eleven to twelve lit Trucks.
Carson hosts of Our Right joined SpireMotorsports with a multi yee Carson colceiver.
Okay, there, that's good. That's good, and he will clinch next

(42:07):
weekend with thirty three points at HomesteadMiami Speedway. VI does good in the
Truck Series race next weekend, he'llbe racing in the Cup Series. I
think next year all season long, really cool for him. The Truck Series
playoff points standings after Talladegas, CoreyHine, Carson, Hostiaver, Christian X,
Nick Sanchez, those are the topfour. Now, these four would
miss if they didn't get themselves inthere by a win. Grant and Finger,

(42:28):
beren Rose time of Justin and ZaneSmith. You believe Zane Smith would
miss the playoffs if he did lastyear's champion woul missed the playoffs if he
did not win a race if hedoes not win a race. So yeah,
and Majeski was in that battle forthe playoff last year too, and
he's another one that missed. Yeah, you know it's crazy, but the
only guy who's warned his way inthere to get into the final four is

(42:50):
Corey him who were in the spotwhen it win in Bristol. So these
truck drivers are going to be headedinto Homestead Miami Speedway. Eight of them
are going to head in there.Only four will be able to be champion
when they finish the season at PhoenixHolmest that Miami Speedboy's the next race for
the Truck Series at one o'clock nextSaturday. Expanity Series race last weekend at
the Charlotte rob Sam Mayor comes upand gets himself a win and gets himself

(43:15):
in and it seems that Sam Mayoris really one of those guys, is
kind of like aj Allmendinger when itcomes to these, uh these road course
races. And he's done really good. I believe he's won four of the
last row U road course races andhe's done a great job. That Sam
Mayor pretty good year. He's punchedhis card, it looks like to get
himself into the final four. Andthe standings after he hasn't punched his card

(43:38):
yet, hold on a minute.Standings after the rollbo last weekend, John
Henningman checks in front of Austin Hill, justin Aldau and Sam Mayor he's in
fourth right now, he's right twentytwenty right the truck Champ Allen ex spanity.
Shildon Creed discusses departure from Richard ChildersRacing. There's a new opportunity,

(43:59):
he says. He not only isdiscussing it, but he made an announcement
on Wednesday. He will not beback at Richard Children's Racing next season,
and it seems he's taking his wheelIn Camaro sponsor with him for next season,
number two Wheeling Chevrolet. It won'tbe the number two Wheeling, it
will be number two Chevrolet because itlooks like Wheeling's going with him. So

(44:22):
A j Almendinger is not gonna berunning in the Cup Series next week,
even though he won the race lastweek at the Rovo. You guys believe
that you win yourself a race andthey tell you you're gonna be racing his
fanity next year. But yeah, what would make them do that? I
don't know. That's kind of crazy, right, Yeah, it's just unless
they come to terms with something andsay, Okay, you're just gonna do

(44:45):
this for us, you know whatI'm saying. Well, Aj said he
prefer to stay in the Cup,but he does whatever he has to do
because he's actually a team player fork Loud Racing. So That's that's what
I'm getting at. I mean thatthey had to come to some sort of
terms, you know what I mean, maybe they've got another sponsor or another
shoe uh to sit in that seatthere. That's going to help bring the
team some more. The narrow inthe company to keep them moving forward.

(45:07):
Keeps happening all the time. Eighthundred seven to nine eight two five five,
eight hundred seven to nine eight twofive five Keep calling guys because of
the phones, they're kind of jammedup. We gotta get somebody in here
who actually uh knows the answer tothe question. The question is what track
was Homestead Miami Speedway originally originally designedafter it used to be it used to

(45:30):
be super fun. Oh yeah, for that Stewart on who's Onny Stewart was
so good at it. He lappeda complete field in one race. I
mean he was the only guy inthe lead lap when he won the race.
And yeah, he was used toracing at a track like that track.
No, Lisa says, Kansas, and it's not Kansas because after so

(45:51):
no at that backwards? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. So the numbers
eight hundred seven to nine eight two, eight hundred seven two nine eight two
is like a pirate's dream. Anduh flat is the word flat? What
was Homestead Miami Speedway actually designed afterit was flat? And speaking of a

(46:13):
Homestead Miami speed I'll give you guysanother question, Okay, eight hundred and
seven two nine eight two five fivefor the same exact day, the four
seven number or the four oh sevennine one six eight two five five?
Who won the first Cup Series raceat Homestead Miami speed Who won the first
Cup Series race at Homestead Miami Speedwayeight hundred seven two nine eight two five
five Saturday and Sunday a pair oftickets to each for next weekend's race down

(46:37):
at Homestead. And I don't believehe's an active driver anymore. No,
he is not an active driver. There goes a hek from Big Al who
won the first race down a HomesteadMiami Speedway. The racing nuts were there.
We took eighty four rolls of filmand what was Yeah, we got
all this is how long ago itwas. And I don't think it was.
I don't think it was a bluecar with a forty three on it

(46:58):
either. Okay, give me whois a Fabian? Fabian name? Hello
on one day. We gotta gethim out. All righty my god,
what's your name? Hey? Thisis Rex? Hey Rex, how you
doing? Welcome to the racing thatshow? Which question are you going to
answer? The track that Ontario wasmodeled, that Homestead was modeled after,

(47:22):
and I know it was modeled afterOntario and California. It was not modeled
after I don't think so. No, I can't believe. No, no,
no, it was not. Okay, Lisa's is softie and she said
you'd give you the ticket, saidwe're having phone problems. It was actually
modeled after the Indianapolis Motorsco. Therewas a flat last flat four cornered.

