Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning Michael and Dragon.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
I will have to say, never have I had a
week where I've been so ready for taxpayer relief shots.
And Michael, you have big shoes to fill. Dragon did
awesome last week. Have a great weekend.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
Caution experienced the taxpayer relief shots segment on the situation
with Michael Brown. Caution you are about to experience the
taxpayer relief shot segment on the situation with Michael Brown.
Speaker 4 (00:29):
We do not.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
Necessarily relish the death of any criminal, but we do
celebrate our God given and constitutional right to self defense
in the event that the criminal becomes DRT. The taxpayers
spared the cost of public defenders, court costs, incarceration, and
continued parole supervision. As the Sheriff of Santa Rosa County,
(00:49):
Florida says insert audio here, or Sheriff Grady of Pope
County says insert audio here, you have been worn. Listen
at your own risks.
Speaker 5 (01:03):
Mike, Dragon, I actually had a relatively short conversation this
morning about whether or not to do taxpayer relief shots
because of the school shooting in Evergreen, the assassination of
Charlie Kirk, the revelation of the murder of the Ukrainian
(01:24):
woman on the light rail in North Carolina. And I
would say our thinking about it lasted about five seconds.
And my theory about why we're going to do them
today is one just what you said on the talk
(01:45):
back two.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
You mean what he said about me doing a fantastic job.
Speaker 5 (01:51):
I didn't hear that. I didn't hear that. I have
hearing issues. That's why I go to sound relief. I
have hearing issues. I only hear things that are important
to me. Nothing.
Speaker 1 (02:01):
Yeah, And.
Speaker 5 (02:05):
The original intro to Tax Pray Relief show what Charlie
Kirk was a supporter of the Second Moendment, But the
original intro to tprs's deals like this. I bring you
these stories about private citizens and occasionally the popo using legal,
legal deadly force to protect their own lives and the
(02:29):
lives of others, not because we celebrate death or the
death of a criminal, but because we celebrate the god
given and the constitutional right of ourselves to protect ourselves
against death or serious bodily injury at the hands of others.
(02:49):
Let me just stop from them. You don't think that
if there had been counter snipers at the rally that
they would not have taken a shot to take out
that shooter. Of course they would, just as snipers took
out the shooter in Butler, Pennsylvania some whatt thirteen months
ago or whatever it's been. This is why we do
(03:14):
tax pay relief shots. And I call them taxpay relief
shots because when the legal use of deadly force results
in the death of a criminal or the assailant, whichever
it may be, and sometimes you know, oftentimes now the
death of the individual committing the crime is already a criminal,
not because of the crime they're committing then, but because
(03:35):
of the fourteen crimes they committed before that, and that
prosecutors have let them go fourteen fricking times. That guy
on that light rail had been arrested and served time,
and yet here he was out running around unlightrail, and
but for that, she would still be alive. So I
(03:58):
call him taxpayer relief shot us because when the legal
use of that deadly force results in the death of
the criminal or the assailant, it saves the taxpayers the
cost of a jury trial, including the cost of a
court appointed public defender in many cases, if not almost
all of them, possible numerous appeals in the meal medical clothing,
and of course the probationary supervision costs they're associated with
(04:21):
the arrest and the imprisonment of that criminal, taxpayer relief shots.
And it's not me. It's also somebody's breaking in your
house here more than welcome to shoot them. In Centero's accounting,
we prefer that you do. Actually, and well, let's just
(04:42):
go straight to the case, because I'm not I've yet
to hear this one. No, I think that back.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
I think you can't for you on Monday.
Speaker 5 (04:49):
That's right, you play for me on Monday.
Speaker 6 (04:51):
In the unlikely event that you find yourself the victim
of a home invasion, we are urging citizens not to
take matters into their own hands.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
We urge you to call nine one, do everything.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
You can to keep yourself and love one safe until
police arrive, and be the best witness possible.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
This could mean locking yourself.
Speaker 6 (05:08):
In a room away from the perpetrators, hiding, fleeing the home,
But don't engage unless absolutely necessary.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
As it stands, we know the.
Speaker 6 (05:18):
Best defense for most people is to comply. As you've
just heard, a number of safety recommendations.
Speaker 5 (05:27):
Will allow for.
Speaker 6 (05:29):
Those that are victimizing members in the community to leave
and not harm anyone. My advice is to ry in
our place service called nine one one immediately and let
us take it from there.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
And we see.
Speaker 6 (05:47):
More often than not when people comply that you know,
the injuries are not happening, and people are not victimized
in terms of injury or in this case, unfortunately, we've
seen the loss of life in some of these incidents.
Speaker 5 (06:07):
Let that just give you some perspective.
Speaker 1 (06:10):
I just love how he stumbles over and over the end.
He's trying his best to say, the bad guy will
live and walk away if you don't kill him, right.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
It just shows how different our culture is, in a
good way, not in a bad way. And of course
we now have Sheriff Reims. We have a Colorado Sheriff.
Speaker 7 (06:35):
This is Well County Sheriff, Steve Reems, and I want
to encourage the people of Colorado to remember you still
have the right to defend So this is Well County
Sheriff Steve Reems, and I want to encourage the people
of Colorado to remember you still have the right to
defend yourself, no matter how much of a mess this
state has become. While the Democrats and the legislature and
the governor of the state have created as many barriers
(06:56):
as they can to make it difficult for you to
own and carry a gun for your protection. You still
have your Second Amendment rights. The Democrat controlled legislature and
Governor Polis also tell us that crime isn't out of control,
but we all know that's not true. In Weld County.
I encourage every citizen to have an investment in their
own safety. You should own a gun and know how
to use it. If someone wants to break into your
home and threaten your family, they should meet the serious
(07:18):
end of a firearm. The best way to end the
spread of crime is to ensure the criminal is no
longer part of the equation. As the Sheriff of Weald
County remember this. We love our guns in Weld County
and we don't like criminals.
Speaker 5 (07:29):
Amen, let's skip the others. Let's get straight to the
taxpayer relief shots today. This is an award winner. Thugs
killing thugs.
Speaker 8 (07:41):
We have breaking news in Sacramento County. New details after
three people were shot and killed in a Carmichael apartment.
Deputies now say this all started with an attempted robbery.

