Speaker 1 (00:00):
Bryan James Comer is like the big bad wolf.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
All he does is bark or basically blow. He is worthless.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
He did nothing about the Biden crime family except bark
for the last two years. And oh we got two
hundred lcs where money leads to nowhere and we got
no businesses.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Guy's full of it.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
And that leads you to the guest host for today
mystery solved that yours truly, Ryan Schuling. Happy to be here.
I was just here a couple of weeks ago. What
is this guy doing? Michael Danger Brown just leaving Willie Nilly?
Speaker 5 (00:34):
Now?
Speaker 4 (00:34):
Is he Johnny Carson Jay Leno fills in like four
out of five days a week, dragging.
Speaker 6 (00:39):
Long story short, He's just dealing with some family stuff.
Speaker 4 (00:42):
Yeah, don't mean to make light if it's like stuff
that's going on, But I mean, come on, the people
expect Michael Brown when they wake up and they hear
me completely agree and they're like, I don't like this guy.
If I wanted to listen to him, I would tune
in it too, and I don't because I don't like him.
I mean, that's what people are thinking right now. I understand.
Speaker 7 (01:00):
I empathize with all of you strong opinions that I
like that do I though, I mean maybe in some things,
I guess I just think I'm trying to put some
common sense out into the ether.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Believe you me.
Speaker 4 (01:12):
When we get to this one story locally, you'll hear it.
But just to follow up on the point that was
just made about James Comer by the Talkbacker, I couldn't
agree Mark, because here's what Comer had to say, now
that the autopen scandal has erupted once again, there was
a select few.
Speaker 8 (01:30):
And when I say a select few, Jason I'm talking
about I can count them on one hand that we're
calling the shots. There's no evidence thus far that's emerged
that Joe Biden knew anything about who was using the
autopen or the process involved in authorizing the use of
the outipin.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
We're going to continue.
Speaker 8 (01:51):
We've got more names to bring in for depositions.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Obviously, we're going to get to the.
Speaker 8 (01:56):
Ron claims, and maybe I or maybe there'll be people
in the Biden face immediate family that'll be implicated in this.
We're gonna bring them all in and we're gonna get
the truth to American people.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
And if Joe Biden's name.
Speaker 9 (02:07):
Was forged on these executive orders.
Speaker 2 (02:10):
And these pardons.
Speaker 8 (02:12):
Then those executive orders and pardons are gonna face a tough.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Future in a court of law.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
Shaw and monkeys might fly out of my butt Wayne's
world style. Yeah, I mean to the Talkbacker's point, we've
seen this song and dance before from Comber and the
House Republicans. This is all a dog and pony show.
It doesn't lead to anything. Well, we might do this,
and this might happen, and some shine of rainbows might happen.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
There might be a pot of gold at the end
of the rainbow. Unicorns, my little pony.
Speaker 4 (02:43):
Oh that brings us full circle on the show culture
of the situation with Michael Brown.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
There's a whole plot point around that.
Speaker 4 (02:52):
I don't know what to tell all of you out
there that are cynical. Rightfully about the House Republican there's
no teeth to this. You're exactly right. This isn't going anywhere.
There will be no consequences. This is why personally I've
been so worked up over the Epstein files, because I
(03:13):
feel like I'm on crazy pills Zoolander style.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
I'm siding with Rocanna.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
And to a degree, albeit he is not intellectually honest.
King jeffries In wanting to release these and the House
Republicans just blocked that to what end? For what purpose?
I'm not about party lines here on this issue. This
is something that Donald Trump campaigned on, that we were
promised that, at least in part, we voted for.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Because what do we vote for?
Speaker 4 (03:42):
Transparency within the deep state, exposing the corruption and bringing
it to an end under the leadership of Cash Patel,
Dan Bongino, Pam bondis Ag. But now we're getting more
of the same, just a different shade of the same color. No,
not acceptable. Another thing that's not acceptable. Believe me, you
(04:03):
can text all of your opinions. We'll get to those
throughout today's program. Fifty six six ninety Do I have
that right in the archival memory banks of my computer
brain for our text?
