Speaker 1 (00:00):
Blair. Do you remember Peyton who called and played the
Not So Country quiz in one tickets to Luke Brian.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Oh, yeah, she was so sweet.

Speaker 1 (00:07):
Her mom just called us because apparently there's something that
we don't know that actually meant a lot to Peyton.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
She has been.

Speaker 4 (00:16):
Trying every day this week. Would I drive from mcaula
to Homewood to take her to the Exceptional Foundation where
she goes three days a week.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Is she high functioning, autism or what holds her back?

Speaker 4 (00:28):
She is? She is high functioning. She does very very well.
She has worked part time for a long time and
when I changed jobs before I saim I retired, she
lost her job because she worked for me. Going to
the Exceptional Foundation has been a godsend for her. But
I just wanted job to know what a different you
make in people's love.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Well, that's very sweet to you. We're ecstatic that Peyton won.
We're happy that she's going to have a great time
at Luke Brian this weekend.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Oh, she's already had me go by a parkin.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
The best decision you can make in the Coca Cola
ampithetter too, by the way, is byparking close to the venue.

Speaker 4 (01:07):
We had to get that parking ticket before she got
out of the car.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
She just yeah, y'all, have a great time, enjoy the
show and check back with us on Monday and let
us know how it was. Hi Will, all right, thank you.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
You don't even have any idea and I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
We appreciate you. Thank you very much.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Thank You'll have a great day.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Giving you all the warm fuzzies and whatnot. It's the
good good on the Spencer Grave Show. What an incredible
story this is. There was a man who is a
Vietnam veteran. He recently passed away and left behind his dog, Floyd.
Floyd ended up at a local shelter, but the person
who adopted Floyd was unlikely. It turned out to be

(01:51):
the mailman that saw Floyd every single day while on
his route.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Oh sweet, oh, my goodness, that is precious.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
I was a big wrestling fan as a kid, so
I appreciated watching Jelly Roll body slam Logan Paul through
a desk on a late night show.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
I just wonder how nervous jelly Roll was, like he
had one shot to do this and do it well
and get a good reaction.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
He didn't look like he was nervous at all. I'm here,
Why do you believe?

Speaker 5 (02:21):
Huh?

Speaker 1 (02:29):
So he's such a showman now, I know he was
filling in for Jimmy Kimmel because I guess Jimmy's on vacation.
They had a couple WWE fighters come out, and then
Logan Paul busts out and this all has to do
with some drama that was built up just last week.
But that was cool. I can appreciate anybody who has
that level of showmanship, So Jelly Roll, kudos to you.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Wasn't this something that at the beginning of the year
when they were talking about like different things on his
bucket list as he lost weight and got more in
shape and that kind of thing. Wasn't this one of
the things that he wanted to do was body slam someone.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
I didn't make this sound.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
I really do think it was, yes, because he has
gotten so involved with the WWE now that he's lost
some weight. I mean, honestly, he's dropped over one hundred
and twenty five pounds. If he kept that weight on
and he bodies slammed Logan pol, he would have gone
through the floor, all right, Like it was not.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
A good thing, so that he had to, you know,
pull back a little bit.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Yeah, they asked him to lose that weight so he
didn't kill Logan pol.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Well, it's official. It's tax free weekend in Alabama this weekend.
So Spencer, if I were you, I would avoid the
stores if you don't actually need something, it's gonna be
really busy.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
I don't have little kids, so I'm not really going
to the stores where there's a lot of school supplies anyway,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
It's not just the school supplies. It's closed shopping, it's
shoes shopping, it's electronics. I mean there's a lot of
different stuff that's included in this.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Coola go fish.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Yeah, you know, out on the leg also, I'm sure,
and I'm just kidding obviously.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
You know, it's funny that you bring up the back
to school because I always remember back to school supplies.
Like my mom was a teacher and an educator for
her entire career. But as a kid, I remember when
we got our school books, we had to take grocery bags,
the brown paper bags. I don't even think they have
them anymore at grocery stores, do they.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
And we would use those as covers for the books.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
We bought the like the stretchy fabric covers or whatever
at Walmart. Yeah, and there was always one pattern every
year that everybody wanted, and it was like a fight
to find it. Was it that zebra print zebra one year,
one year it was tied. I But another thing that
we did we would buy white binders, like the three

