Speaker 1 (00:00):
Michael. It just drives me nuts. What is a more
renewable energy source than biodegradable waste? I hate these people.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Tell us how you really feel. Come on, get it out.
Come on, you can get it out. A federal appeals
court is ruled that a mid Vermont Christian school can
participate in Vermont's sports leagues. Why is that important because
it overturns a band imposed after the school Remember this

(00:33):
forfeited a high school girls basketball game when they were
competing against a team that had a biological male transgender athlete.
The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit granted
the school a preliminary injunction on September nine, allowing it
to rejoin the Vermont Principals Association while the legal proceedings continue.

(00:54):
The court then said, we conclude that players are likely
to succeed in showing that the Virginia Principals Association's expulsion
of Mid of mid Vermont was not neutral because it
displayed hostility toward the school's religious beliefs. Now that comes

(01:15):
back from it again, It seems like yesterday. The school's
decision in twenty twenty three to simply walk away to
forfeit the game because they were concerned about the fairness
and the player's safety because there was a humongous transgender
athlete on the opposing team. And then after they forfeited
the game, the Sports Association said that the school violated

(01:37):
policies on race, gender, and disability awareness and barred it
from participating in any state sponsored events, including sports debate
tournaments and science fairs. So a basketball team forfeits a
game and then everybody gets punished. Isn't that the way
the left works. You did something that we think is wrong.

(01:59):
We were going to punish there, everybody where. Pune's the
entire school, and once again, Alliance Defending Freedom stepped up,
representing the school, the students, and the parents, arguing the
state violated the school's First Amendment rights. Alliance Defending Freedom
said the school acted to avoid compromising its religious beliefs well.

(02:24):
The appellate court, in overturning the injunction, criticized the Sports
Association the Principals Association for its actions, describing the ban
as quote unprecedented, overbroad, and procedurally irregular, and it also
pointed to comments made by the executive director of the

(02:44):
association Jay Nichols, who testified in favor of banning public
funds for religious schools. He had reportedly said, thank goodness,
the student in question didn't attend that religious school, which
the Court said, well, wait a minute, that statement is
evidence of your hostility toward the school's religious stans. Now, obviously,

(03:07):
the Trump administration supported state efforts to block the transgender
athletes from competing in girls' sports, and at least twenty
six states have now enacted state laws restricting such participation,
and the DOJ is taking legal action against several states,
including Maine, that are attempting to circumvent the federal rules.

(03:28):
That means attempting to circumvent the federal rules. The Supreme
Court will address the constitutionality of these bands in its
upcoming term Good Grief. I hope they succeed. I really
hope they succeed. The Hey, I gotta pull another note.

(03:57):
I think we maybe we don't, but I think we
can generally agree that the left wing of the Democrat
Party that really now is I think the majority of
the Democrat Party, that leftist majority is inherently violent, and
it's inherently violent because it's based on coercion Everything they

(04:18):
do is about coer just like that previous story where
that Principal Sports Association was trying to coerce a teen
a religious school team into for those girls to have
to compete against a transgender male, which, if you recall

(04:40):
from Senator her own is from Hawaii. Wait a minute,
I thought women were physiologically different and they can do
those pull ups. Well, the liberal established establishment has has
now created a permission structure, a permission structure for violence,

(05:01):
and they're doing that by characterizing anybody to the right
of center as extremists, fascist, Nazis, you know, the libany.
Now combine those elements and what they did to Charlie Kirk,
you shouldn't be surprised. The only surprise will be if
we don't, if we don't see more of it there

(05:22):
is that Well, let me just read you this from
the story that this comes to us from the Daily Wire.
A ten thousand members strong group called the Socialist Rifle Association.
I just find that funny. The Socialist Rifle Association, they've
been conducting weapons training for transgender and Marxist Leninist extremists,

(05:47):
and its members have been linked to at least four
major crimes, including the firebombing of Tesla dealerships. According to
a Daily Wire Daily Wire investigation, Now, many of these
terrorists to attack some Tesla dealerships had been committed by transsexuals.
That's just a fact. You can just be offended by

