Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, Mike, I just heard the ad how you think
your dogs are secretly working for Zeros?
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Got me thinking, I think my wife is working for Amazon.
It says it's true that statements so funny. What's even
funnier is during the break, I tend to just kind
of surf the webs a little bit if I'm not
(00:25):
thinking a whiz or whatever. And there's a short video
on uh it was Instagram. A motor cave. Wasn't Trump,
but some presidential motorcade trying to make their way along
Turtle Bay, where United Nations is located in Manhattan. Obviously
(00:47):
some main thoroughfares, but then they have these little kind
of giant sidewalks that they can also use as places
for the motor cage to drive. And the motorcade is
stuck behind one of the electric Amazon trucks that's trying
to make its way down that same street, and they're
all backed up behind the Amazon truck, and I thought, oh,
(01:09):
only Jeff Bezos and Amazon can slow down a presidential motorcade. Now,
may even the president of you know, Morocco or something,
but well, that would have been the King of Morocco
or the Prince of Morocco flashback, Jamee Comy, remember this
(01:30):
from January of twenty one.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Kay victim bar him from future service.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
Have the prosecutors, the local prosecutors.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
In New York, pursue him for the fraudster that he
was before he ever became president. Lock him up for
the garden variety Florence he did there, But don't give
him that center stage, that dominant role in our national life.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
Just down the street, where Joe Biden is trying to
heal this nation.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Where Joe Biden is trying to heal the Yes. When
I think of healing the nation, the first person I
think of is Joe Biden.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
Lindsey Graham here now with more South Carolina Senator, You
saw him, Lindsey Graham, Senator. For those that didn't get
as deep in the weeds as we have, this is
profound and deep. And do you agree with me that
this is the tip of the iceberg?
Speaker 3 (02:27):
Yeah? I hope.
Speaker 4 (02:27):
So.
Speaker 6 (02:28):
He said he knew there would be a cost standing
up to Trump. Everybody who stands up to Trump gets
cheered on as a hero. Every accusation against Trump that's
bad for him is assumed to be true. The question
is is there any cost to people trying to destroy
a president Trump's presidency his personal life. Is there any
(02:51):
cost in this country for lying to a court to
push a warrant that you know is really not accurate?
Speaker 3 (02:59):
So here's the question.
Speaker 6 (03:00):
Everybody answered my question, who signed the warrant application? If
you knew then what you know now, would you sign
the warrant application?
Speaker 3 (03:08):
They all said no. Now why did they say?
Speaker 2 (03:10):
I remember that? Hearing vividly, he asked McCabe and what
was the other guy's name? I can picture him, the
blackheaded guy and then the woman all involved in the
FISA warrant to go wiretap Trump based on the Steele dossier.
If you knew today, or if you knew then what
(03:33):
you know today, would you have signed off on that warrant? No?
Speaker 6 (03:37):
I would not have say no, because me and you
and a bunch of other people proved it to be
just complete bs. It was not a reliable dossier. It
was here say it was bartalk. It was made up
garbage by people associated with the Clinton campaign. The question
for me, and I hope for the country, did you
know something and you didn't tell the court and you
(04:00):
should have? Did you know when you were signing the
warrant application that the FBI had interviewed the man responsible
for the information provided to Christophers Steeld, the Russian guy,
that he said it was all bar talk, not reliable hearsay,
and it shouldn't be used in legal proceeding. I know
(04:21):
the FBI knew that because they interviewed the man in
January of twenty seventeen, and call Me got the warrant
twice more and never told the court that we have
information now that the man who provided stuff to steal
is recanning. We also know that the Director of National
Intelligence told call Me in twenty twenty that there's evidence
(04:47):
that Hillary Clinton's campaign cooked all this up.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
And September you mean in twenty.
Speaker 6 (04:53):
Six nin that ring, yeah, well, I mean in twenty twenty, yes,
right in they released information about the warrant. And what
happened is that Comy was in a meeting with the
President Obama on August third, twenty sixteen, where they talked
(05:14):
about the Hillary Clinton planned to go after Trump and
Lincoln to Russia.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
This was a pretty the center.
Speaker 5 (05:21):
But I want to make sure this is the meeting
in which even at the time, CIA Director Brennan was saying, yeah,
they're cooking up this scheme to try and tie Trump
to Russia. But they viewed it as a scheme and
didn't Bruce or whose wife Nelly I believe worked for
Fusion GPS. Remember that you had the money funnel through
(05:43):
a law firm to a research firm to hire Christopher Steele.