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (04:15):
No, three three one zero three. Dang it, I forgot
to send that over to you.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Yeah, you know, I'm useless.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
I I think I have it from when you sent
to me last time, because it's entitled this, because I'm
sure you'll ask yep, this is from last time, So
I'll tune into that channel. But we're gonna have some
guests actually on today's program. No, that's anathema to Michael
Brown's usual listening experience. But this is important, Daniel Jorinsky,
(04:44):
if you want to come back around during the nine
o'clock hour, she'll be joining us. But in case you're
not around for that, you're up early, riser. You're getting
your day started when I'm usually in bed until eleven
o'clock on my futon, as Michael Brown likes to describe
true fact check True.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
It's changed soon, though, right, isn't it. What are you
talking about?
Speaker 6 (05:04):
Well, your your fiance isn't gonna be on the foton.
What's higher standard than just a futon.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
There's a lot of backstory behind that.
Speaker 4 (05:12):
But yes, correct, you're right, there'll be no futon in
that U in that arrangement. But looking forward now on
this story, you're not gonna believe this, but it's true.
Entitled Colorado Demda will be recalled for moving to dismissed
charges against transsex offender accused of trying to kidnap boy.
(05:33):
I know that sounds like a mad Lib's gone wrong.
Had too much to drink college dorm, you know what
I'm talking about? Gen xers, mad libs. You fill them out,
that's what you got. No, this is true. Daniel Durinsky
is leading this effort, and the story reads as follows
this from the New York Post, Jenny Taire reading it,
We're an embarrassment here. A Democratic prosecutor in Colorado will
(05:55):
be recalled for moving to dismissed charges against a transgender
sex offender to trying to kidnap a boy from a schoolyard,
a local politician told the Post on Monday, and that
was Danielle Jerensky in the interim. Dragon, You've seen a photo,
a mudshot of this perpetrator, Solomon Gallaghan.
Speaker 6 (06:12):
Your reaction that man has never said no to a drug.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
Ever, obviously ill, but obviously committed this act of attempted kidnapping.
It was captured on video. And I'm not going to
let this slide again. Much like Daniel Jorensky, we're not
hiding behind O prosecutors in the eighteenth judicialist. No, no, no, no.
This is Amy Padden by name, first and last, And
(06:38):
if that name sounds familiar, here's why. Caitlin Weaver, in
her early twenties eradicated on a roadway by a fifteen
year old illegal alien who had commandeered his mother's vehicle.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
Without her permission.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
Stolen, stolen, Well, it's his mother's vehicle, don't care, he
stole it from his mother, that's true. Driving ninety miles
per hour in a forty five with little ones in
the back broadsides Caitlin Weaver kills her, and then Amy
Padden decides because her principles, her lawn sign that says,
(07:15):
in this house, no human is illegal. That trumps all,
including the lives and the well being and the safety
of the citizens she was elected.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
To protect with law and order.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Nope, we can't afford to have this illegal alien fifteen
years of age deported in his family along with it,
which had ended up happening, by the way, because a
national spotlight was shined upon this story. But for Amy
Padden's actions, this would have gone with a relative slap
on the wrist in probation only because she did not
(07:50):
want to draw attention of Ice for deportation purposes. That's
the focus, that's the priority of Amy Padden in the.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
Eighteenth Judicial District.
Speaker 4 (08:00):
If you live there as I do, whether that be
Aurora or we hear about this particular school with its kidnapping.
Attempted kidnapping took place black Forest Hills Elementary School in
Aurora back in April twenty twenty four. Danielle Jerinsky again
will join us to start the nine o'clock hour, and
she says the following to The New York Post that
(08:22):
an effort to recall Padden quote is well under way
and will begin this week, and she ensured that it
will be successful. They got to gather signatures. We'll talk
more about that with her later, continuing with her quote, Jirinsky,
the conduct of the Eighteenth Day over the past six
months is beyond deplorable. This is simply the icing on
the cake. The progressive attitude will not be tolerated. While
(08:45):
certain state laws highlight deeper issues in the state of Colorado.
Amy Padden will be recalled for her part in not
upholding the laws and punishing criminals. This was boggling the mind,
the legal mind, I might add of one Dan Kaplis yesterday,
so much so that we called in the former district
attorney of the eighteenth prior to John Kellner, it was
(09:07):
George Brockler. You go from Brockler to Kellner and then Unfortunately,
the following happened. They cleaved off a new judicial district
for Douglas County in the twenty third, and that's where
George Brockler currently resides as DA. And for those of
you that live in Douglas County with him as your prosecutor,
as your district attorney, and.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
With Darren Weakley as your sheriff, God love you.