(06:07):
that or not be offended by it. It's just a fact.
Owen McIntyre, Lucy Grace Nelson, Adam Lansky, Aaron White. In fact,
Lanski is a former Socialist Rifle Association member. Now, according
to the Daily Wire, Socialist Rifle Association members say their
interest is what do you think it? Just? What do

(06:30):
you think it is? Come on Second Amendment rights? No
to defend against fascists and Nazis. Now, unless you're a dumbass,
that means you, David Wire says. The Utah chapter and
Socialist Rifle Association's national headquarters both told the Daily Wire
that Tyler Robinson, who's charged with murdering Kirk in that state,

(06:51):
was not a member, but did not answer whether his
transgender identifying boyfriend Lance Twiggs was citing confidentiality policies. Socialist
Rifle Association actually was engaged in helping to whip up
the hatred of Charlie Kirk among transsexuals, which always I

(07:13):
just find that fascinating because Charlie Kirk may not have
approved of transgenderism, but he didn't hate them. He didn't
have any hate in his heart for them. Baby Wire
says on Socialist Rifle Association's reddit for him, which if
you ever have the chance, go take it. Just go

(07:36):
read through it. A thread falsely claimed years ago that
Charlie Kirk's CEO Turning Point USA, he is openly calling
for the lynching of transgender individuals. Yeah. I wanted to
confirm that, so I used like four different AI platforms,
Lexus and Nexus of Google search. I could find that anywhere.

(08:00):
David Wier says after Kirk was assassinated, Socialist Rifle Association
members mocked him, expressed enthusiasm, and wished that the man
who shot President Donald Trump had similar marksmanship. Hmm. I
wonder what the deal was between Jimmy Kimmel and ABC
News because ABC News says that, well, Jimmy Kimmel says

(08:22):
that we don't know the motive. Huh. After Kirk was associated,
Socialist Rifle Association members, mostly transgenders, mocked him, expressed enthusiasm
and wished that the man was shot who shot President
Donald Trump had similar marksmanship as the guy that assassinated Kirk.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Seems to me that we kind of know the motive,
and that's just coming not even from law enforcement, that's
coming from people that, oh support that kind of violence.
And yet we're supposed to pretend that somehow we don't
know what's going on. Hell, the Socialist Rifle Association has

(09:05):
a pretty good track record, including an ambush and Alvarado, Texas,
during which a Socialist Rifle Association member, Benjamin Haneil Song
shot a cop neck shot a cop in the neck,
shot get shot in the neck. Huh four again daily wat.

(09:28):
Four of the thirteen national leaders currently listed on SRA's
national web page go by day pronouns. I think the
transsexual transgenderism angle was probably there from the beginning. The
Socialist Rifle Association was incorporating in Kansas in twenty nineteen

(09:51):
by Alexander Tuckett, who later began identifying as a woman
named Alexander alex Norman Tackett. Its co founder was Fay Ecklar,
who explained that quote, I believe firearms ownership is necessary
because as a transgender socialist. Half the country wants me
dead and the other half is happy to watch. Plus,

(10:14):
the means of production won't seize themselves. That is an
unbelievably fascinating statement. I believe firearms ownership is necessary because
as a transgender socialist, half the country wants me dead
and the other half is happy to watch. Now, let's

(10:37):
just set aside for a moment the falsity of that
statement that half of everybody on the right side of
the political spectrum wants fay Eckler dead because she's a transgender.
That's just simply not true. But isn't it interesting that
yet she wants the ability to defer herself via the

(11:02):
Second Amendment by buying, purchasing, owning, and possessing a firearm. Hmm.
But then you take the next sentence, I believe firearms
ownership is necessary because blah blah blah blah blah transgenderism.
Plus she says the means of production won't seize themselves. Oh,