And remember after Trump was elected, Comy makes this big deal,
pulls him aside to Trump Tower and says, by the way,
there's this report you might have been in the rich
Carlton in Moscow with Hooker urinating on you. It was
totally totally made up garbage. They knew it was political
(06:06):
and made up garbage. Bruce or warrened everybody not to
use it, and he was one of them, wasn't he.
Speaker 6 (06:14):
Well, yeah, the main thing here, yes, absolutely, But the
Director of National Intelligence before the hearing basically told call me,
here's a bunch of intel regarding Clinton trying to cook
this story up. And he says that he doesn't remember that.
Can you imagine the Director of National Intelligence telling you,
(06:37):
as the FBI director, there's plenty of evidence out here
this thing was cooked up. But in August of twenty sixteen,
three months before he signed the warrant application against Carter
Prage being part of a conspiracy to you know where
Trump is.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
An agent of Russia.
Speaker 6 (06:56):
In August, months before he signed the Warren application, they
told him in front of Obama, there's evidence that Clinton
is cooking this up. He never told the courte so
before he signed the first warrant application alleging that Carter
Page is part of a conspiracy with.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
Donald Trump to sell out America.
Speaker 6 (07:16):
He never told the court that he had information that
may all be cooked up by Hillary Clinton. When the
sub source told the FBI about the dosces a bunch
of bar talk and hearsay, they never told the court.
Speaker 3 (07:29):
So let me tell you that right now, if you're
listening to this.
Speaker 6 (07:32):
Program, If an FBI director can mislead a court to
get a warrant against American citizen to further a political
conspiracy to destroy somebody you don't like, we're in a
world of hurt.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
And that's the bottom line that's bugged me as a
lawyer from day one. And why suddenly the left is
just unbelievably apple pluck because oh, an indictment's been handed down.
(08:04):
Trump had told his Attorney general that he's tired of,
you know, nobody being held accountable. Now the people that
here's a nuance I want you to think about. Trump's
not exactly precise in his language, shocking news, right. The
people who lie, the people who in the deep state
(08:29):
concocted this bull crap story, lied to the FISA court.
They may have committed crimes. They and in fact, i'll
read you in a moment, the grand jury indictment against
James Comy. But because they also happen to be enemies
of the president. When the President asked, why aren't you
(08:53):
going after these people, parenthetically who happened to be my enemies,
the left then jumps on it, and the media has
now has the narrative, and the narrative is you're only
going after your enemies. You're only going after your enemies. Now,
don't be fooled by that, because if indeed they've committed
(09:14):
a crime, it's immaterial whether they're your enemy or not.
Except for this, I would claim that if you're a
part of the administrative state, the deep state, and you
are conniving, conspiring, lying to affis a court, lying to Congress,
all of the above in order to go after the
(09:37):
individual who happens to be the president of the United States. Yes,
that makes you an enemy of the President of the
United States. But guess what, it also makes you an
enemy of the rule of law. And we have now
for years been asking is when's anybody going to be
held accountable? Now, there's no question in my mind that
this particular indictment is risky, and it's risky. Before you
(10:02):
get to the risky part, there was one sound. But
I want you to hear. This is John Solomon from
Just the News.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
Let's looking forward.
Speaker 5 (10:11):
Your sources tonight are telling you what, John Solomon, what
could be next?
Speaker 7 (10:17):
I think other government officials are in danger of being
indicted in the coming weeks, some in the FBI, some
in other parts of the government. This is the beginning
of a large accountability roundup in government. And I think
what's really remarkable. Most of my career I've spent uncovering
FBI cover ups. The FBI has a long history of misleading.
Congress Comy falls into that. But the evidence against Komy
(10:40):
tonight comes from the FBI and it's new director Cashptel,
who promised radical transparency, and he actually provides the key
piece of evidence that leads to this indictment. If you're
a member of Congress and you've been tired of lying
being lied to by the FBI, Tonight's the first time
the FBI actually did something about it. They turned in
their own man tonight. That's an extraordinary part of this story.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
I think it's the extraordinary part of the story. The
accountability that we've been asking for is finally beginning to
show up through this indictment. So of course you should
expect that the left, the media, the cabal will do
everything to convince you that this indictment is all politically motivated.
(11:27):
Is there some political motivation in it? Yes? Do you
know that there's probably some political motivation in almost every indictment?
Think about it in these terms. If you are I
don't care, you're that district attorney that's a kind of
a leftist over in Arapahole County, I forget what her
(11:48):
name is. Or you're George Brockler that I know personally
as a conservative, good guy. Do you know that when
he goes after certain people himself, decides to prosecute a
case because it's high profile, There's no doubt in my
mind that any prosecutor Lettissia James. Why would she personally
(12:13):
be involved in a prosecution in a high profile case
involving the president because it's good politics. It's good politics.
