Speaker 1 (00:47):
That's all right.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
Lizzie Hale is going to be on with a big
famous cover that she did with a runner up of
American Idol. Yes, you sh'd say so. That's coming up
later on in the show. But who are we starting
offire under the Covers atisode with Brandon?
Speaker 4 (01:01):
Yes, from her tiny ep I guess we'll say it's
two tracks. It's called Songs from my Dad's record collection.
We featured one of these tracks here before Under the
Covers episode. This is Angie Ripe with her rendition of
Love My Way by the Psychedelic Furs. It's the Under
the Covers episode again, Angie Wright, Love my Way on
(01:23):
the local show The River ninety seven three.
Speaker 5 (01:31):
Listen on the dance flow. It's a fashion with a
gun in the room with the door, a kisses note.
Speaker 6 (02:00):
With my goals.
Speaker 7 (02:02):
Let us all the railroad. They didn't make us pat
a laughing in their face, sails and making get away.
There's emptyness behind the eyes, there's that's all in their hearts.
(02:24):
They just want to steal us all and take us
all apart.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
Not in.
Speaker 8 (02:33):
Love My Away. It's a new world. I fall where
my mind go.
Speaker 9 (03:01):
So so all your tears, my love and put on.
Speaker 6 (03:05):
Your new face ace.

You can never holdin.
Speaker 7 (03:11):
On loose if you don't run the race.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
Yeah, The River ninety seventy three, it's the local show.
(04:49):
It's our under the Covers episode. That's Angie Wright with
her version of Psychedelic First. Love my Way sounds great too,
so h So recently I just did a set with
my this band that I've in van worsing with basically
Solar Federation without Julie Schreiber, but with Mike Washkevich on
(05:12):
bass and high vocals. We have Mike Bits on keyboards
and vocals, Fveg Herb on drums, and Eric Worsing on guitar.
We're doing a van Halen tribute of David Lee Roth
Era van Halen. We just played Vedi July and it
was so much fun. Everybody agreed We're gonna do it again.
Nice mean, I mean more shows open to the public, potentially,
(05:33):
hopefully we will, maybe even before the end of the year.
I'm hoping we do at least one show somewhere before
the year is over.
Speaker 4 (05:41):
I like the name to see it's got a van
helsing vibe.
Speaker 11 (05:45):
You know.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
Obviously Worsing is the is playing van Halen, so I
like it, but I still suggested Van Hale Glenn.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Van Hale Glenn.
Speaker 8 (05:56):
No.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
But yeah, I know you wanted to feature one of
our like her songs on the air. I don't think
the other guys would have. Maybe they might have been
okay with it, but I'd rather get something a little
more quality recorded, I think than coming soon right, Yeah,
from one of our songs from Faji July. I think
Michael Wasshkovitch can make it sound awesome, and we'll play
that on a future episode of Under the Covers.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Look forward to a local show maybe if we get
a show on the books.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
Who's up next? Up next to CPM A nominee Brendan Starr.

with As Glenn was teasing here, someone who was a
runner up, I think he got what third or fourth place?
I think it was something like that. He didn't win
he should have, I think, yep. And it was probably
(25:44):
better for him that he didn't win. He wasn't tied
into the contract and he was able to do his
own thing for sure. And that man we're talking about
is Chris Dawtry, lead singer of the band Dawtry. And
