Speaker 1 (00:02):
From the theme park capital of the World, Orlando, Florida.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
This is the Theme Park Podcast.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Wait podcast?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Is this on the radio?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Why does everything gotta be so messy.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
On this station? Anyway?

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Here's your hosts, Dickerman, Jimmy d and Scott Harris.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Hey there, and welcome to the Theme Park Podcast. Dickerman here,
there is Jimmy T.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
I hope they have dog meat in the Fallout House.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
And Scott Harris.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Greetings.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Initially, right away, you guys are just right into Halloween stuff,
Halloween hornets stuff. Are we doing that? First? A, we're
gonna say that. We're gonna tease that for later in
the show, because I know, Scott, you just went to
a theme park.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
You're the conductor of this ship. Where do you want
to go?

Speaker 3 (00:50):
All right, well, do you think they'll have dog meat?
As like, okay, we're talking about Fallout? Like again, let's
give some context.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
To this context. Jimmy talk here. Yeah, exactly, you are
a lover of dogs. Yeah, you keep doubling down on
a joke, but we should at least it's not a joke.
I said Fallout, thank you said the fall House. Yes,
And so if you're just in on the in the
conversation here, we were talking about Halloween Hornites. They have
made an announcement.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
For the first house, several announcements. There's been several there's
been several announcements related to Halloween Hornets this week.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Okay, well this this is this is one of the
big houses. I guess we're getting announced. Well, to me,
it's the biggest house.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Well, it's a big one. Here's the thing. Earlier this
week they announced that they will be doing something with
five nights at Freddy's.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Yes, and that'll be big. Whatever that is, it'll be big.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
But we don't know what.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
It's got to be a house. It's got to be
a mega house. We don't know that it's gonna be.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
But they but Jim Henson's Creature Workshop has also like
been reposting the announcement.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Okay, yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Are you you did? You just put two and two together?

Speaker 2 (01:59):
What that means? I mean? Does it mean it would
be something other than a house?

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Well, I think it just means they're gonna whatever their
whether they're suits, they're gonna be part of the creation.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Yes, and that makes sense.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Since they're getting rid of muppets at Hollywood Studios.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
No, they're moving it to another place.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
This hunted house is just gonna be Miss Piggy and
Curb murdering everyone.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Yes, yeah, I could. I could see that being a
big house. I think if that is in fact a house.
But Fallout, which of course hit video game then became
a big Amazon series. I think all three of us
watched Fallout. I did a good show, Ella Purnell and
Walter Goggins. Walter called him Walter Walton. You know what.

(02:45):
I have watched that guy since the Shield, and I
always called him Walter.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Way back when he was hanging with Vic Mackie, I
was calling him Walter Goggins, and I think I will
forever for the rest of my life still call him
Walter Goggins. And though you guys can correct me and
it's Walton Walton.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Including spinoffs, there are nine Fallout games.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
I've never played one. I watched the show but never
played a game. Yeah, I'm good with just the show.
I bet effort. The games are great. Jack Bretshaw plays,
Jack Breshaw loves it. Jack Bratshaw is a big player.
I mean, if he's good, Scott his seal of approval. Absolutely,
I mean, I know I've played Red Dead with him
and Grand Theft Auto, so he's a good taste. He
actually was pretty good at Grand Theft. Yeah, you guys

(03:30):
never included me on this. You don't like open world games.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
You told us I do, and I don't. I didn't
have a PlayStation, so I couldn't. I couldn't have done
I couldn't have Xbox Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
And and Scott, honestly, though, you did miss out because
it was nothing more fun than Punch and tech Ken Terry's.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Hat, that's true.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
And then I'd see Otto around the studios and like
we should play tonight. I haven't murdered you recently because like,
I wasn't the best player, but I was middle of
the pack.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Some of the other guys were much easier to kill them.
You're playing, you're talking about me. Okay, you're talking about me.
I wasn't the.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Worst, and I was probably in the lower half of
the Yeah, but I still wasn't the worst.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
So just like it in deresh Car, so we could
drive me wherever we were going.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Okay, I hated playing against Derek. I don't understand how good, like,
how did he get so good?