Speaker 8 (07:55):
Thank you for joining us for the case Every three

This happened yesterday at.
Speaker 8 (08:01):
An apartment complex on El Camino Avenue near Landwood Way.
When deputies arrived, they saw several bullet holes. Inside, they
found three men in their twenties who had been shot
and killed. Deputies now say one of the men was
being robbed by the other two. During the fight, one
of the robbers shot the man. A fourth man in
the apartment then fired his gun and killed both robbers.
(08:23):
Deputies say all four men had prior felony convictions and
were prohibited from having a gun.
Speaker 4 (08:29):
They detained eighteen year.
Speaker 8 (08:30):
Old Jalen Davis, but he is not facing a homicide
charge right now. He is facing a firearms charge. It's
not clear if the four men knew each other.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
We don't know yet the name.
Speaker 8 (08:41):
We don't know the names yet of the three men
who died.
Speaker 5 (08:46):
Thugs killing thugs. A man brings a knife to a gunfight.
Speaker 9 (08:55):
Those are gunshots fired by Phoenix police going after a
suspect they say was with a knife. Welcome to twelveies
a five thirty. I'm Troy Hayden. This happened early this morning.
The suspect is now dead, and the shooting, as you
can imagine, rattling those who are living in that Phoenix
neighborhood where.
Speaker 5 (09:11):
It all happened.
Speaker 9 (09:11):
Twelve the news journalist Chase go Lightly joins us live
there now with what led up to this shooting?
Speaker 10 (09:16):
What happened, Chase, we'll troin that security camera video we
got from a neighbor, you can hear about nine gunshots
ring out. We're told no officers were injured. It happened
right near the Moost Escape Park where we are now.
A few hours ago, this entire area was swarmed with
Phoenix police, but they have since left. Still this is
under investigation. We've only received a few details of what
(09:36):
led up to this situation. But what we know at
this time so that Phoenix Police say this all happened
just before one o'clock in the morning. They say a
two man patrol was in the area of twentieth Street
and Southern Avenue. They say they were investigating a man
on a bike. When they try to make contact with
that man, they say that he ran away from him.
Those officers were able to quickly catch up to him
(09:57):
and try to detain him as when Phoenix Police say
that man resisted arrest and a struggle began. While those
officers were still trying to detain that man, they say
one of the officers saw him pull out a knife.
They warned the other officer, and that's when the Phoenix
Police officers.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
Opened fire on that suspect.
Speaker 10 (10:13):
We spoke with Carolyn Lowry, who lives nearby, who says
she didn't know what was happening until she heard those
gunshots being fired.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
I was land right here on my couch and I
didn't hear nothing.
Speaker 5 (10:24):
Tell them.
Speaker 11 (10:24):
Shots came ringing.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
Out, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (10:28):
Then I looked over there, so the man laying almost
I could.
Speaker 4 (10:32):
Tell that he was dead already.
Speaker 12 (10:34):
And when I saw that, I just saw a praying.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
That's all I could do. Now, please say.
Speaker 10 (10:40):
They rendered aid to that man and he was taking
the hospital where he later died. At this time, we
don't know why police were investigating. We are told the
Arizona Department of Public Safety is currently investigating the shooting
involving officers. Again a lot of questions regarding the situation
that we're working to get answers to. Of course, we'll
