Because it's a big world out there. We take it
to Riverside, California, where a father and son team stepped
in to prevent a possible crime. This al took place
at the newly opened Uptown Candy store in Riverside, and
surveillance video captured the moment The shop's doors had been
accidentally left unlocked after they closed up, and two members

of the same family, a dad and his little boy, decided,
upon noticing this, instead of walking away, they would stand
guard outside the door of the store until security arrived.
The shop owner, Donna Farage, had just had a grand
opening of her store a few days ago, and she
was so impressed by these good samaritans that she posted
the footage on TikTok, hoping someone would identify them, and

someone did. The dad's name is Connor Smith, and he
and his son were invited back for a candy shopping spree.