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Okay, so fallout Halloween Hornites and the fallout house that
is numping announced.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
And here's the thing, Like you look at the imaging
that they are putting out for the house and it
is the show.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Do you think they're gonna somehow do like an underground
like like you're going underground at some point in the house,
you know, because like everything's the bunker and it's underground
the vault. I think there's a way to, uh to
make simulate that, simulate that, Yeah, I got it.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
My guess is like it would still take place on
ground level, but you would like go upstairs in the
shoe and then go down.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Yeah. Yeah, that's that's what I would like to see
if possible.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
Or I mean there is a like in the TV
show where they just walk into the door of the vault.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Well, I mean, you're true, here's the thing, Like all
of the scary stuff happens outside of the vault. That's
where the goal is.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
Well, yeah, it's true, at some point you have to
go out. But I would hope they would start the
house in the vault, in the vault in like the
Happy Vault, and then have like the Sad Vault where
everybody got like, you know, stuff happened.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Yep. Yeah, And I guess technically you can't really have
stairs because you need accessible to folks with wheelchairs and
mobility issues. So we're probably not gonna see anything like that.
Probably can be able to.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
I trust Universal Creative to figure. Oh yeah, uh. In
this terrifying house, fans one encounter iconic scenes and characters
that would put them into the frightening action of the
popular series.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Okay, so that this is based on the TV series,
which is based on the game exactly, we'll focused on
the TV series.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
Yeah, and if you're gonna have uh, the Nights, you're
gonna have to have like scenes that are outside unlessen
and if you're gonna have the Goul, you're gonna have
to have scenes outside of.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
The As guests travel through the Hellish Wasteland, they will
go through iconic locations like the Super Duper Mart and
encounter the Ghoul and Angels bounty hunter who has endured
radiation exposure for centuries. Additionally, they will come face to
face with a young squire named Maximus and gaze in
awe at his T sixty armor. Is Ella Pernell going
to be there? Her character is listed in.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
This I hope they found I hope they find some
really good likenesses.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
For Yeah, I'm sure they usually always do.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Yeah, well that sounds cool. I am looking forward to
that portion of Halloween Hornites. I look forward to fron
enit fin to Freddy's too. Her name is Lucy McLain
in the show. Yes, there has been some rumors that
there is like a crossover between Lucy McClain from Fallout
and Lucy McClain from the Diehard series. Oh I like that.

(06:47):
I like that? What says you? No? Oh? This is
like in the Breaking Bad when they wanted they wanted
him to wake up as as Hal and like in
the end he gets in the Witness Protection he wake
up these How.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
You mean what they did for like a super Bowl comer?

Speaker 2 (07:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Well, okay, you're excited.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Yes, for the.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Price of three hundred and seventy five dollars, you can
go to Premium Scream Night.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
This ticket allows entry into Halloween Horror Nights on August
twenty eighth, which has limited capacity. Okay, shorter weight times,
staggered house entry, and all you care to enjoy select
food and drink options.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
First off, you guys know I can't do that all
you care to enjoy food and drink. Jimmy was with
me one time when we did it, and it didn't
go well. Well, that's only because somehow you got butter
beer on the ceiling. That was with Scott and you
when we were at Hagrits. Yeah. You've seen me at
both both Halloween Horror Nights and Haggards with unlimited food,
and it's never a good thing. No, it looks like
when the Gremlins are in the kitchen. Yeah, no, no.

