You remember the good old days when you packed the
kiddos into the car and the whole family made it
a great night out at the drive in. Sadly, over
the decades, drive ins, for the most part, have gone
out of style. But that's not the case in a
particular part of Pennsylvania where one married couple who actually
met at a drive in in twenty eighteen, a drive
in owned by the husband. In this case, they decided
to purchase Shank Weller's drive In Theater, the first Pennsylvania

drive in and only the nation's second one when it
opened back in nineteen thirty four. This young couple risked everything,
taking out a million dollars in loans to help preserve
the historic space. Lauren and Matt McClanahan well their love
match resulted in the dream of owning their own drive in. Together,
they've managed to restore and revitalize this historic place where
new memories for young families are born again. And that's