(47:45):
It was Yes, it was actuallymodeled after that. And who was the
first? I got another question? So hold on a minute. Okay,
we're gonna get your information. Westill have one more question to give away
another pair of tickets for Saturday andSunday. But congratulations, because Lisa's Lisa's
a softie and we've had phone problem. Where are you from, rep I'm
in Tityus, Sol, Florida.Tyler, thank you take your way down

(48:08):
to South Florida and go enjoy thedoubleheader on Saturday, the Truth Race and
the X Sanity Race and the Cups. We're racing Henry County on Saturday,
so I'm gonna stay over and goto the race on Sunday. Okay,
so then you can make it.Make it down to David Busters on Saturday
morning. Come and promote the trackout there. Promote the track. We'll
look you up with the racing.Okay, come on, buy and solo.

(48:29):
Yeah, we got those racing stickerstoo. All right, hold on
a minute, Rex, we'll getyour information from you another. The other
question is for eight hundred and seventwo nine eight two five five, who
won the first NASCAR Series Cup raceat Homestead Miami Speedway. The guy was
dominant out there at Homestead when itwas flat like Indianapolis. It was great.
I got a question for you guysnow. I know we're getting short
on time right now. The numberseight hundred and seven to nine, eight

(48:51):
two five five and then four ohseven nine one six eight two five five.
Should Martin Druex Junior uh still bealive in this Champapionship race. Isn't
it real kind of ridiculous to seehim in their consistent, consistently bad Lisa,
Here's true ex his last finishes sincethe postseason began. Let me ask
you a questions, Steve, where'she? Where's he? In points at?

(49:12):
I can tell you that in asecond. I can't believe Bubba Wallace
is in there until he's like lastright, dumped it out. No,
Bubba Wallas isn't in the last four? Yeah right now? True isn't eighth?
Okay? True is an eighth.Okay he is? Actually yeah,
he's three. He's just not doingtoo good. I'm going to give you
the finishes that he's done since thepostseason began. He finished eighteenth, thirty,

(49:36):
sixth, nineteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, and twenty since the championship has
started. That is horrible. Hehas an average finish of nineteen point five
in the Why is he inside thetop eight in the center of the field
hasn't? No, No, it'sthese bonus points they keep giving for these
these uh stage wins. He keepsgiving these bonus points. And I'll tell

(50:00):
you, no other sport in thewhole country does that, you know,
No, But see and I saidthat, like I told Marianne. I
told my wife, I says, you know, if Ross would have just
had a few stage wins right,he would have never been in that predicament.
So it doesn't make a lot ofsense for TRUEX to be in there
right now. It's kind of stranger. I think maybe nascarney that a lot
of people are complaining because TRUEX reallyis a nineteen point final. Well,

(50:22):
then getting rid of the stage winpoints and then all this won't happen,
you know, maybe give it tothe top three guys or something like that.
I don't know, Steve, youdon't know what the answer is.
Our buddy Matt Kansas is joining LegacyMotor Club and that I sawhim by Jimmy
Johnson and that, and so he'sgoing to be a competitive advisor for your
organization starting next year for the driversof Eric Jones and John Hunter Evecheck.

(50:44):
I think that's great to have somebodyMatt kansis out there at the track every
week and teaching these guys a littlebit about how what it takes to get
into a victory lane. Plus thewhole team is transitioning over to Toyota in
twenty twenty. Yeah, and wemet Matt Keansion. He's a tight slip
son of a gun. I mean, he doesn't talk about a lot of
time, secrets straight down the middleall the time with him, He's not

(51:06):
gonna tell his secrets. Okay.Eight hundred seven two nine eight two five
five eight hundred seven two nine eighttwo fivey five for a pair of tickets
to the doubleheader on Saturday the nextSaturday, the twenty first, and a
par of tickets to the Cup Seriesrace at Homestead Miami Speedway Sunday. Okay,
who won the first NASCAR Cup Seriesrace at Homestead Miami Speedway. The
first call to call me and letme know. I'll hook you up at

(51:28):

(52:36):

Big Alice is second. Denny HamlinMy pick is the third, Christopher Bell,
fourth, Chris Busher, Tyler,Reddick, Kyle Larson, Martin Druex

(52:57):
with three wins is all the wayat the bottom of that list. But
hey, who's your pick for thisweekend's race in Vegas? Big album?
My pick for this raceing in Vegas. That's what I'm going to tell you
that it's gonna be Kyle Busch.Kyle Busch. You know, he's probably
mad about not making it into theplayoffs and getting eliminated last weekend at least,
so you don't need struggles here. But I think he's gonna pull one

(53:21):
off. He has the most winsof any other Cup driver in Vegas.
Uh, I was gonna take heis the guy for Vegas and that's a
great big I'll take it with you. Guys. All three of us can
agree that Kyle Busch is going towin this race this weekend in Vegas,
and we'll all stick with that. And I think Fabian just chimed in,
Yes, he's gonna go ahead andtake Kyle Busch too. That's four of
us. Okay, four of usare taking Kyle Busch for this win this
