I remember Katrina pretty well. I followed the story pretty close.
I remember the year before that a major hurricane was
headed for New Orleans and managed to not make landfall,
and we all became aware of what would happen if
a major hurricane ever hit there. And the following year
it happened. Nobody took your advice, and that was when

Watching what followed, I saw the mayor in New Orleans
just got indicted wire fraud and conspiracy.

Michael. I have a buddy who had family that lived
through Katrina, and he told me that as they made
their way to the Superdome, that it was pretty much
a hellish chaotic scene. That there is a lot of
lawless kind of marauding going on. There was a lot
of assault, sexual assault, very scary that they went armed.

Can you speak to that? Is there any truth in that?
