Speaker 3 (00:40):

Speaker 4 (00:41):
We're not live in the fish Tank, correct, We're kind
of live.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
Well, we're live as we're recording it.
Speaker 5 (00:48):
But when you're listening to it, it's not a lot,
it's not happening live.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
Then you know there's a place here in Norman Beach
called the fish Tank. I'm assuming it's some kind of
an aquariums place by it. I was in that parking
lot the other day and I sent a picture of
the sign to one Kyle O'Reilly.
Speaker 4 (01:13):
Did you respond to your text message?
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Or d Is there more.
Speaker 6 (01:17):
That he did? He did not k fade me.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
I Kyle would never and even though I'm uh undesirable
among the wrestling community, Kyle doesn't hold me in such
high regard.
Speaker 4 (01:37):
Or we made we made answers before. Was Kyle hokomaniac?
Speaker 6 (01:42):
I think yeah, I think Kyle was a whole maniac.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
Yeah, probably more of an ultimate warrior, probably just based
on age.
Speaker 6 (01:57):
Generally, like our generation, which is just post Civil war.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
That's your generation. Don't love busting with that ship. We're
not that old.
Speaker 6 (02:08):
Well, Dennis, we were born in the same room.
Speaker 5 (02:12):
That's true, one hundred years, but one hundred years apart
on the same day.
Speaker 6 (02:18):
But how were we born in the same room at
the same time one hundred years apart. I don't know.
Speaker 5 (02:26):
Yeah, I ain't really put I didn't put much thought
into this unbelievable.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Get Purple shirt guy a call and see if maybe he.
Speaker 3 (02:34):
Had unbelievable he drank.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
What's happening.
Speaker 6 (02:41):
Right?
Speaker 4 (02:42):
How's weekend?
Speaker 6 (02:44):
Are you talking to you?
Speaker 1 (02:45):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (02:46):
You well, I mean there's there's yourselves here, So that
means when you say something, there's two of us who
could be possible targets of your.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
How was your weekend?
Speaker 2 (03:03):
My weekend was good. However, it's always you'd think that
I would learn.
Speaker 6 (03:12):
To expect the question. But I'm having a hard time
recalling what I did.
Speaker 7 (03:22):
Did you do any dark arts? Did you do any wrestling?
Did you do any ORGA signings? You and Timmy Bridge
tag up again?
Speaker 2 (03:31):
Today is Wednesday? Yeah, today's Wednesday. I can't think of
what was over the weekend?
Speaker 6 (03:44):
I did something?
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Did you make an appearance at a show.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
Uh did I I.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
Have to check my.
Speaker 5 (03:54):
M and then we talk about it was that last
week we talked about that kind of been passing.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
Uh no, hold on, let me look.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
Folks, where's the lie?
Speaker 6 (04:11):
Oh yeah, that's what I did.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
I am.
Speaker 6 (04:16):
And we were supposed to have a guest.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
We were we were supposed to.
Speaker 8 (04:22):
Yeah, we were forgot.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
It and uh.
Speaker 6 (04:29):
You know the whole thing.
Speaker 3 (04:32):
Who was a guest?
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Uh Drake Younger hmmm, yeah, well we'll get him rescheduled.
Speaker 6 (04:40):
We'll get but that's it.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
I ran into him over the weekend.
Speaker 6 (04:47):
I uh, I visited the DNA show.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
And yeah, I did some uh some dark arts, yeah
stuff did Uh did somemy Thai there, did some wrestling there.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
Mixed the two together.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
So I think it was, you know, like if you
come to the arts and you're coming there.
Speaker 6 (05:21):
As a certainly a fan of uh Tom.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
Alisair Malachi whatever you choose to call him, and if
you are at all familiar with me, you would come
there with somewhat of an expectation of like, okay, some
pro wrestling, but some martial arts for sure. And uh
so we did a muay Thai class and based on
(05:49):
what I saw with some of these students there, you know.
For for some of them, I give them credit for
for you know, jumping in head first and trying it
because because muy Thai is a very difficult thing to
learn whatever.
Speaker 6 (06:07):
But a lot of these guys, you know, you can
tell that that's not.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Necessarily their background, but they really are putting their best
foot forward.
Speaker 6 (06:15):
And some of them are you know, kind of coming
along all right.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Not not that I have a reference point, because I
don't know how much how good or how bad they were, but.
Speaker 6 (06:24):
I've definitely seen far worse, believe me. And then the.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
Coolest part was, and this is the part that I
think you would come to expect from something with Tom
and I's name on it would be you know, muay Thai,
but then figuring out how that transitions or transfers over
to progress and that in and of itself is a
(06:52):
skill and an art. And not to get inside baseball
because I don't like that you guys know this, but
that has kind of been I would say, very much
the professional work of mine and Tom's and you know,
(07:14):
Kyle in a similar way, Dave Richards.
Speaker 6 (07:20):
You know, people of that. Yeah, So that was really fun.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
And really cool and a great way to kind of
roll into going to the TNA shows, and so a
lot of people backstage. So yeah, I mean I've now
just run off at the mouth for like twenty five minutes.
So somebody says, somebody.
Speaker 4 (07:44):
Five minutes, maybe five minutes, nobody, We're.
Speaker 1 (07:46):
Only seven and a half minutes in, So that's impressive.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
Okay, Right, so for seven we're seven and a half
minutes in and I dominated five and a half of
those minutes.
Speaker 6 (07:58):
So your show, somebody else something?
Speaker 7 (08:03):
What was the school guys, now that TEENA was TNA
was just Friday.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
That's a question.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
Oh uh no, Saturday too.
Speaker 4 (08:21):
So my question is what was the skull by going
into Summerset?
Speaker 3 (08:24):
Was any talking about it?
Speaker 7 (08:26):
There, any anticipation, any thoughts the locker room?
Speaker 3 (08:30):
What was what was it feeling down there.
Speaker 6 (08:33):
There about SummerSlam? Yeah, because they're kind of connected now,
t n A and WW it never came up.
Speaker 4 (08:44):
Now one person brought SummerSlam.
Speaker 6 (08:46):
Uh No, not that I remember. I mean there were
a lot.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
There was a good amount of I don't want to
blow up the backstage because.
