They share some of their thoughts and possibly some predictions.

with Devon, you know, personally, and I'm going to confuse them with

mean, I speak to myself.I always enjoy when you guys talk about
the inner workings of the business ofthe business. But I was remiss to

me. I did enjoy the storyabout the ric Rude when years later he
meets the guys that the Lady's sonoutside Man Square Garden and the dutill Co
trash. Yeah, and it wasa good segment because he speaks very highly
of the ravishon one as one ofthe guys he looked up through the business.

Yeah, I think that's uh,that is definitely cool to me as
well, being somebody that's been inthe business. But you know, watched
I mean, Rude was a guythat I watched. We we all watch
just growing up. And like recentlyI watched the Hogan Roddy Rivals documentary on

the any It's good, it's worthworth watching. But it reminded me of
like all that stuff, not necessarilyRick Rude, but in a similar timeframe
the show that I just did,uh in Boca Raton on Sunday, Brutus
Beefcake, Ricky Morton, they wereboth there and it's just you know,

these these people are you know,trailblazers, guys that came before us in
the industry. I mean yeah,like Brutus the barber had the were they
l l j N toys like therubber ones. Yeah, I think they

were. I don't know if lj N is there, right, you're
Cardona would be able to tell you. But anyway, I mean just the
fact that like he came up duringthat time and and he worked with Roddy,
worked with Hogan, like and thenDevon talking telling stories about Rude and

like Rude really having an effect onDevon and the way that Devon then did
this business for himself. Yeah,it's pretty cool. I mean, that's
and Devon and I have had longconversations about this, just about that this

business is based on like passing downthe traditions of before, and I just
hate to see some of them getI don't know what's happened to some of
them. Do you what are youwork in any scene and the younger guys,

do you think they have the sameappreciation for the glory years of wrestling
that you do. No, No, I don't think so. But I
think that I don't know that Inecessarily blame them. I think times,
I think it's just that things changeand people change, and like younger generations

and older generations always conflict a littlebit, And I just think that,
Yeah, I mean, I don'tknow, I don't want to be negative
about the younger generation. They're justdifferent. They're not better, they're not

worse, They're just different. Andthat's the way it goes, you know.
And to be honest, if theyweren't different, then the business wouldn't
evolve. And anything that doesn't evolveit eventually ceases to exist. So it's
the only reason why there's still abusiness is because the younger talent is different

than my generation, you know.And there was no WrestleMania when the Civil
War was happening. So no,I mean, Vince wasn't even around yet.
No, No, I was.You were? I remember, I

was. I remember hearing stories.It was really weird in social studies class
in school when they were talking aboutthe things that you did in the Civil
War and you were sitting right nextto me. I was like, how
did he do that? He's rightthere? Yeah, yeah, Joe Howard

yeah, how were we in thesame social studies class and Frank you were?

did a seminar. I did seminarin Plant City, Florida, the home
of Malachi Black and and Zelina Vega. Literally their home because the Dark Arts
Gym is a part of that.That's their gym and it's in Plant City.

It went really well, It wentreally really well. I mean,
we had a good turnout, mostlythe Dark Arts students. There were a
couple outsiders, but for the mostpart, it was the Dark Art students.
And I think Tom and I havevery or Malachi and I have very

similar perspectives on the industry. SoI think what they got was consistency without
it being the same, you know. I think that what they've been learning
from Tom, I don't think.I think that my opinions and the way

that I see things are similar enoughto where they probably were like, oh
well, some of this is kindof familiar, but some of it was
definitely new as well, but allkind of heading in the same direction.
And yeah, I just think Tomand I or Malachi and I see the

(10:26):
industry in a very similar fashion.So well, well, now I know
you you said you started the wellbefore we were recording. I said,
you started the the whole thing offwith some DDP yoga. How were they
receptive to stuff to doing? Yes, and I did the DDP yoga at

the beginning. And whether they it'ssomething that they partaken or not on a
regular basis, which I don't thinka lot of them did, but they
it's just it's like commonplace and andI don't know if it's just within pro
wrestling or maybe if it's even beyondthat, because Dallas has really you know,

made it as big as it is. But all of these kids knew.
All of these students knew, youknow, like when I said raise,
you know, take a deep breathin up into touchdown, bring your
arms out to a t bring thatthumb and the next finger together, take

it back, tuck your tailbone intodiamond cutter xal hulk it. Uh,
you know, all that stuff,like they were right there with all of
it, every bit of it.So they're definitely familiar with it. And
it's man, it's cool to seebecause I know at this point for me,

it's it's got a ton to dowith why I still feel as good
as I do. So yeah,so it was cool. It was a
nice way to start. Plus it'sa great way to start seminars. It
really is. You know, itsuniform gets people in loosened up and warm,

but it also gets the kind oflike ready to wrestle and to listen
and to pay attention and to bedirected, and it's just it checks a
lot of boxes. Nice. Yeah, did you and Malachi throw feet?