You can have good you can have a political aspect
of a prosecution that has nothing to do with the
actual prosecution itself, other than you want to be able
to say in the next election cycle, Oh, by the way,
(12:34):
I prosecuted all these bad guys, and in fact, in
this really one horrific case, I personally prosecuted those bad guys.
That's politics. And if you don't recognize that, or you
somehow think that's bad, then you're not living in reality.
That's just reality. And I want you to think about reality.
(12:56):
So let's think about James Comy. He helped perpetrate the
Crossfire hurricane fraud on the American people in an attempt
to destroy Trump. Well, he has now been indicted by
a grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia on the basis of
what the charges relate to. Comy sworn testimony before the
(13:18):
US Senate on September thirtieth, twenty twenty. The five year
statute of limitation expires this coming Tuesday. At the end
of the month. Komy had testified remotely from his home
in Virginia on that day back in twenty twenty. Unfortunately,
that makes the Eastern District of Virginia, not DC, the
(13:42):
proper jurisdiction. That's why this indictment came out of Virginia.
You've seen the video surely, in fact, you'll hear it
in just a minute of Senator Cruz asking him the question.
So the FBI opened an investigation Nintokomy and former CIA
(14:03):
director Brennan his sidekicked. They opened that investigation just this
past July. It was a it folded a criminal referral
sent by the current CIA director, John Ratcliffe. This happened
before anything that Trump said in the past week about
why is nothing happening to my political enemies. That's why
(14:26):
that statement was ill timed, but nonetheless gave fodder to
the left to say, oh, look this is just oh,
this is a purge. They're going after their enemies. No,
the referral was sent by John Radcliffe in July czechs calendar.
Oh yeah, that's been a couple of months ago, and
(14:50):
so the grand jury has been considering this since then.
The indictment accuses Comy of falsely stating to a US
senator doing a Senate Judiciary com hearing that he had
not quote authorized someone else at the FBI to be
an anonymous source in news reports now call me. Previously
(15:11):
testified that he did not leak or authorize leaks to
the media pertaining to either the Trump investigation or the
Hillary Clinton investigation. He stood by that testimony during that
hearing in September of twenty twenty other topic.
Speaker 8 (15:27):
On May third, twenty seventeen, in this committee, Chairman Grassley
asked you, point blank, quote have you ever been an
anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the
Trump investigation of the Clinton investigation? You responded, under oath
quote never. He then asked you, quote, have you ever
(15:47):
authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous
source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the
Clinton administration? You responded again under oath No. Now, as
you know, mister mc cabe, who works for you as
publicly and repeatedly stated that he leaked information to the
Wall Street Journal and that you were directly aware of
(16:09):
it and that you directly authorized it.
Speaker 9 (16:13):
Now, what mister McCabe is.
Speaker 8 (16:15):
Saying and what you testify to this committee, cannot both
be true.
Speaker 9 (16:19):
One or the other is false. Who's telling the truth?
Speaker 4 (16:24):
I just can only speak to my testimony. I stand
by what the testimony you summarized that I gave in
May of twenty seventeen.
Speaker 8 (16:30):
So your testimony is you've never authorized anyone to leak.
And mister McCabe, when if he says contrary, is not
telling the truth?
Speaker 9 (16:37):
Is that correct?
Speaker 4 (16:38):
Again, I'm not going to characterize Andy's testimony, but mine
is the same.
Speaker 8 (16:42):
Today, all right, I'm going to make a final point
because my time has expired. This investigation of the president
was corrupt. The FBI and the Department of Justice were
politicized and weaponized, and in my opinion, there are only
two possibilities that you were deliberately corrupt or woful incompetent,
and I don't believe you were incompetent. This has done
(17:06):
severe damage to the professionals and the honorable men and
women at the FBI because law enforcement should not be
used as a political weapon, and that.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
So when we get back, I want to walk through Well,
we can start it now. I want to walk through
the indictment, just so you understand the precisely what the
charges are. This is in the United States District Court
for the Eastern District of Virginia. It's the Alexandria Division,
United States of America versus James B. Comy, Junior count
(17:44):
one False statements within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch
of the United States Government. This would be in violation
of Title eighteen US Code, Section one thousand and one
A two. If you're writing it down, when we get back,
I'll tell you precisely what that indictment is.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
Good morning, Michael.
