Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tiff On.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
So where was Zach Brown if he wasn't at TQL
this weekend, I'll have that for you in a hot
second morning.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
We're just before.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Seven o'clock on the nineteenth of May. Right now, we're
in the fifties temperatures. We'll bump into the seventies and
we'll see mostly cooler temperatures in the sixties over the
next couple of days with scattered rain. I'm afraid to
look at Memorial Day weekend, which by the way, is
this coming weekend.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
That's the unofficial start of summer. All right.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Before we get to Zach Brown, let's talk about the weather.
Obviously devastating in your areas. Outside of our immediate listening area.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
We're about two hours south.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Where nineteen people died in Kentucky due to those storms.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
Everybody is trying to account for everybody that's been lost,
and we expect our number to potentially rise.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
That was Kentucky Governor Andy Basheer.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
What everyone should hear today is everybody's ready to do
everything it takes. We'll work together to determine how to
to do that and what we need, but this community
will see all the resources that we can put together.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
You know, I understand as a Cincinnati and how frustrating
it was to get the notification that the Zach Brown
band show was canceled or postponed, I should say, Friday
night at TQL Stadium. I can only imagine organizers from
both camps having to be like, well, like, we can't
obviously predict the weather completely, but to be on the

(01:26):
safer side, we should postpone and then not even getting
really any of the weather here. I get it. I
get the frustration, but I can see why we were
just trying to play it safe, and I think overall
Cincinnatians did appreciate that.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Like I said, nothing really came except for some some hit.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
I did see some photos of hail, not anywhere near
the Mount Adams area. But speaking of Mount Adams, I
had someone on Twitter tell me that Zach Brown did
four songs at the Blind Lemon on Friday night, and
I was so mad that.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
I was not there for it.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
And you've got to let I've searched the internet, I've
searched Twitter. I haven't seen any pictures of videos, but
he did a couple of songs, and that was that.
I'm still in the hunt to see if that is
true or not. I'll keep you posted, and of course
when there's a rescheduled date, your tickets will be you know,
it will work the same as if the show was
on Friday, and I'll let you know when that.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Date is hopefully soon. Could be a fall thing, I
don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
We'll get to FCC in a second second. In three
things you need to know this morning. I am not
surprised by this diagnosis, but I do think it's always
a little jarring when we hear about the president of
the United States being diagnosed with cancer. A spokesperson for
former President Joe Biden said that he's been diagnosed with

(02:43):
an aggressive form of prostate cancer. The diagnosis came after
doctors found a nodule on his prostate on Friday that
required further evaluation.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
Generally speaking, metastatic prostate cancer is treated with a combination
of therapies. These but the backbone is hormonal therapy, and
that's reducing testosterone, which is the fuel for the prostate cancer.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Joe Biden is eighty two years old. That man deserves
to just sit in a lawn chair. At at that
beach that he goes to in Delaware. And I know
some people on the political spectrum are most likely thinking, wow, like.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
You were going to run for president.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
And you know Joe was sharp growing up, no doubt
about that, but you could tell in the last year
two years of his presidency it felt as if his
health was really deteriorating. So let's get that man in
ice cream and let's get him a beach chair.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
All right.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Lastly, in three things you need to know, let's head
on back to TQL Stadium. Not really, I mean hell
is reel. It took place in Columbus fortunately slash Unfortunately,
the team between the Columbus and FCC ended in a
tie one to one against the Crew, and then they
should be making their way back to Cincy, if not

(03:58):
this weekend next weekend.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
I actually don't have a date for you on that,
my apologies.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
And then the Reds ended up taking the win against
the Guardians of the Battle of Ohio yesterday three to one.
They play the Pirates at six forty today. That is
three things you need to know for the nineteenth of May.
Coming up around seven oh five. We are commercial free
coming up around seven twenty. If you didn't open up
your phone one time this weekend and you have no

(04:22):
idea what's going on, we will get to chitchat roulette
all of the biggest topics put into one big wheel
so that you know exactly what to talk to your
coworkers about.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Around seven twenty this morning.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Best way to keep listening is by searching kiss one
oh seven one on the iHeartRadio app.