Speaker 4 (09:30):
You are blessed and never take a day for granted
with those two on the watch. But what that did
was it took any semblance of a chance that a Republican,
that a law and order Republican could be district attorney
in the eighteenth and turned it blue, much like its corresponding,
nearly geographically speaking sixth Congressional district, in which Jason Crowe,
(09:54):
that guy recently defeated my good friend John Fabricatory, who
would have been a fabulos congressman. A rapah Hole County
is a cesspool now. A rapah Hole County used to
be exactly where you would want to live in suburban Denver.
No more, and not with this person in charge. This
is madness here is George Brockler.
Speaker 10 (10:17):
Yeah, it's a super troubling one. And keep in mind that.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
Before this person went to try to go kidnap this
young boy, it was already a registered sex offender. Now
that can only happen if you've been convicted of a
prior sex offense. And so somehow this person navigated the
legal waters in order to become a registered sex defender,
but now is incompetent to stand trial. There was a
change in the law as recently as I think it
(10:42):
was twenty twenty four. And remember this is the Dems
in charge who books this thing through, and they change
the law significantly so that I'll give you an example
on all second class misdemeanors and below, and that includes
some pretty serious misdemeanors, some domestic violence, some lower level
child abuse, stapped all this other. If you get a
report back from the state hospital it says that this
(11:03):
person is incompetent, the DA must immediately dismiss the case
against that person and just send him right back out
into the community. If in the felony like this, you
have a longer period of time to challenge this. But
at the end of the day, the idea is that
you're going to end up having to dismiss cases against
(11:24):
people who are called incompetent and unlikely to be restorable
in the foreseeable future. None of those terms except restorable
are defined. So what's the foreseeable future. Nobody knows, It's
just whatever. And so you have a growing number of
these defense attorneys who see this is the out, this
is the way you pursue right.
Speaker 4 (11:44):
And if you think that's crazy, take a listen to
what George Brockler understands to be the case in this
instance regarding the mental competency of Solomon Gallaghan, this madman
to stand trial.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
And I think the real question on this case, and
it's something that I hope the eighteenth answers, is when
this guy was sent down to the state hospital, did
the state hospital say he.
Speaker 10 (12:10):
Was incompetent or he was competent?
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Because my understanding from what I have heard, is that
the state hospital found him to be competent, which means
that the you know, which means that the only and
if I'm wrong, someone can correct me, but that means
the only recourse under that circumstance is the defense under
the statue can then say, hey, we'd like to find
and pay for our own competency evaluation. And so they
(12:38):
if that's true that the state hospital found him to.
Speaker 10 (12:40):
Be competent, it means that.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
Someone else was hired by the defense to shrink this
guy and came back and said, nope, he's incompetent and
unlikely to be restorable. Well, that should have led to
in my opinion, that would have led to a hearing. Yeah,
like some kind of a hearing where you battle over competence, right,
and this is the kind of thing These things get
worked out. But it looks like if that's true, whatever
(13:04):
that second report from that separately hunted foreign sound psychiatrist,
the DA's office took that and said, oh no, no,
we like that better than the.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
State hospital opinions.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
And so there needs to be more digging into this
because it's super concerning. But at the end of the day,
the law has been set up by the Democrats to
put these people back out onto the street without any
protections for us. There's one civil piece that could exist here.
Now it's possible that civilly, you could go through probate.
(13:35):
The city or the county could go through probate and
try to get this guy.
Speaker 10 (13:38):
Committed until such time at least.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
As the maximum sentence could be served. Or they could
that patually be scored, but.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
There's no quali, there's no requirement for that.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
And to put in short form what George Brockler just said,
the defense want shrink shopping and they found one that
would determine the Gallagan was mentally incompetent to stand trial
in the face of a state evaluation that said that
he was. And the eighteenth Judicial District, led by da
Amy Padden, just took that and accepted it. In competist
(14:13):
stand Trump where got to drop the charges? You know
who doesn't want to being handled this way? This man's
own family. The suspected Sexyphy is a sex offender in
Pueblo County. His older sister, Sarah Gallaghan, told nine News
in April twenty twenty four that her brother has been
in and out of jail for twelve years and that
(14:34):
it's not safe for the community or himself for him
to be out on the streets. This is his own sister.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
She said.