(04:40):
ring binders that have like the clear insert in the front,
and you took just a white sheet of paper and
like decorated it with like your favorite quotes and your name,
like and you spent hours basically drawing and coloring these
inserts for all of your binders. You would even pay
some of the girls that had really pretty handwriting to
do it for.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Little entrepreneurs. I like it. Yes, So now that all
these kids have tablets in technology, they don't get to
really show any personality that way.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Do they.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
No, you know, I was actually taking some of the
tiny humans out to do their school supply shopping, and
it amazes me that like they just don't need all
the things we needed. I mean I remember, specifically in
middle school and high school, like needing a binder for
every class and then like a you know, an insert
like a pencil pouch situation for every binder and just

(05:32):
pencils in general. We used to I mean they would
put boxes and boxes on our school supplies list, and
now they're like, yeah, that's what pencils will do you
all year.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
It's fine, yeah, But for me, it wasn't even the
fact that you needed that stuff right, Like you designed
your book covers so you knew which book was yours,
You designed your binders to know exactly which ones were yours.
All these tablets look the same. Do they have covers
that they can put on there and design those or no.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
I'm trying to think because I mean I know that
I've seen me like Corbin's laptop tablet situation for school,
and I think it just has like a label with
their name on.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
It, because wouldn't you be worried that your kid would
pick up the wrong one and then you've got two
kids missing a laptop or a tablet.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
Oh for sure. And I mean I remember that there
was one of the tiny humans. I can't remember which
one it was, but like you know, they have to
like scan it in and take inventory of these because
at the end of the year if you don't turn
in the charge or this that that that you have
to pay for it. And so I mean, but you
can't have a cover on a laptop.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Maybe there's some parents out there that are listening right
now that are like, no, actually you can. We actually
have ways that our kids design things and show their personality.
Or maybe they just go with a label, which seems
really boring.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
Because now a lot of people have to do clear
backpacks too.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
Eight five y five another way, a five five grave zero.
If you were on social media recently, you would have
seen a couple from a cold Play concert in Boston
go viral because they were cheated with each other. I
had no idea that the woman was married.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Blair, Oh yeah, they're both married.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
I thought it was really interesting because he's the CEO
of a company and the woman was the HR director.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Oh my god, I of course. I mean, this is
just it's wild. And I will say this, I hate
it for the spouse's the kids that are involved in
that are having to live out their worst nightmare while
everybody else pokes fun of it. I mean, that's what
we're doing, you know, we're all getting a good laugh
out of But that the kids especially. I hate it

(07:34):
for them.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
So his wife took down her social media. At first,
she just changed her last name on Facebook, but then
by the end of the day yesterday, it was completely
wiped and gone.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
You almost have to do that, I mean, I don't
know what else you would do.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
Here's my top five all time cheaters list. These are
stories that were really impactful and everybody heard about them.
I feel like it's a pretty solid list. I'd love
to get your opinion, though, A five to five Graves
zero my number. You can kind of throw in a
couple different people, Like if you really love country music
like we do, you could throw in the Jason Alden

(08:07):
story from a couple of years ago.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
You could, Yeah, absolutely could.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
If you're a big fan of rock music, you can
throw in Dave Grohl from the Foo Fighters. Or if
you're just a big fan of politics and movies and
pop culture, you could throw in Arnold Schwarzenegger. He and
Dave Grohl both had children with their mistress out of wedlock.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
Yeah, so I mean that number five spot really depending
on where you kind of land in your likes and hobbies.
That's where a number five's I like to.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
Call that the floater spot. You're just not one hundred
percent sure, but that's where they are. Number four, it's
that former politician Anthony Weener. He has the greatest last
name for somebody who has become a known cheater, and
that story blew up. Number three I have the Coldplay couple.
I feel like their story, with the amount of cell
phones and social media now, is probably more well known

(08:55):
than a lot of other cheaters that we've heard about.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
Oh yeah, and this isn't going away anytime soon.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
And number two Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Okay, all right, all right, that one has to go
on everybody's list, right, I mean that one's definitely going
on there.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
And then number one is Tiger Woods.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
You know, I'm gonna have to go with our coworker.
I don't know who said it, but flip flopping one
and two.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
Okay, so they said the same thing. They were like,
I'd put Bill Clinton at the top and move Tiger
Woods down. The only reason why I liked the Tiger
story was his wife chased him down the road when
she found out he was cheating and beat his car
with a golf club. You remember that, as you should.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. We should not vandalize,
but as she should.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
She was asked by the police how many times did
you hit Tiger's car? And she said, I don't know.
Put me down for a six. Anyway, you guys might
disagree with that list. I'd love to hear your opinions.
Eight five five Grave zero. This morning went over the
top five all time cheaters lists that I put out there.
A lot of people have agreed with the list, but

(10:00):
a lot of people want to throw some different names
on there. Here's my top five. Number five, Jason Alden,
number four, former politician Anthony Wiener, Number three the cold
Play couple that just happened this week. They're already catching fire.
Number two Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. And number one
I had on my list with Tiger Woods. Eight five
five Grave zero. Hey Chandler, what's going on?