Speaker 10 (18:26):
We are all for getting hold of these people who
broke the law or seat of their authority. But I
hope we've got a good case against Komy, because Trump
cannot afford to take a shot and miss now with
all the Camal working against him.
Speaker 9 (18:41):
So I hope you've got a good case.
Speaker 2 (18:43):
I do too, And that's my biggest fear. That is
my biggest fear about all of these Here's the indictment
on are about September thirty, twenty twenty, in the Eastern
District of Virginia. The defendant, James Comby did willfully and
knowingly make a macerially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statement in
(19:04):
a matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch of
the government of the United States, by falsely stating to
a US Senator during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that he,
James Comy, had not authorized someone else at the FBI
to be an anonymous source in news reports regarding an
(19:25):
FBI investigation concerning Person one. We'll get to that in
a second. That's state number two, paragraph two. That statement
was false because, as James Comy Junior then and there new,
he in fact had authorized Person three to serve as
an anonymous source in news media reports regarding an investigation
(19:48):
concerning Person one. Paragraph three. All in violation of eighteen USC.
Section one thousand and one A two. It's count one,
count two obstruction of a Congressional proceeding honor. About September thirty,
twenty twenty, in the Eastern District of Virginia, the defendant,
(20:09):
James Comby did corruptly endeavor to influence, obstruct, and impede
the due and proper exercise of the power of inquiry
under which an investigation was being had before the Senate
Judiciary Committee by making false and misleading statements before that committee.
Paragraph five on violation of Title eighteen US Code, Section
(20:30):
fifteen oh five, signed Lindsay Halligan, US attorney. Remember, Comy
had previously testified that he did not leak or authorize
leaks to the media pertaining to either the Trump investigation
or the Clinton investigation, and he stood by that as
you heard when he testified to Ted Cruz. Now, I
(20:52):
know you've heard it once, but I want you to hear
it again because Cruiz sets.
Speaker 9 (20:56):
It up perfectly to another topic.
Speaker 8 (21:00):
On May third, twenty seventeen, in this committee, Chairman Grassley
asked you point blank, quote, have you ever been an
anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the
Trump investigation of the Clinton investigation? You responded under oath
quote never. He then asked you, quote, have you ever
(21:20):
authorized something?
Speaker 2 (21:22):
Have you ever authorized that's the key? Have you ever authorized?
Speaker 8 (21:28):
And asked you, quote, have you ever authorized someone else
at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news
reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton administration? You
responded again under oath No. Now, as you know, mister McCabe,
who works for you as publicly and repeatedly stated that
he leaked information to the Wall Street Journal and that
(21:51):
you were directly aware of it and that you directly
authorized it. Now, what mister McCabe is saying and what
you testify to this committee cannot both be true. One
or the other is false. Who's telling the truth now?
Speaker 2 (22:08):
Question is fine, but Comey's answer is even better. Now.
I know this is September of twenty twenty, so you
know we're in the height of COVID. But I always
found it interesting that the Senate Judiciary Committee could be
holding a hearing and the FBI director decides not to
(22:31):
testify in person, but instead to testify from his home
in Virginia. Could it be put on your tenfoil hat?
Could it be that he knew that he was probably
going to be perjuring himself, and so just in case,
I would much rather be in the Eastern District of Virginia,
(22:56):
where I'm more likely to get a sympathetic judge then
I am in a trial court in DC where I'm
going to have Well as of today, it would be
Janine Piro. I can't help but wonder, why why do
you appear in person? The answer that he gives is typical,
(23:22):
I mean, don't get me wrong, typical, but brilliant. I'm
not going to comment on what McCabe said. I can
only testify as to my statement. I just can only
speak to my testimony.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
I stand by what the testimony you summarize that I
gave in May of twenty seventeen.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
And of course they go through and they ask it again.
So who is this person one? If it's Hillary Clinton,
then the source of the leak is Andy McCabe, who
would then become person three. Now that leak has been
a source of irritability, friction, contention, whenever you want to
(24:03):
describe it, between McCabe and Comy, and it's been the
basis for an internal investigation by the Dojas Inspector General.
It resulted in an article in the Wall Street Journal
back in October of twenty sixteen entitled FBI in internal
feud over Hillary Clinton probe still online, you can still
(24:26):
read it. That story disclosed a wide ranging investigation into
the Clinton Foundation. Now Trump, of course steps in. This
is where I wish Trump would just shut up. He
jumped in on truth, social justice in America. Finally, in
all caps, one of the worst human beings this country
has ever been exposed to is James Comy. The former
(24:47):
corrupt head of the FBI. Today he was indicted by
a grand jury on two felony accounts for a various
illegal and unlawful acts. He has been so bad for
our country for so long and is now at the
beginning of being held responsible first crime against our nation.