Speaker 4 (14:44):
Her sibling, who was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
when he was sixteen, was deemed unfit to stand trial
in previous instances and was not institutionalized because of a
shortage of beds in mental health centers. She said the
following quo quote, it just really sucks he had to
do something so eye catching, this attempt at kidnapping, for
(15:06):
everybody to see. He's not well and he's not okay
to be out and be out on his own. His
own niece Amanda Morris says, quote, this has been like
the fourth time that we're sitting here thinking, how the
hell did he get released? Who's letting him out? Amy
Padden is letting him out against the wishes of his
own family members. This man belongs in an institution of
(15:26):
some sort. He is not fit for society, and yet
bye bye, there he goes because of Amy Padden.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
A time out. We're back with more situation without Michael Brown.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Brian's observation about us not liking him a spot on,
but he's not.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
The worst.
Speaker 4 (15:44):
Damning with faint praise we call that Ryan schuling in
for Michael Brown.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Appreciate that talk. Backer.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
You can do the same on the iHeart app appreciate
you sending in your texts as well. They are coming
in fast and furious on our topic in the previous segment,
and again you can send those along as well. And
we'll read those aloud on this program throughout today's show. Again,
coming up later today, we'll have Danielle Jorinsky joining us.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
She is calling for the.
Speaker 4 (16:13):
Recall of Amy padd in the eighteenth Judicial District. And
your text will get to in just a little bit
at thirty three one o three. Our next guest, you
can follow on X at Rep. Fine and here's just
a sampling of what he's been up to in Congress
representing the sixth District in Florida.
Speaker 3 (16:31):
Your reaction to these rioters literally holding the flag of
a foreign country while they attack, literally attacked federal agents
on American soil.
Speaker 9 (16:44):
Well, thanks for having me. I've introduced a bill with
Brandon gil that would hold those people accountable as if
they were harboring illegal immigrants. If you do this behavior,
you should be rounded up and you should put in jail.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
They shouldn't just.
Speaker 9 (16:56):
Be taking into custody the illegal immigrants, they should be
taking in see the ones that are protecting them.
Speaker 4 (17:01):
Representative Randy Fine joining us. Representative Fine, thank you so
much for taking the time this morning.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
My pleasure.
Speaker 10 (17:08):
Thanks for having me.
Speaker 4 (17:09):
Now, the big beautiful bill and what we're looking forward
to when it comes to border security and the funding
of wall. What does this do once it kicks into action.
Why was it so important to pass through the House.
Speaker 11 (17:19):
In the Senate, we have to remember that for decades,
Democrats have told us that the only way we could
have border security, the only way we could have a wall,
the only way we could stop more illegals coming was
if we gave amnesty to all the ones who are
already here. And thanks to President Trump and Gave Evans,
who's one of my colleagues here in the House, we
said no.
Speaker 10 (17:40):
And when we passed the.
Speaker 11 (17:41):
One Big Beautiful Bill, we have locked down the border.
The wall will be built, we have dramatically increased funding
for book customs and border protection and ice, and we're
going to get all these people out of here. And
that's going to have huge positive effects on regular Americans.
People's car insurance will go down, housing prices will go down,
what we spend on healthcare will go down, well, we
(18:01):
spent on education go down because the illegal immigrants are
a huge suck on our expenditures in the economy. And
so that's why Gabe Evans and I were excited to
vote for the One to Beautiful.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
Bill and Gabe Evans, of course, representing Colorado's eighth Congressional district.
Many of you listeners in this audience are proud to
call him your representative. And Randy Fine representing the fine
people of the sixth Congressional District in Florida. Assuming that
a position from Mike Waltz, who vacated for the Trump
administration at least early on. Congressman Fine, I wanted you
(18:32):
to respond to Tom Holman in this exchange along these
lines on this topic with CNN's Dana Bash and again
it's just a matter of priorities here and putting American
citizens first, something I think is lost on the CNN anchor.
Speaker 5 (18:45):
He just said that there are called collateral arrests and
that is sparking fear in communities where people are again
scared to go out. So I guess my question is
do you have passion for those people who are seeing
what's going on, hearing you speak, seeing what's happening in
(19:06):
their neighborhoods, shouldn't have any concern, but do just because of.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
The reality, Dana.