Speaker 7 (08:55):
I don't know, I'm not saying to get the getting
in the third this you know what was not the
dirt I'm saying, I don't want to name drop you.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
Know, people that were there because I you know, and
I can't imagine people would be getting in there would
be any sort of issue, but like I don't it
just in case, it's not my business.
Speaker 6 (09:16):
But there are a lot of people that have crossed
through I'm going to say numerous locker rooms.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
But much like myself, like I've been, I've worked everywhere
there is to work in the modern you know, pro
wrestling era.
Speaker 6 (09:35):
So yeah, I mean it was quite the quite the backstage.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
Saw some faces I did not expect to see, just
based on proximity to.
Speaker 6 (09:49):
The location. You know, there's you know, there's a lot
of wrestlers that live in the Tampa area.
Speaker 9 (09:58):
So it was it was a lively backstage, let's call
it that. And it was fun too just to see people.
You know, as pro wrestling, pro wrestling, you go years
seeing the same people.
Speaker 2 (10:18):
You'll be working for one particular company, or you'll be
doing towards Japan, or you'll be whatever, and then you know,
something will change and you won't see those persons, those
people for another like six years.
Speaker 6 (10:34):
And then she and it truly is.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
You know it gets said way too much, but it's
like you pick up right where you left off for
some of the people that I saw. Definitely takes five
ten minutes, and then you know you're right back making
the same at least maybe not the same jokes, but
the jokes are the same subject subject matter.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
If you, uh, without naming names, give us a good joke.
Speaker 6 (11:04):
Mhm, I can't.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
I can't.
Speaker 6 (11:07):
Okay, no, I can't.
Speaker 7 (11:09):
It would there's one that does not use all the
time when we see each other.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
It's a horse walks nor a bar and.
Speaker 7 (11:16):
The bartender says, anybody by the long face, Yeah, it's
a crowd favor.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Did you just say that I use that joke?
Speaker 10 (11:28):
It's Banter's anniversary to him, by the way, yes.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
He's not er two hours?
Speaker 2 (11:38):
Well, uh maybe happy first to him and lindsay his
wife's firstly not just dead.
Speaker 6 (11:50):
I guess I suppose, but I don't know. I've been
sure my wife would call it our anniversary.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
No, mine.
Speaker 6 (12:03):
Be my birthday, right, I mean it's a technicality, but fair.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
Good question. Good question.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
Wait are you saying to yourself that's a good question?
Maybe you should say it out loud.
Speaker 3 (12:22):
No, I mean whose anniversary is it?
Speaker 1 (12:23):
I mean it's theirs.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
Who ever fired someone on their anniversary or their birthday?
Speaker 4 (12:32):
I don't think so?
Speaker 6 (12:34):
Would you like to?
Speaker 4 (12:36):
I mean I don't look forward to doing that kind
of stuff. Wink wing judge, judge, but.
Speaker 3 (12:41):
I don't not.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
No, no, Have you ever been fired your birthday? Anniversary?
Speaker 1 (12:49):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (12:51):
Have you ever been fired the anniversary of your birthday?
Speaker 6 (12:54):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (12:55):
Okay?
Speaker 3 (13:03):
So horrace walking a bar lord, that's a great joke.
Speaker 6 (13:16):
Horn Horn walked to the bar.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
Hey, little boy Blue the money, the money.
Speaker 5 (13:24):
Oh hey, so we've brought ourselves. We've lowered the bar
so far down that we are now just pleagiarizing, fucking dice.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
That's what we're doing.
Speaker 6 (13:38):
Frank jeez, Franks one today? Wow yeah, Frank drinking? What baby?
Speaker 4 (13:47):
Yeah? Nothing?
Speaker 1 (13:48):
Nothing.
Speaker 6 (13:50):
What they say that it was offensive? I mean I'm
sure probably not something. Is it all offensive? Is any
of the funny? Is there any charm anything that.
Speaker 4 (14:03):
Comes driving us?
Speaker 6 (14:07):
I don't know. Guys.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
My wife wants to know how I have friends. Dennis
has no choice. He was born in the same room.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Frank Man, I didn't realize that was part of the deal.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
Like we.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
Got born into it like you're just kinda you can
blame it on your mother, your mother, your mother, your mother,
your mother, your mother.
Speaker 6 (14:34):
Oh babe, did you get my message?
Speaker 3 (14:38):
I did earlier, I did.
Speaker 4 (14:40):
What happened about it? Yeah, Frank long.
Speaker 5 (14:43):
Baby, there's a there's a show. Go there's a show.
All right, So hold me the rank. You good, You're alive.
Speaker 4 (15:01):
I'm been waving you guys.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Did you guys? Did anybody watch what's called?
Speaker 6 (15:09):
Okay? Let's we can talk about some of it. For sure.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
I did fall asleep. Yeah, and I believe that at all.
Hard to believe, hard to believe, but I uh so,
I know Roman came back, but I did not see
how that unfolded.
Speaker 6 (15:31):
Unfortunately, I will. I'll have to go back and watch.
I don't know. Let's talk about it. Let's let's what
I love.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
About what the rains coming out?
Speaker 4 (15:42):
Was the pop that he got when he walked out.
Speaker 3 (15:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (15:45):
I remember when we when we last seen him, he
was probably top two or three heels at WWE out
of WrestleMania. He comes back a few months later to
this pop that was unbelievable.
Speaker 4 (16:01):
That is that's magic to me.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
This is where okay, so what do you think it
is or what what what would your what does logic
tell you?
Speaker 6 (16:13):
What's the explanation in your head? Or hard whatever she
went on.
Speaker 7 (16:20):
It's almost I didn't repackage him, but he the anticipation
of being away, not being on TV, and then he
comes out. I'm kind of figure he's coming out, but
he comes out and he does something simple like a tax.
Speaker 4 (16:32):
Solo leaves, makes some high hint okay, you're going.
Speaker 6 (16:36):
Again, No, I'm listening.
Speaker 7 (16:39):
He makes some eye contact, he leaves to this enormous
eruption from.
Speaker 6 (16:44):
The crowd, right, and you what do you what do
you think that was?
Speaker 4 (16:59):
It's the like I want to see him back. You
want to see him come out, you want to see
him attack the bloodline?
Speaker 6 (17:05):
You want you want?
Speaker 2 (17:09):
Okay, Dennis, do you have a mat or do.
Speaker 6 (17:14):
You think same thing as French?