Make America great again? Where was our thank you for
attention to this matter. I just wish he hadn't stated that,
(25:10):
simply because I mean, I don't think it works. But
the left could argue his comies could argue in court
that he was a targeted that he was a selected prosecution.
That's kind of a weak I think it is a
weak argument. However, in front of a jury it might
(25:34):
be a little convincing. That's why, you know, mister President,
we get it. We're happy to be quiet. And then
the Attorney General ways, this is where I get sick
of social media. She writes on X No one is
above the law. Today's indictment reflects this Department of Justice
(25:57):
commitment to holding those who abuse positions of power are
accountable for misleading the American people. We will follow the
facts in this case. Well, that's what you're supposed to do.
That was that whole tweet was or post whatever you
call it. Now it's superfluous. Dan Bongino got in on
the act. Dan, stop it. You, of all people should
(26:18):
know better. When Director Patel and I took on our
leadership positions in the FBI, we promise the American people accountability.
Promises matter. Yes, I agree with that statement. But the
actions speak for themselves. We don't need the commentary. The
(26:39):
commentary just serves to fuel the smoke machine. The smoke
machine can, when you think about a jury, can confuse
or cause a jury to go, Oh maybe you know,
maybe no, So just let your actions speak. We know
(26:59):
what you're doing, and we're happy about what you're doing.
We're very happy about it. I'll explain why the smoke
machine bugs me.
Speaker 3 (27:08):
Next, Ronnie.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
This is a great start.
Speaker 11 (27:12):
I'd love to see Nancy Chuck, Hillary, even Obama in
front of these people. You know we won't see Obama
up there, though. You start rubbing the dirt off his hands,
his palms come clean.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
Always makes me laugh. He could just I don't know,
mistle Dixie didn't do the laugh, and I'd still laugh.
This investigation recently became mired in some controversy in what
(27:50):
appears to be another instance of the establishment operaties within
the Department of Justice undermining the directees of the higher
ups voting potus. Eric Seber, the Democrat endorsed US attorney
for the Eastern District of Virginia, resigned. Trump said he
was fired. I don't care he's gone. That all occurred
(28:11):
last week because he resisted pursuing charges against Comy and
Letitia James, the ag of New York. He's been replaced
by Lindsay Halligan, who had told you signed the indictment,
who represented the President in his August twenty two lawsuit
(28:32):
against or actually seeking a special master. Following the FBI's
raid on mar Lago, ABC News has reported that three
career prosecutes, three career prosecutors signed what's called a declination memo,
meaning they were declining to pursue an indictment. And they
(28:56):
claimed these three career prosecutors did that vote seeking the
charges would violate DOJ policy, raise serious ethical issues, and
risk being rejected by the grand jury. Well wait a minute.
That prediction about being rejected by the grand jury obviously
(29:17):
then come to fruition. I know you can throw out me.
Anybody can get a ham Sandwich indicted. But I think
that is it's a disservice to grand juries. Do they
get to hear countervailing evidence? No, they don't. But they're
supposed to look at the evidence that the prosecutors present
(29:42):
and is there enough to go forward? Do you believe?
In other reads, it's almost it's similar to a preliminary
hearing in a criminal case. Is there enough evidence presented
to the grand jury for the grand jury to issue
an indictment? In this case that turns out.
Speaker 9 (29:55):
That there was.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
But wait a minute. One of those three of the
career prosecutors suspected of co authoring that memo is Maya Song.
Song was the number two at the office. Now she's
since been demoted to a line prosecutor, at least for now.
I'm sure she's gonna challenge that with the merit board.
Before joining the office last October, she was the senior
(30:22):
council to Lisa Monico. Does that ring a bell? That
was Biden's deputy ag. She's a longtime Obama confident, and
she's one of the architects of the Russia Gate hoaks
come on, so of course she signed a declination memo. Now,
call Me's son in law, Troy Edwards. He was on
(30:45):
the prosecution team for the oathkeeper's case related to January sixth.
He resigned last night. So I still want Comy guilty,
but there's already all of the tangential things happening of
(31:06):
people saying, oh, they're probably going to do this, Maybe
I need to find a new job. Yeah, maybe you do.
But of course the reporters are melting down too, and
of course call Me came out on Instagram with a
reel about how, oh you know, my family's been expecting this,
but we have to stand up to these thugs.