bring you the latest on air and online. For now,
we're Phoenix Chase Golightly twelve News.
Speaker 9 (11:01):
Yeah, I'm Phoenix. PD is also connecting their investigation, Chase.
Thank you for that report.
Speaker 5 (11:07):
Thank you, chasew thanks a lot, appreciate that. Let's see,
someone's messed with the settings on this. It's gonna be
a struggle. Man brings the knife to a gunfight? Is
this the same one? Is the separate file?
Speaker 13 (11:23):
Let's see in the South Bay suspect was shot and
killed by police after an apparent stabbing this morning. The
victim was stabbed, we're told, inside a home on Eisenhower
Drive in Santa Clara. Police encountered the suspect when they
got there. That suspect was taken to the hospital after
being shot, but later died at the hospital.
Speaker 5 (11:41):
The stabbing victim is being.
Speaker 1 (11:43):
Treated for their injuries.
Speaker 5 (11:44):
Police, of course continue the investigation. All right, pretty simple,
A good one. Uh man points a shotgun and well
five cops and we.
Speaker 14 (11:59):
Begin with an update now on a deadly police shooting
last week on the city's east side. SAPD now says
five officers open fire on the suspect at the time.
That shouldn't happened last Friday on Cherry Street, SAPD says
the suspect, forty one year old Haimi Gonzalez, was driving
erratically through the neighborhood before stopping in front of his home.
(12:21):
He then went into his house, grabbed the shotgun, went
back outside, and started shooting into the air. SAPD says
once officers got there, Gonzalez pointed his weapon toward them,
and that's when five officers shot Gonzalez, killing him. The
officers involved all have between five and seven years with SAPD.
(12:42):
They're currently on administrative duty.
Speaker 5 (12:45):
Another good one. Sorry for the these are in on order.
Please shoot and kill a domestic violence suspect.
Speaker 14 (12:57):
Welcome back and investigation is underway after I Love A
police officer shot and killed a.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
Man last night.
Speaker 14 (13:03):
Joshua Ramirez is at the news now des following all
the latest information released by LPD.
Speaker 15 (13:08):
Joshua Angie what we know right now, LPD was responding
to reports of a domestic disturbance when that shooting happened.
We are still working to find out what caused the
officer to start shooting None of the responding officers were
hurt in the incident, and the name of the person
who was killed has not been released. Police were responding
to the call near thirtieth and Valencia around eight thirty
(13:31):
last night. The officer involved will likely be placed on
administrative leave during the investigation. That is standard policy for LPD.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
Angie, Now, just so you know, the reason you're not
hearing the next one yet is because the redbeard's breathing
over my neck because even he right now, I can't
figure out who has messed and screwed around with the settings.
Because now we can't figure out callie. Oh yeah, let's
(14:04):
see display time format to contact this no no sample sample.
He's looking through, He's looking through everything. The problem is
I can't see the elapse time. I can't see that.
I can't see the wavelength because it put the waveform
as it progresses through the sound bite. So if I
wanted to back up and play, I can't do that.
It's not showing the elapse time, so I don't know
(14:25):
when it's about to end. When I I know see
And then the other thing that's happening dragon is when
I seeot's turned white. If while it's playing. I go
back to double click it again, it stops it and
starts it over again. Yeah. So somebody's really screwed up
with it. Yay, yay, Okay, so let's see what we
(14:47):