(07:47):
And then you you said three hundred and seventy five dollars.
I'm like, oh, that's an annual pass for Disney limited capacity.
It's fine, that's gooddy. Somebody can afford it. I can
afford it.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
He's going to bring his book bag and it's gonna
be full of you know now in the box and
uh yeah, all of all the snacks I need. No,
you're gonna go to that all you can eat thing
and you're just gonna fill up ziploc bags and all
kinds of tupbleware.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
Well I need I need some to hold that butter beer.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
How about this? How about this? An rip towore three
hundred and sixty nine dollars.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
Look, we've done a many of an rip I have not.
You've never done one though? You never invited Scott. Yeah,
well no, hold on, I never invited anyone. When I
got to go, I would bring my wife and then
not true? When did I when? When? What's not true?
You took me once? I did? Yeah, she must not
have been able to go. She loves that thing. I

(08:39):
took Fritz once too. I don't know where she was
at you either. Wait, you took Fritz over me. It
was years ago. I don't even know if I knew
you when I took Fritz. So those are the Halloween
Hornet's announcements. Yeah, those and tickets are. Tickets are on sale.
Frequent fear passes are not on sale yet. Okay, so
those are going to sell out right away. I feel like, yeah,
of course they're gonna be gone like that. How much

(09:00):
is a freaking fear pass? Do we know? Have they
said outside that? Okay? All right, they're just they're they're
gauging what they can sell it for. Yeah, just out
of zero.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Well next month, you have you been to where they
sell the butter beer at City Walk yet?

Speaker 1 (09:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:14):
I walked.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
That's my cut through to go to Universal Studios.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
But did you notice if they have do they have
like a big gulp like a bladderbuster size.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
Butter the regular cups?

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Have you noticed anybody planning at Rick and Morty style
heist on the butter beer stand?

Speaker 1 (09:27):
No, and if I if I did, I would alert
the authorities.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
But if you were the one planning the butter beer heist.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
I would not do that.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
It's the whole barrel I would support.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
I would support Universe Orlando promo code Scott. Hello, remember
you're talking to you.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Here, guys, back on the payroll again.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
Hello, back to the future hat.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
Did you not notice his Institute for Future Technology t
shirt that he's wearing today?

Speaker 1 (09:50):
He has not sold at Universal. That's why I didn't
mention the shirt.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
It's still fine, all right, Well, we have a lot
more news to get to. But you did just make
a trip out to Universal, and you have some important
news for the listeners.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
Yes, if you want to ride Rip Ride Rocket, you
have until August eighteenth.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
To do it, and there's apparently no line.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
It was seventy minutes when I was there yesterday.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
You said you we got them like you wrote fifty
seven riots.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
And there's a reason I didn't do that ride.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Okay, because everybody's trying to ride it. Everybody's trying to
get in and ride it before it's gone. All right, Well,
if you don't want to write rip Ride Ripbride Rocket that,
you can write everything everything else. Yes, tell us what
you got in and how long you were there?

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Okay. Well, first of all, I went because there it's
the fortieth anniversary of Back to the Future, okay, And
there's special milkshakes.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
You sent us a picture years ago. Back to the
Future came here, so old dude. That is the rudest
thing I think, Scott said to me.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
And I got the rock and Roll Shake, which has
rocky roaded ice cream with marshmallow cream, popping milk, chocolate
whipped cream, and a chocolate guitar.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
That sounds good.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
It was very good. It was delicious.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
That sounds nice. What's what's do you remember? What? That runs? You?

Speaker 1 (10:55):
What? They?

Speaker 2 (10:57):
Yeah, it was like you know, molt theme park price.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
And then there's the wake Up Juice, which is strawberry
ice cream with strawberry crumbles whipped cream in a wake up,
wake you up cayenne sauce.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
I don't know if I want that mix. I don't
know if I care for that icy strawberries. It looks good, Okay, don't.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
Mean anything that's going to be slightly Oh you know, uh,
moving away from hot dogs and chicken fingers.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
I know you're not going to air things to me
that just don't go together. I don't like sweet and
savory together, and in that instance, I don't.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
I guarantee you wouldn't notice at all. Okay, the dairy
would negate it. But after that, I did Men in Black, Gringotts, Mummy, Transformers,
Spider Man and cong.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
How many was that six? And how how long are
we there?

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (11:45):
That was about two and a half hours.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
So there were no lines. Basically, here's the thing that
was any of a single rider. Some with single rider,
but other stuff was walk right on. Do you know
people that won't do single rider? They're like against it?

