because it's a big world out there. It'll be the
two hundred nineteenth running of the Boston Marathon this year
with well over thirty thousand registered runners. And what's really
heartening is the fact that the Boston Marathon is a
fundraising juggernaut. Results tell the story. The total amount raised
last year during the twenty twenty four marathon for a

Take a look at the total charitable fundraising since the
programs began in nineteen eighty nine, it's well over half
a billion dollars, and expectations are that this year it'll
go even higher. Lots of sweats, sore feet, and muscle strains,