Speaker 3 (10:19):
So?

Speaker 4 (10:19):
I was just calling in about the question you asked
about the top five. Yes, I was gonna have to
throw Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks on there.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Oh, you know, valid points. It takes a country station.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
You're not wrong about it, But I just think, imagine
if Tricia and Garth happen now with the amount of
social media that was out there.

Speaker 5 (10:46):
Yeah, it was bad then though for this for the.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Time, but now social media is like gas on the fire. Yes, well,
thank you, appreciate you all right.

Speaker 4 (10:58):
Thank you bye, Thanks for such a good show.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Oh, thank you. It's How country are you? On the
Spencer Grave Show? Randall, Where are you from Kentucky? Where
are you living now?

Speaker 5 (11:12):
Live here in pens and Alabama?

Speaker 1 (11:13):
Awesome, man, Well, welcome to town. How long have you
been in Alabama?

Speaker 5 (11:17):
About four years?

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Okay, all right, so you're not new, but you're certainly
not somebody who's been here forever. You're gonna play how
country are you? With us on a scale of one
of the country. How country are you?

Speaker 5 (11:27):
Oh, probably about seven.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
It's a good number. We're gonna play you a clip
of a song. I need you to tell us who
sings it for question number one? Forever and.

Speaker 5 (11:45):
That's Brandy Travis.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
Nicely done. Question number two.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
I will now be stuck in all of our heads
the rest of the day.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
When you were a kid, Randall, what did your mama
say before you all went into a store.

Speaker 5 (11:57):
If you don't actor, Adam, we'll call your dad.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
Did you get in trouble a lot when you're on
public random.

Speaker 5 (12:04):
Yeah, pretty good, lot.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
Okay, final question, how country are you so far? You're cruising?
What would you say is a perfect night in the South?

Speaker 5 (12:13):
Perfect not in the South? Would probably be sitting in
the backyard, longfire, sitting around with friends and family.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
The guy is so good, he's in eight point eight
this morning.

Speaker 5 (12:24):
All right, eight point eight, thanks Lot Blair.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
Let's get everybody caught up on the story of the
two people that were caught cheating at the Cold blaz
show in Boston.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Basically, cold Play was on stage and they, you know,
were scanning the crowd for couple. It's kind of like
a kiss cam moment, and it came to this couple who,
once they realized they were on the screen, the woman's face,
I mean immediately she turned around tried to hide her face.
The guy wasn't as quick to hide, but you could

(12:52):
tell something was going on, like what what what? Coldplay
on stage goes.

Speaker 5 (12:57):
Oh, all right, what.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Either fan or have this great shun?

Speaker 3 (13:07):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (13:08):
Chris Martin kind of threw them under the bus.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
I mean, but if you're gonna do this, not that
I condone it in any way. Were you looking for
privacy at a major concert like.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
Right, No, it's crazy to think that you should be
able to have privacy in a public setting. And here's
the other thing. You know, whether they get called out
about it or not, it's their reaction that fueled the fire.
If they just stood there, most people wouldn't even cared
about it.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
You know, this wouldn't have become a thing right by
any means.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
So now you've got families involved. You've got a husband
and wife who got busted cheating. She was cheating on
her husband, he was cheating on his wife. Wife changed
her name on social media. They have kids. There's a
fake press release that's gone circulating on social media. The
whole thing has been blown up over two people. None
of us knew anything about for yesterday.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
What's wild as you know, everybody talking about it on
social media. And there was someone who came and said,
I bet there was one hundred percent attendance that day
in the office because everybody wanted to know what was
going on.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
It's also a hard way for a spouse to find
out that your other spouse likes coldplay. We want to
know from you, how'd you find out that you were
being cheated on eight five to five Grave zero. Sarah,
I can't wait to hear your story.

