Welcome to the upside with Jordan a dose of good news,
because it's a big world out there. Over the last
couple of years, I've really gotten into working out, and
I pride myself in being pretty fit. I do a
lot of exercise in one of my favorites as push ups. Well,
I thought I was doing a bang up job in
that department until I heard about Donna Jean Wilde, a
grandma fifty nine years old from Alberta, Canada, who just
did something rather impressive, achieving her second Guinness World Records

title by completing get this, fifteen hundred and seventy five
push ups in just sixty minutes. That's the most push
ups in an hour by any woman on Earth. Now.
This follows on the heels of another milestone earlier in
the year for Donna Jean, where she set the record
for the longest abdominal plank held by a woman, Oh
my goodness, four hours, thirty minutes, in eleven seconds. Despite

a dislocated shoulder near the end of her run, this
lovely grandmother continued to break the record. All the inspiration