(11:25):
so you have to violently go seize the means of production?
Got it? I just wasn't clear for a minute, But
now I understand. Every act of violence inflicted by these
freaks is either going to be ignored by the cabal
or seized on as some sort of pretext to disarm

(11:45):
us lawful gun owners, or to try to you know,
I was going to say, try to defeat the Second Amendment.
They're never going to try to do that, And I said, well,
I shouldn't say never. They're most likely never going to
try to defeat or overturn the Second Amendment because they
know they're going to lose that big time. So that's why.
Instead you get these stupid things of like what's going

(12:07):
on in Colorado, where they are doing everything they can
to make it impossible for you to own a firearm.
For example, where my story go, what is it the
state of Colorado? You know, I forget what was it
Center Bill one or thirteen? I forget which Center Bill was.

(12:27):
Then impose the new firearms training if you want to
renew or to get your concealed carry permit. Well, that
new firearms training requires that the trainers be verified, and
by verified, that means that your county sheriff has to
approve the trainer. Well, we've now discovered that in many

(12:49):
counties in Colorado there are no trainers available, and the
sheriffs don't know whether, Well, so do I approve a
trainer that's from a different county? Can I do that
some sheriffs are some sheriffs or not? But then there's
an additional requirement, and that additional requirement is that you
also have to include live fire training in your training.

(13:15):
I don't know, but I would guess that there are
some counties in rural Colorado that don't have a shooting range,
either indoor or outdoor, just don't have one. That raises
the question, well, then if I live in County X
and there's not a verified trainer, and even if there

(13:39):
was a verified trainer, where are we going to go
do our live shooting as part of the training program. Well,
there's not a range indoor or outdoor. So now if
you live in that county, you can't get a concealed
kerry permit, which I think is unconstitutional to begin with.
But you know that I don't think you should have
a license to exercise your Second Amendment right, particularly when

(13:59):
what you're doing is you're trying to make yourself safer
by concealing your weapon. We often forget about that. Why
do people prefer I know some people prefer to open carry.
But I think there are a lot of people who
prefer to open carry because they wanted some swagger. They
want to say, look at me, man, I got a
gun on my hip, I got a gun on my waist,

(14:20):
and you better leave me alone. You know why I
don't do that because I don't want to be a target.
I don't want to be a target. So that if
I'm walking through a wal Mart and somebody decides to
shoot up a wall Mart or King Soupers, if they're
just smart enough, then these people aren't stupid. If they're
smart enough, what are they going to do. Oh, there's
a guy that's carrying a gun. I can see it.
Let's take him out first. I would never. I shouldn't

(14:43):
say I would never. I cannot see myself open carry
unless I'm out hunting. I've got a side arm or something.
But I'm just like, I'm not gonna open carry. I
don't want anybody to know that I've got a gun.
I don't want anybody to know that I've got a
firearm until I need to show them. These rules are

(15:03):
absolutely made to try to eviscerate, make it impossible for
you to comply with the law in order to get
to concealed carry permit. Now, I know there's litigation, and
I do believe that through the litigation they would maybe
maybe not at the trial court level, but eventually that
law is going to be held unconstitutional. It is an
extraordinary burden on the Second Amendment. And by the way,

(15:28):
what are the qualifications to be a verified trainer other
than the county sheriff agreeing that, Oh, okay, I'll name
you one. Maybe I should Maybe I should go to
the Douglas County Sheriff and say, hey, I want to
be a verified trainer, and then we'll all go out
to lunch and siman and have some lunch, and we'll
talk about firearms safety, and then we'll go over to

(15:51):
one of the ranges and we'll shoot for a little
bit and then I'll sign you off. That's how stupid
it is, absolutely how stupid it is. Anyway, back to
the Socialist Rifle Association of America, Jonathan carl Remember is
really upset because we can't figure out what the motive
was behind the Kirk killing.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
The murder of Charlie Kirk was not a.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Political act, huh. It wasn't. The murder of Charlie Kirk
was not a political act. Now. Never mind that Charlie
Kirk's position of prominence in conservative politics, never mind that
Tyler Robinson's transgender boyfriend, never mind the testimony from relatives
and friends that Robinson isn't off the rail leftist, never