Speaker 2 (17:16):
No?
Speaker 5 (17:16):
I mean for me or like my thought on that was,
we've we haven't seen him. We know what he was
when he left, but him coming back, knowing and seeing
what Solo is doing as the new quote unquote tribal chief,
him coming back to basically kind of go that's not
your position, that's my position, right, And I think and
(17:41):
I mean, the rumors were out there that he was
going to be out, he was going to be back anyway,
although they could have done a number of things with
that one being him being like, no, I'm still with
the bloodline and attack Cody.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
Wow, and do.
Speaker 4 (17:58):
You imagine that?
Speaker 6 (17:59):
Well, what did he do? I didn't, I didn't see it.
Speaker 5 (18:02):
He came in, he he like once he slid into
the ring, he superman punched Solo and then spared him
and that was it.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
And then Cody hit because I knew the Crossroads and
low but I didn't.
Speaker 6 (18:15):
I didn't that it was.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Yeah, it was. It was pretty pretty awesome. And then
just and the shirt that he had on his new shirt,
what's that short and quick? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (18:26):
Very And he's got his new shirt that he was
wearing this as OTC.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
Which is Original Tribal Chief.
Speaker 6 (18:35):
OTC.
Speaker 5 (18:37):
But then at the finish, you know, Cody hits the
Crossroads pintin Solo, but he's looking at Roman and Roman's
looking at him as they're walking away as if like
that wasn't for you, that needed to be done.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
To Solo type thing. Okay, And I don't know if
we're done with Roman and.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
Cody well, creating, for lack of a better term, a
three headed monster, so pretty cool. I think you very
much create sort of a sort of betweener, which I
(19:20):
think wrestling fans nowadays, especially because so much of the
entry is exposed. But yet because of that, it lends
itself to fans thinking they're smarter than they are. And
that's the beauty of the business is that, like, you know,
(19:41):
nobody ever wants to be the mark, nobody ever wants
to get worked. But like sometimes when the boys get
worked or you know, whatever the case may be, people
want to deny it. But like that's good TV, that's
good writing, that's good all. Well.
Speaker 6 (20:00):
I don't know exactly what it.
Speaker 2 (20:02):
Is obviously, but I just after twenty five years of
doing this is like, I think absence does make the
heart grow fonder for sure. The industry being exposed on
some level the way that it is, it makes fans
(20:22):
more appreciative of just good work. So if you're good
at making them hate you, unless, of course, your name
is Bobby Fish, because then you actually just make them
hate you.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
Hey, that's your name.
Speaker 6 (20:37):
Yeah, I think they hate for me. It's real.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
Oh well that's what I want.
Speaker 2 (20:42):
Yeah, yeah, I think that.
Speaker 6 (20:45):
That's my God given talent is to be unliked.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
You're pretty good at it.
Speaker 6 (20:51):
People who like not like me, what's that.
Speaker 4 (20:55):
You're pretty good at it?
Speaker 1 (20:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (20:57):
I am?
Speaker 2 (20:58):
I am, and I don't even like mean to be
you know, sometimes like I can't, I lose track of
like why why why are they so.
Speaker 6 (21:10):
Hateful?
Speaker 7 (21:12):
Have you ever had a circumstance where you've been like
shopping at the store and if it comes up to
you and give you shift because of who you are,
like the heel the heel guy, the big guy.
Speaker 6 (21:24):
Not that No, not that way. I've had people come
up to me or pictures and stuff like that. Yeah,
it's always cordial. It's never you know, it's never that.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
But anyway, back to my point being, I think that
it's a combination of a few of those things, and
I think it's smart writing on wwe art to kind
of you can't always predict the reaction. But I think
they had probably a pretty that the audi and sychology
at this point, which is definitely a skill. I just
(22:01):
think like Hunter and the people you know making decisions there,
like they just they have a very good idea for it,
and their track record would support that, you know, I'm
not they're they're not back in a thousand, but they're
they're doing pretty well.
Speaker 6 (22:18):
And I think with.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
The way all this was positioned, I think they've done
a pretty good job of being able to make you know,
that they had the biggest heel in the industry in Roman,
and then they managed to take some people within that
(22:44):
group and make them bigger.
Speaker 6 (22:45):
Heels than the heel, you know, and that that was.
Speaker 2 (22:52):
What they had to do if they were ever going
to turn Roman babyface. Doesn't necessarily mean that that's what
they're going to do, but now they do have options
when it let's set set things up.
Speaker 6 (23:09):
There's it's the options they can Yeah, they just say
they have options.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
I don't want to speculate, because that's the thing about
wrestling that I love and don't like about what what
you know.
Speaker 6 (23:25):
Too much fan opinions.
Speaker 7 (23:27):
So I'm going to piggyback off that I purposely, not purposely,
but I was working, so I wasn't on Twitter or X.
Speaker 6 (23:34):
You were purposely working.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
To your point, to.
Speaker 6 (23:41):
Your point, you to your point with her, to your point.
Speaker 7 (23:48):
People are posting pictures of Roman reigns in the airport
in Cleveland, making the assumption that he was going to
be at the during Summer Slam.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
That is like spilling the beans.
Speaker 5 (24:01):
That is just.
Speaker 6 (24:04):
It's stupid.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
It's why, you know, And maybe it's because the industry
is as big as it is.
Speaker 6 (24:12):
It makes the millions that it.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
Makes, maybe it deserves, but it's why people have to
go the extra length to high the arrival.
Speaker 6 (24:23):
Of people at things and whatever.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
And you know it's been done before and maybe this
is one of those times that they were like, well,
you know, maybe we don't have to go to great lengths,
but obviously the certain fans are going to disappoint you
and prove that, yeah, you do need to still go
to great lengths.
Speaker 7 (24:49):
You're right though, because how many times have you seen
guys hiding out in a trailer after the words or
Cody did the Hardy Boys did it?
Speaker 3 (24:58):
Oh they were here the whole time.
Speaker 7 (24:59):
Well, yeah, they had go in with a whole other
on the head and all that stuff, because well that
fans won't work outside taking pictures.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
Right.
Speaker 6 (25:07):
Well, that's where you know, I think it's just.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
Let's just face it, like wrestling is its own animal
and because it was k Fabes for years and was
what it was that it.