Speaker 1 (11:59):
Oh, I see that.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
I know some people that are. I guess I'm like,
why we're gonna walk the whole line together? Then we
just won't sit sit next to each other for the
sixty seconds of the ride.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
So here's the thing. Like when I went to Epic,
there's like some stuff I'll do the regular lincsuse I
want to see the queue, yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Right, of course, once you've seen it and you want
to just ride the ride.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
I mean it depends on like if I want to
see it again, right, and how long the way it is?

Speaker 2 (12:19):
Right?

Speaker 1 (12:20):
But here's this is how dead it was. I walked
up to Veloca Coaster and it was thirty five minutes,
and I'm like, not wait it wow yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Is a lot because everything else was so much shorter.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
I gotten online and I gotten online for that thing.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
But the thing is I was walking by Kong at
five minutes, so like, I'll get to Kong.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
So do you think it's just like we're in that
like kind of dead period right now at the parks,
like a quiet before the storm.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
I think there's a lot of things going on theme
park wise, world wise, people are cutting back on spending.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
But I think vacations kickoff in like a week or
two because kids literally, at least in Central Floor, it
literally just got out of school. So the parents are like,
all right, they're playning, they're getting ready, and then the
vacations start coming and here they come.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
I think it's also it's it's very expensive to go
now I think a lot of people are paying attention
to a lot of things. Also, Like I went after
you know, the afternoon rain went through, which which also
clears a lot of people out.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
It's raining, we gotta go.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
There's there. I mean, there's you know, four Universal parks
and four Disney parks. Like it's just there's so many
other there's you know, SeaWorld. There's just so many things
to go do right now.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
Yeah. Yeah. Pro tip if you're gonna go on a
rainy day, just wear your swimsuit and like flip flops,
wear a jacket.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
No, like, like that's what I did, were my Universal jacket.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
I just swim suiting, flip flops. You're already swimming. You
already basically in the pool at that point.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
But it didn't even rain when I was there, Like
it was after the rain. Like by the time I
was parked, it was done raining. Yeah yeah, but it was.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
It was.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
It was a really good except here's here's my one thing.
There's a there's a building at CityWalk and it's the
Epic Universe Preview Center, and it's just like we at
least just like take the couple of those words off
the building.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
Time to go.

Speaker 1 (14:04):
It's there. It's open, parks open. I'll be there in
a few days.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Yeah, going back, you're going for a third time. I've
told you guys, you're going on June thirteenth, June nineteenth, nineteen.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
Yeah. I've been in fighting you guys for like three months.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
Yeah, I know, I know, too hot, too hot. And
you know, tickets are a little pricey. They're a little
pricey for uh, but I mean it is what it is,
a supply and demand.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
And I mean there it really peaked last week tenants wise,
but it's kind of come down a little bit.

Speaker 2 (14:35):
Okay. I feel it's gonna ebb and flow. That's what
it is. And you never know what you're gonna get.
It's gonna be a roll of the dice whenever you're
gonna go.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
I mean, the thing is now, Like my main mission
is to do the Ministry of Magic rid It's the
only one I haven't done yet.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
Yeah. What would you rate as your top ride thus far?
Is it either the Monsters in Chain or you start
us start us Racers.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
I go back and forth like every day, like legitimately
there it's so much fun. They're both amazing in their
own way.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Yeah, Okay, Well, someday I'll go out there and see
it for myself. You can just come with yeah.

Speaker 3 (15:11):
Yeah, he'll be going when they're like, all right, your
last chance to ride.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Uh yeah, but it's it's closing, and the ride is closing.
It's done. We were done with Stardust Racers. We're going
to close this ride. Then I'll go.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
I mean there, there's already like, well, what's the next
stuff going to be for that park?