Speaker 3 (14:25):
We were actually engaged and he moved to Nashville, and
so I would go up on the weekends and I
got in his apartment. He was at work, and I
got in his apartment. I'm thinking, yeah, something's just not right.
This is in a different spot, and so I just
started snooping and found clothes and all kinds of stuff
hanging in the closet and things like that. So I

(14:46):
just floated up my stuff and came back to Huntschool.
So he called me that evening and said what's wrong?
And I said, well, you you little ussy. You need
to need to move in together. I guess because I'm done.
And so he came down and I'm sorry, and I
was lonely and I was whatever. So I log him
back in at that ended up one of us was
going to end up getting and one of us was

(15:07):
going to end up in jail. Hotel had to get
rid of that.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
That is wild, Sarah, and especially the fact that you
guys are engaged. Thanks for the call to five five
Grave zero. Sometimes it can be something really small and
then it's what do they say about a thread on
a shirt. You start to pull it and then the
entire thing unravels. And when you're engaged, ooh, you make
that promise that you're going to be with each other
for the rest of your life. That's a tough pill
to swallow. What's going on?

Speaker 2 (15:31):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (15:32):
Not much.

Speaker 4 (15:32):
I actually found out my ex husband was cheating on me.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
I found it through.

Speaker 4 (15:37):
Tick and he told me it doesn't matter.

Speaker 5 (15:39):
They were just talking dirtie. She lives in California and
doesn's going to happen.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
We ended up getting a divorce. We ended up getting
a divorce and he married this girl. He married her
and then she cheated on him while he was deployed.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
Oh wow, I helped him.

Speaker 3 (15:55):
I helped him through the divorce too, and he wanted
to meet him.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
Wow, you were such an There's some people that would
question your choices on that. Brandy, your mighty chipper this morning?
How many cups of coffee are you on?

Speaker 5 (16:08):
Known red bull?

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Not a white monster, but a red bull.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
Yeah? Well, not all of us are made of money, Okay, Blair,
I get them.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
In a bold of Sam's Club. It's called saving money.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Do you do a red bull every single morning.

Speaker 5 (16:21):
I do know what?

Speaker 2 (16:23):
Just today?

Speaker 1 (16:23):
Why today? What's got you feeling like you need a
little pep in your step, a little zip, a little wings.

Speaker 5 (16:29):
I am tired.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
Oh, I hear you. What were you doing last night
that didn't allow you.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
To sleep fighting a migraine? M I hate that. Have
you seen that trick on TikTok where you're supposed to
put a full bottle of water? I don't know why
I got so excited about this on top of your
forehead and lay down and supposedly takes your migraine away.
Why I swear it's all over TikTok in that one.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Yeah, we could have summed this up pretty easy and
been like, hey, if you want to look ridiculous at
night and not lose your migraine, do what Blair says.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
All I'm saying about Claire, thank you.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
See, I'm telling you, just because Gray's anatomy does not
make her a doctor.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Do not take that advice I diagnosed to Hernie one time.

Speaker 5 (17:14):
I think it droll that and Blair's got a point
just what I'm talking about.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Well, thank you. I hope that trick works.

Speaker 5 (17:22):
I did too.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
Yesterday and the Spencer Grave Show we were talking about
a hat that I found on a run. I picked
it up in my neighborhood and I tried to find
out who the owner was. Blair, you said that was
the wrong thing for me to do.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
I just think that you probably should have just left
it wherever it was.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
Eight five five graves zero? What's up on?

Speaker 5 (17:40):
Not much?

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Man, I want to tell him what to do with
this hat. Man, I got a good idea. You got
me to go ahead.

Speaker 5 (17:45):
Somebody probably set it out because they lost the dog. Man,
I lost the dog before, and I set out like
one of my old hats and got my dog back.

Speaker 4 (17:52):
I was sitting out like hat shirts and stuff like that.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
Wait a minute, time out. You left out a piece
of clothing, a hat and a shirt. You're sent on
it to get your dog back. Yeah, that's impressive. And
how long was your dog missing?

Speaker 4 (18:08):
He was missing for like a week.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
Wow. Well, I'll tell you what the hat is now
at my house. So if a random dog shows up
in my doorstep, I mean I gotta find out where
you belong.

Speaker 5 (18:20):
Yeah, well then you've got a bigger problem exactly.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
Well, thank you, buddy, appreciates you.

Speaker 5 (18:24):
No problem man,