(16:34):
mind the transgender and TIEFA messages on the bullet casings.
The ca baal has spoken the murder of Charlie Kirk
was not a political act. No, And also Robinson is
a maga Republican. Just asked Jonathan carl colleague. Is Jimmy
Kimmel buddy, who's going to creep back up on the
air tonight after his temporary suspension. We really do live

(17:01):
in bizarre times, really bizarre times. Up is down, down
is up, inside is out. I mean, it's it's it's Orwellian,
it's a new world order, it's animal foreign it's all
of that. And why we can why we don't hear

(17:23):
other than maybe in quarters like these, about how there
is this underlying shift going on in terms of Democrats
beginning to lose power. I know that probably the socialists
will probably win in New York, but well that's New York.
But the rest of the country because I pointed out Arizona, Pennsylvania,

(17:43):
North Carolina, they're all shifting to Republicans.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
Hey, Mike, do you mean the legislative body here in
Denver may have.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Been sneaky in their wording on the gun legislative slation? Wow?
They don't lie when they literally put bills out, do they?
They lie constantly? The legislators in this state just lie, lie, lie,
They're a joke. Well Onondon, Uh, what was her name?

(18:14):
She came out and said she's a member of Antifa. Uh,
Lorenza Garcia or something. I don't don't, I shouldn't say
any of goud. I don't remember her name. I don't
think she was lying, but you caught me, you know.
I do think that the members of the Color Out
of Paula Bureau lie all the time. Credit to this

(18:35):
goes to the Babylon b Somebody posted this over on
the Facebook page and I meant to play it yesterday.
I totally forgot about it. But just doing that last
story about the Socialist Rifle Association and how the one
of the founding members wants to make sure she carries
a gun because you know, half the world hates her

(18:57):
and you know, and the seizing the me the production
won't happen by itself, so they need guns. Well that
reminded me that we're all Hitler right. Well, what if
one of these Socialist Rifle Association members or one of
these progressive Democrats had the opportunity to kill Hitler? This

(19:19):
is why the Babylon Bee is so successful. And now
I find that brilliant.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
And that video will be posted at Michael says, go
here dot com. Because you're not gonna hear it on
the podcast.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
Oh because of the what the stupid yep music in
the background yep, I refer you to the previous hour.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Michael says, go here dot com. Michael says, go here
dot com.

Speaker 2 (19:40):
Once you ever wore me, you know, I I wonder
iFun audition I could strip out the.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
Music No, because it's already one solid cart.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
It's just what yeh track? If if I could like
upload that to Adobe Audition and take out the layers,
find the layer with depending.

Speaker 3 (20:02):
On how because it's already one track, it's not layered anymore.
They've condensed it down to one track.

Speaker 2 (20:09):
Put it up. Yeah, well go watch it, Michael says,
go here dot com because both of these actors are brilliant.
The guy playing Hitler when he describes the nationalist socialists.

Speaker 5 (20:26):
Yeah, Nati, Nati Nazi, he just rolls all the time.
Is this so much easier? People love it? People love it.
Oh in your planned parenthood t shirt that you're wearing.
Oh you know Margaret Singer, Yes, I love that one.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
Is great. She's great. It's the ignorance of history. It's
utterly the ignorance of history that drives these people, and
they will just I don't I have no idea what
to say about them, other than we should really pay
attention to what they're saying, because well, that's what they believe.

(21:06):
Trump's book at the United Nations this morning, and after
telling after the UN Secretary General telling us that oh
my gosh, we must choose climate justice and no government
can stop us, or that renewables the cheapest and the
fastest source of new power, and that we must choose
climate justice and climate action, he went on and on

(21:29):
and on. Trump must have known what was going to
be said, because Trump says they've given up their powerful edge.