Speaker 6 (25:20):
This insatiable desire to.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Know what you're not supposed to know. And then once
some of that started to come out, people again that
their their thirst for more was never quenched, and so
they pursued more.
Speaker 6 (25:40):
But the reality of it is it'll never be quenched.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
Because it'll it'll just never be enough because for so
many years.
Speaker 6 (25:52):
It was, you know this like forbidden fruit. People just
never they'll never get enough.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
And so it's kind of created it's its own, Like
I don't know that the business is almost inbred in
a way. It's like it eats itself because you've got
fans that cannot keep a secret, even even if like
(26:22):
the cat's going to be let out of the bag
in an hour.
Speaker 6 (26:24):
They can't.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
You know, they still they can't. They're on the they're
on Twitter, they're on whatever.
Speaker 11 (26:30):
But you got you got dirt sheyt writers too that
want to be the ones that you know, break the
big story, the Dave Meltzer's of the world, who you know, hopefully.
Speaker 6 (26:40):
One day gets hit by not I don't wish ill them.
Speaker 7 (26:46):
That's the thing though, That's the thing you got that
they're sometimes they.
Speaker 4 (26:51):
Compare themselves to like sports writers. Breaking news is about
about about Bigley trades.
Speaker 3 (26:57):
They're not.
Speaker 7 (26:57):
It's two different entities. It's like last week somebody posted
a picture of Tony Kahn and Shane McMahon. Was that
supposed to be weaked out? Probably, but they probably Shane
McMahon probably didn't want that picture out.
Speaker 2 (27:11):
Well, here's the thing is, if you are good at
this game, you will manipulate what's out there, like the work,
a work on top of a work on top of
a work, because you will understand the psychology of the
(27:33):
fact that, like fans want to know what they think
they're not supposed to see. Therefore, if you can create
the atmosphere that you're not supposed to see this, then
they're gonna want to watch it, regardless what it is,
even if it's paint drying. As long as you can
set it up to where it's like, hey, you're not
(27:55):
supposed to see this, they're gonna be like, holy shit,
did you see how dry that paint was? You know,
It's just it is what it is, you know, and
I don't want to like this isn't I'm not trying
to be derogatory about it.
Speaker 6 (28:12):
You know, it's just wrestling is its own odd world
of you know, in some ways it's it's beautiful.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
In some ways it's amazing, it's great, and then in
other ways.
Speaker 6 (28:25):
It's like, what the hell is wrong with these people?
Speaker 2 (28:30):
You know, myself included, what's wrong with the fans of it?
Sometimes I think, But then I also think, like, what's
is it worse or better to be one of the
performers of this?
Speaker 6 (28:43):
Are we worse?
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Because I think there's a strong argument to be made that,
and then the book even worse, like are they I
don't know, it's just all's it's a lot of like
mental dysfunction, or.
Speaker 7 (29:01):
To your point, there's some beautiful stuff, and that being
the Steiner brothers and DVP watching bron Breaker when the
Ice Icy Championship against the same Musane.
Speaker 4 (29:11):
That was beautiful.
Speaker 2 (29:14):
Or Kurgan Kurgan, Kurgan, he was beautiful. Okay, do you
remember Kurgan?
Speaker 4 (29:26):
I do remember Kurkan?
Speaker 3 (29:27):
Was he in that?
Speaker 2 (29:29):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (29:30):
He was?
Speaker 4 (29:30):
He was?
Speaker 6 (29:31):
Uh? Yeah, I saw the thing. It was posted on
one of the one of the.
Speaker 2 (29:35):
Websites or no, not even a website, one of the
platforms maybe Twitter or something.
Speaker 6 (29:40):
But it was DVP and the Steiners and they were.
Speaker 2 (29:43):
In the Legends suite or or some sort of box.
Speaker 6 (29:49):
So like, obviously WW takes care of their people. And
you know.
Speaker 2 (29:55):
I don't know Seiners that well, I don't really know
them at all.
Speaker 6 (29:59):
Actually, but.
Speaker 2 (30:03):
Dallas, my for that man, have been well documented on
on this podcast. So yeah, to see them, man, that
that was that was cool. Dallas is a beautiful human being.
And to see like an uncle and a father get
to watch a son and a nephew like achieve that
(30:27):
in the way that they fed their families, and just
there's something about I would imagine, I don't know, I
don't have sons, but about being a man and an
an athlete and then watching your son achieve things as
an athlete too, I would imagine there's something cool about that.
(30:47):
Or your daughter, you know, daughters too. I mean, you know,
when I see Willow the other day, Willow.
Speaker 6 (30:56):
Jumped into a jiu jitsu class and then these guys.
Speaker 2 (30:59):
Uh at the one gym, they were doing jiu jitsu,
and then and then they but they started doing some
kickboxing and the coach was directing them and the three
boys were struggling to uh, you know, just to throw
their kicks properly and Willow. You know she's a little
bit of a ringer because she's done some white but man,
(31:22):
she was leaps and bounds ahead of these you know,
fairly athletic boys that were very good at jiu jitsu.
But like, man, she was kicking in this path and
and doing a great We were pro, Papa, Yeah, I was.
Speaker 5 (31:41):
I was.
Speaker 2 (31:44):
Yeah, gosh, okay, so yeah, great moment, Brown Breaker, when's
the was did he pick up the I see yeah, yes, okay,
he beat Sammy.
Speaker 4 (32:03):
In l a Night, beat Logan Paul for the US trap.
Speaker 2 (32:07):
Yeah. Well I was getting to that, Frank, but she
just liked on the card.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
No breaks in a hurry.
Speaker 6 (32:14):
Oh I know, I mean we got it's an hour
long show.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
We got here or something that, you know, yo, would
give you time to talk Aboutney.
Speaker 6 (32:30):
Go ahead, Frank, you're there, We're here.
Speaker 7 (32:33):
It was a good match because see because I see
La Night when when it bels eight belt, it was good.
Speaker 4 (32:39):
It was good, good stuff.
Speaker 3 (32:40):
Good stuff.
Speaker 2 (32:41):
I don't think anybody here is shocked to hear that
opinion coming out of your face. Hold my face, hole,
what's your favorite match? Well, let's just back it up
one second. Uh bron Breaker Sammy match. Good match, really
(33:03):
good match. But one of the things that's stuck out
to me huge was when Braun runs up and I've
seen him do this up and he hits Frankensteiner. It
just is a you know, super athlete in that moment.