Speaker 1 (14:49):
Help?
Speaker 5 (14:49):
Can you go to uh, well, we can't do this one.
The popo shoot and kill a lawyer. Wait a minute,
that's Dallas police released body camera footage after officers shot
and killed the lawyer who charged officers with a knife.
Speaker 14 (15:07):
That shooting happened earlier this week. Foxfors Alex Boyer Live
with the latest video.
Speaker 16 (15:12):
Alex, Hey, guys, you know Dallas police officers initially responded
to the family home after receiving a nine one one
call about a man in crisis who was threatening to
harm himself. It quickly turned into a swat situation, and
hours later he would be shot to death. It was
a nine to one one call from a fearful mother
that sent Dallas Police officers to a home off far
(15:35):
Hills Lane in North Dallas on Tuesday evenings.
Speaker 17 (15:38):
Dallasin well once is a donal wid your emergency.
Speaker 16 (15:47):
In that nine one one call and in a separate
text message to dispatch family members said forty six year
old Martin James Bennis was acting erratic and suicidal. Police
say he had a criminal history of violent behavior. Offers arrived,
they knocked on the door. Benis's mother answered cops were
(16:07):
talking to her on the porch before entering the home.
Body camera video shows Benis armed with a knife, approaching
as the officers back away, giving him verbal commands. After
Benis returns inside the home, his mother tells officers he
had cut off his ankle monitor. As a result, the
Dallas Police Chief said a warrant was issued for insufficient
(16:29):
bond for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence
he had related to a pending case.
Speaker 11 (16:35):
Warret was issued because he cut off his ankle monitor.
Speaker 16 (16:39):
The Right Care Team, which includes a licensed mental health counselor,
was called to assist they cannot get Benis to come out.
Speaker 11 (16:46):
Right Care when it's a violent suspect like that is
only so much that they can do.
Speaker 16 (16:50):
Chief Daniel Como said that's when the swat team was
called in. It was eleven pm when they arrived. A
police robot that was sent in at some point found
Benis asleep in an upstairs bedroom with the knife still
in hand. The SWAT team moved in and that's when
the deadly encounter played out. The officers using tasers first
before firing their service weapons.
Speaker 11 (17:10):
As he was laying in bed, you heard the officers
say he has a knife. He has a knife still
in his hand. So the host was when the when
they tased them, was that he would drop the knife.
They could take them in the custody without incident. That
was the hope. Again, he went through the taser, still
(17:35):
had the knife, started coming towards the officers.
Speaker 5 (17:38):
You saw them starting to retreat.
Speaker 11 (17:40):
Another officer then tried to tase again. He was shortening
up the distance and the officers fired their weapons.
Speaker 16 (17:47):
And I can tell you that the Dallas Police Chief
says that these two SWAT officers who fired their weapons
are veteran law enforcement officers. This case remains under investigation.
Speaker 5 (17:58):
Back to you, all.
Speaker 4 (17:59):
Right, thank you.
Speaker 5 (18:03):
Dumbss lawyer grief, what an idiot? Let's see please shoot
can kill a man's armed with a gun.
Speaker 12 (18:14):
We do have some breaking news this morning. A special
task force is investigating a deadly shooting involving Independence police officers.
Speaker 5 (18:21):
From early this morning.
Speaker 12 (18:22):
Investigators with the Jackson County Police Involved Incident Team say
that independence officers went to the area of Truman Road
and Scott Avenue just about one o'clock this morning look
into reports at a disturbance.
Speaker 18 (18:33):
There.
Speaker 12 (18:34):
Those officers found a man inside of a car. They
spoke to him to learn more about that situation. Police
say the man then pulled out a gun and ignored
commands to put it down, so the officers fired.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
That man died of the scene.
Speaker 12 (18:47):
Once the Police Involved Incident Team finishes its investigation, it
will send a report to the Prosecutor's office.
Speaker 5 (18:54):
All right, get that one. The next one is please
shoot and kill a man arm. These are all titled
pretty much the same.
Speaker 19 (19:04):