Speaker 11 (19:17):
The bottom line is if you want less collabor arrest
and let us in the jail.
Speaker 4 (19:21):
This just boggles my mind representative. Fine, it's the fear
mongering of the media that's putting this irrational fear in
the minds of legal citizens, legal immigrants in this country.
People are here on legal visas. Those people, of course,
are going to be allowed to stay. But there's this
conflation between illegal aliens and legal immigrants that the media,
it seems, is purposely putting out there into the ether.
Speaker 11 (19:44):
I actually think it's worse than that. I think what
Dana bash is talking about is the fear of non
criminal illegal aliens. She's basically saying there are good illegal
immigrants and bad illegal immigrants, and when we're trying to
round up the bad illegal immigrants, some of what she
consider the good illegal immigrants will get caught up in it.
They're the ones who are, she says, are being afraid.
(20:05):
And my answer to that is good, they all need
to go home. Everything that's happened since an illegal immigrant
came to the United States is fruit from the poisonous tree.
And that's why in Florida, where I represent, we built
Alligator Alcatraz, which I passed a bill when I was
in the legislature to authorize. It's not just about getting
the illegals deported. It's about them going home on their own.
(20:28):
And that's why it's amazing. You know, two million illegal
immigrants have left the country on their own since President
Trump got elected. It's time for the illegals to go home.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Follow him on exit.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Rep.
Speaker 4 (20:40):
Fine, Congressman Randy Fine joining US sixth Congressional District of Florida.
I saw a clip from your cohort in the state
of Florida, W.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
Wasserman Schultz.
Speaker 4 (20:51):
I know you're a big fan of hers, but talking
about the conditions at Alligator Alcatraz for these individuals that
are being held, and as Governorn DeSantis has reemphasized, these
are illegal aliens being held temporarily before they're being deported.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
That's happening, that's going to happen.
Speaker 4 (21:09):
But then you look, Congressman Fine at the likes the
types of individuals that are being held there, and she's
complaining that they're having to go to the bathroom in
the same place where they brush their teeth. I do
that too, it's called a bathroom. I've done that in
my own apartment. But your response to her and the Democrats,
it seemed like there was a lot of kind of
playing to the cameras after they toured the facilities there
(21:30):
and just what the truth is behind it.
Speaker 11 (21:33):
Yeah, I wish Democrats cared about Americans as much as
they cared about foreigners. Keep in mind, you've got Americans
right now that are struggling to make ends meet, and
part of the reason they're struggling to do that is
they're having to pay for foreigners Medicaid, for their food stamps,
for their health care, for their housing.
Speaker 10 (21:50):
And it's just not right.
Speaker 11 (21:52):
And look, if Alligator Alcatraz is not a place for
illegal immigrants to go on vacation, it is not only
about help getting people supported, it's about saying, if you
don't leave on your own, this is where you're going
to end up. We need to reject the premise the
Democrats that put out there that anyone who wants can
come to America for any reason they want and get
(22:14):
all the free stuff they want. An Alligator Alcatraz sends
a message that in Florida, if you're here illegally, you
are going to be sent home. You might as well
leave on your own.
Speaker 4 (22:23):
It just seems Congressman find that the left, the Democrats,
they're finding themselves on the short end of all of
these eighty twenty issues, this being one of them. But
another one I know that's near and dear to your
heart is a committee hearing that's coming up and just
a little bit there on Capitol Hill in Washington entitled
and Anti Semitism and Higher Education examining the role of
faculty funding and ideology, this one being chaired by my
(22:47):
former congressman in Southern Michigan, Tim Wahlberg there as well.
Just what we've seen in this tolerance and embrace really
of anti Semitism. We see it in the form of
Zora Mundani by the Democrats for the Mayor of New
York City refusing to condemn the phrase globalize the Dafada.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
That should be a layup, it's not.
Speaker 4 (23:08):
And then we see the DNC chair going, well, we're
a big tent party and we need the anti Semites too.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
I mean, how do you even respond to that? Well,
I think it's scary.