(33:24):
But I don't know there was something even more so
on this and I'm sure the adrenaline was there, whatever,
but he it was as perfect as it could be,
and it just to me, it just like just seemed
so breaking athletic. No hesitation, just up, you know, run
(33:52):
all the way up and jump up and grab it
and go and like no hesitation, no fear, no like, yeah,
just cool, cool to see. And and I that's where
I come back again to Scott.
Speaker 6 (34:05):
And Rick, you know, knowing how athletic they were back in.
Speaker 2 (34:10):
The day and that being the thing that drew me
to them as individuals and bag team was just yeah,
there was just they looked like super athletes. And then
here's this kid, you know, son of Rick.
Speaker 6 (34:26):
Do the same thing. It's it's pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
Oh and I'll bring up one thing we got to
come back to. I don't want to interrupt the flow here,
but Gable and the brothers Pat, Yeah, we gotta we
gotta come back to that. Okay, maybe put that on
(34:50):
a post.
Speaker 6 (34:54):
That break down. No, we'll come back to it.
Speaker 2 (34:59):
So uh and Jake Paul, Uh, let's get somebody else
talking here.
Speaker 4 (35:06):
Frank And as you were thumping the match before we
went on air, your thoughts.
Speaker 1 (35:11):
I thought. I thought the Logan Paul La Knight match
was awesome.
Speaker 5 (35:16):
I too was happy to see Ella and Knight finally
get you know, get a belt and and and get
a little a little a little bit more recognition. But
the one spot that I thought was crazy was the
logan Paul one uh where he like jumped off he
kind of jumped up to the top rope and then
did like a backflip onto La Knight.
Speaker 1 (35:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (35:39):
I was like, okay, yep, you know, and we've talked
about him on the show in the past and how
quickly he became a very good professional wrestler.
Speaker 2 (35:52):
Yeah, well, that kind of stuff is not even a
good professional wrestler. That's just like an unbelievably coordinated human being.
Because even by pro wrestling standards, like you can go
your entire career and never be able to do that,
like I will go the entire career and never do that, right,
(36:14):
I have gone my entire career, I won't be doing it.
But you see, like a guy like Austin or Ricochet,
you know, those kind of things are reserved for them.
Speaker 6 (36:28):
So to see this guy that was I don't know
what he was on Disney Chapel, right.
Speaker 5 (36:37):
And I don't even know if it was just they
came from like YouTube. They were just making like, uh,
what the fun it was? It was the TikTok before
they were before it was TikTok and then.
Speaker 6 (36:50):
Ship I'm out of the loop, dude, I'm old, I'm old.
Speaker 1 (36:54):
Well we know right right.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
Right?
Speaker 2 (37:02):
Yeah, that the way listen that doing it period was impressive,
but the fact that he did it seamlessly, like he
did it with like kind of out of nowhere, so
there was no hesitation, and he could not have done
it any more perfect than he did, and he landed
(37:23):
it in a way that like didn't put.
Speaker 6 (37:25):
Him or l A. Knight in danger, you know, and.
Speaker 2 (37:30):
Having been a wrestler this long, you can't really account
for that stuff. Like you're just you're you're going as
skillfully as you can and you're you're just hoping it
ends well.
Speaker 6 (37:45):
And fortunately for both guys and the company it did.
It ended really well. Couldn't have gone better.
Speaker 2 (37:53):
And yeah, I think it's pretty cool that La Knight
finally gets it's his chance to run with some gold
and and I think it's cool that he got to
take it off of.
Speaker 6 (38:08):
Jake or not Jake Paul, keep going him, Jake, Jake
the Snake, Paul.
Speaker 4 (38:17):
Frank Jake.
Speaker 1 (38:18):
Jake's the other one.
Speaker 6 (38:20):
I'm tired.
Speaker 1 (38:21):
He punches, he punches people. That's the only thing.
Speaker 10 (38:24):
That I don't like about Logan Paul guys punch finisher,
Like really with that without the big show, I'm getting tired. Well,
it's a big show, all right, Frank, thank you, thank
you very much.
Speaker 6 (38:38):
He you very much, very much, very Frank.
Speaker 2 (38:43):
Uh biceps, Well, Frank does the the music for.
Speaker 6 (38:49):
All the Yeah, what's that's a lot? I'm lying.
Speaker 7 (38:54):
How about going through and uh Damian Priest, Oh the
bald one.
Speaker 1 (39:03):
That was a surprise, That's what that was.
Speaker 4 (39:06):
Yeah, I was I was surprised.
Speaker 3 (39:09):
They would no, Howie won.
Speaker 7 (39:12):
I was surprised at finto finbalad part of it. That surprise, man,
I think they're going.
Speaker 4 (39:16):
To do it that quick.
Speaker 6 (39:18):
I mean, I guess they've hitting on.
Speaker 3 (39:19):
It for a while, but now it does see it happens. Oh,
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (39:24):
Man.
Speaker 2 (39:24):
Again, I think it goes down to the people making decisions.
Like some some of them there's no like hard fast rule.
Some things need to be slow played and some need
to be quickly at. What the rhyme or reason is
to that, I I don't know, because you know, I'm
(39:46):
I don't book wrestling. But the people that are all
in shots there, they whether it be one person or
it's a committee of people or whatever it is, they're
they're they're batan average is pretty good. Yeah, And like
I think it was in hindsight, I think it's very much.
Speaker 6 (40:13):
I think they were very successful in making good their.
Speaker 2 (40:20):
That win for him, in spite of the fact that
there was some shenanigans. Still feel like, Okay, this guy's arrived.
Speaker 6 (40:33):
I'll be honest, I feel like, and I don't like
to speculate, but I feel like it's gonna be a
long time before.
Speaker 2 (40:45):
Before this goes anywhere, like before that title actually leaves him.
Speaker 6 (40:52):
That's my prediction.
Speaker 7 (40:54):
The second that I think he's gonna mow down everybody
starting off at Randy Orton.
Speaker 4 (40:59):
He's just gonna od dudes down.
Speaker 6 (41:02):
Well, again, this is the machine, and the machine creates
and this is why you.
Speaker 2 (41:10):
Need good performers, performers that understand what they're doing and
what the what the industry is, because your your equity
is built up so that you can eventually give it away.