Speaker 4 (21:41):
A lot of the countries that we're talking about in
oil and gas, such as essentially closing the great north
Sea oil. Oh, the North Sea, I know it so well.
Aberdeen was the oil capital of Europe. And this tremendous
oil that hasn't been found in the North Sea, tremendous oil.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
And I was with the Prime Minister.

Speaker 4 (22:01):
I respected like a load, and I said, you're sitting
with the greatest asset. They essentially closed it by making
it so highly taxed that no developer, no oil company
can go there.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
Yes, highly taxed. That's why it's expensive.

Speaker 4 (22:18):
They must take control strongly and immediately of the unmitigated
immigration disaster and the fake energy catastrophe before it's too late.
The carbon footprint is a hoax made up by people
with evil intentions, and they're heading down a path of
total destruction. You know, the carbon footprint was a big,

(22:40):
big thing a few years ago. I remember hearing about
the carbon footprint. And then President Obama would get into
Air Force one, a massive Boeing seven forty seven and
not a new one, an old one with old engines
and spew everything into the atmosphere. Can you talk about

(23:00):
the carbon footprint? We must do so. Then he get
in and he flies from Washington to Hawaii to play
a round of golf and then he get back onto
that big beautiful plane and it flies back and the
talk about again global warming and a carbon footprint. It's
a conjob, and it's a con job and a hopes.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
So, Michael, I'm just curious, do you think Jimmy Kimmel's
gonna come out and cry angry tears tonight?

Speaker 2 (23:34):
It'll be obviously I'm not going to watch. I'll be
sound asleep at that time. But I'm sure tomorrow morning,
when I get up at four am, I'll find some
sound bites of whatever the monologue was, and we'll see.
But according to a press release dated today, what's the
time on this one hour ago? Next Star so in

(23:58):
addition to Sinclair Next to our ABC affiliates to continue
preempting Jimmy Kimmelive Irving, Texas today, Nextstar Media Group today
announced that the company's own and partner television station's affiliated
with the ABC television network will continue to preempt Jimmy Kimmelive.

(24:18):
We made a decision last week to preempt Jimmy Kimmelive
following what ABC referred to as mister Kimmel's quote ill
time and in symponive closed quote comments at a critical
time in our national discourse. We stand by that decision
pending assurance that all parties are committed to fostering an

(24:40):
environment of respectful, constructive dialogue in the markets we serve.
In the meantime, we note that Jimmy Kimmelive will be
available nationwide on multiple Disney owned streaming products, while our
stations will focus on continuing to produce local news and
other programming relative to their respective markets. Pretty straightforward. If

(25:02):
I think, it does leave a little bit open that
if he comes out and he changes his stripes, we
might we might reconsider it. Yeah, if he apologizes, Yeah,
if he apologizes to the extent that we want him
to apologize, we might consider it. So it's uh, yeah,
We're going to continue to do it, I think, and

(25:25):
I hope they do. The most recent US Census data
bakes Up backs up a claim that California, Texas, and
Florida residents moved to Colorado the most in that order.
This is data posted on the Colorado government website. However,
a study conducted by US News and World Report revealed

(25:45):
that Denver doesn't follow the Colorado trend and actually has
a love affair with Chicago gets shot at in Chicago
moved to Denver, they get shot at Number sixteen Chicago

(26:06):
to Denver. Number forty five Denver to Chicago. According to
what is this? The study tracked the top fifty migration
path from city to city across the US. Denver appeared
on the list two times and both were connected to Chicago.
So we were number sixteen a number of people from

(26:26):
Chicago moving to Denver, and we were number forty five
in the country people moving from Denver to Chicago. So
you went homelessness and crime or do you want crime
and homelessness Denver. Let's see number five Charlotte to Chicago.

(26:50):
Where else we appears number sixteen, Chicago going to Seattle,
Dallas going to Chicago, number thirty two, The last the
bottom is Austin moving to Chicago. Of all the cities
listed in the top fifty movers, the areas where people
wanted to move the most include New York, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Seattle.

(27:13):
Why why, for Pete's sake would you want to do that?