Speaker 11 (23:17):
Look, I was the only Jewish Republican in the Florida
Legislature during my time in the House. I'm one of
only four here in Congress, and it is very troubling
to see the mainstreaming of anti semitism because make no mistake,
anti Semitism is anti Westernism. You know, Christianity was built
on the Jewish foundation. It's anti Americanism, and we have
(23:37):
to be concerned with these people who hate America. Now,
what we're seeing on college campus is it's largely funded
by our enemies, by the Qataris, by the Chinese. None
of it's organic. And one of the big takeaways I
think we need to take away from all of this
is when we're done dealing with illegal immigration, we have
to deal with legal immigration. It was America's choice to
(23:58):
let people who hate America like Rashida Talib and elon
Omar and Mandami, they're Americans. That was a choice. And
if you don't share our values, you should not be
invited to be part of our country. And that is
something we have to fix moving forward.
Speaker 4 (24:12):
Representative Randy Fine the fourth Congressional district down in Florida
joining us here and I just want to get your
comment on an ostensible moderate. You mentioned you're one of
four Jewish Republicans in the Congress, and that is your
counterpart also from Florida, Jared Moskowitz, a Democrat. We've seen him,
you know, make sense on this issue in particular. But
(24:32):
have you had conversations with him about this anti Semitic
element in his own party, Like, how can he remain
a Democrat and have this beyond his conscience that within
his own party the elements that you just mentioned are
looking to pull them to this radical extreme.
Speaker 11 (24:49):
Well, I actually Jared's a friend of mine. We served
together in the Florida Legislature, and many of the bills
that we passed dealing with Andy Semmonism, he was my
Democrat co sponsor, and I know that he struggles with it.
I mean it's hard. Look, we have anti Semites in
the Republican Party too. I don't want to say that
antisemitism as a monopoly on one party. The problem is
in his party, they celebrated, they lionize it, and they
(25:10):
give awards to it. And I think it's difficult for him.
And I think one of the things that Jared and
other Jewish Democrats are going to have to decide is
can they stay in their own party. Debbie Wasserman Schultz
is a Jewish Democrat, but she's certainly more liberal than
Jared is. And I think it's a I think it's
a struggle. And you know I wish. I wish they
do one of two things. They either clear out the
(25:32):
anti Semitism, which I've tried to do in my own party,
or they leave it. But that's up to them.
Speaker 4 (25:37):
That committee hearing this morning, Committee on Education and Workforce,
shared by Representative Tim Wahlberg of Michigan and Randy Fine.
Keeping a close eye on that as well. The hearing
entitled Anti Semitism and Higher Education examining the role of
faculty funding and ideology.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
You can find him on exit.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
Rep Fine representing Florida's sixth Congressional District. Randy Fine our
guest today, Randie, thank you so much for all that
you're doing in Congress, and we'll talk to you again soon.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
Sounds good.
Speaker 11 (26:05):
I'll be at that hearing, so keep an eye on it.
Speaker 4 (26:07):
Looking forward to that. We'll take a time out. We'll
come back with more after this.
Speaker 12 (26:11):
If you're looking for entertainment today, check out Governor Jared
Pulis's post from yesterday whining about Trump's tariffs and how
it adds to the cost of items. It is very
rich coming from him. He gets completely ratioed. The comments
are hilarious. Remember this is the same guy who gave
Colorado the bag feed, the delivery fee, he banned certain eggs.
(26:36):
He's added to the cost of consumer goods for Colorado, and.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
This is undeniable.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
And the cost of living here in Colorado is as
high as it is anyway. I recently checked out a
list of the top I think was ten most expensive
metropolitan areas to live in. Denver was number one, Tampa
Saint Pete was number two. I was lamenting that with
my buddy Hutch Marine Corps veteran of my best friends
in life, like an older brother to me, and he
lives down there near Saint Pete Beach in Largo, and
(27:06):
cost of living there is equally expensive.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
But that's demand.
Speaker 4 (27:10):
If you've ever driven down the peninsula down there, the
Saint Pete Peninsula, there's US nineteen and that's about all
you got, and there's no room to go because there's
water on either side. You got Tampa Bay to the east,
you got the Gulf of America to the west, and
you can't really build anywhere except up I guess from there.
Send your text along, want to read those as well.
(27:30):
At three three one zero three, Alexa, who left that talkback,
adds this text my little pony with a pony eye.
Speaker 2 (27:37):
Yep, that's right. And I think they're still on up
there somewhere.