You know, you don't you don't get to leave with it,
(41:32):
nor should you even want to leave with it. You know,
this is probably something that's come you know, it's kind
of a real not even a realization because I've always.
Speaker 6 (41:42):
Been aware of it, but like.
Speaker 2 (41:45):
It's been something that's happened for me over the last
couple of years where it's you know, really sunk in
and I really feel like I understand it and kind
of appreciate it. I don't think I ever appreciated it
or because you're always kind of fighting for your fighting
for your I guess just for like keep keeping yourself strong,
(42:14):
you know. But I think that that's a mirage. I
think it's kind of bullshit. I mean, listen, at the
end of the day, Kabe is gone, and I'm one
of those that still loves to like be like keep
with some of the old traditions and whatnot.
Speaker 6 (42:33):
But like it really is is kind of.
Speaker 2 (42:38):
Confirmation that there's some mental illness in being a man
of this or being somebody who wants to do it
because you know, you can't form an opinion about me
when it's not and then understand that some of the
(43:05):
manipulation that goes on, and then still reserve the right
to like be like, Okay, well I don't like how
he did.
Speaker 6 (43:17):
This when he was, you know, a bad guy.
Speaker 2 (43:23):
But by definition, when I'm a bad guy, I'm supposed
to make you feel those things, right, So they can't
have it both ways. But unfortunately that's the.
Speaker 6 (43:35):
World that we can.
Speaker 1 (43:37):
It is what it is.
Speaker 2 (43:39):
Yeah, so I think you're one hundred percent right. I
think I think the machine is ready to I don't
want to say feed guys to Gunter, but you you
bring up a guy like Randy Orton and we'll see
what they do with him. I have no idea. Maybe
Orton beats him. I have truly no idea, but I
(44:00):
know that when it comes to Orton, he's not gonna
be any worse off for uh, you know, putting gun
throw over and I and I know that because he
won't allow it to happen to him as a performer,
(44:24):
and he's that good at what he does is that
he can he can help make other guys while keeping
himself just as over as he's ever been. And that's
a skill man. That's Those are the true greats. Those
are the ones that you know they they just do
it on operate on level.
Speaker 7 (44:47):
One of my favorite things about going through his introduction
with Ludvig Kaiser, that's that's.
Speaker 6 (44:53):
Part of his packet. I love it. Yeah, the introduction.
Speaker 2 (44:58):
Yeah, it's I mean, it's one of those things where
like sure he went over the top with it and
was like, all right, I'm to go.
Speaker 6 (45:09):
Over the top and make them pull me back.
Speaker 2 (45:12):
And then when he thought like, okay, I'm sure they're.
Speaker 6 (45:17):
Gonna pull me back a little bit, they were like, hey,
can you ramp that up a little bit?
Speaker 2 (45:26):
The level of ridiculous that it has has attained at
this point, it's not even like he's speaking like an
actual pronunciation like this convulsion.
Speaker 3 (45:44):
Was he doing that?
Speaker 6 (45:45):
Xt No, not at all, No worry.
Speaker 4 (45:50):
I thought that it's genius though it's pure genius.
Speaker 6 (45:55):
You're right, it's gone.
Speaker 4 (45:56):
It's gone so far it is over the top.
Speaker 3 (45:58):
It's funny.
Speaker 6 (45:59):
Yeah, well listen, so I worked with. I worked with
Young Wrestler.
Speaker 2 (46:08):
A couple of days this week, and one of the
things that we worked on, and I'm not going to
blow up his spot or any of his stuff, but
it was in that similar fashion of like, he's got
a thing that I thought.
Speaker 6 (46:26):
Like we play up a little bit, and it's he's.
Speaker 2 (46:29):
Definitely like technically capable of his like wrestling and stuff,
so he doesn't have to rely on a gimmick, but
there's room for the gimmick and to embellish the gimmick
a little bit more. And that was one of the
things I said to him as we were working on
a couple of things, was, you know, as you're throwing
(46:50):
stuff against the wall here and seeing what sticks, like,
you know, throw more than you.
Speaker 6 (46:54):
Need, like see go too far and.
Speaker 2 (46:59):
Have to be pulled back, Because that's the kind of
thing I think was will be required of him figuring
this part of his performance out.
Speaker 6 (47:11):
But I think that that's.
Speaker 2 (47:12):
Kind of a you know, nine out of ten times
you want to, yeah, go as big as you can.
Speaker 6 (47:18):
I mean you I brought up one of the examples.
Speaker 4 (47:20):
I brought up.
Speaker 6 (47:24):
Seth Rollins, Seth Freakin' Rollins, right, he's I knew him
as Tyler Black and he was definitely very good.
Speaker 2 (47:35):
Then. He was always over and he was the next
guy in Ring of Honor, and he's the next guy
in NXT and the next He's always been that. But
it's not been until he became Seth Freakin' Rollins that
you know, he's really kind of scratched the surface of
this other level of performance.
Speaker 6 (47:57):
And that was.
Speaker 2 (48:00):
Had nothing to do with his athletic ability and his
entering and like, I mean, all that is is incredible
side cock, all of it. But it's the fact that
over the last like five years he's developed this I
don't I don't even know what to call it. It's
like this that Freddie Mercury print.
Speaker 6 (48:28):
I don't know what you would call it.
Speaker 7 (48:31):
He's so flamboyant, Yeah, just so pro.
Speaker 6 (48:38):
Yeah. So uh you dated yourself with that a while. Wow.
Speaker 3 (48:49):
Who would have thought?
Speaker 2 (48:55):
Well, no, that just and I weren't thinking, you know,
but okay, let me go a little.
Speaker 6 (49:05):
Like Elton John. He's a little Elton JOHNI.
Speaker 2 (49:11):
Ish again anyway, is that Seth's really kind of embraced
part of it.
Speaker 6 (49:20):
And then that's what I think.
Speaker 2 (49:22):
I think that's what Tyler Black had gone to like
a level that he was never going to break through
that ceiling and then.
Speaker 6 (49:32):
Seth rollins through all of.
Speaker 2 (49:34):
Those iterates, you know, the shield and the other you
know stuff, But this is where it's brought him, and
it's where.
Speaker 6 (49:43):
He's doing his best work for sure. And so like
the big kid that I was young, that I was
working with, like.