of their officers shot and killed a man right outside
of a gas station overnight. Pete telling us they got
a frantic call from a woman screaming that her boyfriend
was drunk, armed with a handgun and assaulting her.
Speaker 4 (19:18):
As he was driving.
Speaker 19 (19:19):

Speaker 4 (19:20):
He pulled over at a.
Speaker 19 (19:21):
Gas station right off Beltline Road, which if you know
the area and it's a little busy over. Their officers
met him, but they say the suspect refused to follow
their orders, they opened fire.
Speaker 4 (19:30):
The suspect was hit and later died.
Speaker 19 (19:32):
Department policy says the Dallas County District Attorney's Office would.
Speaker 20 (19:36):
I'll step in and do its own independent investigation.
Speaker 5 (19:41):
More taxpayer release shots coming up.
Speaker 21 (19:43):
Nutt Michael that first episode you guys played, it was hilarious.
All four people were not allowed to own weapons by law,
but they all did. So what does that tell you?
Do laws actually pertain to criminals?
Speaker 22 (20:03):
No?
Speaker 5 (20:08):
As was it Kathleen this morning that I was Alexa?
Was it Alection this morning that said the criminals don't
follow the law. A bystander witnesses a convenience store robbery
is our next award winning tex Player Relief.

According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the robber, who was
identified as nineteen year old Justin Kessel, robbed the mail customer.
Speaker 4 (21:32):
First in the parking lot.
Speaker 20 (21:34):
Next, deputy say, Kessel robbed the clerk, and as he
was leaving the business with a cash register, the mail
customer had grabbed his gun from his car and shot him.
Kessel was injured and taken to the hospital. Then, deputy
say the second robber, forty year old Melvin Presley, got
into a car and tried to run over the customer
with his SUV.
Speaker 4 (21:52):
Fearing for his life.
Speaker 20 (21:53):
The same customer shot at him too. Bullets pierced through
the car windows, hitting the driver. A Honda SUV was
found a few blocks away, and Presley.
Speaker 4 (22:01):
Did not survive.
Speaker 20 (22:03):
Investigators combed through broken glass and bloody clothes as over
a dozen evidence markers were placed on the ground. Deputies
detained the customer for questioning and he was released. The
Prower Sheriff's Office is still investigating the circumstances surrounding this shooting.

Speaker 5 (22:41):
Five thugs?
Speaker 1 (22:43):
See? You don't need more than five rounds.
Speaker 5 (22:45):
All you need is a five round clip. We'll call
the clip. You need a five round clip.
Speaker 23 (22:51):

to those injuries.
Speaker 4 (23:28):
Now take a look here though, at this video.
Speaker 25 (23:30):
This is what the scene looked like yesterday. The shooting
went down right in the middle of the day yesterday,

southbound on it Ky Boulevard when the suspect fired multiple
times into their vehicles at the Clayton Avenue intersection.
Speaker 4 (25:06):
Witness is saying right.
Speaker 25 (25:07):
Before he also was shooting at other random cars, but
quickly after we police telling us that a surgeon exited,
Sergeant rather exited one of the marked police vehicles and
engaged with him, eventually shooting back. Now, one witness, who
was standing at a bus stop on his wish school
says that the gunman was pointing the gun at him
(25:27):
as well, but Miraculously no bystanders were injured at this
busy intersection.
Speaker 5 (25:35):
Two tops.
Speaker 4 (25:36):
I just heard the two shots and he was on