Speaker 4 (27:41):
Ryan, I hope you're playing George Brockler's revelations from yesterday.
Speaker 2 (27:44):
Well, wouldn't you know what I did?
Speaker 7 (27:46):
Have?
Speaker 2 (27:46):
Will again there are more comments from George Brockler. That
was one of those interviews.
Speaker 4 (27:50):
I was sitting there on the board where Dragon is
right now for Dan camplus And these are two great
legal minds, Dan himself and George is the DA, the
former DA in the eighteenth I might add, and now
in the twenty third. Just incredible at this complete lack
of prosecutorial discretion on behalf of Amy Padden and Alexa Ads.
(28:12):
And we'll talk about this Alexa too, with Danielle Jerensky
coming up during.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
The nine o'clock hour, very happy to be joined by her.
Speaker 4 (28:18):
She is calling for the recall of Amy Padden and
gathering signatures in that pursuit. Let's not forget Amy Padden
gave Evil Robin Nseda three years probation for lying about
having brain cancer to try to get out of a trial. Yep, Now,
Robin Nasata, if you're not familiar with that name, that
was the girlfriend of the police chief at the time.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
Interim.
Speaker 4 (28:42):
I believe that was asserting through her position in childcare
that daniel Jerinsky, it's unthinkable, it's almost unspeakable, was sexually
abusing her son, her only child, and was looking to
get custody taken away from Danielle. That backfired bigley as
it should have. I mean, this is an absolute insane person.
(29:04):
Robin Zeseta continuing, now this should not surprise anyone talking
about the eighteenth da Amy Padden, she's a sorows funded
DA Act Blue campaign donations, and she's actually bragged about
those that have been told as well, so she doesn't
even hide from it. She doesn't care about the citizens
and is more concerned about holding law enforcement accountable. Thank
god I live in Douglas County. You are lucky, Texter.
(29:28):
More to that point, Amy Padden, we talked about, you know,
shrink shopping by the defense in this case of a
completely addled individual, a sex offender as registered in Pueblo
County repeated offenses, but then being dismissed on charges because
this individual was not competent to stand trial. This Solomon
(29:51):
Gallaghan and that they're going to drop the charges of
this attempted kidnapping. Folks, it's captured on video at this
menary school in Aurora.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
Think about the implications of this.
Speaker 4 (30:04):
Had he successfully snatched up that eleven year old child
and done god knows what to that child, that would
have been the consequence of that. And yet because it
was unsuccessful, because this person, this demon was deemed mentally
incompetent to stand trial, Nope, can't press charges. And in fact,
(30:24):
because the defense, with their home field advantage, sought out
a psychiatrist and farmed that out and said no, this
psychiatrist says mentally unfit, incapable of standing trial, incompetent, the
DA just took their word for it, didn't pursue it.
This is what George Brockler was saying. No, no, no, A
(30:45):
good DA worth his or her salt, that's looking for
justice to protect his or her citizens, is going to
go to the ends of the earth to fight that
in court, to battle that out in the court.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
Not just going well, we tried move and the hands
up in the air. I don't know him, og.
Speaker 4 (31:01):
Come on, Ryan, And after all this, how much money
is being wasted by the taxpayers to figure out a
sex offender that tried to kidnap a child as a
criminal I met. It's getting close to one hundred thousand
dollars for one person. And then this one from Fred
in Broomfield. Sean Hannity reported last night that this sex
offender who had charges drop has been civilly incarcerated.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
That may be the case, Fred, but here's the problem.
Speaker 4 (31:25):
There's no way to measure or to ensure that Gallagant
remains in a mental institution. His own family members, his niece,
his sister are calling out for help, saying he does
not belong in society, he's not fit to participate in society.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
And yet who knows. It might be a couple of months.
Speaker 4 (31:48):
And Sheriff Steve Riems from Wild County just texted me
this during the previous break, that there just aren't enough
beds in these mental health facilities.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
So he's going to cycle out.
Speaker 4 (31:56):
This creature and be free to prey upon the children
of the eighteenth Judicial District again. And Amy Padden doesn't
seem to care and doesn't seem.
Speaker 2 (32:07):
To mind what kind of madness is this.
Speaker 4 (32:11):
It's the end of our number one stay two of
my conversation with James Rose the Newsmax straight Ahead,