Speaker 2 (15:29):
Luigi's mansion? Let them open the place first, let them
finish opening.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
Well, if you happen to watch the trailer for Wicked
for good, the word epic is used in the marketing. Okay,
so everyone is leading a lot of people to believe
that we'll be getting some kind of wicked Wizard of
oz Land at the new park.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Okay, all right, well I guess we'll see, should we
Should we dive into news? Jimmy, I know you're planning
and going to Magic Kingdom. That's not for two weeks, right, yeah,
a week okay from now. We can talk about that later. Okay.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
Celebrate Lauren Campbell, realtor dot COM's birthday. Oh a big birthday. Nice,
and you're gonna go to the restaurant where it's her
favorite ride.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
So it's see Skippers.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
It's got a long name, but everybody just calls it
Skippers Cantina.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
It's the one right by the Jungle Cruise, which is
her favorite ride. Is she prefer Jungle Cruise or Jingle Cruise? Oh?

Speaker 3 (16:27):
You know, I think there's room for both. I mean
personally for me personally, like it's always Jingle Cruise because
Christmas is my favorite.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
But yeah, you and me both like, you know, whenever
I hear somebody mentioned Jingle Cruise, you know what it
reminds me of? What it reminds me of about five
and a half years.

Speaker 2 (16:45):
Ago, Jazz jamsh We.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
Were going to dinner as a group at Alcana.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
Yeah, Disney. It was a very We had some time, but.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
We had some time. We left, you know, we got
off work and and you and I were like, hey,
let's the book some fast passes.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
When you could book fast back where you can book them. Yeah. Yeah,
And we knew that Jimmy was coming with us, so
we should let's do all Jimmy rides. We did.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
We were going to do all Jimmy rides.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Yea. So it's like Jungle Cruise and Pirates of the
Caribbean and yeah, and then it was just you and
me and.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Freezing to death on the boat.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Jimmy said he didn't like us and didn't want to come.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
Jungle Navigation Company Limited, Skipper Cantinas a v.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
Did rattling off the full proper name, the legal name, yes,
the legal and property.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
What you are what YouTube uh are not actually saying?

Speaker 3 (17:38):
What you're not saying is at the time, I was
a manager and I had told you guys ahead of
time that I would you know, I was going to
be touching going whether or not I could go, And
what you two did was book things that I would
go on to try to manipulate me into going.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Ahead of time we were there.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
I don't remember that. And also I should have told
you when we worked in there's no point in trying
hard because it doesn't matter. Well, I just don't have
that gene not to work hard.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
So, speaking of Magic Kingdom, we now have the official
closure date of Tom Sawyer Island and Rivers of America.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Right, I'm honest to God thought this is closer? Is it?
When is it? Because I do want to see Tom
Sawyer's Island again July sixth. Oh, it's only a month.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
Yet's come on, it will be drained and demolished.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
A yeah, but the river's coming back.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Well the river, like the thing is they listen to
some of the outcry because you look at the art
that they just released for Piston Peak National Park, part
of the river is still there.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Okay, can we have at Piston Peak National Park? I
don't know, say Tom Sawyer's Island.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
Well, if you look at the artwork, it looks like
there is a barrel bridge possibly too.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Okay, all right, you're talking my business now, yeah, what
do you do in the peak? Piston's Peak?

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Piston Peak? The thing that is blowing my mind? Looking
at the artwork, it looks like it goes under Tiana's
by You Adventure.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
Oh okay, like legitimately.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
I'll show you like you can't see me now, Like
that is Tiana's Ride?

Speaker 2 (19:21):
Like that is going interesting? Interesting? What that you never know?
As you always say, those those concepts after actually match
what they do.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
But this looks different than the last one that they
released at D twenty three.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
Here's what I want to know and buy one of
those caves that they have there at at Tom Sawyer's Island.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
I don't know the one that got stuck it.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
Oh, they had caves. They had a fort back there.
I want the whole I want to put it on
in my backyard.

Speaker 3 (19:47):
I don't know that the fort's on the other side
of the river, so I don't know that it's going
to be demolished.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
Is the fort going?