Speaker 2 (49:54):
I don't know, just trying to help him break his
inner ridiculousness because.
Speaker 1 (50:02):
It's one of the.
Speaker 6 (50:02):
Things I think in my career I would have liked
to explore a little bit more. I did, and and
maybe I will. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (50:10):
I'm speaking in past tense, but who knows, maybe maybe
I start too.
Speaker 6 (50:16):
We'll see.
Speaker 4 (50:17):
You posted a clip of you and Kyle.
Speaker 7 (50:21):
Versus the Street Profits and it was that conversation those promos,
that's the type of thing you would hear that that's
like real like you hear on the street. That's how
conversation is because they would say something like, oh, you
guys are one of the best tag teams of all
time whatever, and you were like, yeah, yeah, we are.
Speaker 3 (50:40):
That's good.
Speaker 6 (50:40):
Yeah, I know.
Speaker 4 (50:41):
It was this banter though, like yeah, what if somebody
had the conversa at a bar.
Speaker 6 (50:45):
That's what it sounds like.
Speaker 2 (50:48):
I mean, those were times in our career where we
really were given kind of a green light to be ourselves,
and I think that's why a lot of that stuff.
Speaker 6 (51:00):
Went well, you know, and it was we.
Speaker 2 (51:04):
Were in a position too to kind of do what
we been doing for for years and to help process
with guys like Dawkins and Montez at that time who
were still trying to you know, just get their feet
(51:24):
underneath them. The talent and stuff was there that they
provided that, but just you know, for them to get
the reps and to be out there with people that, uh,
the office and management thought did our business at I
would say, well, because they trusted us to not screw
(51:49):
the super athletes up. So yeah, it was that was
really fun stuff.
Speaker 6 (51:56):
And like watching that promo I think it was on Twitter.
Speaker 2 (52:00):
Yah, it was just it just it reminded me of
how much fun that was, how much fun those guys were, you.
Speaker 1 (52:12):
Know working with them.
Speaker 6 (52:14):
Yeah, all of it all positive vibes. It was.
Speaker 4 (52:18):
It just flowed seamlessly, like you guys were. Nothing was
scripted or what do they do.
Speaker 7 (52:24):
It was just free flowing conversation and every now and
then you'd have like a dynamite drop and like, just
I don't know, it's funny because you weren't expecting some
of the things are coming out like, oh, that's that's good.
Speaker 3 (52:38):
Like it was situated.
Speaker 2 (52:40):
It was honestly very easy. Like Kyle and I knew
each other at that point so well as performers. Like
obviously we know each other personally as friends, but to
know each other each other's ebb and flow when it
comes to, you know, perform ring.
Speaker 6 (53:02):
We we were just there.
Speaker 2 (53:04):
That's just the place that we kind of existed in
and U and it was fun. And you know, Montez
and Dawkins were they were equally as.
Speaker 6 (53:16):
As good and it just it was great.
Speaker 2 (53:19):
Man.
Speaker 6 (53:19):
It was just.
Speaker 2 (53:21):
Uh, you know, charmed Charmed lives we were living.
Speaker 4 (53:29):
Yeah, it does. I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (53:32):
So before we, you know, go home with the show,
one more Summer Slam match, we should probably at least
touch on a little bit that was kind of a
big deal, had a huge build up, one of Bobby's
personal favorite wrestlers in the world.
Speaker 1 (53:48):
Uh. And then there was the Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins.
Speaker 5 (53:53):
Because you were talking about Seth, we had the special
guest refereematch. So one thing that I didn't pick up
on immediately was they all paid homage to the Undertaker.
I think it was take it was like a special
guest referee matches in the past, because Punk head On
like Brett Hart's colors Drew McIntyre, came out in the
(54:14):
Big Road with the gloves on paying homage to the Undertaker,
and then Seth's sleeveless referee shirt was it was a
throwback to Shawn Michael's being a special guest referee.
Speaker 6 (54:26):
Yeah, okay, wow, that was Yeah.
Speaker 2 (54:29):
Well, because I noticed the the Brett Hart thing obviously,
and I didn't think much of it. I just thought like, oh,
there was a it was just a choice. But I
did not know that the Undertaker thing was there, and
the showing thing.
Speaker 6 (54:48):
Didn't cross my mind.
Speaker 2 (54:49):
But now that I'll look back at it, yeah, that
would go on referee thing.
Speaker 6 (54:55):
Where did you read that somewhere?
Speaker 2 (54:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (54:58):
I caught it when because I I saw, like, I mean,
Punk wears stuff in the ring all the time. That's
kind of a throwback to wrestlers of the past. He's
done Macho Man, He's done Brett Hart in the past too.
The mac entire thing I didn't pick up on a meet,
like I didn't pick up on it was watching it,
but I thought, I do remember going, I don't remember
(55:18):
him coming out with gloves on and shit, and I
think like in like he wears a robe.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
Yeah, but you know, I never put it all together.
And the sleeveless referee shirt. I would have never.
Speaker 5 (55:30):
Gone, Ah, that's like what Shawn Michaels did when he
was a special guest referee.
Speaker 6 (55:34):
But.
Speaker 2 (55:37):
Oh, performer to do and it's kind of a neat
little easter egg stuff like that's cool.
Speaker 5 (55:47):
And the match was the match was. The match wasn't
my favorite match of the night, but it wasn't bad.
Not that I have any room to critique anything you
guys do in the ring, because I ain't never done
it before.
Speaker 4 (56:00):
It was okay, it was my favorite.
Speaker 5 (56:03):
The one thing that that threw me off, though, is
they made it a point to let us know that
if anyone gets physical with the referee, the match is over.
And they got physical with the referee in the match, continued,
I guess, wait.
Speaker 1 (56:16):
What the fuck did you tell us that ship for? Then? Why?
Well why but let's neither here nor there.
Speaker 6 (56:24):
Yeah, I don't know, Yes, I did one. Mm hmmm.
Speaker 4 (56:30):
I like that Drew one.
Speaker 5 (56:34):
That adds fuel to that because they're gonna they're clearly
gonna keep running with that.
Speaker 1 (56:38):
Especially now did you see what happened to seth un Raw.
Speaker 4 (56:41):
That was awesome. That was awesome.
Speaker 5 (56:46):
Six tsunamis off the top rope he took from I.
