Shop up there in beautiful Amesbury, Massachusetts. Well because Renee Terry,
the owner who began running this business originally from her home,
opened a storefront in downtown Amesbury, but that took her

away from home and away from her kids. So she
came up with a pretty cool solution to keep her
kids involved and have them around. She made them mini
managers for a day. The plan worked out splendidly and
soon Terry, the owner of Sweet Cheeks, began to accept
applications from children in the community and each month welcomes
a new mini manager. As she says, it's a great
way for the kids to feel empowered to learn a