Speaker 1 (19:53):
All of that Tom Sawyer's Eye, all of that is gone.
I thought the fort was if it if it's tied
to Tom Sawyer and Rivers America, it has gone.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, you're right. There are two
separate things. There were caves inside of Tom Sawyer's Island
and they were caves inside the Fork too. They both
had them.

Speaker 3 (20:11):
There was a cave that would take you from Tom
Sawyer's Island and release you inside the Fork.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
Yeah. I just would like a cave in my backyard
if possible.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
And lastly, because June seventh, June seventh is the final
day for Muppet Vision three D.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
That's Friday, and we're recording at Saturday, and we're recording
this on a Thursday.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
They've extended, so.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
If you're hearing this live on the radio, today's.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
The day is the day to get some Disney's Hollywood
studios to do Muffet Vision three D. They've extended the
hours one more.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
Okay, so yeah, go today. Go today. If you're listening
on the radio.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Yep, nine am to ten pm on June seventh.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Okay, drop what you're doing. Let's go on away at Disney.
You're losing the Muppets, which you guys like, I don't
care about it. But then Tom Soyer's Island Yep, it's
a shame Rivers of America. I'm going to miss it. Well,
the river is going to be there part of it,
but the boats, the boat's gone. No more boat. I
love that boat.

Speaker 1 (21:11):
Put the boat in your backyard.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
Which they would have built a bridge Tom Sawry's Island,
like a giant barrel bridge, because it was such a
painting it over there.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
Well they have the other barrel bridges.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
I know, isn't there like a suspension bridge. No, you
had to take that dumb boat over to Tom Sawyer's Island.
It was yeah, the little raft thing. Yeah, it was annoying.
I mean, I guess it was authentic, but it was
just you know, it was difficult. It was authentic.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
It was authentic, it had an outboard motor on it.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Yeah, authentic ish, Okay, you had the journey to the
island on a you know, a raft like thing.

Speaker 1 (21:42):
When I saw the Jonathan Taylor Thomas Uh, Tom and
Hawk movie, they did not have outboard motors.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
When they forgot about that, I had no idea they
made that J. T. T. Yes, here's a big thing
back in the day.

Speaker 1 (21:54):
Brad renfro was was the other one.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Oh boy, it didn't. History didn't end well. I don't
think that ended well. I'm gonna you only got a
month ago to Tom Sworry Silent.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
It was those two. Yeah, yeah, go go.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
I need, I need. I needed someone that is a
Disney employee to bring me in as one of their
plus three.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
You just want to know if there's a cast Connections
that'll have the barrel bridge.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
I mean, if I can get the barrel bridge, that's great.
I'll dig a home in my backyard tonight.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
Well you put like some kind of water down to.

Speaker 3 (22:24):
A backo and dude, if you're gonna put a creek
back there, we need to get uh you get you
some copy bar.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
I mean fine, that's that's great.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
You got to have a minimum of two though, because
they're very special at least two.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
All right, probably better to have three rodients of unusual size.
Just get them four rouses that way, two and two. Yeah, yeah,
keep them happy like eight. I'm fine with that. Do
we have any other theme park news that we have
to dress? Uh?

Speaker 1 (22:50):
They filed permits. Imagineering has filed permits for the closure
of a Buzz Light Years attraction that's closing in August.

Speaker 2 (22:57):
Wait, which one's closing again? The Buzz Lightyears and Magic
Kingdom ones.

Speaker 1 (23:00):
Yes, Ah, because they're updating everything.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
It's not permanent, relaxed, okay, right.

Speaker 1 (23:04):
They're updating everything.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
All right.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
Oh, in the adult only bar at Epcot G eighty
two is open. Oh it's a premium experience.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
Oh that sounds expensive. Yeah, that's what a premium experience is.
That Star Wars restaurant still exist or the fancy is
Space Restaurants still exists?

Speaker 1 (23:20):
Yes, Space two twenty.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
I don't hear anything about it. Well, it's because it's
sold out. It's every minute of every day, very hard
to get into.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (23:27):
And it's a prefixed meal, so it's not even like
you have a ton of choices.