Speaker 2 (56:52):
You know, it's so interesting to me to see how
the pieces of the puzzles start to you know, just
through this whole wrestling journey, how the pieces of the puzzles.
Speaker 6 (57:07):
Start to become what they become.
Speaker 2 (57:10):
You know. I had mentioned with U Deth Tyler Black
whatever you want to call him, you know, having known
him coming up and we were we were best buds,
but but definitely knew him cross paths even you know,
like you alluded to before. It was never my favorite person,
(57:30):
but Phil Drew I met obviously with Ed x T.
He was and I knew him a little bit before
that too, but we've we've always gotten along well. Bronson
Reid is I was on his first tour of Noah
and I knew him as Mikey and Shane's buddy from
(57:55):
Australia and he was big. He's always been bit but
not the mountain of a human being he is now.
And he was always just really such a genuine guy
and human being, like just a good person. And so
(58:19):
to see this level of success, you know, like I
mean I knew that he was in WWE, obviously I
was in XT with him, but to see like he's
arriving now too for him to be attacking, you know,
to get the spot that he got with like officially
arrived as a monster heel.
Speaker 6 (58:40):
And that's pretty goddamn cool, Like to put.
Speaker 2 (58:44):
Yourself opposite who seth Rollins has made himself to be
and who the company trusts him to.
Speaker 6 (58:52):
Be when you're standing across from him.
Speaker 12 (58:56):
Like you're about to be a made man too, So
just really cool, really cool to see, especially knowing that
like he's just such a good a good lad nice.
Speaker 5 (59:08):
Before we go, you wanted to talk about the Creed
brothers and yeah, do you remember what you want to say?
Speaker 2 (59:17):
Okay, So they were together the other night. I think
they're called American maid now or whatever I made about
how to do like ould Gable away from the group
that he had with the otis is his name, right?
(59:39):
But then they had the Wyatt sixth thing going on,
and now this, I think Gable, they're just scratching the
surface of how like I think he's going to be
a main player coming up to But that is just
fits it to me. It's screen Angle Shelton.
Speaker 6 (01:00:07):
Yeah, I get that, but it's not.
Speaker 1 (01:00:10):
But it's different.
Speaker 6 (01:00:11):
It's not the same thing.
Speaker 1 (01:00:13):
You know.
Speaker 2 (01:00:13):
I don't want to make that comparison because oh, well
they're doing that, they're recycling.
Speaker 6 (01:00:18):
No, it's just.
Speaker 2 (01:00:22):
I think this is gonna I think it's gonna be great.
I think personally like they're going to become my favorite thing.
Speaker 6 (01:00:31):
Really yeah, I like it.
Speaker 2 (01:00:34):
I like it.
Speaker 6 (01:00:35):
I love that and and I think that like.
Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
The comparisons between Gable and Angle, they're already there. But
I think, uh, I'm here for it, man. I just
I think he's super talented. I think he's he's he's
a you know, former Olympian, so obviously his wrestling agree
(01:01:00):
in him as an athlete and all that is there.
Speaker 6 (01:01:03):
The same sort of thing with the Creeds.
Speaker 2 (01:01:06):
However, you know, he's got this like comedic timing, and
he's got this ability to like you know, or this
not even ability, but this willingness to like where the
ass hat like he, you know, and that that was Angle,
and that was the thing that I think shocked most
(01:01:26):
people about Angle, And I just I think it's great, man.
Speaker 6 (01:01:31):
I think I think it kind of goes along with that.
Speaker 2 (01:01:34):
You know.
Speaker 6 (01:01:35):
Tim Kennedy, I think, was the one that said the
quote about.
Speaker 2 (01:01:42):
Being having the capacity for extreme violence, but the ability
to or the tenderness to you know, know when to
control it or whatever it is as far as being
a real man. And I think that that's kind of
(01:02:03):
it's similar. You know, like Angle all those years was
capable of like pretty much folding everyone like a wet.
Speaker 6 (01:02:12):
Nap if he wanted to.
Speaker 2 (01:02:15):
But you know that he was also able to wear
like you know, a little cowboy cowboy, you know. And
he didn't take him he didn't take He truly did
not take himself so serious that he couldn't be that.
Speaker 6 (01:02:28):
And that's that's just cool, man. I don't know, I
don't know. That's something that I admire very much. And
maybe it's.
Speaker 2 (01:02:35):
Because sometimes I've been guilty of, or at least perceived.
Speaker 6 (01:02:40):
To be guilty of, taking myself too seriously.
Speaker 2 (01:02:42):
But I appreciate that about people that you know and
kick them out but uh, they'd rather laugh.
Speaker 5 (01:02:52):
I saw a great meme on the internet, I think
it was on Twitter or something that was like, what's.
Speaker 1 (01:02:56):
Going on with WWE?
Speaker 5 (01:02:58):
Why is the Penn State Wrestling Team wrestling slipknot? And
it was Gable in the in the Creed Brothers on top,
and then on the bottom of it.
Speaker 1 (01:03:06):
Was the WYA at six.
Speaker 6 (01:03:08):
That makes sense, So what's good?
Speaker 5 (01:03:12):
What's on the what's on the horizon here this weekend?
For the for the professor? What am I doing this weekend?
Speaker 6 (01:03:20):
Just like I didn't know what I did last weekend?
Oh what am I doing this weekend? Yeah? Cola Pensacola.
Got a seminar Saturday in Pensacola from two to four
and then I'll be wrestling that evening. Technically, we are in.
Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
Alabama, flying to Miami and then on a and then
I transfer to a plane to go to Pensacola, and
then I would assume we drive to somewhere in Alabama
that's like right over the line. I suppose that's what
I was told because I, uh, Matt, Matt said, yeah,
(01:04:12):
You're in Alabama, and I just didn't. I guess I
just wasn't thinking of like the proximity of the states.
Speaker 6 (01:04:17):
But I was like, no, I'm not.
Speaker 8 (01:04:18):
I'm in Pensacola, Like, that's Alabama. I was like, you,
you got to be wrong, but it's it was confirmed.
All right, that's so that's what I'm doing.
Speaker 1 (01:04:35):
Nice, Frank, Are you wrestling in all this weekend? Doing
any seminars autographs?
Speaker 7 (01:04:39):

Speaker 1 (01:04:46):

Speaker 6 (01:04:48):