And now please telling us that none of the four

Forest City Police Chief Ronald Bressard describing the moment. Twenty
two year old Logan Like lost his life Wednesday morning,
as Like was allegedly trying to rob a home on
Center Street before he was shot and collapsed at the
nearby Day Temple Church. Chief Brizard says he knows what
happened because a skycomp surveillance system recorded the whole thing.
Speaker 18 (27:43):
But if it's on camera from start to finish, we
know exactly what happened. We know what time he got there,
we know what time he got shot. We know what
time he went running down the road to the end
where he ultimately lost his life.
Speaker 27 (27:54):
Cheap Brisard showed Logan's family the video, which brought them heartache,
but also Claire. The Chief says, the victim, who didn't
intend to kill Logan, had fired once just to scare
him off, but now feels terrible about pulling the trigger.
Speaker 18 (28:09):
He said, I cried all night. I couldn't sleep, he said, because.
Speaker 5 (28:17):
The family.
Speaker 18 (28:19):
Lost the life, but I took the life.

many times before. He said Logan's heart was in the
right place, but like many in Forrest City, says, drug
addiction let him down the wrong path.
Speaker 5 (28:33):
He was just a different kind of person.
Speaker 18 (28:36):
He was a different kind of thief. If you catch him,
I mean he had the big smile. I mean, I said,
why do you do this? I don't know, Chief, I
don't know.
Speaker 27 (28:47):
The Chief is hoping Logan's death will bring new life
to the people of Forest City, encouraging the town to
come together to tackle drug abuse.
Speaker 18 (28:54):
We have people walking all night long like zombies, breaking
in still in this in a piece of pipe just
to get ten dollars to buy hit a crack. If
you can help me save one, then I'll see that it
would be that much better.
Speaker 27 (29:11):
From Forest City, Arkansas. I'm Harrison Cloffee, news leader WIG
News Channel three.
Speaker 5 (29:16):
I understand the chief that, oh, I know this guy
and every time I arresting has a smile. Why do
you do it? I don't know, but the homeowner doesn't
know that. And even if you do know it, a
guy's robbing you. You have a right to defend yourself
and your property and your family. I'm confused by what
(29:39):
the chief was actually trying to convey. There more tax
player release shots. Next, Michael single ply toilet paper is

who heard those gunshots.
Speaker 29 (30:35):
Yeah, And that neighbor who lives next door to this
home tells me that his family heard three gun shots
this morning and they were all spaced out. And I'll
spoke with other neighbors in the area who tell me
that this home it's not the first time.
Speaker 4 (30:47):
Today that they've had someone.
Speaker 30 (30:49):
Try to illegally enter it, they say, over the past
few weeks, that's been something this homeowner has experienced. Shortly
after noon Friday, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office opened to the
back to one of their cars and let this man out.
Seconds later, they removed the final piece of police tape
blocking the property and let the man through.
Speaker 4 (31:08):
A few minutes later, Hi there, I wanted to.
Speaker 30 (31:11):
See if he'd be open to speaking about what happened
here this morning, since police had this house blocked off
for hours investigating a possible burglary that turned deadly, but
I had no luck.
Speaker 4 (31:22):
I tried again later in the day. Do you have time.

Speaker 22 (32:08):
Mixed emotions because to take a human life is a
very serious thing. But at a threat to losing my life,
there's no hesitation.
Speaker 4 (32:18):
At this time.
Speaker 30 (32:18):
JSO says it is still early in the investigation and
they have not mentioned if there will be any charges
for the homeowner. And I did reach out to JSO
requesting calls for service to this address for the last
few months to see if they did come out here
for burglary. I'm still waiting to hear back, and anyone
with information on what happened here this morning is asked
